This study seeks to analyze vertical integration structure of Korean popular music market focused on corporation concentration and production system by applying production of culture perspective of Peterson, Subject of analysis is Melon weekly music chart(2000-2013), which is No.1 digital music distributor. The result showed vertical integration structure of Korean popular music industry was different from America. Vertical integration of American major was based on open system to be responsible for promotion and distribution by M&A of independent label but entrusted them-with total production to cope-with uncertainty of music market. On the other hand, Korean system was in charge of pure distribution only as digital service provider and it showed modified vertical structure because traditional value chain was destroyed by changing digital music environment. Especially found seriousness of oligopoly by distribution company of conglomerate affiliation. and this is harm against building healthy industry ecosystem in creative economy era and it needs improvement through study of advanced case, open system.

This pager purposed to investigate the style of career anchor and influence of career satisfaction and career commitment. also to concept each variable. The empirical research questions for the study are what kind of the career anchor is selected and what impacts on career satisfaction and career commitment. To examine the model, 299 questionnaires was collected from Korean workers. Each questions is based on a 7 point Likert-type scale, and the data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for Windows. The results of study are summarized as follows: First, style of career anchor(technical/functional, security, pure challenge, life-style integration) has an positive influence on career satisfaction. but partial style of career anchor(managerial, creativity, autonomy/independence, service/dedication) unconnected with career satisfaction. Secondly, style of career anchor(technical/functional, managerial, security, service/dedication) has an positive influence on career commitment. but partial style of career anchor(creativity, autonomy/independence, pure challenge, life-style integration) unconnected with career satisfaction.

Adaptive Random Testing (ART) aims to enhance the performance of pure random testing by detecting failure region in a software. The ART algorithm generates effective test cases which requires less number of test cases than that of pure random testing. However, all ART algorithms currently proposed are designed for the tests of monolithic system or unit level. In case of integrated system tests, ART approaches do not achieve same performances as those of ARTs applied to the unit or monolithic system. In this paper, we propose an extended ART algorithm which can be applied to the integrated system testing environment without degradation of performance. The proposed approach investigates an input distribution of the unit under a test with limited number of seed input data and generates information to be used to resizing input domain partitions. The simulation results show that our approach in an integration environment could achieve similar level of performance as an ART is applied to a unit testing. Results also show resilient effectiveness for various failure rates.

This paper presents an on-line correction method of current measurement errors for a pure-integration-based flux estimation down to 1-Hz stator frequency. An observer-based approach is taken as one possible solution of eliminating the dc offset and the negative sequence component of unbalanced gains in the synchronous coordinate. At the same time, the positive sequence component estimation is performed by creating an error signal between a motor model reference and an estimated q-axis rotor flux established by a permanent magnet (PM) in the synchronous coordinate. The compensator utilizes a PI controller that controls the error signal to zero. The proposed technique further contains a residual error compensator to completely eliminate miscellaneous disturbances in the estimated flux. The developed algorithm has been implemented on a 1.1-kW permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

With the development of the society, pure electric vehicles will be surely important of the future. Electric vehicle requires various technology like motor driving, battery management, operational efficiencies and so on. Battery management is indeed the most important to enhance battery's performance and life. This paper has deeply discussed and studied on the lithium-polymer battery management system of pure electric vehicle. First of all we have analyzed the characteristic of the lithium-polymer batteries and the factors influenced on the state of charge. Then a logical SOC measuring method has been raised, which is the combination of open circuit voltage and Ah integration. The next we will introduce the design of battery management system, the battery management system performs many functions, such as inspecting the whole process, when it's running cell equalization protecting and diagnosing the battery, estimating the state of charge. The module design style including microcontroller, data aquisition module, charging control module and serial communication module. To arrive at conclusions, the battery management system which this paper has introduced is reliable and economical.

The purpose of this study is to compare the preferences of the school mathematical terms of South Korea and those of North Korea by administering a survey for learners, inservice teachers, and pre-service teachers, to establish the criteria of desirable school mathematical terms, and to evaluate the school mathematical terms of South Korea and those of North Korea based on the criteria. According to the result of the survey, the preferred mathematical terms are different from one group to the other, yet the mathematical terms of South Korea are more preferred. In general, terms written in pure Korean and concise terms which are easily understandable are favored. To discuss about the criteria of desirable school mathematical terms, four perspectives were set up, 1) the semantic perspective and the regulatory perspective, 2) terms written in pure Korean and Chinese letters, 3) terms from everyday language and technical terms, and 4) the consistency. Six criteria were followed from the aforementioned four perspectives. Finally, various school mathematical terms of South and North Korea were reviewed in the angles of the four perspectives and the six criteria.

The Water usage is relationship which is close with the administrative cost from industrial facility. It is not easy to reduce a water usage. This research is the optimization of the waste water quantity which process waste water integration of the standard thermal power plant in system operate time. The turbine rotates by force of the steam and it produces an electricity. Demineralization Water is manufacture purity manufacturing equipment and it is supplied in power plant channel. We knew a possibility of reducing from pure control process. When it is reduced the Back Washing time, Rinsing time of the gravity filter and the activated carbon filter. Also, It is possible even from regeneration phase in Condensate Polishing Demineralization System. In addition, There is also the water which the drain of the sampling water for watching the condition of power plant process will be able to use. Integrates these processes it will be able to reduce an annual 30,000 ton degree. The research is want to use the fundamental data for the water curtailment of the power plant.

This thesis, concerning Femme Fatale Images Costume Form in paintings viewed from DeLong's Theory, analyzed frequency and traits on the basis of DeLong's Form Observation Theory and drew out the result as followings. First, Costume Form was mostly open, whole, planer integration, rounded, and indeterminate. The styles were similar each other. Second, surface structure was expressed by line & shape, color, texture, and pattern of which color had the highest priority. Next, line & shape and texture had the priority in order. They were expressed through intereaction. Third, the traits of Costume Form were a similar color harmony or large light and darkness contrast+soft quality+interaction by ambiguous line & shape. So, Femme Fatale Image in paintings was expressed by soft and pure images and erotic images.

The lambda Integrase (Int) carries out site-specific recombination between the two partner DNA sequences, attachment P (attP) and attachment B (attB). In order to study the recombination mechanism, a large quantity of pure integrase is required. Then, we constructed an int gene inserted recombinant plasmid (pNYL3) by using the pQE31 HIS-Tag vector, and produced the fusion protein, 6xHIS-Int from the E. coli TG1 strain carrying the pNYL3 plasmid. The recombinant protein produced was purified by phosphocellulose and Ni$^{++}$-NTA affinity column chromatographies. The result of the in vitro recombination assay using the standard reaction mixture containing 6xHIS-Int and partially purified integration host factor (IHF) showed that the 6xHIS-Int tagged recombination Integrase had the full recombination activity.

Electronic document management system is tool, based on the document life cycle concept, for structured management of various documents within an organization. In this paper, we address a development process of electronic document management system based on pure JAVA and CORBA. We have developed a electronic document management system which can support a variety of platform in heterogeneous distributed environment. EDMS can serve as an integration platform for industries that require handling of massive document and data such as construction and engineering, automobile, shipbuilding industries. Using the developed system, users can access documents in the system through an internet brower, and also add or modify existing document.
