An important issue for qualified science teacher education should be a proper system of pre-service education for the science teacher. There are various types of science teacher education systems in accordance with their socio-cultural backgrounds. In this paper, science teacher education systems were analysed into 3 different types: Focusing Undergraduate Certification of Education (FUCE), Open Undergraduate Certification of Education (OUCE), and Post Graduate Certification of Education (PGCE). Science teacher education systems and their outcomes, such as the quality of the science teacher, were discussed with their socio-cultural backgrounds, compared by the 3 types of science teacher education systems. For this the results of meta-analysis from TIMSS-R and OECD data sets were used. Special interests focused on countries; Japan, Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States, which would represent stereotypes of science teacher education systems and different backgrounds of oriental and western culture.

In today's agriculture, there has been an increase in the construction of agricultural facilities due to the need to maximize land usage and many customer demands for products. But many agricultural facilities are constructed by not qualified construction company so it often causes many accidents like breakdowns and repairs. this study is to understand the construction process of agricultural facilities. The results of this research are that greenhouse is lack of the law of contract and the performance and need for the construction process supervision. Vinyl House is needed to supervise the design of the structure.

As the Internet spreads into every corner of our lives, the paradigm of education has changed. With this change, many educational institutions, including universities and companies formed a consortia to provide cyber-education. Currently there are 9 such institutions that are approved by the Korean government to grant degrees to the qualified learners. But, the educational environment of them seems to be in bad shape, the quality of education is questionable. So, in this paper we first surveyed the literature to determine the potential factors that affect the effectiveness of cyber-education and then we analyzed the questionnaire prepared to investigate the relationship between those factors and effectiveness. We hope the findings from this study provide some insights into how the effectiveness of cyber-education can be strengthened.

This research on policy regarding education and certification for smart IT sector in the software oriented society can be used as a guideline in education and certification for smart IT sector at colleges and can be also used for establishing groundwork for completing practical education required in smart ICT field at colleges and for cultivating mobile app program developers required by enterprises.

Because autoimmune diseases (AIDs) result from a complex combination of genetic and epigenetic factors, as well as an altered immune response to endogenous or exogenous antigens, systems biology approaches have been widely applied. The use of multi-omics approaches, including blood transcriptomics, genomics, epigenetics, proteomics, and metabolomics, not only allow for the discovery of a number of biomarkers but also will provide new directions for further translational AIDs applications. Systems biology approaches rely on high-throughput techniques with data analysis platforms that leverage the assessment of genes, proteins, metabolites, and network analysis of complex biologic or pathways implicated in specific AID conditions. To facilitate the discovery of validated and qualified biomarkers, better-coordinated multi-omics approaches and standardized translational research, in combination with the skills of biologists, clinicians, engineers, and bioinformaticians, are required.

Properties of thermoelectric power in PbS thin films by chemical bath deposition were investigated The qualified PbS thin film was gained with the amounts of Thiourea($4-8ml/{\ell}$ ), Triethanolamine (1-2ml) and NaOH(l0ml). The molecular ratio of Pb and S was 3 : 7. Satisfied crystallization rate and deposition rate of PbS were greater at $50^{\circ}C$ than at $30^{\circ}C$. The constant of thermoelectric power in PbS was nearly $ 500uv/^{\circ}k$. The PbS thin film was changed from p-type to n-type semiconductor at around $200^{\circ}C$. In case of heat treatment at $300^{\circ}C$, the sample kept the characteristic of p-type semiconductors up to $250^{\circ}C$.

To predict flow fields and chemical agent dispersion in urban area, wind tunnel experiments was performed. The agent was adopted MS (methyl salicylate) because the real chemical agent is unsafe. The exact concentration of methyl salicylate was generated by the commercial gas generator (STI-2500) and three different obstacle shapes were applied (i.e., rectangular, cylinder and pyramid). The concentration was measured with the qualified ion mobility sensor and gas chromatography. The data necessary for virtual test method of the real chemical agent were obtained.

IEC 60300 is an advanced Dependability Management System(DMS) designed for highly qualified company. ISO/TS 16949 is an Quality Management System enforced reliability activities. It is now hot issue how to set up and implement DMS. This paper presents an approach for implementing Dependability Management System(IEC 60300) based on Quality Management System(ISO/TS16949). We analyse the difference and relationship between these two systems, and suggest an quantitative method for evaluating DMS by introducing MIR(Maturity Index for Reliability). Finally we analyse the level of reliability activities in these systems by MIR.

Child obesity has become a significant health issue in Korea. Prevalence of obesity in school-age children in Korea has been alarmingly rising since 2008. Prevalence of obesity among infants and preschool-age children in Korea has doubled since 2008. Obese children may develop serious health complications. Before nutritional counseling is pursued, several points should be initially considered. The points are modifiable risk factors, assessment for child obesity, and principles of treatment. Motivational interviewing and a multidisciplinary team approach are key principles to consider in managing child obesity effectively in the short-term as well as long-term. Nutritional counseling begins with maintaining a daily log of food and drink intake, which could possibly be causing obesity in a child. Several effective tools for nutritional counseling in practice are the Traffic Light Diet plan, MyPlate, Food Balance Wheel, and 'Food Exchange Table'. Detailed nutritional counseling supported by a qualified dietitian is an art of medicine enabling insulin therapy and hypoglycemic agents to effectively manage diabetes mellitus in obese children.

The problems like exceeding estimated cost, late due-date, expensive maintenance, insuffiency of experts and low productivity are becoming emphasized related with the software development. In order to overcome these problems and to develop the highly qualified software within the limited resources, a project management tool is used. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model of the project management system which can plan, analyze and control the software development projects effectively. The model is constructed with plan and track management system, cost management system and operation management system for the efficient project management. It is named by LSD-PMS : Large-scale Software Development Project Management System. We reviewed 5 cases of project management. LSD-PMS is evaluated and reviewed by the project managers in the field. It is proved that LSD-PMS is a tool which can help project managers develop software successfully given budget and time schedule. In the future, this system should be further developed as an integrated model with system implementation tools such as CASE products.
