부여군 공동브랜드 굿뜨래의 성공요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Success Factors of Co Brand Goodtrae's in Buyeo County)

  • 농산물 수입과 시장개방으로 수입 농산물뿐만 아니라 국내 농산물 간에도 경쟁이 심화되면서 지방자치단체중심으로 차별화된 농산물 공동브랜드의 개발과 마케팅이 요구되었다. 매년 발표되는 정부의 농식품 파워브랜드대전에서 6년 연속 선정된 굿뜨래를 활용하여 농산물 공동브랜드의 성공요인이 무엇인가를 알아보고자 선행연구의 검토하에 연구가설을 설정하고 회수된 230개의 설문을 분석하였다. 첫째, 공동브랜드의 성공요인과 구매만족 간의 정(+)의 영향관계는 소비자 요인과 임직원의 몰입을 제외한 마케팅요인, 시장요인, 상품요인, 조직간 협력, 기술능력은 구매만족에 긍정적인 관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 공동브랜드의 구매만족은 브랜드 충성도에 유의적이었다. 셋째, 추가분석으로 공동브랜드의 성공요인과 충성도 간의 정(+)의 관계여부는 마케팅요인, 상품요인, 조직간 협력을 제외한 시장요인, 소비자요인, 임직원의 몰입, 기술능력이 충성도에 유의적인 관계로 나타났다. 연구의 기대효과는 2011년 현재 농산물브랜드 5,340개 보유 기관들에게 성공적인 벤치마킹으로 활용될 수 있고, 정부정책에도 일조할 수 있을 것이다.

의류제품유형 및 성별에 따른 구매후 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Post-purchase Satisfaction of Clothing related to Clothing Type and Sex)

  • The type of product and consumer characteristis have known to play an important role in the post-purchase behavior. The issue related to the effects of clothing type and sex on the process of consumer satisfaction formation, would be helpful to understand the past-purchase consumer behavior. Therefore, the objective of this study was to clarify differences in the process of satisfaction formation in relation to clothing type and sex. The study was conducted in three steps. Through the two steps, measurement instruments were developed. At the last step, judgement sampling method was utilized to collect the data and subjects were 614 university students. Factor analysis and path analysis were used to analyze the data. The process of consumer satisfaction formation in formal wear and casual wear showed some differences. In the case of format wear, only expressive product performance was found to play an important role in the process of consumer satisfaction formation. However in the case of casual wear, both expressive and instrumental product performances had influence upon clothing satisfaction directly or through consumption emotion. The results revealed a similar tendency in the process of satisfaction formation between male and female groups. However in the male group the consumption emotion had a greater effect on the process of consumer satisfaction formation than in the female group it did.

The Impact of Customer Value and Internet Shopping Mall on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

  • With development of the internet, internet shopping is taking its place as one of digitalization industries transcending time and space beyond the scope of commercial activities as the means of goods sales and purchase. We studied about the relations of customer value, environment of internet shopping mall, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer value is customers' subjective evaluation, which is formed after their purchasing and consuming. Customer satisfaction can be characterized as post-purchase evaluation of product quality given pre-purchase expectations. Customer loyalty is a potentiality or ensure of durative relationship between customer and enterprises. Customer satisfaction functions as an antecedent of customer loyalty, while customer value does customer satisfaction. It prevents customer churn and consolidates retention, thereby constituting an important cause of customer loyalty. This study shows that customer value, environment of internet shopping mall and customer satisfaction are each found to have a direct effect on customer loyalty. The results provide empirical support for relation between customer satisfaction and loyalty. To increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in internet shopping mall is the primary purpose of this study. We believe that only high quality based customer programs accompanied by well designed loyalty programs can be effective in increasing customer retention.

패션점포의 서비스품질과 만족에 관한 연구 -백화점, 할인점, 동대문과 남대문 패션쇼핑몰을 중심으로- (A Study on Service Quality and Satisfaction of Fashion Retail Stores -Focusing on departmentstore, discountstore, East & South gate fashion shopping mall-)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine dimension of service quality, there by to analyze difference of service quality according to the types of fashion retail stores. and to investigate consumer variables (demographic characteristics, purchase behavior) and service quality which affect consumer satisfaction. The subject were 451 women in the age of twenty to forty years old who live in Seoul and the suburban of Seoul. The results of the study were as follows : First, it was found that fashion retail store's service quality was classified 5 factors: (1)salesperson. (2)convenience of shopping, (3)variety of product and facility. (4)store policy, (5)efficiency of movement. Second, departmentstore was evaluated the highest in terms of all factors. Discountstore was evaluated highly in terms of store policy and lowly in terms of variety of production and facility. East & South gate fashion shopping mall was evaluated the lowest in terms of all factors except variety of product and facility. Third, service quality and satisfaction showed significant differences in demographic characteristics. Purchase behavior of each fashion retail stores showed significant differences. The difference of service quality and satisfaction depending on purchase behavior showed a significant positive relation. Forth, service quality of discountstore and East & South gate fashion shopping mall were affected by purchase behavior partially. Departmentstore users were affected by salesperson and store policy. Discountstore users were affected by all factors except convenience of shopping. East & South fate fashion shopping mall users were affected by all factors.

e-CRM 활동이 고객만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 -남녀 대학생을 중심으로- (The Effects of e-CRM on Consumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention)

  • This study investigates the effects of e-CRM on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention depending on gender differences. A total of 400 surveys were distributed and 382 were used in the analysis. Surveys were conducted on the respondents who had purchased apparel from an internet website within six months. A factor analysis, reliability test, and path analysis were used in the study to analyze the data. After the factor analysis, 6 factors were found under e-CRM activities; benefit and advice, customer contact, service, post-purchase management, assistance with the purchase, and discriminative treatment. The results of this study showed that for male consumers, service and post-purchase management had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction that in turn had a positive effect on repurchase intention. However, for female consumers, benefit and advice, customer contact, service, and discriminative treatment had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction that in turn had a positive effect on repurchase intention. The results also showed that post-purchase management had a positive direct effect on repurchase intention for both genders.

온라인 쇼핑몰 신중구매의 영향과 결정요인 : 정서지능의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Determinant Factor on the Cautious Purchasing and Satisfaction of Online Shopping Mall: Moderating Effect of Emotional Intelligence)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the related factors of cautious purchasing for buyers who have purchased products in online shopping mall. First, we focus on the prevention focus, which is one of the personal characteristics, that affect the cautious purchase, and analyze the satisfaction of purchasing according to cautious purchase. Furthermore, we investigate the influence of emotional intelligence (self-awareness and social-awareness) on the process of cautious purchasing and satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach In order to verify the hypotheses, this study surveyed individuals who purchase products on the Internet for about 2 months from August to September 2016. A total of 250 copies were returned, but 20 questionnaires that were incomplete were excluded. Thus, the final 230 samples were analyzed. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used for hypothesis testing. Findings The result of this study showed that the cautious purchasing is stronger for the buyers with the prevention focus. And consumers who purchase carefully have higher satisfaction after purchasing. In addition, emotional intelligence in the cautious purchasing process has a positive moderating effect. Based on the results of this study, the theoretical and practical implications are suggested.

튀김가루 구매 요구도 조사 - 중요도-만족도 분석과 컨조인트 분석을 통한 구매 시 선택속성 분석 - (Purchasing Needs of Frying Powder according to Purchasing Attributes - Analysis for Selection Attributes through Importance-Satisfaction Analysis and Conjoint Analysis -)

  • This study attempted to improve frying powder products based on 272 consumers' purchase conditions. Factor analysis by type was conducted on purchase attributes of consumers who purchased frying powder by categorizing them based on five factors-namely, convenience, information, diversity, safety, and economy. Five main factors were divided into four purchase attributes named various pursuit, convenience pursuit, economical pursuit, and inform/safety pursuit. Purchasing status of frying powder products was analyzed according to three independent variables such as age, meal preparation type, and purchase attributes. The top motivation for using frying powder was convenience. According to the importance-satisfaction analysis survey, taste, expiration date, and certification mark were chosen as highly important and high satisfaction characteristics for frying powder (p<0.001), whereas nutrition, oil absorption, adhesiveness, crispiness, origin, and food additives were highly important and low satisfaction characteristics (p<0.001). In the conjoint analysis, crispiness was the most important attribute of fried food.

Relational Benefits and Visual Arts Outcomes via WeChat Business

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of WeChat relational benefits on customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Due to the rapid development in the technological field, the use of WeChat has expanded drastically in recent years. In visual arts industry, WeChat business occupies a significant proportion of emerging industries. The recruited participants that were recruited via an online survey website were 335 (www.sojump.com). SPSS 22.0 statistical system was used to analyze the descriptive statistics, reliability, and validity. This study conceptualizes the positive relationship among relational benefits, customer satisfaction, and purchase intention of visual arts products. The findings indicated that WeChat users' relational benefits can be categorized into two distinct benefit types: confidence, and social benefits. The more relational benefits WeChat users perceived, the higher the level of satisfaction. In contrast, the positive influence of customer satisfaction on purchase intention is weaker in consumers with a higher level of perceived risk. The results of this study will help WeChat business to retain its customers, thus, gaining a long-term value for visual arts industry. Theoretical and managerial implication for WeChat business are provided.

치킨전문점의 품질요인이 고객만족, 신뢰와 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Quality Factors on Customer Satisfaction, Trust and Behavioral Intention in Chicken Restaurants)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to classify the quality factors of chicken restaurant customers with the service quality based on the SERVQUAL, the quality factors based on the selection attributes and service qualities of chicken restaurants used in the previous studies. Research design, data, and methodology - This survey was carried out on the students of Kangwon University in Samchuk City, Kangwon Province from November 20 - November 30, 2017, and a total of 260 questionnaires were distributed, with 222 collected. Of them, effective questionnaires applied in the final study were a total of 193 except 29 that couldn't be used. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Firstly, chicken restaurants' quality factors were divided into seven categories like cleanliness, service encounter quality, product quality, aesthetics, overall interior, purchase quality, and convenience. Secondly, it showed that service encounter quality, purchase quality, and cleanliness had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, respectively. Thirdly, it showed that service encounter quality, purchase quality, and cleanliness had a positive impact on trust, respectively. Fourthly, it showed that customer satisfaction had a positive impact on behavioral intention. Additionally, it suggested that customer satisfaction of chicken restaurant consumers had a positive impact on behavioral intention and thereby, higher customer satisfaction leads to higher levels of reuse and recommendation intention. Lastly, after checking the effect relations of trust between customer satisfaction about chicken restaurant and behavioral intention, it was analyzed that customer satisfaction has a positive impact on trust and trust has a positive impact on behavioral intention. On the other hand, it showed that trust have a partially mediating effect in the relations between customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. But, it showed that product quality, aesthetics, overall interior, purchase quality, and convenience did not have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Conclusions - Chicken restaurant consumers put more priority on friendly and good services of chicken restaurant staff in service encounter and delivery order, rather than on reasonable price and discount systems. Thereby, chicken restaurant marketers need to take factors like service encounter quality, cleanliness into more consideration.

유기농 면 의류 제품 구매 시 평가기준 및 구매 후 만족 불만족에 관한 연구 - 20대에서 50대까지의 성인여성을 중심으로 - (A study on the appraisal standard for purchasing the clothing made of organic cotton and the post-purchase satisfaction and dissatisfaction. - Focused on the adult women in from their 20's to 50's -)

  • The purpose of this study is to catch the difference for the appraisal standard of a product which the adult women's consumers think importantly when they purchase the clothing made of organic cotton and the appraisal standard according to the demographic characteristics. The data collection for research was done for the women in from their 20's to 50's who are living in the regions of Gyungnam, Busan, Ulsan in Korea. The copies of the used questionnaire were 622 copies. To analyze the collected data, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ test, ANOVA, Duncan test were carried out by SPSS 14.0. As the analysis result of data, the appraisal standard for purchasing the clothing made of organic cotton was classified with the five factors. The appraisal standard which the adult women's consumers think importantly when they purchase the clothing made of organic cotton showed the significant difference according to the demographic characteristics. The ratio for post-purchase dissatisfaction showed higher than the one for satisfaction. The dissatisfaction showed the significant difference according to the demographic characteristics. The dissatisfaction for a high price, color and insufficient design showed a relatively high ratio.
