Objectives : In spite of the importance of preparing a support system for public health programs, there is a relatively poor system to support Oriental medicine public health programs. In this regard, considerations have been made to give directions for the development of technical support organizations for Oriental medicine public health programs. Methods : The authors investigated support organizations of public health programs and compared Oriental medicine public health programs with them. Results : Technical support organizations for Oriental medicine public health programs are controlled by the National Traditional Korean Medicine Research and Development Center. However there is lack in the relevant budget, technical support, professional abilities for research and planning, connections with research institutes in the Oriental medicine field, and affiliations with the other public health programs. Conclusion : In this context, the following actions are required to systematically and technologically support Oriental medicine public health programs. Health improvement & technical support organizations whose incorporation is promoted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, should include the National Traditional Korean Medicine Research and Development Center, so as to activate the Oriental medicine public health programs. Legal provisions and the budget for the Oriental medicine public health programs should be secured so as to help identify and implement effective programs for improving the community health. A society for public health oriental medicine need be established so as to consolidate research capacities for the Oriental medicine public health programs. Programs should be developed to train professionals and supports should be intensified for activities to build capacities in technical support organizations.

The purpose of this study is to derive implications for effective management of the public social worker by investigating the relationship between social support, job attitude and self-esteem of the public social worker. In order to accomplish this research purpose, social support of the public social worker as independent variables, job attitude as a dependent variable, and self-esteem as a parameter were analyzed and the relationship between these variables was analyzed. As a result, emotional, evaluative, material, and informational support, which constitute the social support of the public social worker, have a significant effect on job attitude, and self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between these variables. Based on the results of this analysis, the importance of social support of the public social worker was suggested.
In order to investigate the social support and the job satisfaction of the public health nurse, questionnaire survey was carried out on 297 nurses who were working in 25 public health centers in Seoul. The results of the study were as follows; 1. Mean score of job satisfaction was the highest in interaction(3.55) followed by-professional position(3.46), relationship between nurses and doctors(3.23), autonomy(2.85), administration(2.60), requirements(2.43) and pay(2.30) in descending order, and total mean score was 2.92. 2. The level of the job satisfaction was significantly higher in group with longer than 20 years' career and 15 years' in Public Health Center, 5th job rank and income more than two million won a month. 3. The mean score of social support was 3.57 out of 5. The social support tended to be higher in direct social support(3.61) than in indirect social support(3.54). 4. Job satisfaction was significantly correlated with social support(r=0.407). 5. The primary factor which influenced the job satisfaction was the social support which had the 25.5% explaining efficacy. The total explaining efficacy which included pay(6.4%) was 31.0%. In conclusion, it was found out that there existed Pearson's correlation between the job satisfaction and the social support of nurses of Public Health Centers in Seoul. Therefore, what is needed to increase the job satisfaction of nurses of public Health Centers is the politic support for the systems of the social support such as nurse's family, the system of Public Health Center, and the working environment. Finally it is important to increase the job satisfaction of nurses of Public Health Centers through the politic support.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to provide a person-job fit as the basis for a better job environment and human resource development by examining the causal relationships with the perceived organizational support and job satisfaction of 45 public health center nurses located in Gyeonggi Province. Methods: Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis, mediating effect, and moderating effect were verified for use by SPSS & AMOS 22 ver. to target to nurses located in Gyeonggi Province. Results: First, the person-job fit has a positive effect on the perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. Second, the perceived organizational support has a partial mediating effect. Third, there was no difference in verifying the moderating effect of full-time public servants and temporary public servants. Conclusion: This study examined the relationship among the person-job fit, job satisfaction as an organizational effectiveness, and the perceived organizational support of mediated effect for nurses working at public health centers. The nurses in government service containing permanent and temporal employees was the adjustment effect. The analysis results showed that the ability of public health center nurses to perform tasks related to person-job fit and the ability of the individual to perceived organizational support was high. In addition, and the job satisfaction was good.

Purpose- The purpose of this study is to increase the effect of public technology transfer through government R&D support to secure the competitiveness of public technology startups. The government's R&D budget in 2019 is over 20 trillion won, and there is a legitimate need to increase the performance of technology startups through such R&D results. Research design, data, and methodology- In this paper, we comprehensively analyzed the current status of public research institutes and R&D support projects suitable for founders and analyzed and presented cases of follow-up research conducted by the Institute of Science and Technology Jobs to analyze actual performance cases of R&D support institutes. Results- In this conclusion, a developmental model of public technology entrepreneurship was proposed to increase the performance of public technology commercialization with the scalability of research institutions. In order to create a public technology information system between consumers and suppliers, a Steinweiss-type technology commercialization model for public technology commercialization, and a job-creating enterprise-type linkage R&D support business model were presented to create the results of R&D support organizations. Conclusions- Through the results of this study, it is meaningful to analyze the performance cases of technology commercialization of R&D support institutions, which have not been studied so far, to build competitiveness of research institutions and to present a growth model for the spread of technology startups. This study has implications in terms of suggesting a way to build competitiveness in technology commercialization between market demanders and suppliers by linking existing public technology startups, which deviated from the simple commercialization support system, with job creation by expanding the R&D support system.
The number of the functionally disabled elderly has been increasing in Korea and their families should have been in charge of supporting and taking care of them. This study was designed to grope for devices which were helpful to improve the psychological welfare of the functionally disabled elderly in the present situation. The results of this study were as follows: First, considering the level of psychological welfare of the functionally disabled elderly, the depression degree of the subjects was 52.9 which was higher than the middle point, 50. And the degree of family support the functionally disabled elderly were aware of, it also was high ; the score was 34.6 compared to the middle point, 33. On the other hand, the degree of public support that the functionally disabled elderly received was 2.01 which was lower than the middle point, 4.5. Second, the level of the depression of the functionally disabled elderly followed by background variables, the degree of agreement with family support, and public support represented significant differences among group according to religion, the type of previous occupation, the ownership of house, the type of residence, the presence of spouse, education level, and the source of income. Third, the relative influence toward the depression of the functionally disabled elderly was shown in the order of importance as follows: family support, the degree of functional disability, the ownership of house, public support, the presence of spouse, the source of income, the number of daughters, the degree of functional disablity.

This article examines the features of improving the public management of the market of medical and social services using information technology to improve the efficiency of public activity in modern conditions. The interpretation of the essence of the categories "information technologies" and "information support" is analyzed. The importance of the organization of information support of public authorities in the insurance of the state apparatus of information management for the adoption and solution of state issues of the market of medical and social services has been studied. Issues and system of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services are considered. The stages of the ICT implementation process in the market of medical and social services are described. The tools of state regulation in the market of medical and social services and the introduction of targeted programs for the development of the social sphere and health care are highlighted. Recommendations for improvement are formulated public management of the market of medical services and social way introduction of ICT tools, which provide for the implementation of a set of measures aimed at intellectualizing the entire system public data management spheres. The necessity of development of innovative tools of public management of the market of medical and social services of Ukraine for the purpose of working out of strategies of increase of quality of medical and social services in the XXI century is substantiated. A number of benefits from the implementation of an effective process of application of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services to ensure the efficiency of public authorities of Ukraine. It is proposed to create a "Department of information support of self-government" and electronic health care system (e-Health) to improve the management decision-making process, which will provide an opportunity to accumulate, process, analyze, and as a result, get the expected effect in the form of balanced management decisions by public authorities of Ukraine.

Objectives: Current social norms in the United States do not favor breastfeeding in public. This study examined associations between college students' explicit and implicit emotions of breastfeeding in public and their intention to support public breastfeeding. Methods: Twenty-two student participants viewed images of a breastfeeding woman with a fully-covered, fully-exposed, or partially-exposed breast in a public setting. After viewing each image, participants' explicit emotions (self-reported) of the image were measured using a questionnaire and their implicit emotions (facial expression) were measured using FaceReader technology. We examined if a relationship exists between both emotions [toward images] and intention to support breastfeeding in public using correlation techniques. We determined the relative influence of two emotions on the intention to support breastfeeding in public using regression analyses. Results: The nursing images depicting a fully-covered breast (r = 0.425, P = 0.049 vs. r = 0.271, P = 0.222) and fully-exposed breast (r = 0.437, P = 0.042 vs. r = 0.317, P = 0.150) had stronger associations with explicit emotions and intention to support breastfeeding in public compared to implicit emotions and intention. Breastfeeding knowledge was associated with a positive explicit emotion for images with partial- (β = 0.60, P = 0.003) and full-breast exposure (β = 0.65, P = 0.002). Conclusions: Explicit emotions appear to drive stated intentions to support public breastfeeding. Further research is needed to understand the disconnect between explicit and implicit emotions, the factors that influence these emotions, and whether stated intentions lead to consistent behavior.
Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and the level of self-management support on the Metabolic Syndrome Management Program at public health centers in Seoul metropolitan city. Methods: The effectiveness on the Metabolic Syndrome Management Program were analyzed using secondary data from 1,312 community residents who were receiving program. The level of self-management support on Metabolic Syndrome Management Program was evaluated using an 'Assessment of Primary Care Resources and Supports for Chronic Disease Self-Management' from four public health centers. Results: The effectiveness on the Metabolic Syndrome Management Program was showed that decreased smoking (p= 0.044) and drinking (p< 0.001), and increased healthy dietary habit (p< 0.001) in health behaviors. It was showed that decreased triglyceride (p= 0.002) and increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (p< 0.001) in clinical indicators. The level of self-management support on Metabolic Syndrome Management Program was 98.1 points and it meaned that implementation is done in an organized and consistent manner using a team approach. There was difference in the level of self-management support by public health centers (p= 0.003). Conclusion: The Metabolic Syndrome Management Program in public health centers was effective, and level of self-management support was done as organizational level, but patient input and mental health were insufficient.

Recently, local governments that provide mobile-based public delivery app services have been increasing a lot. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the restaurant self-employed's public delivery app selection attributes and public institutions' perception of support, which are under economic pressure due to the high delivery fee burden of private delivery apps, affect the intention to use public delivery app services. In this study, the degree of perception of each factor was measured using the Likert 5-point scale, and it was verified through statistical analysis using SPSS. The effect of the selection attribute of public delivery apps and the perception of self-employed people in the restaurant industry on the intention to use the service was empirically analyzed, and the hypothesis was verified using regression analysis. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that convenience, economy, and public interest had a significant effect among the factors of public app selection attributes, and educational support had a significant effect on public institution support.
