건설회사 사무직 근로자의 직무스트레스 분석 및 해소방안 (Analysis on Job Stress of Office Worker in the Construction Company and Reduction Measures)

  • 본 연구는 건설회사 사무직 근로자에 대한 직무 스트레스 실태를 분석하여 이를 해소할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 직무 스트레스 영향요인에 대한 스트레스 정도를 조사한 결과, '인사고과', '업무수행에 대한 책임'으로 인해 스트레스를 가장 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 현재 회사 내에서 수행되고 있는 직무 스트레스 해소활동의 문제점을 조사한 결과, 대부분의 사무직 근로자들은 '활동들을 위한 회사의 재정적 투자 및 아이디어 발굴이 부족함' 및 '활동들에 대한 홍보가 미흡함'의 의견을 가장 많이 보이고 있었고, 개선사항으로는 '활동들에 대한 적극적인 홍보 계획 마련' 및 '근로자들의 직무 스트레스 발생요인과 부합하는 활동 구성'의 의견이 가장 많이 나타났다.

서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 특성화 고등학교의 만족도 분석 (A Satisfaction about Technical Specialized High School Supported by Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 특성화 고등학교의 만족도를 구명하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 모집단은 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 특성화 고교에 재학하고 있는 학생과 학부모이다. 13개 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 특성화 고교 가운데 임의로 10개의 학교를 선정하였으며, 재학생 750명, 학부모 300명을 조사 대상으로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 2011년 12월 1일부터 9일까지 이루어졌으며, 최종분석에는 회수된 자료 중 불성실 응답을 제외하고 학생용 642부, 학부모용 252부가 활용되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 고교 학생의 학교에 대한 만족은 높았으며, 하위 영역별로는 '학교시설'에 대한 만족이 가장 높았으며, '교과지도', '진로 지도 및 상담', '교사와의 관계' 순으로 높았다. 둘째, 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 고교 학생의 학교에 대한 만족은 학생의 특성 중 학년, 성적, 학교 설립 유형에 따라 차이가 있었다. 성별에 따라서도 전체 학교만족에는 차이가 없었으나 하위 영역에서는 여학생보다 남학생이 학교의 '진로 지도 및 상담'에 대한 만족도가 높았으며, 남학생보다 여학생이 '학교시설'에 대한 만족도가 높았다. 셋째, 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 고교 학부모들은 자녀들이 다니는 학교에 대해 만족하고 있었다. 하위 영역별로는 학교의 '교과지도'에 대한 만족이 가장 높았으며, '학교시설', '학교와의 관계', '진로 지도 및 상담' 순으로 높았다. 넷째, 서울시교육청 지원형 공업계 고교 학부모들의 자녀들이 다니는 학교에 대한 만족은 학교 설립 유형이나 학부모의 성별에 따라 차이가 없었다.

The Effects of Social Support on Psychological Wellbeing of North Korean Refugees : Focusing on Moderating Effects of Coping Style

  • This study is to test moderating effects of North Korean Refugees' coping styles in the causal relation between social support and psychological wellbeing and suggest policy implications for helping social adjustment of North Korean Refugees. For this study, 100 North Korean Refugees were sampled and surveyed. The analytical result of this study showed that the degree of psychological wellbeing was highest among the refugees of the entire families migration. Also, this study showed that the causal relationship between social support and psychological wellbeing was not significant, and moderating effects of emotional support and appraisal support were significant, while moderating effects of material support and informative support were not significant. In this study, we suggested some policy implications basing on this analytical results.

  • The 53-meter tall Albizzia Tower is a white, mineral building with a mixed concrete and wood structure. It harmoniously interacts with the high rises of La Confluence. Its base is largely open, in direct relation to the public space. The spaces are mutable, reversible, moldable thanks to a streamlined structure: posts, beams in glued laminated wood, with posts pushed back on the facade to facilitate the layout of office and housing floors, CLT floors with a span of 7 meters.

냉장육 소비전력을 위한 소비자 외식 기호도 연구 -서울, 경기지역을 중심으로- (A study on the Dining-out preference and behavior of consumers for the chilled meat consumption strategy in Seoul-Kyunggi Area)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the consumers' Dining-out preference and behavior for the chilled meat consumption strategy . A total of 328 persons in Seoul, Kyunggi areas were selected by stratified random sampling method and were responded to this study questionnaire which was composed of six parts with 65 statements about chilled meat consumption. 1. The frequency of Dining-out is characterized that 'once a month' is the highest pattern of consumers(46.3%) : In that cases, the married people showed 'once a month'(52.7%) and 'once biweekly'(23.3%), but the unmarried people showed the more frequent pattern as 'once a week'(27.3%) and 'twice a week'(27.3%). And the frequency of Dining-out in relation with the education level revealed that 'the graduate people' are the highest (37.5%). 2. Generally the first food for the Dining-out is 'Kalbi'(26.2%), and the others were 'pork grilling','chilled meat grilling','fish sasimi','chinese foods','pizza' etc.... But there were some variation in relation with incomes and housing types: For the agriculture/physical labor class, they prefers the 'pork griling'(25.0%), the office work class prefers the 'Kalbi' For the house-owner group, they prefers the 'Kalbi', but the house-renting/lodging group, they prefer the 'chinese food' or 'pork grilling' etc.... 3. In choosing the Dining-out place,'quality of food'(54.3%) and 'hygiene'(21.0%) were rated as the first important factor. 4.'Soups', 'Noodles' and 'Cooked rice in casserole' were chosen as good lunch menu : for male, they prefer the 'Soups', but females prefer 'Cooked rice in casserole'. 5. People with commercials/services(44.7%) and agriculture/physical labor(50.0%) ate their lunch in private restaurant, but peoples in the office work(57.0%)/public service personnel(70.4%) and industry use refectory; and it showed significant difference. 6. Consumers prefer the chilled meat as a Dining-out menu, but they didn't recognize the difference between chilled meat and frozen meat 7. For Dining-out menu, many people proper the beef, but the price of beef was so high than pork, agriculture/physical labor class choose the pork grilling instead of beef : commercials/services/office worker prefer the beef chilled meat . 8. The first admirable cooking method for chilled meat is direct radiation grilling with charcoal and many of consumers prefer tender, marbling, some chewy and juicy, flavor, soft as a quality of meat but physical labor class prefer the some tough and chewy texture.

청소년대상 영상매체 성교육자료분석 -비디오를 중심으로- (An Analysis of Sexual Health Education for Korean Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental information for the development of new sex education image media through the analysis of those tools produced by Planned Parenthood Federation of Korea. Twenty three video tapes related to the sex education were analysed. The data were sampled on the basis of the sex education instructions for primary and secondary schools published by the Seoul Office of Education in 1996 and the list of sex education information composed by the Planned Parenthood Federation of Korea with the following requirements. 1) The education materials are oriented to the middle and high school students as well a juveniles and are being used in public health centers and schools. 2) The education materials are not confined to the single subject such as AIDS or contraception. Because this study is focused on the analysis of image media, an analysis method widely and effectively used in public media study was chosen. The frequency analysis and percentage treatment were done by an SAS program. The results of the study are as follows : 1. An analysis of the material structure type showed that the frequency of the following subjects in 15 video tapes, composed as drama and cartoon, had this decreasing orde : sex behavior, sex relation ships, sex health, human development, personal technique, and society and culture. 2. The eight tapes of explanation and counseling showed a different sequence from that of the drama and cartoon material, primarily treating human development with 5419 seconds (47.9%) of type. The following were also considered in decreasing order: at 2000seconds (17.6%) sex behavior, at 1366 seconds (12.1%) sex health, at 1240 seconds (11.0%) society and culture, at 667 seconds (6.0%) relation ships, and at 611 seconds (5.4%) personal technique. 3. In a thematic analysis those education materials dealing with human development show this frequency sequence: anatomic physiology, reproduction, and adolescence. In relation, ships the sequence is dates, love, marriage and vows, and family. For personal technique, it is expressed as asking for help, and an empnasis on moral values. For sex behavior, they focus on abstinence, the co-responsibility of sex behavior, the sexual response of the human, and sexual nightmares. For the sex health area, the focus is contraception with abortion and reproductive health following that. In society and culture diversity is considered. 4. An analysis of the differences in production and content between 1980s and 1990s was also done. For materials produced in the 1980s the frequency of the subjects follows this order: sex behavior, human development, relation ships, sex health, personal technique, and society and culture with sub subjects such as abstinence, dating, adolescence, anatomic physiology, reproduction, calls for help, and the sexual response of a human being. For materials produced in the 1990s, highest frequency was sex behavior, the same as the 1980s. The rest of the material follows this decreasing order: relationships, human development, sex health, society and culture, and personal technique with sub subjects such as dating, co-resposibility in sex behavior, abstinence, and love frequently considered.

종합병원 사무직 여성의 직무 및 사회심리적 스트레스가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의향에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of work and psychosocial stress on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention in general hospital female office workers)

  • This study tires to examine affects that job and socio-psychological stresses of female office workers influence job satisfaction, organization commitment, and leaving intentions. A complete data are collected by conducting a survey with 240 female office workers from 9 medical institutions regarded as almost general hospital in Seoul. It is analyzed that the relation between socio-psychological stress and job satisfaction, organization commitment, and leaving intentions by using t-test; analysis of variance; correlation analysis; principal component analysis; linear structural equation modeling; etc. The results of this study are summarized as following. First, as it was comprehended by specific characteristics of subjects that the female office workers' level of job and socio-psychological stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention, there were statistically significant distinctions from their age, marital status, presence of children, position in the organization, type of employment, and monthly average income. Second, this study regarded relationship between the female office workers' level of job and socio-psychological stresses, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention. Job and socio-psychological stresses were negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the stresses were positive with leaving intention. Third, after evaluating effect that 8 features related to the job stress could influence job stress, the most effective valuables were in order to unfairness in organizational structure, workplace culture, inadequate compensation, and relationship conflict. Fourth, when looking at the overall effects of the job and sociopsychological stresses on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention, work autonomy was the most influencing factor of work stress levels. The level of the job stress seemed to be a prevalent impact on the leaving intention and it showed the most negative relationship that path coefficient from leaving intention to organizational commitment and also from organizational commitment to job satisfaction. Based on these findings, it can be defined that the job and socio-psychological stresses strongly influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention.

Gender, Professional and Non-Professional Work, and the Changing Pattern of Employment-Related Inequality in Poor Self-Rated Health, 1995-2006 in South Korea

  • Objectives: We examined gender differential changes in employment-related health inequalities according to occupational position (professional/nonprofessional) in South Korea during the last decade. Methods: Data were taken from four rounds of Social Statistical Surveys of South Korea (1995, 1999, 2003, and 2006) from the Korean National Statistics Office. The total study population was 55435 male and 33913 female employees aged 25-64. Employment arrangements were divided into permanent, fixed-term, and daily employment. Results: After stratification according to occupational position (professional/nonprofessional) and gender, different patterns in employment - related health inequalities were observed. In the professional group, the gaps in absolute and relative employment inequalities for poor self-rated health were more likely to widen following Korea's 1997 economic downturn. In the nonprofessional group, during the study period, graded patterns of employment-related health inequalities were continuously observed in both genders. Absolute health inequalities by employment status, however, decreased among men but increased among women. In addition, a remarkable increase in relative health inequalities was found among female temporary and daily employees (p = 0.009, < 0.001, respectively), but only among male daily employees (p = 0.001). Relative employment-related health inequalities had clearly widened for female daily workers between 2003 and 2006 (p = 0.047). The 1997 Korean economic downturn, in particular, seemingly stimulated a widening gap in employment health inequalities. Conclusions: Our study revealed that whereas absolute health inequalities in relation to employment status increased in the professional group, relative employment-related health inequalities increased in the nonprofessional group, especially among women. In view of the high concentration of female nonstandard employees, further monitoring of inequality should consider gender specific patterns according to employee's occupational and employment status.

기록물관리와 정보공개의 상관성에 관한 연구: 지방자치단체의 정보공개 자치법규를 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship between the Freedom of Information and Records Management: Focusing on Local laws and Regulation about Information Disclosure)

  • 이 연구는 지자체의 자치법규에서 정보공개제도와 기록물관리의 상관성을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 자치법규정보시스템(ELIS)과 국가법령정보센터를 통해 지자체의 정보공개와 관련된 자치법규를 전수 조사하여, 337개의 자치법규를 분석하였다. 그 결과, '기록 유지(회의록 작성)', '이관된 기록물에 대한 정보공개 절차'와 '청구 접수부서'의 측면에서 '공공기록물법'과의 상관성을 찾을 수 있었다. '기록물유지(회의록 작성)'는 자치법규와 공공기록물법의 항목이 유사했으며, '청구 접수부서'는 '기록관리부서'로 기술되었다. 그러나 '청구 접수부서'는 부서명만 보면 민원부서의 성격이 강했으며, '회의록 작성'의 측면에서는 '공공기록물법'의 조항이 명시되지 않았고, '다른 법령과의 관계'에서는 '정보공개의 비대상'만 기술하고 있다.

국민건강증진을 위한 보건교육확대방안에 관한 연구 (Expanding Health Education Plan For Improving Public Health)

  • 본 연구는 국민건강증진을 위해 보건교육기관에서 실시하던 보건교육을 평생교육원의 보건교육으로 확대하여 보건교육의 기회 폭을 넓혀 누구나 쉽게 가까운 장소에서 보건교육을 받을 수 있는 기회를 제공함으로서 보건교육을 증진시키고 의료비용을 절감 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 즉 국민건강증진향상을 위한 보건교육확대방안에 관한 연구를 분석하고자 20대 이상 보건교육을 필요로 하는 남 여를 대상으로 보건프로그램이나 교육에 참가한 사람 중 무작위 추출법을 사용하여 연구표본을 선정하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 데이터 코딩과 데이터 크리닝 과정을 거쳐 SPSS 20.0 for Windows 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하였고 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 국민건강증진의 교육과 질병예방 및 영양개선 그리고 식생활개선은 보건교육확대에 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었으나, 참가의향에는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 조사되었으며, 보건교육지원이나 건강보험혜택과 교육장소 확대는 참가의향에 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 참가의향이 높을수록 의료비절감도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 국민건강증진의 교육과 질병예방은 의료비절감에 영향을 주지 않으나, 영양개선 및 식생활개선, 보건교육지원, 건강보험혜택 그리고 교육장소 확대는 의료비절감에 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었다.
