Results: Although the practices were mainly performed by the nurse, other occupations have been recorded as main practitioners and the time of the nursing activity is partially improperly reflected. Additionally, although the nurse practiced mainly in glucose (semi-quantitative) test, it was confirmed that the principal practitioner was described as a clinical pathologist. The the labor cost gap was estimated that is 9.3 times (median) and 11.9 times (average) in this analysis. Conclusion: This study suggests that it is necessary to legislate a policy that can improve the quality of clinical nursing by reinforcing the appropriateness and improving nursing fee through reflection of the actual time spent for nursing care.

  • Increasing utilization of radiation and RI (Radioisotope) in nuclear industry including non-power area has achieved sustainable development of radiation industry. Industries are no longer confined by a single technology or abilities but expanded for application gradually. RI-Biomics fields are one of the convergence technology that is recognized on a high-tech industry. Unlike the conventional industry, RI-Biomics field needs to various specialists to perform related task. There is no domestic training program to educate the whole process. This study aims to suggest the plan for improvement of practical skills for specialists in RI-Biomics through development of our training program. For this purpose, we have first investigated the opinion about classification scheme from experts and then analyzed the results in order to reflecting our training program. Based on analyzed results, conformity assessment was executed to organize curriculum through status of constructed device and instructor in domestic. Our training program was performed jointly with KAERI (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute). RI-Biomics center is prepared with facilities of overall experiment to improve quality of education. Due to the fact that specialists have routine task, we organized a five-day short course to reflect temporal difficulties. We performed a trial operation to 6 participants in RI-Biomics field. Through the survey for the specialists who participated in the program, we evaluated the efficiency of our training program. The results showed that participants were satisfied with the organized curriculum and educational materials. Therefore, our program is expected to be utilized as basic research data to develop feasible program for policy development and to improve practical skills in RI-Biomics.

The antecedents of SMD consisted of situations where there is a need to make a decision from several treatment options of similar efficacy, decisional conflict, patient, family, and health provider's willingness to participate in the decision-making process, enough time and opportunity for SDM. The consequences occurring as a result of SMD were decrease decisional conflict, improvement health outcome, satisfaction, quality of life, enhancement self-management and self-efficacy with long-term, and living acceptably with the illness. Based on these results, a scale measuring SDM in patients with chronic disease is needed.

  • With the OTT media market growing rapidly, the significance of trustworthy data verification and certification cannot be emphasized enough. This study delves into the crucial need for such measures in South Korea, exploring the steps involved, the technological and policy-related considerations, and the challenges that may arise once these measures are put into place. Drawing on in-depth interviews and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), this study surveyed various stakeholder groups, both directly and indirectly related to OTT data authentication and certification. By assessing the severity of OTT data-related issues and identifying the requirements for reliability-improvement policies, participants shared their valuable insights and opinions on this pressing matter. The survey results clearly indicate a divided opinion among stakeholders and industry experts on the reliability of OTT data, with some expressing trust while others remain skeptical. However, there was a consensus that advertising-based AVOD is more reliable than SVOD. By analyzing the priorities of authentication and verification, this study paves the way for the establishment and operation of a Korean MRC (KMRC), centered on the OTT media industry. The KMRC will serve as a vital platform for ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of OTT data in South Korea, providing businesses and industry players with a reliable source of information for informed decision-making. This study highlights the pressing need for reliable data authentication and certification in the rapidly growing OTT media market, and provides a persuasive case for the establishment of a KMRC in South Korea to meet this critical need.
