사무직 직급에 따른 직무스트레스에 미치는 요인 (Comparison of Job Stressors between Managers and Employees in White-Collar Workers of an Electric Company)

  • Objectives : This study was intended to investigate the differences of job stressors between managers and low level employees among white-collar workers. Another objective of this study was to examine whether the effects of job stressors on mental health differ between the two groups. Methods : Data was obtained from 204 managers and 258 low level employees who were employed in white-collar jobs. Fourteen job stressors and seven job stress variables were measured. Results : Among the 14 job stressors, role overload, job insecurity, and work-family conflict were higher job stressors for the manager group whereas role conflict, work-aptitude incongruity, participation in decision making, and promotion problems were higher job stressors for the low level of employees. There were no differences in job stress scores between the two groups. However, differences in the effects of job stressors on job stress were found between the two groups. For the manager group, job insecurity, work-aptitude incongruity, and work-family conflict significantly affected in explanation of job stress whereas for the low level employees, role underload, peer satisfaction, and environmental problems significantly explaining the job stress variables. Conclusions : There were significant differences in job stressors between managers and low level employees among white-collar workers. Additionally there were differences in the effects of job stressors on job stress between the two groups.

병원의 가족친화경영이 기혼여성간호사의 재직의도에 미치는 영향: 일-가정 상호작용 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Hospitals' Family Friendly Management on Married Female Nurses' Retention Intention: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Work-Family Interface)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effect of hospitals' family-friendly management on married female nurses' retention intention. The focus was the mediating effects of the work-family interface (work-family conflict, work-family enrichment and work-family balance). Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study. The participants were 307 nurses working at five public and five private hospitals with more than 200 beds in Seoul. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from September 10 to September 17, 2018 and analyzed with SPSS 24.0. Data were analyzed using an independent t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression following the Baron and Kenny method and Sobel test for mediation. Results: There were significant correlations among family-friendly management, the work-family interface, and retention intention. Work-family conflict showed a partial mediating effect on the relationship between family-friendly management and retention intention. Work-family enrichment showed a partial mediating effect on the relationship between family-friendly management and retention intention. Work-family balance showed a partial mediating effect on the relationship between family-friendly management and retention intention. Conclusion: These findings indicate that both hospitals' family-friendly management and nurses' work-family interface are important factors associated with nurses' retention intention. Therefore, hospitals should actively implement family-friendly management for nurses and establish strategies to enhance nurses' work-family interface for effective human resource management.

디지털 맞춤형 광고에서 비식별개인정보의 활용과 개인정보 보호와의 갈등에 관한 연구: 국내외 현황과 제도를 중심으로 (A Study on the Conflict between the Use of Personally non-Identifiable Information and the Protection of Personal Information in Digital Behavioral Advertising: Focusing on the Domestic and Foreign Status and System)

  • 본 연구는 빅데이터 산업과 디지털 광고 산업의 발전을 위한 비식별개인정보의 활용이라는 측면과 개인정보 보호 측면 사이의 갈등 관점에서 조망해보았다. 본 연구는 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 논문, 법조문, 행정 규정, 최근 언론 기사 등 문헌연구 중심으로 진행하였다. 특히 본 연구 주제 관련 국내외 현황과 제도 자료를 심층적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 디지털 맞춤형 광고에서의 비식별개인정보 보호 관련 주요 쟁점으로 '광고표현의 자유와 개인 인격권과의 상충', '식별 불가능한 정보의 개인정보화; '정보의 불균형'에 대해 분석하였으며, 이와 관련 디지털 맞춤형 광고에서의 비식별개인정보 보호 방안으로 '광고표현의 자유와 개인 인격권과의 조화' '고지와 동의 절차의 개선', '개인정보통제권의 강화'를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 현재 디지털 맞춤형 광고에서 비식별개인정보가 활발히 활용되고 있는 상황에서 비식별개인정보의 활용과 개인정보 보호에 대해 살펴보았다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 향후에는 본 연구 주제 관련 사례와 판례 중심으로 분석할 필요가 있다.

  • 전자주민카드 시스템은 일정한 행정서비스의 전제조건이 될 것라는 점이 강조되었으며, 나아가 정부는 전자주민카드 시스템을 전제로 국민에게 제공되는 서비스를 관리하며 선거를 치르고 대부분의 정책결정을 할 수 있도록 시스템 디자인을 하였다. 그러나 전자주민카드는 제도화되지 못한 채 상당히 오랜 시간을 표류하였는데, 본 연구는 이러한 정책 사례를 토대로 그 과정을 점검하고 어떤 갈등요소가 작용하게 되는지에 대한 논의를 해보고자 한다. 지나간 정책이지만 향후 새로운 정책이 개진될 때 이러한 갈등사례연구는 거듭되는 실패를 감소시킬 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

Work-life Conflicts in the AEC Industry - A Comparative Analysis

  • The Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry has a culture of long working hours that sometimes extend to weekends. As a result, construction employees find it challenging to achieve a balance between their work and personal lives. It is believed that there is rarely a clear separation between employees' work and personal life in the AEC industry. This paper suggests that in order to attract and retain a talented workforce, AEC organizations have to cater for the diverse needs of employees with regard to work-life balance. This paper presents the results of a survey of both professional and managerial employees' perspective on work-life conflict issues in private and public AEC organizations. Perspectives were found to differ, although not significantly, by employees' experience, leadership experience, age and gender. Furthermore, most survey respondents noted that their employers did not have a policy or program in place supporting work-life balance initiatives. Finally, although the AEC industry is making strides to improve work-life balance, the effort is lagging behind other industry sectors in providing policies and programs to promote work-life balance through flexible work hours and various other means.

건강보험정책심의위원회의 이익집단 간 대립이 물리치료 수가에 미치는 영향 (Conflict of Interest Groups on the Health Insurance Policy Deliberation Committee Affect the Medical Insurance Cost of Physical Therapy)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to demonstrate that non-participation of physical therapists on the political decision-making committee results in invasion of their interests. Methods: To demonstrate the effects, we analyzed the change of medical insurance score decided by the Health Insurance Policy Deliberation Committee between 2001 and 2012 years, focusing on medical examination as the interest of the participation group and physical therapy cost as interest of the non-participation group. Results: Total medical insurance cost increased by 23.72%, on average. Medical examination cost increased by 23.90% and 37.66% in medical examination for new and established patients, respectively. However, physical therapy cost was reduced by 5.01%. The medical examination cost for physical therapy without medical checkup increased by 2.62%. Conclusion: This study shows that the physical therapy cost, related on the interest of the non-participative group in the Health Insurance Policy Deliberation Committee, rather decreased while the total medical insurance cost increased.These findings demonstrate the invasion of the non-participative group on the Health Insurance Policy Deliberation Committee. Thus, aggressive participation in political decision-making committee is necessary in order to protect and increase rights and interests of Korean physical therapists.

Usufruct Rights Conflicts during the Exploitation and Management of Forest Parks in China

  • Forest parks are regarded as one of the scientific ways to keep the forest sustainably developed, meanwhile deliver the benefits to the general public. The development of forest parks in China has experienced simply more than 20 years and both the exploitation and management institutions haven't been set up systematically, which, in reality, reflects as inadequate legislative and policy framework. Without the regulatory guidance and collaborating assistance of environment relating governmental sectors at both national and local levels, it's inevitable that the development of forest parks in the country would face constant problems and conflicts. Therefore, it might be helpful to sort out this conflicts and problems and further more to work out how to solve the barriers. The research in this report started with introducing the IUCN Protected Areas Categories, the overall current situations in China and compared the definition of forest parks in the country and that in international experience. It is to aim to find out the real usufruct rights conflicts during the exploitation and management of forest parks and the method used in this report is field visit, previous investigation, collecting secondary materials, interview, analysis and comparison. The research result in this report couldn't cover all the conflict situations during the forest parks' exploitation and management in China but will provide the analysis of this problem from the legal perspective. Practical application and concerning suggestion will be fully discussed in Part 5 in terms of legislative, social and environmental effects.

보건소 치과위생사의 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Dental Hygienists's Stress at Public Health Center in Chonbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study was practiced to investigate factors affecting dental hygienists's stress. The results executed by percentage and Likert scale (on a scale of 5) producing a mean standard deviation, T-test, one way ANOV A and person correlation coefficient using SPSS according to purpose of study. The results of study were as follows: 1. Mean point of stress from administration system dental hygienists's was 3.49 2. The dental hygienists's job place was significantly related to stress from duty volume (p=0.000), stress from personal relation(p=0.028) and stress from atmosphere of job(p=0.000). 3. The dental hygienists's career was significantly related to stress from safe job. 4. The dental hygienists's grade in rank was significantly related to stress from pride & self-conceit. 5. The number of colleague worked public health center was significantly related to stress from duty volume. 6. There is a significant relationship between stress from duty volume and stress from conflict of job(p〈0.01, r=0.280). There is a significant relationship between stress from dissatisfaction and stress from personal relationship(p〈0.001, r=0.396). There is a significant relationship between stress from pride & self-conceit and stress from personal relationship(p〈0.001, r=0.423). There is a significant relationship between stress from personal relationship and stress from atmosphere of job(p〈0.001, r=0.662).

공공도서관 전자책 서비스의 쟁점과 대응 방안 (E-book Lending Service in Public Libraries: Issues and Possible Countermeasures)

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관에서의 전자책 서비스에 있어 주요 쟁점 사항을 도출하고 이에 대한 대응 방안을 제시함으로써, 향후 도서관의 시각을 반영한 전자책 서비스 운영의 토대를 마련하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 도서관계와 출판계를 중심으로 공공도서관의 현행 전자책 대출 서비스에 관한 상반된 시각과 주요 문제점을 파악하였다. 또한 공공도서관 전자책 대출에 관해 발표된 5종의 원칙을 내용적으로 범주화하여 도서관계의 공공도서관 전자책 대출의 핵심 원칙 7개를 도출하였다. 이러한 원칙을 대상으로 출판계가 제기하는 주요한 문제점과 국내외의 주요 대응 방식의 사례를 대응시켜 현안별로 대립되고 있는 양상과 그 내용을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 주요 쟁점 사안별로 공공도서관의 공공성 증진이라는 사명의 측면과 도서관 전자책 대출 모델 개발에 관한 측면, 법적 제도 마련의 측면 등에서 향후 도서관계의 대응 방안을 논하였다.

진단서의 증명력: 상해진단서를 중심으로 (Medical Certificate as an Evidence of Personal Injury)

  • 진단서는 의사등이 진찰결과에 관한 판단을 표시하여 작성하는 문서로서 민 형사소송 등에서 증거로 쓰인다. 특히 상해의 증명에서 그 기능이 현저하다. 법은 허위진단서작성을 형사처벌하는 등으로 그 증명기능을 보호하기 위하여 힘쓰고 있다. 그러나 몇 가지 이유에서 진단서가 진실과 부합하지 아니하는 경우가 생긴다. 첫째, 의사등의 제1차적 관심은 환자의 효과적인 진단과 치료인데, 그에 필요한 정보수집 및 판단의 방법이 법정 등에서 진실을 찾는 것과 다를 수 있다. 둘째, 의사등은 종종 환자의 진술 등에서도 판단에 필요한 정보를 얻는데, 환자와의 치료적 대화 관계 등의 유지를 위하여 그 진술 등의 신빙성을 의심하는 것이 부적절한 경우가 있을 수 있다. 이는 결국 의사등이 증명이 아닌 다른 목적으로 수집한 정보로부터 내린 판단을 증명에 전용(轉用)하여 생긴 문제이고, 비용이 낮은 진단서 제도를 버릴 수 없는 한 불가피한 한계에 해당한다. 진단서에 의한 증명에 표현증명의 효력을 부여하여야 하는 경우와 그 증명력을 자유심증주의에 터 잡아 개별적으로 심사하여야 하는 경우를 나누어 후자에 대하여는 전면적인 증명력 심사를 가하고, 진단서 서식 자체를 개선하여 법원이나 수사기관 등이 위 둘 중 어느 경우에 해당하는지를 가리는 데 필요한 정보가 이미 진단서 자체에 드러나게 하는 개선이 필요하다.
