This report was the results of an investigation based on the status of the mammography in the 45 medical facilities in the areas of Seoul and Kyong-Gi Do. In regard to mammography we were able to understand the rectification method of the generator, the functions, the radiographic techniques, the patient exposure dose, etc. Recently, the occurrence of breast cancer has rapidly increased and has lead to increased interest in the early discovery of breast cancer. However, mammography has not kept up with the publics interests and its demand. The main problem is thought to be a wide great difference in the quality of the facilities, especially in the techniques of radiograpic and the capabilities of the generator, which would have a major effect on the grade management of the image quality. In order to be ready and keep up with the high rate of increase of breast cancer, the standardization of mammography and the grade management is urgently required as a solution to the problems in the increase of image qualify and the decrease of dose. It is regarded that the basic guide of the techniques of photography in the mammography, which is being used in all developed countries due to the influence of the USA, should be presented, especially in Korea, and for this, more active and enthusiastic education and enlightenment should be needed.

Major developed countries are seriously considering smart factories to increase their manufacturing competitiveness. Smart factory is a customized factory that incorporates ICT in the entire process from product planning to design, distribution and sales. This can reduce production costs and respond flexibly to the consumer market. The smart factory converts physical signals into digital signals, connects machines, parts, factories, manufacturing processes, people, and supply chain partners in the factory to each other, and uses the collected data to enable the smart factory platform to operate intelligently. Enhancing personalized value is the key. Therefore, it can be said that the success or failure of a smart factory depends on whether big data is secured and utilized. Standardized communication and collaboration are required to smoothly acquire big data inside and outside the factory in the smart factory, and the use of big data can be maximized through big data analysis. This study examines big data analysis and standardization in smart factory. Manufacturing innovation by country, smart factory construction framework, smart factory implementation key elements, big data analysis and visualization, etc. will be reviewed first. Through this, we propose services such as big data infrastructure construction process, big data platform components, big data modeling, big data quality management components, big data standardization, and big data implementation consulting that can be suggested when building big data infrastructure in smart factories. It is expected that this proposal can be a guide for building big data infrastructure for companies that want to introduce a smart factory.

Background : As parking problem caused by increasing owner-driver and patients concentrating to a general hospital is becoming one of the dissatisfactions in medical care. It is time that a general hospital should solve the parking problem in a desirable way. The purpose of this survey is to let the clients understand the basic motivation of the pay parking and develop the better parking system. Methods : Clients of a tertiary care hospital in Chon-ju were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. All in all, 193 subjects answered the questionnaire. Results : In relation to previous experiences, 39.6% of the subjects experienced inconvenience with confused parking lot and the shortage of parking space. Under the current parking system, the subjects who felt the available parking space was enough were more than those who didn't 62.7% of the subjects answered that they could find the parking lot easily. 33.2% of the subjects mentioned that it was not easy to drive in the parking area ; The reasons were pointed out the shortage of space, disordered parking, and insufficient guide. 12.8% of the subjects satisfied with the current administering system of parking lot. The outpatients were more affirmative than the admitted patients about the charging system. As for the parking fee, 64% of the subjects answered that it is expensive, and 89.5% of the subjects thought imposing of parking fee is irrational. Conclusion : To say as a whole, the basic purpose of the charging system are more or less accepted. However, the management details like parking facilities and payment method are dissatisfactory, so it is necessary to improve the management system. It is also noted that the inpatients showed more negative attitude than the outpatients with the charging system. To secure a more convenient parking, the parking system should be considered in relation to the information service, kind guidance, improve facilities, personnel cooperation, fix outpatient scheduling system, etc.
Objective: The objective of this study is to examine the association between process quality of inpatient care and risk-adjusted, thirty-day potentially preventable hospital readmission (PPR) rates. Data Sources/Study Setting: This was an observational cross-sectional study of nonfederal acute-care hospitals located in two states California and Florida, discharging Medicare patients with a principal discharge diagnosis of heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, or pneumonia January through December 31, 2007. Data were obtained from the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project State Inpatient Database of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Hospital Compare database, and the American Hospital Association Annual Survey of Hospitals. Study Design: The dependent variable of this study is condition-specific, risk-adjusted, thirty-day potentially preventable hospital readmission (PPR). 3M's PPR software was utilized to determine whether a readmission was potentially preventable. The independent variable of this study is hospital performance for process quality of inpatient care, measured by hospital adherence to recommended processes of care. We used multivariate hierarchical logistic models, clustered by hospitals, to examine the relationship between condition-specific, risk-adjusted, thirty-day PPR rates and process quality of inpatient care, after taking clinical and socio-demographic characteristics of patients and structural and operational characteristics of hospitals into account. Findings: Better performance on the process quality metrics was associated with better patient outcome (i.e., low thirty-day PPR rates) in pneumonia, but not generally in two cardiovascular conditions (i.e., heart failure and acute myocardial infarction). Practical Implication: Adherence to the process quality metrics currently in use by CMS is associated with risk-adjusted, thirty-day PPR rates for patients with pneumonia, but not with cardiovascular conditions. More evidence-based process quality metrics closely linked to 30-day PPR rates, particularly for cardiovascular conditions, need to be developed to serve as a guideline to reduce potentially preventable readmissions.
Background: Construction industry is among the most hazardous industries, and needs a comprehensive and simple-to-administer tool to continuously assess and promote its health and safety performance. Methods: Through the study of various standard systems (mainly Health, Safety, and Environment Management System; Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 180001; and British Standard, occupational health and safety management systems-Guide 8800), seven main elements were determined for the desired framework, and then, by reviewing literature, factors affecting these main elements were determined. The relative importance of each element and its related factors was calculated at organizational and project levels. The provided framework was then implemented in three construction companies, and results were compared together. Results: The results of the study show that the relative importance of the main elements and their related factors differ between organizational and project levels: leadership and commitment are the most important elements at the organization level, whereas risk assessment and management are most important at the project level. Conclusion: The present study demonstrated that the framework is easy to administer, and by interpreting the results, the main factors leading to the present condition of companies can be determined.
The principles on which the Internet was designed and has evolved were first laid out in an explicit way 20 years age. The basic principle is that in layered communications network such as the Internet, functions should always be implemented at the end systems whenever the option exists. This applies to all functions that can be implemented either in the network or at the end systems. End-to-end arguments have recently been reexamined as the Internet and its uses have evolved, and a new set of requirements has begun to emerge. In addition to these, it add a new, and perhaps more important, requirement to this list in the case of heterogeneous networks: the proliferation of unpredictable wireless networks. Wireless networks must cope with dynamic link conditions not present in wired infrastructures, which place a heavy burden on quality of service management solutions. Managing QoS in the face of constantly changing operating conditions demands dynamic management approaches that span multiple layers in the protocol stack. Such as cross-layer design approaches have recently received attention in the context of cellular and mobile special networks. This article introduce the notion of network predictability and describe its relationship to achievable QoS. This relationship is used to propose a framework for cross layer design that can be used to guide development efforts and direct investment decisions for future networks.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the demographic similarities and differences in objectives, methodology, and findings of previous studies in the context of gaining financial literacy using videos. This study employs a systematic review design. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the content analysis method, 15 articles were chosen from Scopus and Science Direct during 2015-2020. After formulating the research questions, the paper identification process, screening, eligibility, and quality appraisal are discussed in the methodology. The keywords for the advanced search included "Financial literacy," "Financial Education," and "Video". Results: The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of learning financial literacy using videos. Significant results were obtained when students interacted with the video content distribution. The findings of this study provide an overview and lead to a better understanding of the use of video in financial literacy. Conclusions: This study is important as a guide for educators in future research and practice planning. A systematic review on this topic is the research gap. Video learning was active learning that involved student-centered activities that help students engage with financial literacy. By conducting a systematic review, researchers and readers may also understand how extending an individual's financial literacy may change after financial education.

In many developed countries, social infrastructure asset management has become an important issue for the effective operation and management, performance improvement, and providing better quality services. This paper describes infrastructure asset management practices in Korea and in the developed countries. Learning lessons from those countries and improve the asset management practices in Korea is the main theme of this paper. Considering the definition and basic structure of infrastructure asset management, authors have analyzed main concerns regarding infrastructure management, techniques, organizations (systems), and processes. The requirements and considerations are presented to overcome the limitations of current maintenance system. This paper will assist adopting infrastructure asset management in Korea and provide guide for the infrastructure maintenance.
It is aimed at providing a guide for effective ERP implementation strategy in view of the need for differentiation and cost advantage strategy from competitors in introducing ERP centered on SMEs. The results show that differentiation and cost superiority and service quality are dependent on the introduction performance and mediating effect. First, the differentiation or cost advantage strategy supports the previous research results in financial performance. However, in the differentiation strategies, only the non-financial aspects were noted. Second, the differentiation and cost advantage strategy were analyzed to have financial performance only in the assurance of service quality factor and the remaining service quality was not significant in the introduction performance. Third, the mediating effect of consulting service quality was analyzed in terms of differentiation or cost advantage Did not do it. In conclusion, system construction is different from financial perspective in terms of construction strategy. In service quality factor, it affects the confidence that supplier provides, knowledge and confidence, and ability to give faith.
The aim of this article is to propose a framework for standardization of knowledge based on a case study of clinical operation to guide initial hospital knowledge management projects. Both quantitative and qualitative data for the project from 2009 through 2012 were collected for analysis. In a study of knowledge management project of a lab in S Hospital's Eye Center, this research examines the standardization of operational knowledge for competence enhancement of the lab. The lab defined and standardized the knowledge concern of the lab operation and the in-group from 2008. Organizations are often unaware of the potential value of tacit knowledge in both clinical and administrative area. The main finding from the case study is that analysis of such tacit knowledge of a lab in a hospital can be transformed into explicit knowledge for organizational capabilities such as improved quality, responsiveness and competitive advantage. Concepts from Nonaka's theory are used to investigate processes of knowledge standardization, examining the strategic value of tacit knowledge and the need to rely primarily on internal documentation processes. Since there has been limited research on hospital knowledge management. it may also be useful to researchers in generating propositions for further study.
