This study is the first research for the lawyers' office service quality in Korea. Several T-tests' results show that the performance of lawyers of ace service was perceived much lower than the expectation of customers. A causal analysis was conducted to identify which service qualify factors influence customers' satisfaction of the lawyer's office in Korea. The results of the analysis show that tangible and empathy service qualify factors are the most important factors for the lawyers' customers' satisfaction. Thus, lawyers' office should invest some money in selecting location and building including interiors to increase customers' satisfaction in Korea. And then. lawyers should improve the empathy quality factor which make their customers feel their law office comfortable and helpful to them.

In Korea, some pharmaceutical companies and agricultural machine manufacturers associate the length of the credit period with the retailer's order size. This kind of commercial practice is based on the principle of economy of scale from the supplier's point of view and tends to make retailer's order size large enough to qualify a certain credit period break. Also, the credit period allowed by the supplier makes it possible to reduce the retail price expecting that the retailer can earn more profits by the stimulating the customer's demand. Since the retailer's order size is affected by the end customer's demand, it is reasonable to determine the retail price and the order size simultaneously. In this regard, this paper analyzes the retailer's problem who has to decide his sales price and order quantity from a supplier who offers different credit periods depending on his order size. And we show that the retailer's order size large enough to qualify a certain credit period break. Also, it is assumed that the end customer's demand rate is represented by a linear decreasing function of the retail price.

Purpose: To determine the effect of Tai Chi exercise program on fatigue, stress, and quality of life in middle aged women. Method: The study was designed as a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study. Thirty subjects were assigned for experimental group and thirty four subjects were assigned for control group. The subjects in the experimental group were participated in Tai Chi exercise program for 60 minutes per session 3 times a week for 8weeks. Tai Chi exercise program consists of 10 minutes warm-up, 45 minutes main, and 5 minutes cooling down exercises. In order to evaluate the effect of Tai Chi exercise program, fatigue, stress, and qualify of life were assessed by measuring the condition of the participants in respect of fatigue, stress, and qualify of life with questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using $x^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, t-test by a SAS-pc+ 8.12 program. Result: After 8 weeks Tai Chi exercise program, there were significant improvement in fatigue, stress, and quality of life in middle aged women. Conclusion: Tai Chi exercise program can be an effective nursing intervention to improve fatigue, stress, and quality of life in middle aged women.

Nowadays, as the importance of service-oriented architecture software is recognized, the market of service-oriented software is getting bigger. In response to this, the requirements of high reliability and quality about service-oriented architecture software is getting increased. In this research, we clearly suggested the evaluation method by giving a specific evaluation example to evaluate the reliability qualify of service-oriented architecture software. It is expected to raise the objectivity and the utilization by inducing the reliability qualify improvement from this research.

Incheon International Airport (IIAC) has been named "best airport worldwide" according to the AETRA Passenger survey Program that was jointly administered by Airports Council International (ACI) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2005. This paper identifies eight dimensions underlying the overall service qualify in passenger terminals. These eight elements were found from literature reviews through relevant documents. The research explains the linkage between the overall satisfaction with IIAC and five services that influence that satisfaction. The five services are the following: service quality of passenger terminals, commercial facility services, easy access by transportation, service quality of the airlines, and contributions to the community by IIAC. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) designed by Cook and Kress (CK Model) was used to maximize the efficiency of commercial facility services, easy access by transportation, service qualify of the airlines, and contributions to the community by IIAC because the model best provided practical plans for a more competitive airport. This paper has three significant results. First, it includes research of passenger terminal-oriented service quality. Second, the author researches service qualify focusing on a three-cornered relation among passengers, airline employees, and IIAC. Third, the paper contains research of service quality focusing on IIAC's employees.

This study was conducted to identify the relationships among self-care agency, family support, qualify of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The subjects were 120 rheumatoid arthritis patients who attended RA O.P.D. at a university hospital, located in Daegu city, from 10th of May in 1998 to 30th of July in 1998. Three structure questionnaires were administered for explore three main research variables; 소향숙's self-care agency scale, 강현숙's family support scale, and 김종임's quality of life scale of RA patien. Data analysis was conducted with SPSS program including percentage, mean, standard deviation, mean score, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, multiple regression, and Cronbach's Alpha. Results are summarized as follows; 1. The mean of RA patient's self-care agency was 136.62, the mean of family support 37.38, and the mean of qualify of life 134.41. 2. Subject's self-care agency was positively correlated with family support(r=.2446) and with quality of life(r=.4341). Subject's family support was positively correlated with quality of life(r=.2630). 3. Stepwise multiple regression was used to determine the predictors of subject's quality of life. Significant predictors for subject's quality of life were self-care agency(t=4.873 p=0.0000), family support(t=4.480 p=0.0000) and the severity of arthralgia(t=-3.838, p=0.0002). The number of joints involved and the periods of illness did not show significant contribution to subject's quality of life. Self-care agency, family support, and family support explained 40. 39% of the variance in RA patient's quality of life. Given this results, it is suggested that a repeated study to measure RA patient's self-care practice in their own life may be needed to develope and validate an optimum level of nursing intervention for RA patient with which family support will be encouraged and patient's self-care agency will be facilitated.

As the necessity of the safety diagnosis of the concrete structure, more reliable ultrasonic technique to qualify the concrete is required. In this study, the artificial surface crack depth is measured using several types of the ultrasonic probes. As results, the horizontal shear wave probe is most useful to determine the crack depth compared to the other probes. For the surface wave probe, the ultrasonic wave path is changed with the surface crack depth.

In this paper, we proposed the high quality digital audio watermarking algorithm in the frequency domain. The spread spectrum technique is used to encrypted a stream of information by spreading the data as much of the frequency spectrum as possible. It's technique adapt well to data hiding in audio signal. We have used the perceptual model and MDCT/IMDCT for the high qualify digital audio watermarking. The proposed watermark algorithm preserved high quality audio data from watermark signal.

In the finite element simulation of hot forging processes using hexahedron, remeshing of a flash is very difficult. The mesh compression method is a remeshing technique to construct an effective hexahedral mesh. However, because mesh is distorted during the compression procedure or the mesh compression method, mesh smoothing is necessary to improve the mesh Qualify. in this study, several geometric mesh smoothing techniques and a matrix norm optimization technique are applied and compared which is more adaptive to the mesh compression method.
