기업정보시스팀은 정보자원을 활용한 정보서비스 제공기술을 적극, 활용하여야 한다. 기업정보시스팀 개선은 기업정보센터 설치와 전문사서의 배치를 전제로 한다. 따라서, 경영자는 기술혁신의 채택과 경영전략, 정보지원이 결합될 때 기업의 발전과 관리운영의 효율화를 가져올 것이다. 특히, 인터넷을 활용한 정보서비스는 신속한 의사결정과 새로운 정책의 유입, 유연한 기업조직과 기술혁신에 핵심요소가 될 것이다.

Capacity estimation is indispensable to ensure the safety and reliability of lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles (EVs). Therefore it's quite necessary to develop an effective on-board capacity estimation technique. Based on experiment, it's found constant current charge time (CCCT) and the capacity have a strong linear correlation when the capacity is more than 80% of its rated value, during which the battery is considered healthy. Thus this paper employs CCCT as the health indicator for on-board capacity estimation by means of relevance vector machine (RVM). As the ambient temperature (AT) dramatically influences the capacity fading, it is added to RVM input to improve the estimation accuracy. The estimations are compared with that via back-propagation neural network (BPNN). The experiments demonstrate that CCCT with AT is highly qualified for on-board capacity estimation of lithium-ion batteries via RVM as the results are more precise and reliable than that calculated by BPNN.

In this paper, we propose a comparative study of Informatics subject curriculums and textbooks in middle school between Korea and England because both countries have similar national curriculums about software education which has computational thinking as objectives of education and good-qualified textbooks for teachers and students. we looked through the Informatics and Computing curriculums and textbook of both countries in order to give good reference case to Informatics textbook manufacturer. In addition, we verified the validity of this study through FGI. The results of this study will be a good case study about designing Informatics curriculum and making Informatics textbooks in middle school.

Both in-process quality control and high reliability of the weld is one of the major concerns in applying friction welding to the economical and qualified mass-production. No reliable nondestructive monitoring method is available at present to determine the real-time evaluation of automatic production quality control for friction welding of special hydraulic valve spool of 16mm in diameter. This paper, so that, presents the experimental examinations and statistical quantitative analysis of the correlation between the initial cumulative counts of acoustic emission(AE) occurring during plastic deformation periods of the welding and the tensile strength and other properties of the welded joints of $\phi16$ valve spool as well as the various welding variables, as a new approach which attempts finally to develop real-time quality monitoring system for friction welding.

A standardized scoring system for college interview entrance examination means we standardize the score of examination to adjust the degree of difficulty among questions and difference of panel's disposition. A standardized scoring system were newly enforced at college interview entrance examination from 2001. Colleges want to choose the most suitably qualified students, taking full advantage of interview examination. Also they should always prepare for questions, plan the answers and a standardized scoring system so that all candidates get a fair shake. The main purpose of this paper is to provide a standardized scoring system for interview examination. The results of interview examination are ranked from highest to lowest and each candidate have different rank from several panels. So some unit scores from panels are given for each candidate using standard normal distribution. Then we calculate the mean unit score for each candidate and final interview entrance examination scores are given using the mean unit score for each candidate.

$CO_2$ emission regulation will be prescribed and main issue in automotive industry. Mostly, vehicle's fuel efficiency deeply related to $CO_2$ emission is regulated by qualified driving test cycle by using chassis dynamometer and exhaust gas analyser. But, real driving fuel consumption rate depends so much on the individual usage profile and where it is being driven: city traffic, road conditions. In this study, vehicle model of fuel consumption rate for ICEV and PHEV was developed through co-simulation with CRUISE model and Simulink based on driving control model. The simulation results of fuel consumption rate were analysed with on-road vehicle data and compared with its official level.

In-process quality control and high reliability of the weld are the major concerns in applying friction welding to the economical and qualified mass-production. Experimental examinations and quantitative analysis were performed for the optimiaztion of similar friction welding of hydraulic valve spool steels(SNCM220, SCM435, SACM645, SCM415, ${\varphi}24). The quantitative correlations were found between the initial cumulative counts of acoustic emission(AE) occurring during plastic deformation periods of the welding and the fatigue life as well as weld strength and welding conditions. A real-time evaluation system was developed for the friction weld quality by AE.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics and caregiving behavior in families who awarded on filial piety. Using the qualitative method 137 families and social supports to them were analyzed,. The major findings can be summarized as follows (1) Most of caregivers were daughter-in -law over 40 years in 3-generation or 2-generation family. Elderly can be characterized as oldest-old dependent long-term care for more than 10 years. (2) These families showed very high family solidarity with strong collectivity. (3) Their economic emotional and service cares were family-centered with helps from their extended family. These families were supported emotional helps rather than instrumental helps from social network. It was concluded that to help family elder care social support program for the frail elder caregiving families should be complemented in their children support program family life enrichment program for the inter-generational relationship medical care program other social network program and religion program etc. And more concrete and qualified study for the adaptation of filial piety families should be followed.

최근 정보통신망이 사회전반에 걸쳐 급속히 확산됨에 따라 현행 인터넷은 정보통신망을 통하여 언제나 어느 누구와 어디에서든지 정보교류가 가능한 수단으로 사용되고 있으며 정보수집, 전자우편등에 이용된 뿐만 아니라 기업간이나 기업과 소비자간의 전자상거래 등 다양한 사이버 사업이 소개되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 인터넷은 공개된 네트워크이므로 사용자에게 편리성을 제공하지만 정보통신 시스템의 보호 취약점이 심각하게 노출되기 시작하면서 보호의 필요성에 대할 인식이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 정보보호산업은 정보산업의 전반적인 발전뿐 아니라 국가전략차원에서도 가장 중요한 요소의 하나로 부각되고 있는 실정이므로 정보보호산업을 보다 명확하게 이해할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호산업을 보다 발전시킬 수 있는 전략을 제시한다.

This study is to investigate the possibility of a quantitative analysis on sunshine right in apartment houses with a new evaluation index of shading area ratio(SAR) which represents seasonal average value of shaded portion of a window during definite period. SAR values of each apartment houses in a prototype building was calculated depending on apartment building arrangement types and orientations. Since the new method proposed in this research is able to measure the sunshine possibility of the each house in detail, which is more precise and descriptive than the existing method of sunshine judgment standard based on the sunshine hours only at winter solstice, it can be appropriately utilized as a highly qualified sunshine right judgment measures in apartment buildings.
