제품유형에 따른 제조방식 선호가 구매의도와 품질지각에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Manufacturing Method Preferences for Different Product Types on Purchase Intent and Product Quality Perception)

  • 제품유형과 가격, 브랜드 이미지 등의 상호작용이 소비자의 구매의도와 품질지각에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 다양한 현상을 관찰해 왔다. 그러나 제품유형과 제조방식의 상호작용이 이 요인들에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 연구가 드물었다. 그러나 3D프린터의 등장은 기계를 통한 자동화 생산과 수공예로 대표되던 제조방식에 3D프린팅이라는 새로운 방식을 추가하였고, 이러한 새로운 틀이 소비자의 구매의도와 품질지각에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있기에 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 제품유형과 제조방식의 상호작용이 구매의도와 품질지각에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 이를 위한 실험 1은 성격이 다른 제품유형(드론 vs. 바이올린 vs. 컵)을 선정하였고, 제품유형별로 선호하는 제조방식이 다르게 나타나는지 측정하였다. 결과적으로 소비자들은 드론과 같은 최신제품은 3D프린팅 제작을, 바이올린은 수공예 제작을, 컵은 대량생산이 용이한 기계 제작을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 실험 2는 제품유형에 따른 제작방식 선호의 차이가 구매의도와 품질지각에 미치는 영향에 대한 검증을 시도하였다. 즉 드론은 3D프린팅 제조일 때 구매의도가 가장 높았고, 바이올린은 수공예일 때 구매의도가 가장 높았으며, 컵은 기계 제작일 때 구매의도가 가장 높았다. 또한 드론은 제작방식 간 품질지각에 차이가 없었던 반면, 바이올린은 수공예의 품질을 가장 우수하다고 지각했고, 컵은 3D프린팅에서 품질을 가장 낮게 지각했다(컵은 3D프린팅 제작일 때 구매의도도 가장 낮았다). 본 연구가 소비자 심리학, 마케팅, 광고 등의 분야에 폭넓은 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

캐릭터가 부착된 제품의 구매의도에 대한 캐릭터 동일시와 긍정감정반응의 역할 (Roles of Character Identification and Positive Emotion Response on Intent to Purchase Character-Attached Product)

  • Purpose - Present study investigates character identification and emotional response to character that may affect consumers' intention to purchase the character-attached products. And this study explores whether symbolic relevance and object relevance affect the character identification, and whether character attractiveness and character salience affect the emotional response to characters. Research design, data, and methodology - SNS characters, animated characters, game characters, and traditional characters were used as experimental characters. And stationery as experimental product was used. 250 college students participated in the empirical study, and structural equation model was used to verify hypotheses. Results - First, the character identification and emotional response to characters affected the intention to purchase the products positively, and the emotional response to characters also positively affected character identification; second, symbolic relevance had no positive impact upon character identification, while object relevance had positive influence on character identification; and third, character attractiveness and salience had a positive effect on the emotional response. Conclusions - Present study contributes to the progress of character theories. Marketers should find ways to increase consumers' object relevance to characters and the level of characters' attractiveness and salience in order to promote the intent to purchase the products.

의료기기 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 -이비인후과 유니트(Unit)를 중심으로- (Study on Factors Influencing Purchase Intention of Medical Device -Focusing on ENT Unit-)

  • In this study investigated what buyers want and expect from medical equipment industry. In this study we found as fellows, (a) The quality of instrument is the most important factors that lead to customer purchase intent and brand image follwed by reliability and efficiency in order; (b) Customers perception of company did not show any meaningful relationship with brand image suggesting company positive image perceived by the customers would not necessarily have a positive impact on brand image. Rather, if brand image customer perceived gets higher, considerably higher purchase intention was observed. Therefore, the findings from the present study suggest that medical instrument manufactures need to focus more on providing a long-term high quality of service marketing strategy to increase customer satisfaction and purchase intent in this competitive business environment.

중국에서의 한류콘텐츠 선호가 한국상품 구매, 한국방문 및 한글학습의도에 미치는 영향 (How Chinese Population's Preference to Korean Wave Contents does Influence their Intent to Purchase Korean Product, Visit Korea and Learn Hangul)

  • 드라마를 시작으로 하여 시작된 중국에서의 한류는 최근 K-pop의 인기로 그 여파를 이어가고 있다. 이로 인해 한국상품 수출이 증가하고, 한국을 방문하거나, 한글을 배우려는 인구가 증가하였다. 본 연구에서는 드라마, 영화, K-pop, 게임 등 한류콘텐츠가 한국상품 구매의도, 한국방문의도, 한글학습의도 등에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 한류의 영향을 가장 많이 받은 것으로 파악되는 한국상품인 화장품과 의류의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 한류콘텐츠는 드라마인 것으로 파악되었으며, K-pop도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 한국방문의도, 미용 성형관광과 한국음식구매의도에 있어서도 드라마에 대한 선호가 미치는 영향이 가장 높았으며 K-pop이 그 다음으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 한글학습의도에 영향을 미친 한류콘텐츠는 드라마와 K-pop이었으며, 이 중 K-pop이 미친 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 분석되었다.

인터넷쇼핑몰의 쿠폰판촉이 소비자의 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (A study on Effects of Promotion of Coupons in Internet Shopping Mall on the Purchase Behavior of Consumers)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 쇼핑몰의 쿠폰판촉이 소비자의 구매행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 쿠폰 인지정도에 따라서는 F-검증을 실시한 결과 쿠폰의 인지여부에 딸 쿠폰 제공시 사용의사와 쿠폰 제공시 재사용의사에서는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 쿠폰의 사용경험에 따른 구매행동의 차이를 전체적으로 살펴보면 쿠폰사용 경험이 있다가 없다보다 높은 평균을 보여 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 쿠폰 사용경험에 따라 구매행동에 차이가 있음을 시사하고 있다. 셋째, 구매행동과 쿠폰의 비용/편익 자각의 관계를 살펴보면 뚜렷한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 쿠폰의 비용/편의 자각이 높을수록 구매행동이 높아짐을 의미한다. 넷째, 구매행동은 쿠폰사용을 즐김과 쿠폰 사용습관과 가장 관계가 높음을 발견하였다.

A Study on Store Switching Behavior of College Students in On/Offline Apparel Store

  • This study investigated the store switching behavior of fashion stores targeting college students. A random sample of college students completed a questionnaire that contained measurements of store property, relationship quality, switching intent of store, preference of on/offline store, purchase of brand/non-brand product and monthly clothing expenses. The factors extracted as switching behavior of on/offline fashion store are store property, relationship quality and switching intent of store. Dimensions of store switching behavior in online shopping mall is revealed to be composed of diversity/ easy to search, store reliability, home page layout, sales promotion, reliability, commitment and switching intent of store. Also those of offline store is revealed to be composed of store comfort/salespeople service, product diversity, store location, product price, reliability, commitment and switching intent of store. The significant differences were found between store switching behavior of college students by preference of on/offline store and purchase of national brand/non brand. It is expected that this results can be used as a basic material for further study and setting up the fashion retailing strategies in fashion store for selling non brand products.

Effects of Green Self-Expressive Motive and Fit on Intent to Purchase Bundle Product with Green Premium

  • Purpose - This study aimed at investigating the process of inducing the effect of green self-expressive motive and the fit between green premium and product on consumer's intent to purchase the bundle product with the green premium. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire for on-line survey built at Google Forms was spread out via popular social media sites. 243 responses from the on-line survey were used for testing the hypotheses. Structural equation model of Amos 21.0 was used to verify hypotheses. Results and Conclusions - Green self-expressive motive positively influenced on not only the perceived value for green premium but also attitude toward the bundle. However, the fit between green premium and product had positive impact only on the perceived value for green premium. The perceived value was proved to positively influence on the attitude toward the bundle, which in turn increased the purchase intention, even with the positive effects of the product attitude as covariate on the intention. Therefore, marketers should choose target customers who have high level of green self-expressive motive and feel the fit, and pay attention to the green premium to help the customers perceive more values for the green premium. They should develop green premium product for conducting marketing effectively.

라이브 커머스의 특성이 소비자의 애착 형성과 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 - 사회-기술 시스템론적 관점을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Characteristics of Live Commerce on Consumer Attachment Formation and Behavior Intention - A Socio-technical Systems Perspective -)

  • This study examined the impact of the social features (identification, interaction, information value) and technical features (visibility affordance, metavoicing affordance, social connecting affordance) in live commerce on consumers' attachment, which in turn affects consumers' continued intent to watch live commerce and intent to purchase from the platform. Consumers' attachment was represented by emotional attachment to the live shopping streamer and functional dependence on live commerce. Furthermore, this study investigated the effect of attachment on continuous watching intention and purchase intention. Using a web-based survey and consumers in their 20s and 30s (average age: 30.32) as a sample, this study collected 274 usable responses. The results showed that among the live commerce social system constructs, identification and interaction positively affected emotional attachment to the live commerce streamer. Among the live commerce technical system constructs, visibility affordance and social connecting affordance positively influenced functional dependence on live commerce. Both emotional attachment to the live streamer and functional dependence on live commerce were positively related to a continued intent to watch, which influenced the intent to purchase. This study empirically investigated live commerce based on the socio-technical systems framework and confirmed that both social and technical factors have a significant effect on consumers. This study also identified the impact of live commerce on consumers' attitudes through attachment theory. In addition, it has proved the antecedents and effect of continuous watching of live commerce on purchase behavior by focusing on continuous watching intention where less attention was paid in live commerce research.

성인 여성의 화장품 유통채널별 인식도와 구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adult Women's-Awareness of Cosmetics Distribution Channels and Purchase Intention)

  • Korean cosmetic distribution channels were formerly divided into sales visits and specialty shops, which made up the entire cosmetics market. However, recently the market and cosmetic distribution channels have become much more diversified. Thus, research for this study focused on the usage and purchase situations of cosmetic distribution channels depending on cosmetic type perception. This study also focused on the intent to purchase cosmetics by a cosmetic distribution channel in order to provide a precise cognitive background of consumers regarding cosmetic distribution channels. In doing so, the competitiveness of those channels could be procured and the causal relationships between these variables can be investigated. To achieve these purposes, the research model and hypotheses were derived through literature research on the cosmetics industry, cosmetic distribution channels, and consumers' intent to purchase. A survey was implemented from September $1^{st}$ to $14^{th}$, 2014 for empirical testing. and was given to female consumers in their 20s. 468 out of 500 surveys were collected; a total of 415 were used for analysis while the others were excluded due to with unreliable responses. The SPSS 21.0 program was used for analysis of materials. The overall conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between perception of cosmetic distribution channels and intent to purchase. The above research results may stimulate establishment of marketing implications and research material when establishing marketing strategies to promote cosmetic distribution and consumption.

과시소비성향, 판매촉진과 제조국 이미지가 중국여성소비자의 패션 명품 구매태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Conspicuous Consumption, Sales Promotions and Images of the Country of Manufacture on Chinese Women Consumers' Purchasing Attitudes to Fashion Luxury Brands)

  • The purposes of this study were study intended to investigate effects of conspicuous consumption, sales promotions and images of the country of manufacture on Chinese consumers' purchasing attitudes to fashion luxury brands. The study was conducted by experimental conspicuous consumption(2)X[types of sales promotions(2) X images of the country of manufacture(2)] design by combining the 3 variables mentioned above. 312 women living in Chengdu were collected for this study. For data analysis, factor analysis, T-test, frequency analysis and ANOVA were used. The results were as follows: First, Chinese consumers' favor to fashion luxury brands: 2-way interactions, in sales promotions and images of the country of manufacture, was found for favor to fashion luxury brands. Second, Chinese consumers' purchase intent to fashion luxury brands: only the main-effects of conspicuous consumption and images of the country of manufacture was meaningfully positive. It demonstrates that only conspicuous consumption and images of the country of manufacture effected Chinese consumers' purchase intent to fashion luxury brands.
