2019년부터 국가기록원의 주도로 행정정보데이터세트 기록관리체계 구축 시범사업이 본격적으로 시작되었다. 2021년까지 3년에 걸친 사업의 결과를 바탕으로 개선된 행정정보데이터세트 관리방안이 공공기록물 관련 법령과 지침에 반영될 예정이다. 이를 통해 행정정보데이터세트는 본격적인 공공기록관리의 대상이 된다. 공공기록이 전자문서 중심으로 전환되었고 행정정보시스템의 데이터세트까지 본격적인 공공기록관리의 대상으로 포함되었지만, 기록을 구성하는 원 자료(raw data)로서의 데이터 자체의 품질 요건에 관한 연구는 아직 부족한 상황이다. 데이터 품질이 보장되지 않으면 데이터의 구성체이며 기록의 집합체인 데이터세트는 기록의 4대 속성 전체가 위협받게 된다. 더욱이 표준기록관리시스템의 규격을 고려하지 않고 기관 실무 부서의 다양한 요구를 반영하여 구축된 행정정보시스템의 데이터는 기록관리 관점에서 그 품질에 대한 신뢰성이 부족할 경우 공공기록 자체의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 없을 것이다. 본 연구는 2021년 국가기록원에서 진행한 "행정정보데이터세트 기록정보 서비스 및 활용모형 연구"에서 제시된 행정정보데이터세트 관리방안을 기반으로, 적극적으로 개념이 확장된 평가, 그중에서 데이터 품질평가에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 범정부적으로 추진되고 있는 다양한 데이터, 특히 공공 데이터 관련 정책과 가이드를 참고하여 기록관리 차원에서의 품질평가 요건을 도출하고, 구체적인 지표를 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 본격화될 행정정보데이터세트 기록관리에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

정보화의 효과는 투자와 구축뿐만 아니라 정보시스템의 운영 수준에 따라 다를 수 있다. 본 연구는 국내 중소 제조기업의 정보시스템 운영 환경과 품질 수준을 조사 분석하고, 기업의 성과 지표에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 정보시스템 운영환경 요인이 정보시스템 품질수준을 매개로 생산성 성과와 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 구조 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과로, 정보시스템 운영환경 요인들의 수준이 높을수록 품질수준은 높아지고, 품질수준이 높을수록 생산성 성과는 높아지며, 생산성 성과가 높을수록 재무성과는 높아진다고 할 수 있다. 정보화의 효과는 정보시스템 구축 후 운영 환경과 품질 수준에 달려 있다고 판단된다.

Project Management Information System (PMIS) is a special purpose information system that is created to provide useful information for project managers and participants to make effective and efficient decision making during projects. The use of PMIS is increasing in project based industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development, telecommunication, etc. It is generally known that PMIS helps to improve the quality of decision making in project management, and consequently improves the project management performance. However, it is unclear what are the difference of PMIS impacts between industries, and still need to be studied further. The purpose of this study is to compare the impact of PMIS on project management performance between industries. We assume that the effects of PMIS will be different depending on the industry types. Five hypotheses are established and tested by using statistical methods. Data were collected by using a survey questionnaire from those people who had experience of using PMIS in various project related industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development and telecommunication. The survey questionnaire consists of 5 point scale items and were distributed through e-mails and google drive network. A total of 181 responses were collected, and 137 were used for analysis after excluding those responses with missing items. Statistical techniques such as factor analysis and multiple regression are used to analyze the data. Summarizing the results, it is found that the impacts of PMIS quality on the PM performance are different depending on the industry types where PMIS is used. System quality seems to be more important for improving the PM performance in construction industry while information quality seems more important for manufacturing industry. As for the ICT and R&D industries, PMIS seems to have relatively lesser impact compared to construction and manufacturing industries.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to design an integrated informatization system that can manage quality & KPI by integrating management systems in the aerospace and defense industry, and study the effect on KPI when applied to related companies. Methods: The 7 management systems required for integration in the AS&D industry were studied, and an empirical analysis was conducted for H company in South Korea for the application of e-QMS integrated informatization & KPI system based on security environment and open quality. Results: The results of this study were analyzed to have an effect on the improvement of customer satisfaction and the positive improvement of quality failure cost in the aerospace and defense industry. And it was analyzed that it works to continuously comply with ethical management and environmental laws and prevent safety accidents. Conclusion: The greatest significance of this study is that it attempted to build an e-QMS integrated system in the aerospace and defense industry. Considering that the case of integrated management system and integrated operation of KPI in related industries has not been introduced in the existing literature, the results of this study will be shared as a meaningful preceding study in the era of digital quality information. In addition, the fact that the open-quality quality innovation methodology emphasizing measurement(M), tracking(T), and connection(C) was actually applied in an AS&D company and its effectiveness was objectively proven. It is expected that it will be a good paper for follow-up research.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) encourages effective information share and utilization among project participants during entire life cycle of facility. This paper presents a method that keeps track of the historical quality records involved in construction operations and facilitates using BIM. The method is coded into BIM based Quality Record Traceability (BIM-QRT) System that makes use of historical records obtained from database administrating construction operations. This study is of value to practitioners because the method makes clear the project participants' responsibility relative to the quality of each and every element of the facility. The main objective of this research is to develop an accurate, fully automated method for construction Quality Record Tracking by using a BIM along with construction operations data obtained by information technology. Test cases verify the usability and validity of the methods implemented in the system.

대학의 학사정보시스템은 대학의 핵심이 되는 시스템으로 학생의 학적 등 다양한 대학내 모든 활동을 관리해야 하므로 해마다 복잡해지고 데이터가 무분별하게 많아진다. 이에 따라 학사정보시스템의 데이터는 신뢰성이 저하되어 사용자와의 의사소통 문제가 발생하게 되고 시스템 내부에 큰 장애를 불러올 수 있기에 학사정보시스템의 데이터 검증 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 학사정보시스템에 대해 데이터 품질관리의 데이터 프로파일링 기법을 이용하여 컬럼 속성 분석, 허용 값 목록 분석, 문자열 패턴 분석, 날짜 유형 분석, 유일 값 분석 방법으로 설계하였다. 구현 단계에서는 위의 5가지 분석 방법을 이용하여 스크립트를 구현하였고, 스크립트를 실행하여 학사정보시스템의 유형별 오류를 발견하여 오류의 원인을 시스템 내부에서 찾아 수정하였으며 내부시스템 장애 확률을 낮출 수 있었다.

본 연구는 중소벤처기업의 스마트팩토리 기술적용이 품질과 혁신성과에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 실증분석 하였다. 연구 결과 중소벤처기업에서의 스마트팩토리 기술적용이 품질과 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에서 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설은 부분 채택되었다. 스마트팩토리 기술로서의 디바이스와 어플리케이션 기술이 정보품질과 시스템품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 플랫폼 기술은 정보품질과 시스템품질에 유의하지 않아 기각되었다. 또한, 스마트팩토리 기술이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에서도 디바이스 기술은 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 플랫폼과 애플리케이션은 유의하지 않아 기각되었다. 시스템품질은 혁신성과에 유의하지만 정보품질은 혁신성과에 유의하지 않은 영향을 미쳤다. 스마트팩토리의 디바이스 기술이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에서 품질은 부분 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 중소벤처기업의 4차 혁명시대 스마트팩토리의 핵심으로서의 상호 연결을 통해 수준 높은 정보 품질관리를 구현해야 한다. 또한, 제조설계에서부터 실행, 분석에 이르기까지 상호 컴포넌트 연동과 중소벤처기업의 필요에 따라 디바이스로부터 수집된 체계적인 정보를 통합 관리함으로서 기업의 성과를 높일 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

Currently the problem of how to effectively integrate between six sigma and quality control circle is a matter of concern in the korea's manufacturing companies. In this paper we try to find the reasonable organizational alternatives and problem solving procedure by related literature surveying and empirical study. And we ascertain whether it is significant by conducting a survey on 51 six sigma consultants and black belts.

The purpose of this study Is to develop water quality management system fort a farm village stream. The framework design of the system and the ecological monitoring of a test watershed were carried out, The system consists of GIS(Geographic Information System ), database, pollution source management, water quality and hydrologic analysis. Suri watershed located on Idong, Yongin city, Kyunggi Province, was selected as the test watershed for the application of the system. The fifteen's monitoring stations were chooses at up- and down-stream of the watershed. The results of an aquatic ecological monitoring were analyzed by the GPI(Group Pollution Index) method. The GPI revealed that water quality was varied within the stream. GPI and DO map for the watershed stream were developed, These maps facilitated to analyze the spatial distribution of the water quality.

The purpose of this study was to design and implementation of database for school health activity. This database system was designed stand-alone application for college school health center without a hospital affiliation and the database system was made of relational database management system, Microsoft access 2000 to be made GUI (Graphic user interface) type design and made up 7 tables: patients. symptoms. departments, income and outgo. medical cures. and medicine. The construction of this database system was patient management. code management. medicine management. and statistics management. The results of the database system were as follows; 1) This database system could be used for college school health center. 2) This database system could be made correct statistic data. 3) This database system could be managed income and outgo. 4) This database system could be changed for the better activity of community health service. 5) This database system could be simply attired administrative system. This database system will be used for students and employees to protect and promote health to measure for health level and quality of health service. In conclusion. this database system can be applied for unit health center to manage the college school health activity and advanced data management can be applied for health profession to do quality improvement. cost containment. management information system. and decision support system.
