SRAF를 적용한 극자외선 노광기술용 위상 변위 마스크의 반사도에 따른 이미징 특성 연구 (Evaluation of Imaging Performance of Phase Shift Mask Depending on Reflectivity with Sub-resolution Assist Feature in EUV Lithography)

  • In photolithography process, resolution enhancement techniques such as optical proximity correction (OPC) and phase shift mask (PSM) have been applied to improve resolution. Especially, sub-resolution assist feature (SRAF) is one of the most important OPC to enhance image quality including depth of focus (DOF). However, imaging performance of the mask could be varied with the diffraction order amplitude changed by inserting SRAF. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the imaging properties and process margin of attenuated PSM with SRAF. Reflectivities of attenuated PSMs at 13.5 nm were 3, 6, 9% and simulation was performed by $PROLITH^{TM}$. As a result, aerial image properties and DOF as well as diffraction efficiency were improved by increasing the reflectivity of attenuated PSM. Additionally, printed critical dimension variations depending on SRAF width and space error were also reduced for attenuated PSM with high reflectivity. However, SRAF could be printed when reflectivity of attenuated PSM is high enough. In conclusion, optimization of reflectivity of attenuated PSM and SRAF to prevent side-lobe from being printed is needed to be considered.

병원 종합 물류시스템 운영에 대한 관련직원들의 인식 (A Study of the Employee's Attitude Toward Operation of the Hospital Material Requirements Planning System(HMRPS) in University Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify influencing factors for successful introduction, implementation and management of HMRPS through assessment of the employees attitude toward HMRPS in technical, administrative, and organization behavioral areas. Data were collected from 157 HMRPS employee members' self-reporting questionnaire in three university hospitals in the city of Seoul and Kyonggi Province from November 5 to November 10, 1997. Relevant literature on industry company MPR system theory was reviewed to develop the theoretical framework. The results were as follows: The employee's recognition of tangible benefit were more significantly influenced success than intangible benefit for successful operation relating the HMRPS. Concerning the employee's recognition of the successful HMRPS and the factor of influenced success was significantly positive correlation between tangible and intangible benefits and success factor in technical, administrative, and organizational behavior area. This study showed that major factor affecting the employee's recognition of tangible and intangible benefit for successful HMRPS. For tangible benefits; Success factors in the technical areas were quality of the data and information, efficiency of inventory management and rescheduling of operation plan. Success factors in the administrative areas were: role of top management. Success factors in the organization behavioral areas were; simplicity of the HMRPS, human resistance to change. For intangible benefits; Success factors in the organization behavioral areas were; user involvement, simplicity of HMRPS, human resistance to change. Futhermore as the exact evaluation of successful factors of HMRPS implement is needed, research for the development of systemic variables of physical distribution system control, methods, capacity of system, duration and other environment in many of 30 hospitals or more, and for the empirical study for HMRPS.

청소년 대상 과학분야 메타검색시스템과 교과별 디렉토리시스템 연구 (A Study on the Meta Search System and the Curriculum-oriented Directory System for Youth in Science)

  • 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 한 과학분야 메타검색시스템 및 교과별 디렉토리시스템을 구축하고 사용성을 비교$\cdot$평가하여 효율성을 입증하려 하였다. 이를 위해 청소년 대상 과학분야 메타검색시스템과 개별검색시스템 및 교과별 디렉토리시스템을 각각 개발하였으며, 주제별 디렉토리시스템은 개발하지 않고 국내의 대표적인 과학기관에서 운영하고 있는 시스템을 선정하여 비교하였다. 사용성 분석을 위하여 정량적 연구방법과 정성적 연구방법을 병행하였으며, 데이터 수집을 위한 조사도구로 설문조사와 면접조사, 관찰법, 생각을 소리내어 말하기 방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 비교$\cdot$평가한 청소년 대상의 과학분야 정보시스템에 있어서는 메타정색시스템의 사용성이 개별검색시스템보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 수업과 연계된 일관된 접근점을 제공하는 교과별 디렉토리시스템이 주제별 디렉토리시스템보다 사용성이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문은 압축된 영상의 복원 과정에서 축소된 채도 정보를 휘도와 채도 성분의 상관관계를 이용하여 효율적으로 재구성하는 기법들에 대해 살펴보고, 기존에 계산 복잡도 측면에서 효율성을 보인 적응적 가중치를 가진 2차원 선형 보간법에 대해 문제점을 분석하였다. 그리고 본 논문은 2차원 선형 보간법에 대해 영상의 공간 주파수 분포를 고려하지 않는 문제점을 개선하고 저성능 시스템에 적용하기 위해 휘도 성분의 에지 반응도에 따라 계산 복잡도가 서로 다른 재구성 기법을 적용하는 다중 모드 재구성 기법을 제안하였으며, 임베디드 시스템 개발 플랫폼에서의 성능 평가 실험을 통해 유사한 수준의 복원 영상의 품질을 지원하면서 채도 재구성을 위한 계산 시간을 상대적으로 줄이고 있음을 확인하였다.

재활용폐지 유래 기름반점 제어효율 평가 (Evaluation of Control Efficiency of Oil Mark Originated from the Recycled Fibers)

  • The paper recycling becomes more important technology in terms of the reduction of the municipal waste and of saving natural resource such as wood. However the more utilization of recycled fiber would result in the higher contaminants in the papermaking processes and in the deterioration of the paper quality. The oil marks in the paper products becomes one of the major defects of paper products originated from paper recycling. The coagulation of various stickies in recycled fiber stock led to the oil marks. In this work, we applied functional polymer additives such as the dispersing agents, the fixing agents and the hydrophobic talc powder for the control of those stickies in order to remove the oil marks. The addition of the talc powder showed the great reduction in the oil marks of the packaging paper products. The hydrophobic surface of the talc particles collected the individual sticky materials and prevented their aggregation in the recycled fiber stock, which resulted in the great reduction of the oil marks on the paper products.

중국 및 한국 Database에서의 위식도 역류질환에 대한 반하사심탕의 효과에 대한 최근 10년간의 연구경향 (A Study Trend for the Effects of Banxia-xiexin-tang Decoction (Banhasasim-tang) on Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) in Chinese and Korean Databases over the Last Ten Years)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this research is to examine the recent clinical research trends on the efficiency of traditional herb medicine (THM) on gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and to provide clinical evidence of herbal medicine, Banhasasin-tang or Banxiexin decoction by using a systemic review and meta-analysis of randomized trials (RCTs). Methods: In this study, randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included that verified effects of traditional herbal medicine (THM), including a Banxia-xiexin-tang decoction, as a treatment for GERD. A study of the literature in Chinese and Korean databases was performed for papers published from January 1, 2010, to January 1, 2020. The selected literature was assessed by Cochrane's risk of bias (RoB). Results: A total of 90 RCTs met the inclusion criteria. Except for four RCT studies, all studies identified the effect of a Banxia-xiexin-tang decoction in the treatment of GERD. The effectiveness of treatment was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group, as shown through various evaluation indicators, including the reflux disease diagnostic questionnaire (RDQ). Adverse effects were reported in 22 articles (24.44%). Conclusions: Treatment with Banhasasin-tang, or a Banxia-xiexin-tang decoction, was found to be effective in treating GERD. However, due to the low quality of available studies, the significance of this conclusion is somewhat limited. This study could serve as a foundation for further clinical studies on the development of diagnosis and treatment methods for GERD based on Korean medicine.

모바일 VOD 시스템의 전력효율을 감안한 브로드캐스팅 기법 (Power-Efficient Broadcasting Scheme for Mobile VOD System)

  • 유선 네트워크 환경에 비해 무선 네트워크 환경에서의 VOD 서비스는 제한된 시스템 자원으로 인해 모바일 VOD의 서비스 품질(QoS)을 보장하기가 어렵다. 또한 유선망에 비해 적은 대역폭 자원과 짧은 도달거리는 많은 모바일 클라이언트들에게 서비스를 제공하는데 한계가 있고, 모바일 기기의 제한적인 배터리 용량은 모바일 사용자들이 장시간 VOD 서비스를 즐기는데 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 따라서 모바일 VOD 어플리케이션 개발에 있어 이러한 특성들을 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 모바일 클라이언트들에게 VOD 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 브로드캐스팅 기법과 모바일 기기의 전력 소모를 줄일 수 있는 집중(bursty) 전송 기법을 이용하여 스트리밍 데이터를 세그먼트로 나누고 각각의 세그먼트를 일정한 패킷의 그룹으로 묶어 한 번에 전송함으로써 모바일 기기의 무선 인터페이스 장치(WNIC)가 차지하는 전력 소비를 80%이상 줄일 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 기법은 기존의 Staggered 브로드캐스팅 기법과 비교할 때 서비스 초기 지연시간을 사용 채널수에 비례하여 감소시킴으로써, QoS가 개선된 VOD 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 성능분석을 통하여 밝힌다.

Genetic Diversity Analysis of Proso millet (Panicum miliaceum) Germplasm Using EST-SSR Markers

  • The collection, evaluation and conservation of crop germplasm have been treated as one of the basics to breeding program. An understanding of genetic relationships among germplasm resources is vital for future breeding process like yield, quality, and resistance. In the present study, EST-SSR markers were employed to assess the polymorphism and genetic diversity of 192 accessions of Proso millet preserved in the National Agrobiodiversity Center of RDA. We evaluated the efficiency of EST-SSR markers developed for proso millet species. A total of 98 alleles were detected with an average allele number of 4.5 per locus among 192 proso millet millet accessions using 22 EST-SSR markers. The averaged values of gene diversity ($H_E$) and polymorphism information content (PIC) for each EST-SSR marker were 0.362 and 0.404 within populations, respectively. Our results showed the moderate level of the molecular diversity among the proso millet accessions from diverse countries. A phylogenetic tree revealed three major groups of accessions that did not correspond with geographical distribution patterns with a few exceptions. The less correlation between the clusters and their geographic location might be considered due to their type difference. Our study provided a better understanding of genetic relationships among various germplasm collections, and it could contribute to more efficient utilization of valuable genetic resources. The EST-SSR markers developed here will serve as a valuable resource for genetic studies, like linkage mapping, diversity analysis, quantitative trait locus/association mapping, and molecular breeding.

간접평판형 검출기에서 변조전달함수 측정 시 Edge 각도에 따른 비교 연구 (Comparison of Modulation Transfer Function in Measurements by Using Edge Device angle in Indirect Digital Radiography)

  • This study was purpose to compare image quality of Indirect digital radiography (IDR) system by using the International electro-technical commission standard(IEC 62220-1) which were applied to IEC in medical imaging. To evaluation the analysis of Modulation transfer function(MTF) measurements edge device each angle by using edge method. In this study, Aero (Konica, Japan) which is Indirect flat panel detector(FPD) was used, the size of image receptor matrix $1994{\times}2430$ which performed 12bit processing and pixel pitch is $175{\mu}m$. In IEC standard method were applied to each angle were compared. The results of shown as LSF at $2.0^{\circ}$ and $3.0^{\circ}$ angeles. Shape is constant and shows smooth shape. The amount of data seemed reasonable and 2.19 cycles/mm and 2.01 cycles/mm at a spatial frequency of $2.0^{\circ}$ and $3.0^{\circ}$ at an MTF value of 0.1. At an MTF value of 0.5, the spatial frequencies were $2.0^{\circ}$ and 1.11 cycles/mm and 0.93 cycles/mm at an angle of $3.0^{\circ}$. This study were to evaluate MTF by setting the each $2{\sim}3^{\circ}$ each angle and to suggest the quantitative methods of measuring by using IEC.

다중 선형 회귀 분석과 랜덤 포레스트를 이용한 SS, T-P 대리모니터링 기법 평가 (Evaluation of Surrogate Monitoring Parameters for SS and T-P Using Multiple Linear Regression and Random Forest)

  • Effective nonpoint source (NPS) pollution management requires frequent water quality monitoring, which is, however, often costly to be implemented in practice. Statistical techniques and machine learning methods allow us to identify and focus on fundamental environmental variables that have close relationships with NPS pollutants of interest. This study developed surrogate models to predict the concentrations of suspended sediment (SS) and total phosphorus (T-P) from turbidity and runoff discharge rates using multiple linear regression (MLR) and random forest (RF) methods. The RF models provided acceptable performance in predicting SS and T-P, especially when runoff discharge rates were high. The RF models outperformed the MLR models in all the cases. Such finding highlights the potential of RF techniques and models as a tool to identify fundamental environmental variables that are measured in relatively inexpensive ways or freely available but still able to provide information required to quantify the concentrations of NP S pollutants. The analysis of relative importance rates showed that the temporal variations of SS and T-P concentrations could be more effectively explained by that of turbidity than runoff discharge rate. This study demonstrated that the advanced statistical techniques such as machine learning could help to improve the efficiency of NPS pollutants monitoring.
