  • The present study purposed to examine adolescents' peer relation quality, and school life maladjustment according to the characteristic of their mobile phone use and their mobile phone addiction. The subjects of this study were 490 middle/high school students in Namyangju City. A survey was conducted using a self reporting questionnaire, and collected data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0. The results are as follows. First, mobile phone use was different according to gender, school year and the degree of mobile phone addiction. Second, the addiction group was 12.9% of the subjects, the dependent group was 52.7%, and the non addiction group and 34.5%. Third, in the addiction group, the negative factors of peer relation quality were significantly higher than the positive factors of peer relation quality. Fourth, in the addiction group, all the factors of school life maladjustment were significantly high. Fifth, school life maladjustment was higher when the degree of mobile phone addiction was high and when the negative factors of peer relation quality were high. This suggests the necessity for education on the right use of the mobile phone and mobile phone addiction treatment program; in order to improve adolescents' peer relation quality and ease their school life maladjustment. • In this paper, software activity, software activity instance, and the quality of the activity instance are defined as the 'activity which is performed on the software product by a person or a group of persons,' the 'distinctive and individual performance of software activity,' and the 'performer's evaluation on how good or bad his/her own activity instance is,' respectively. The representative values of the instance quality population associated with a product and its sub-population are defined as the (software) activity quality and activity quality characteristic of the product, respectively. The activity quality model in this paper classifies activity quality characteristics according to the classification hierarchy of software activity by the goal. In the model, a quality characteristic can have two types of sub-characteristics : Special sub-characteristic and component sub-characteristic, where the former is its super-characteristic too simultaneously and the latter is not its super-characteristic but a part of its super-characteristic. The activity quality model is parsimonious, coherent, and easy to understand and use. The activity quality model can serve as a corner stone on which a software quality body of knowledge, which constituted with a set of models parsimonious, coherent, and easy to understand and use and the theories explaining the cause-and-relationships among the models, can be built. The body of knowledge can be called the (grand) activity-centric quality model of software.

  • The current study investigates major factors which influence the consumer's selection of internet shopping malls. Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM)(Davis, 1989) and trust theory(McKnight & Chervany, 2001), consumer selection factors from marketing research(Burke, 1997;Dodds et al, 2001), perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price were hypothesized as to affect the consumer's decision to choose one's specific internet shopping malls. The study developed a research model to explain the shopping mall selection and collected the survey responses from 312 internet shopping mall users. The results of the current research indicate that all the research variables employed in the study, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price, are found to significantly influence the consumer's shopping mall selection decision. Among the influencing factors, price, service quality, and trust showed a greater effect on the shopping mall selection than usefulness and ease of use. This result implies that purchase-related variables such as price and service quality may be more critical to attracting customers and thereby raising the sales volume of the shopping mall, than the web site's usefulness and ease of use.

  • In the rapidly developing 4th industrial revolution. RPA is increasing in use at home and abroad due to its advantages of simplifying workflow and providing flexibility and scalability at the same time. Thus, this paper conducted an empirical study on companies using RPA to determine which factors affect the intention to use the services provided by RPA systems. As system characteristics, exogenous variables were selected as information quality, system quality, and service quality of the information system success model. The endogenous variables were selected as the system acceptance factors for the performance and effort expectancy of the integrated technology acceptance model, and the perceived economic values and functional values were additionally selected. For the purpose of this study, a structured questionnaire was used for empirical analysis and the proposed hypothesis was verified through the path analysis of structural equations. As a result of the study, there was no significant relationship between service quality and effort expectancy, between service quality and economic value, and it was verified that the relationship between other factors was positively significant.

  • This paper focus on the digital media quality of one source multi-use for the vitalization of Korean classical literature. This paper examines the structural relationship between the quality of digital media and learning satisfaction/sustainable use intention through digital media. For this we used the case of The 'Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture(www.grandculture.net)'. Thus we conducted a survey of 418 high school students attending a classical literature class which used the local culture DB. The result of this study demonstrates that quality of media content and media service quality affect the learning satisfaction even if media system quality does not affect the learning satisfaction. Learning satisfaction affect strongly. The result of multi regression showed that system quality increased the learning satisfaction in the high group, but system quality did not effect the learning satisfaction in the low group. These results indicate that if system quality is enhanced, learning satisfaction will be slightly increased, and if quality of contents and services is enhanced, learning satisfaction will be strongly increased.

  • Apart from the customer demands themselves, the weightings of the customer demands are one of the main input data of a QFD (Quality Function Deployment) and furthermore of the actual construction process of products. Up to now, most interviews with stakeholders have been carried out with questionnaires and then absolute weightings have been used. Now it has been analysed if the use of other interview and evaluation techniques, e.g. relative weightings and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), can improve the precision of the demands and wishes of the stakeholders. Now the task was to analyse if the use of relative weightings as input of a QFD is possible at all, how they have to be adapted and if an increase in precision compared to the use of absolute weightings is reached. When using AHP during the product development it has become clear that only up to seven demands can be rated at the same time by customers. That means that a kind of hierarchy has to be developed to correctly transfer the demands and their weightings into the QFD.

  • In our country, the real estate information system is operated by public and private institutions to trade real estate effectively from the 1990s. The purposes of this study is as follows: First, this study is aimed to examine how the system quality, information quality and service quality of the real estate IS is related with the system use and user satisfaction. In addition real estate practitioners and real estate non-practitioners is to investigated how different. Regression and t-test analysis was carried out as statistical analysis and survey data was used. The result is as follows: First, in the real estate non-practitioners group, system quality has significant negative impact on the user satisfaction. Second, information quality has significant impact on the user satisfaction in the real estate non- practitioners group. One limitation of this study is that it is limited to the real estate agents among various groups that use the IS. Thus, in the future studies, the target group should be extended to other various groups and more specific IS among various ones should be studied in a more practical way.
