공공디자인 중 하나인 공공사인은 방문객들에게 정확한 정보를 인지시킴은 물론 볼 거리를 제공해야 하며, 더 나아가 관광객을 유치하는 수준에까지 도달해야 할 것이다. 이에 이 논문은 공공사인에 필요한 이론적 개념에 대해 정리하고, 해외연구를 통해 부산시 중구 남포동 일대의 사인현황의 실태에 대해 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the trends of length of hospital stay (LOS), which is most likely to be a major attribute to hospital performance. From 1984 to 1994, an average LOS of each hospital was analyzed by factors such as medical departments, bed size, occupancy rate, region and ownership. This study was analyzed changing rate of LOS during 11 years. This rate was calculated by simple regression, which was used only with hospital without missing data during 11 years. This study findings are as follows. 1. The results indicated that the average LOS was steadily increased until 1990 but it was slightly decreased after 1990. 2. This trend could be found in all hospital scale and all group of occupancy rate. Specifically this trends of LOS were found in internal medicine, corporate owned hospitals, and hospitals in major city. But LOS of individual owned hospital was continuously increased until 1994. 3. Means of changing rates of LOS were calculated from 1984 to 1994. If we devided it into two parts, before 1990 and after 1990, most changing rates of LOS before 1990 except individual owned hospital were found positive sign. The changing rates after 1990 were negative sign but small hospital(lesser then 200 bed), individual owned hospital, national & public hospital and hospital in small urban have little change of LOS after 1990. Finally from this results we thought that most hospitals in Korea began to be concerned with LOS. Nevertheless LOS of several hospital such as small hospital or individual owned hospital was increased. And this trend may be caused by a few patients, low occupancy rate, or low profit. This trend of LOS is different from that of other countries. Perhaps this phenomenon is resulted from the reimbursement method. Because of fee for service reimbursement system in Korea the hospitals didn't need to shorten LOS in order to save the cost and increase the profit. Therefore reform of hospital cost reimbursement method will be needed to reduce hospital cost in Korea. We thought that the Korean health authority should consider the reimbursement method by unit of bundle of services, for example DRG and prepayment in the United States. This study presents some limitations such as no insight of severity of disease, case-mix measurement of hospital, and other clinical characteristics that can. possibly affect LOS. However, this study reports an important trend in LOS from 1984 to 1994.

This study investigated librarians' perception and preference of cultural programs in the field of cooperation between school and public libraries. The findings are as follows: 1) Librarians and teacher librarians at school and public libraries perceive the importance of cultural programs in library service. 2) Online space was mostly preferred as a means of PR activities by librarians and teacher librarians at school and public libraries. 3) The preferred methods to cooperate projects between school libraries and public libraries were to implement programs through public librarians' field visiting, and to participate linkage program customized to individual school libraries. 4) Preferred types of cooperation were to sign MOU and to make a cooperative system between school libraries and public libraries.

Objectives: Mental health issues have become a growing concern worldwide. Research has shown that regular physical activity (PA) can positively affect mental health. This study investigated the associations between PA and mental health problems (MHPs) in middle-aged Indonesians. Methods: The study utilized data from the 2018 Indonesian Basic Health Research Survey and used a cross-sectional approach. The participants included individuals aged 40-60 years who completed the 20-question Self-Reporting Questionnaire. A logistic regression was performed to analyze a sample of 263 930 data points. Results: Nearly 10.4% of the participants suffered from mental health issues. Notably, among those who did not engage in moderate and vigorous PA, a sign of MHPs was found in 12.5% of participants. Those who met World Health Organization standards for PA were less likely to experience MHPs (10.1%). This study found a significant association between PA and mental health. After adjusting for smoking, alcohol consumption, non-communicable diseases, and socio-demographic variables like age, sex, education, occupation, marital status, and residence, the connection between PA and mental health became even stronger (adjusted odds ratio, 0.81; 95% confidence interval, 0.78 to 0.85; p<0.001). Conclusions: Regular PA has been shown to affect mental health positively. Therefore, it is important to improve health education and efforts to raise awareness among middle-aged Indonesians about the importance of PA in maintaining good mental health.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of wayfinding in public interior space. According to this study, a virtual reality simulation test was conducted to examine the effect of wayfinding. Theoretical research was used to explain the psycho-physiological effect of visual perception and case study was carried out to evaluate the physiological response of the subjects. For the physiological evaluation, two simulations with sign and color sample were chosen and the EEG was Used. Data were collected from May 15th. to June 15th. The subjects were 20 students of architecture department and frequency, percentage, ANOVA, T-test, multiple comparisons were used for data analysis.

The present of state is situation that is realized by necessity of maintenance of public security about great many information is real condition been increasing continually in knowledge info-age been situating in wide field of national defense, public peace, banking, politics, education etc. Also, loss or forgetfulness, and peculation by ID for individual information and number increase of password in Internet called that is sea of information is resulting various social problem. By alternative about these problem, including Biometrics, several authentication systems through sign(Signature), Smart Card, Watermarking technology are developed. Therefore, This paper shows that extract factor that efficiency can get into peculiar feature in physical features for good fingerprint recognition algorithm implementation with old study finding that take advantage of special quality of these fingerprint.

Individual authentication system that take advantage of multimodal information is very efficient method that can take advantage of method of speech recognition, face recognition, electron signature etc. and protect important information from much dangers that exits on communication network whole as skill that construct security system. This paper deal product connected with hardware from internet space based on public key sign and electron signature description embodied system. Maintenance of public security is explaining that commercial transaction system implementation that is considered is possible as applying individual authentication.

현재 그리드 컴퓨팅 툴킷으로 사용되고 있는 Globus는 PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) 기반의 인증방식을 이용하고 있다. PKI 인증방식은 통합 인증 기능(Single Sign-On)을 구현하기에 적당하지만, 그리드에 참여하는 수많은 컴퓨터와 사용자들의 공개키 인증서(public key certificate)를 발급하고 관리해야하는 부담이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 인증기관이 사용자에게 인증서를 발급하고, 인증서를 관리하는 과정을 자동화 해 줄 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고, 다양한 클라이언트에 서비스 제공을 위해 웹서비스를 통한 인터페이스 기능을 새로 추가하였다.

For the past few years, there has been active seeking of archival practices outside of public institutions. For example, there is oral history archive which has an actual field of its own, community archive, archives of everyday life, cultural resources archive, digital archive, and post-modern archive with its discourse practical character. In this reading, such flow is organized through everyday paradigm, and examines new archival methodology that is suitable for it. Through such critical mind, semiotic approach is taken and the need, direction and alternative of archival methodology is offered. Especially, archival methodology, which can be applied to archives is thoroughly observed. Also, the way how sign practices can be executed in the archival field is explained through specific examples. Of course, it is clearly stated that this is an instance, and that it is an archival methodology that can be applied to public institutions. We hope this would be a discuss that would enable a comprehensive understanding of records.

Due to the terrain in Korea, there are many road sections passing through mountainous areas. During the winter, there is a higher risk of traffic accidents, due to black ice caused by the lack of sunlight. Despite domestic road freezing safety measures, accidents caused by road freezing results in severe traffic accidents. Under these considerations, this study analyzed whether traffic safety signs that change in response to the external temperature help drivers recognize frozen road segments. The study was conducted through analysis of the effect of the signs on a driver's perspective. For the signs under development, out of the signs designed by experts, the sign design which received the highest visibility and effectiveness evaluation ratings from the general public was selected. The sign was implemented through Virtual Reality (VR) and installed on the right side of the road to analyze the effect on gazing and driving behavior. As a result of analyzing the driver's driving behavior, a speed reduction of about 7km/h or more was found in the sign section. Therefore, It was found that the existence of the sign had a strong relationship with the rate of the drivers' speed reduction.
