정부 보조금의 노동생산성 향상 효과 비교 (Comparison of the Effects of Government Subsidies on Labor Productivity Improvement)

  • 본 연구는 노동생산성 향상을 위해 다양한 방식으로 지급할 수 있는 정부 보조금의 효과를 분석하여 비교한다. 노동자들은 학습 능력에 차별화된 분포를 하고, 수요복점의 각 기업은 투입하는 노동의 질적 수준과 임금 수준을 완전정보 하의 두 단계 비협조게임 모형을 통해 순차적으로 결정한다. 이때 질적 수준 및 생산성 측면에서 앞서 있는 기업에 유리하도록 보조금을 지급하면, 이 기업은 노동시장에서의 경쟁력 강화로 임금경쟁 심화를 선호하게 되어, 차별화 정도의 축소를 위해 질적 수준 저하를 시도하고, 상대방 기업은 경쟁력 약화로 경쟁 회피를 위해 차별화를 확대하려고 역시 질적 수준을 낮추려는 유인을 가질 수 있다. 반대로 정부가 낮은 질적 수준이나 저생산성의 기업을 지원하면, 경쟁력 강화로 부터 심화한 임금경쟁을 하기 위해, 차별화 축소의 목적으로 질적 수준을 높일 동기를 갖게 되며, 상대 기업은 차별화 확대를 위한 질적 수준 향상의 유인이 있다. 그리고 지급 대상이 노동자인지 기업인지에 따라 결과에 유의미한 차이는 발생하지 않는다.

망외부성이 존재하는 상품에 대한 독점 기업의 수직차별화 전략 분석 (Analysis of Vertical Differentiation Strategy of a Monopolistic Company under Network Externality)

  • The proliferation of information technologies made it possible to produce information products of different versions at much lower cost comparing to traditional physical products. Thus it is common for information product manufacturers to consider vertically differentiated product line for more profit through improved market coverage. Another salient characteristic of most information product is network externality. Existing researches dealing with vertical differentiation and network externality usually assumed oligopolistic market where vertically differentiated products are provided by competing companies, respectively. Moreover, they analyzed the essentially dynamic characteristic of network externality statically. In this study, different from the previous researches, the vertical differentiation strategy of a monopolistic company under network externality is dynamically analyzed. We used a two-period model to accommodate the dynamic feature of network externality. Based on the two-period model, the profit maximizing solutions are analyzed. The results showed that a monopolistic company has no incentive to differentiate products vertically when the network externality is absent. On the contrary, when the network externality exists, the monopolistic company can derive more profit by vertically differentiating the product line. It is also shown that, for more profit, the monopolistic company should keep the quality difference between the high quality product and the low quality product as greater as possible.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the detailed customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors of family restaurants in Korea, and to then classify the factors into 3 groups, inlcuding core service, quality service, and basic service. ‘Core service’ represents the critical factors that generate both satisfaction and dissatisfaction; ‘quality service’ generates only satisfaction; and ‘basic service’ generates only dissatisfaction. This categorization is based on Herzberg’s motivation-hygiene theory (1976) as well as Cadotte & Turgeon (1988). Based on the characteristics of the three groups, differentiation strategies in managing customer service were suggested to the family restaurant managers. A qualitative research method, termed the critical incident technique (CIT), was used in the study. This method helps researchers find new factors or attributes by grouping key issues from the anecdotes (critical incidents) and then categorizing common factors from the key issues. This research categorized key satisfiers and dissatisfiers into 33 factors, which were from 402 critical incidents described by 261 respondents. Eleven factors (response to service failures, food taste and quality, attention paid to customers, coupon/mileage point/discount card, customer’s ordinary requests, waiting, food diversity, food price, facility sanitation, checking out, customer’s special requests) were classified into core service, which required maximum management not regarding the level of customer satisfaction. Six factors (employee attitude, event, education and explanation, complementary food, customer’s mistakes, attention paid to children) were classified into quality service, which required differentiation strategy management. Finally, nine factors (speed of food service, employee’s mistakes, food sanitation, atmosphere and interior, seating, forcing orders, parking, other customers, reservations) were classified into basic service, which required minimum management at the level of the industry standards.

암 환자 대상 한의약 임상시험에서 변증 활용에 대한 분석 (The Analysis of usage of Symptom Differentiation in Clinical Trials in Korean Medicine for Cancer Patients)

  • Objective : The aim of this study is to investigate the features of clinical trial which used symptom differentiation on cancer patients Method : Electronic databases including Ovid-Medline, Ovid-EMBASE, and Cochrane library were searched. Search terms incorporating the concepts of cancer, herbal medicine, clinical trial were used. Articles described using symptom differentiation in methods were selected. Results : Twelve studies used symptom differentiation for prescribing herbal medicine to cancer patients. A total of 36 symptom differentiation were used. The kind of the herbal medicines was varied as much as the kind of symptom differentiation. Conclusion : Most of herbal medicines used for cancer patients focused on quality of life or adverse events rather than tumor size. Symptom differentiation and herbal medicine used in selected studies were too diverse to categorize. To use standardized symptom differentiation, symptom differentiation instrument should be developed and reliability test and validity test are needed.

  • 최근 고객중심으로의 시장변화는 자연히 주택공급업체로 하여금 품질의 경쟁시대를 맞이하도록 하였다. 이러한 품질경쟁시대에 부응하는 주택상품 기획을 위하여 단위세대 품질의 차별화 사례 및 대상 부위에 대한 유형분석 등을 실시하여 공동주택의 단위세대에 대한 품질의 차별화 유형 분류체계를 구축하였다. 건축적 요소인 평면요소와 인테리어요소는 공간위계를 기준으로 품질요소를 세분하여 분류체계를 구축하였고, 사용자 편익과 관련 있는 설비시스템부위는 친환경성, 안전성, 에너지절약효과, 편리성으로 구분하여 분류체계를 구축하였으며, 제품요소는 가구와 설치제품 및 편의품으로 구분하여 분류체계를 구축하였다. 향후 이 분류체계는 공동주택상품의 마케팅 전략수립단계에서의 제품 포지셔닝과 상품기획단계에서의 상품의 차별화요소 결정에도 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Muscle differentiation induced up-regulation of calcium-related gene expression in quail myoblasts

  • Objective: In the poultry industry, the most important economic traits are meat quality and carcass yield. Thus, many studies were conducted to investigate the regulatory pathways during muscle differentiation. To gain insight of muscle differentiation mechanism during growth period, we identified and validated calcium-related genes which were highly expressed during muscle differentiation through mRNA sequencing analysis. Methods: We conducted next-generation-sequencing (NGS) analysis of mRNA from undifferentiated QM7 cells and differentiated QM7 cells (day 1 to day 3 of differentiation periods). Subsequently, we obtained calcium related genes related to muscle differentiation process and examined the expression patterns by quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Results: Through RNA sequencing analysis, we found that the transcription levels of six genes (troponin C1, slow skeletal and cardiac type [TNNC1], myosin light chain 1 [MYL1], MYL3, phospholamban [PLN], caveolin 3 [CAV3], and calsequestrin 2 [CASQ2]) particularly related to calcium regulation were gradually increased according to days of myotube differentiation. Subsequently, we validated the expression patterns of calcium-related genes in quail myoblasts. These results indicated that TNNC1, MYL1, MYL3, PLN, CAV3, CASQ2 responded to differentiation and growth performance in quail muscle. Conclusion: These results indicated that calcium regulation might play a critical role in muscle differentiation. Thus, these findings suggest that further studies would be warranted to investigate the role of calcium ion in muscle differentiation and could provide a useful biomarker for muscle differentiation and growth.

대학창업교육 서비스품질이 창업의지에 미치는 영향연구: 창업교육 만족도를 매개효과로 (A Study on the Influence of University Entrepreneurial Education Service quality of Entrepreneurial Intention: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Satisfaction with Entrepreneurial Education)

  • 본 연구는 대학창업 교육서비스 품질이 창업교육 만족도와 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학창업 교육현장에 창업관련 전문가들을 통해 실전창업교육이 활성화 되고 있어, 이를 통한 대학의 창업활성화 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 문헌연구를 바탕으로 대학창업 교육서비스품질을 유형성, 공감성, 차별성 등으로 3개요소를 설정하였다. 첫째, 설문 분석 결과를 바탕으로 대학창업 교육서비스 품질(유형성, 공감성, 차별성)이 창업교육 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 둘째, 창업교육 만족도가 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 셋째, 대학창업 교육서비스품질이 창업의지 영향에 창업교육 만족도가 매개 효과를 검정하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 유형성, 공감성, 차별성이 창업교육 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업교육 만족도가 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공감성, 차별성이 창업의지 영향에 창업교육 만족도는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검정되었고 유형성은 창업의지 영향에 창업교육 만족도는 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 창업교육을 위한 편의시설과 좋은 환경구축 보다는 수강생들에 대한 관심과 서비스, 창업에 대한 교육목표 등 창업관련 전문가들의 실전교육이 대학 창업활성화에 기여함을 알 수 있었다. 창업교육 만족도에 대한 요인이 창업의지에 공감성과 차별성이 확보가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 위하여 K공과대학교의 창업 강좌 수강학생들을 대상으로 설문조사 및 연구결과를 도출하였다.

68명의 기능성 소화불량증 환자에 대한 한의학적 변증분석 (Analytic Study of 68 Patients with Functional Dyspepsia According to Syndrome Differentiation)

  • Objective : Functional dyspepsia is a common disease impeding subjective quality of life. The present study aimed to analyze syndrome differentiation of functional dyspepsia to help with development of oriental therapeutics. Methods : Sixty-eight subjects diagnosed with functional dyspepsia were analyzed and classified into one of five syndrome differentiations. We compared symptomatic characteristics according to the Nepean Dyspepsia Index (NDI), such as severity, kinds of dyspepsia-related complaints and functional dyspepsia quality of life (QOL) among groups. Results : Patients with disharmony between liver and stomach were most prevalent (52.9%), but no patients with complex of fever and cold. The scores of symptom severity and QOL were not significantly different between groups. Each group had a specified pattern of complaints. Conclusions : Clinical-study based analysis of functional dyspepsia constructed by this study, could be useful in objectively developing Oriental medicines for this disease.

품질경영 추진방식의 Infra 요인과 Process 요인이 생산경쟁력과 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of 'Process' Factor and 'Infra' Factor in Quality Management on Manufacturing Capabilities and Performance)

  • We categorize quality management practices as two factors ; 'infra factor' and 'process factor.' We confirm the factors' statistical significance with empirical investigation about 167 manufacturing companies in nationwide. Moreover, we find the two factors affect positively on the manufacturing capabilities of differentiation and reliability, and on the performances as improving products and process. We prove these results with empirical method of structural equation model and AMOS program.
