A Study of Pervasive Roaming Services with Security Management Framework (퍼베이시브 로밍 서비스를 위한 보안 관리 프레임워크)

  • The ubiquitous and autonomic computing environments is open and dynamic providing the universal wireless access through seamless integration of software and system architectures. The ubiquitous computing have to offer the user-centric pervasive services according to the wireless access. Therefore the roaming services with the predefined security associations among all of the mobile devices in various networks is especially complex and difficult. Furthermore, there has been little study of security coordination for realistic autonomic system capable of authenticating users with different kinds of user interfaces, efficient context modeling with user profiles on Smart Cards, and providing pervasive access service by setting roaming agreements with a variety of wireless network operators. This paper proposes a Roaming Coordinator-based security management framework that supports the capability of interoperator roaming with the pervasive security services among the push service based network domains. Compared to traditional mobile systems in which a Universal Subscriber Identity Module(USIM) is dedicated to one service domain only, our proposed system with Roaming Coordinator is more open, secure, and easy to update for security services throughout the different network domains such as public wireless local area networks(PWLANs), 3G cellular networks and wireless metropolitan area networks(WMANs).

  • This paper is designed to look for a specialized strategies by drawing the special features of Busan New Port from both a comparative analysis of major factors of harbor competitiveness and a SWOT analysis of Busan New Port and Yangshan Port, one of the biggest competitive ports in Northeast Asia, so that Busan New Port may preoccupy a status as the hub port of the area. The researcher would like to suggest the following measures to make Busan New Port serve as the central port of Northeast Asia on the basis of the findings; Korea should push ahead with creating a railroad transportation linking with Eurasia Contient, secure the amount of goods and resources with the help of the early development of the surrounding complex of the port, make a considerable progress in the level of port service, come up with a differentiation strategies for harbor marketing activities and improve its productivity.

  • Location-based services have distinctive service characteristics compared to the past online commerce used on the desktop. In any place, mobile communication devices can be used to access online and utilize online shopping, and it is more convenient for users. In addition, by providing shopping and service information specific to each location, it is possible to provide convenience to the consumers according to their locations. In addition, it provides scarcity of information as well as location, thereby increasing consumers' desire to purchase. In this study, we investigated the effect of scarcity on the Purchase intention of consumers in location-based services. The steps of scarcity are: first, a step without scarcity, Second, providing time limit information, Third, providing quantity limitation information, Fourth, the experiment was designed to provide time and quantity limitation, and 4 groups were analyzed through experimental stimuli The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effect of the dependent variable on the degree of scarcity by adding 'ubiquity', 'interactivity' and 'privacy' which are characteristics of location-based service. As a result of the analysis, scarcity of time and scarcity of quantity limitation scarcity stimuli showed a moderating effect on ubiquity, interactivity and consumer's purchase intention, and these variables also directly or indirectly affected positively. Consumer confidence was found to have a negative effect on consumers' purchase intentions.

  • Internet only banking has been spreading rapidly since it was first introduced in Korea since 2017, but issues regarding its limitations continuously are rising. In this research, consumers' intention to switch have been empirically demonstrated toward the internet banking by applying the PPM theory. To achieve a purpose of the research, survey targeting total 132 person who have experiences of using KaKaobank have been implemented by using Smart PLS 3.0. In conclusion, it has been verified that the push and full effect have a positive effect on the consumers' intention to switch main bank and the degree of usage of KaKaobank have significantly influences on relation between mooring factor and consumers' intention to switch main bank. Through this study, the scope of the PPM theory applied in previous researches regarding consumer's service transition shall be extended to Fintech service and practically it provides implications for establishing a strategy to enter the Internet only bank market.

  • The purpose of this study is to look into the consumers who show the consumption patterns of brand switching and repeated purchasing, find the decision factors of their brand switching and repeated purchasing, analyze the difference in marketing response variables being represented as corporate promotion activities in the brand switching and repeated purchasing process, and provide a suggestion to apply the result to marketing Therefore, it tries to help the firms, which develop push marketing as the result of excessive competition between distributors and sales competition focusing on external appearance, recognize consumers as individual substances; to propose proper efficient promotion activities; to let consumers increase loyalty to their trademark and continue to purchase their products repeatedly; and to induce competitor brand consumers to do brand switching. The results of this study are presented as follows: First, consumers who prefer events, price discount, samples, and product premium which means the products with brand or logo on them had the feature of repeated purchasing. Secondly, service benefit, point-type promotion, cost-saving satisfaction didn't affect brand switching, and only the consumers who prefer coupon-type promotion did brand switching. Thirdly, a distribution type produced the moderating effect between the repeated purchasing and coupon and coupon-type promotion, and between brand switching and service benefit.

  • 공급체인관리(Supply Chain Management)는 단순히 물질의 흐름관리뿐만 아니라 제품의 생산, 공급, 유통 등 다양하고 복잡한 활동들의 물질 및 정보 흐름의 통합이라고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 각 구성원간의 긴밀한 협력과 공동작업을 위해서는 원활한 정보 수집 및 응답이 요구된다. 하지만 기존 시스템은 비이동성 에이전트 개념으로 네트워크의 오버헤드나 혹은 접속 단절 상황에서 작업 수행이 불가능하여 구성원간의 정보 수집과 응답이 실제 업무 처리에 지연이 발생되므로 생산에서 판매까지의 리드타임이 길어지게 되고 채찍효과(Bullwhip Effect)가 더욱 크게 나타난다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 구성원간 협력과 공동작업을 위해 효율적으로 처리되어야 할 정보 수집 및 응답을 대상으로 하는 효율적 다중 응답을 위한 이동 에이전트 시스템을 설계한다. 제안시스템은 기존 시스템의 문제 해결을 위해 이동 에이전트와 객체 복제 메커니즘을 제시하며, 또한 각 구성원 시스템의 투명성을 위해 네이밍 서비스의 구성 방법과 등록된 구성원 시스템 객체의 객체 참조자 정보에 따라 복제된 이동 에이전트가 각 구성원 시스템으로 이주하는 이주 방식과 이주 후, 개별적인 작업 수행 결과를 해당 각 구성원 시스템에 제공하는 다중 응답 시나리오를 제시한다.

  • When various work was given from user, the existing mobile agent model migrated from node to node and process the work at the point that much traffics according to passive routing schedule are happened, until it makes service the work result, time cost of round work process for the distributed nodes are increased. Therefore, the existing agent systems need migration method to solve the problems of agent size increment or a lack of interoperability among agent systems. To solve these problems in this thesis, we design and implement an CORBA-based Mobile Agent Model(CMAM) for the efficient work process into the distributed nodes, when the mobile agents are migrated among the nodes, using an optimal path search by sensing of network traffic.

  • Recently, the popularity of smartphones has led to a dramatic increase in the frequency of use of App(Application) services. LBS (Location-Based Service) App service adopts various methods such as push marketing and useful information by region through providing location-based service based on the location of the consumer. In particular, an enterprise or an App management company can provide necessary information to the consumer through the necessary information among the customer related knowledge information obtained by utilizing the location information of the consumer in real time. Nevertheless, since LBS is a service that can be performed only when the company obtains consent to provide location information voluntarily by the consumer, there is a case of privacy infringement due to consumers' use of personal information. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of privacy related variables and the knowledge structure for consumer value formation based on the theory of privacy calculation. We also compared the characteristics of Korea with those of China in privacy issue. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that factors such as information utilization ability and information control ability were influential as a key factor of privacy calculation. In addition, perceived value influences the reputation of the LBS App service.

A Study on a Transferring Method of Video Stream to Existing Handphones without Downloading Additional Software (휴대폰에 소프트웨어 추가 없이 영상 스트림을 전송하는 방법 연구)

  • This paper proposes a real-time transferring method of captured video stream to existing handphones without downloading additional software. For real-time transferring of captured vid대 data to handphones, two methods, the WAP based pull-method and the WAP based push-method, are proposed in the paper. Also for transcoding of captured frame into a WBMP image, a threshold setting method which uses the average value of total values of pixels in a scene is proposed. The methods we proposed are implemented in stream engines as video transcoding filter(called WBMPFilter) and video transferring medium(called WirelessMedium). And the experimental system shows 1 frame per 3 seconds transfer of video to existing handphones.

  • Distributed Denial-of-Service(DDoS) attack prevent users from accessing services on the target network by spoofing its origin source address with a large volume of traffic. The objective of IP Traceback is to determine the real attack sources, as well as the full path taken by the attack packets. Existing IP Traceback methods can be categorized as proactive or reactive tracing. Proactive tracing(such as packet marking and messaging) prepares information for tracing when packets are in transit. Reactive tracing starts tracing after an attack is detected. In this paper, we propose a "advanced ICMP Traceback" mechanism. which is based on the modified push back system. Proposed mechanism can detect and control DDoS traffic on router and can generate ICMP Traceback message for reconstructing origin attack source.ck source.
