  • This research aims to identify the determinants of e-government satisfaction in Hanoi, Vietnam, and assess their impact. To collect data, we conducted an online questionnaire with citizens living in Hanoi in a time span of five weeks. We received 1,107 responses, divided into three groups: unaware, known, but not used, and used e-government. After leveraging past studies on satisfaction in different contexts, we arrived at six external variables that are of particular relevance to e-government satisfaction (i.e., efficiency, trust, reliability, convenience, citizen support, and transparency) as well as four control variables (i.e., age, gender, education level, and Internet frequency). We then applied both SPSS 22 and STATA 2016 to process and analyze the collected data and found that, while almost all external variables are statistically significant, all four control variables are not. Apart from convenience and trust, four factors - efficiency, reliability, citizens support, transparency - are important measures of system quality, information quality, service quality and relative benefits of e-government, which in turn positively and significantly impact citizens' satisfaction with the online public services. Furthermore, the efficiency variable has the most influence on customer satisfaction, and the level of impact on the dependent variable decreases in the following order: citizen support, reliability and transparency.

  • This study was conducted to estimate the drift of change for in Kimchi purchases, and to contribute to the efforts to improve the quality improvement of Kimchi sold at markets. Questionnaires were distributed to 450 adults, and 396 samples were statistically analyzed. There were significant differences in the average values of importance and satisfaction. Based on analyses of the 14 factors, the level of satisfaction was significantly lower than the level of importance. Importance-factors such as 'taste' ($4.56{\pm}0.81$) and consistency of 'quality' ($4.37{\pm}0.79$) are very important to consumers, whereas 'package volume' ($3.79{\pm}0.91$) and 'price cutting' ($3.84{\pm}1.01$) are rarely considered by consumers. Fourteen significance factors were three factors. Overall significance for selection attributes when purchasing Kimchi differed according to gender, age and marital status. Fourteen satisfaction factors were extracted to four factors. Overall satisfaction for selection attributes when purchasing Kimchi differed according to martrial status. Total satisfaction with selection attributes when purchasing the food was greatly affected by its quality and packaging. These findings confirmed that Kimchi products should be diversified and active marketing should be carried out if Kimchi is to become a global product.

With 252 respondents, this study used exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis to verify the reliability and validity of measured variables. Multiple regression was employed as a statistical method for the hypotheses of the study. The research questions were: 1) How do education SERVQUAL factors (tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy) affect customer satisfaction? 2) How do education SERVQUAL factors affect customer commitment? 3) How does customer satisfaction or commitment affect education performance? 4) How does customer satisfaction, commitment or performance affect their loyalty in higher education? • Objectives: This study is to assess the correlation of the changes in dental health-related quality of life before, during, and after orthodontic treatments in the patients. Methods: The self-administered survey was conducted in the patients who completed orthodontic treatments living in Seoul and metropolitan areas using Oral Impact on Daily Performances (OIDP) to identify the relevant factors. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics of variables, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results: From observations of OIDP before, during, and after orthodontic treatment, discomfort associated with three factors including physical, psychological and social ones showed the statistically significant increases during orthodontic treatment than before the treatment; whereas, it was dramatically dropped afterward. Multiple regression analysis to find the influential factors of satisfaction level on orthodontic treatment by setting before, during, and after OIDP as independent variables and satisfaction on orthodontic treatment as a dependent variable revealed that OIDP before orthodontic treatment and after orthodontic treatment significantly affected satisfaction on orthodontic treatment. Conclusions: The above analysis on the change in patients' dental health-related quality of life showed that the quality of life improved after the orthodontic treatment. Accordingly, patients' quality of life and satisfaction level on orthodontic treatment are expected to improve if they strive to maintain healthy dental health through orthodontic treatment.

In long-term improvements,"complaint remedy" had a positive impact on the intention to recommend the hospital but there were no relevant factors in excessive investment. On the other hand, for in-patients, the result demonstrated that there were no relevant factors in priority improvements and sustainable improvements.
