This paper deal with due to the additional equipment established on the vehicle fire accident cases. Recently, vehicle was recognized as other living spaces and it was increasing installation of additional devices such as a black box, multivision, additional battery and so on. However, these additional devices were established on the vehicle by non-specialists such as the general public user or manufacturing and distributors of additional devices since the vehicle factory. Resulting from the additional equipments due to installation errors in these additional equipments connected to the electrical wiring insulation damage or electrical breakdown occurs, and finally leading to a fire caused by the additional equipments. Therefore, additional equipment established on the vehicle due to a fire in order to prevent accidents during the manufacturing process of these devices are installed. If not installed unless the manufacturing process, the installation of additional equipments established by professional who knows the vehicle structure that will be able to prevent the fire.

'06.3.24 선박안전법의 개정에 따라 선박의 안전운항을 확보하고 해양사고 발생시 신속한 대응을 위하여 일정규모 이상의 선박은 선박의 위치를 자동으로 발신하는 장치(VMS)를 설치하여야 한다. VMS 의 시행으로 그동안 안전이 취약한 소형어선의 조난통신체계가 획기적으로 개선되고 어선사고로 인한 인명피해를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. '07.11.1 선박위치발신장치의 종류, 설치 및 운용 등에 관한 세부기준을 정한 "선박위치발신선박위치발신장치의 설치기준 등에 관한 규정"이 고시됨(해양수산부 고시 제2007-88호)에 따라 선박위치발신장치의 도입배경, 적용대상과 시기 및 향후 선박위치정보 활용과 기대효과 등을 전망해보고자 한다.

Urban railway system that leads the urban public transportation enables the passengers to use the subway system safely and conveniently by indicating the destination of, status of approach of and other information on train through Train Destination Equipment(TDE), which is one of the important passenger services. The existing system is composed of Host Station Equipment(HSE) and operator panel that receives necessary input on train information from Total Traffic Control System(TTC), Local Station Equipment(LSE) that controls Train Destination Indicator(TDI) installed at each station, and Train Destination Indicator that ultimately displays train information to the passengers using the train system. This study aims to realize stabilized and reliable announcement system for destination of train by considering processing procedure and method of expression of inputted information of the existing system of notification of announcement of destination of train that can be applied in the RFID, which is the base technology of USN for which service expansion is easy, and to realize system that considers interface with USN and expandability with other facilities in the future.

The rapid evolution of intelligent sports equipment and gadgets has led to the transformation of smartphones into personalized coaching devices. This transformative role is central in today's technologically advanced landscape, addressing the needs of individuals with contemporary lifestyles. The development of intelligent sports gadgets is geared towards elevating overall quality of life by facilitating sports activities, workouts, and promoting health preservation. This categorization yields two primary types of devices: smart sports devices for exercise and smart health control devices, which encompass functionalities such as blood pressure monitoring and muscle volume measurement. Illustrative examples include smart headbands, smart socks, smart wristbands, and smart shoe soles. Significantly, the global market for smart sports devices has garnered substantial popularity among enthusiasts. Moreover, the integration of sensors within these devices has instigated a revolution in group and professional sports, facilitating the calculation of impact intensity and ball speed. The utilization of various types of smart sports equipment has proliferated, encompassing applications in both sports' performance and health monitoring across diverse demographics. This article conducts an assessment of the application of nanotechnology in the continuous modeling of the magnetic electromechanical sensor integrated within smart shoe soles, with a specific emphasis on its implementation in soccer training. The exploration delves into the nuanced intersection of nanotechnology and sports equipment, elucidating the intricate mechanisms that underlie the transformative impact of these advancements.

This study is aim to analyze out Living Guide Book for residents in Housing and to have application to Long Life Housing as a precedent study based on Maintenance Guideline to make residents inhabitate, in case of suppling Wet type Short Life Housing with S(Support) and I(Infill), and Long Life Housing with devised SI, durability, alterability, available Remodeling and maintenance effect. Housing with large scale complex and brand-name offers Living Guide Book for residents that contains maintenance contents. Maintenance contents for residents in Housing are complex guide, use method of the each part, guide for repair of defect, repair and change of built -in items ended up life or damaged items. Maintenance contents for residents in Long Life Housing are important because the Manager takes charge of public area and public equipment in S, but the user takes charge of private area and private equipment. Therefore this study analyzes out Living Guide Book for residents in Housing as a precedent study based on Maintenance Guideline of Long Life Housing users.

Nowadays, the government, nongovernmental organizations, and educational institutions have come up with a variety of policies and objectives which are concerned about the importance of public design in the city. The project for integrated street environment in Sung-Nam at this time has started with the purpose to make the citizens' life safer and wealthier, and the purpose to improve the image of the nation. In the process of modernization, we must realize the overlooked problem(the thoughtless development for the environment and the threatening of the identity about the disagreed value and esthetic sense.) as our problem. We have focused on the suggestion of the road facilities suitable for urbanization which coincides with the quiet city and the global standards rather than pursuing the local growth and meaning. Based on the New Governance Design, we have presented the liberal design process which actively accepts the experts in a variety of fields. With the language of design, 'high-tech, self-restraint, and growth', we have made a homogeneous urban factor which is ideal for time and space.

The purpose of this study was to assess the user's satisfaction of health care service in public health centers in Busan. The study respondents were 212, those who visited health centers for health care service. Data were collected in July 2002 by using SERVQUAL(comprehensive service quality measurement scale) and 3 open questions for more details about service satisfaction and the needs for health care service. SERVQUAL has 5 dimensions； tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results were as follows ： 1. The users reported more satisfaction at 'just service cost', 'convenient service procedure' and 'clean physical environment' at SERVQUAL. Among them the highest rated item was 'service cost'. And the less satisfaction items were 'understanding and individual concerns about service users', 'medical equipment' and 'health center facilities'. 2. There were no statistical differences by general characteristics except for the kind of services rendered. Those who visited for physical examinations and laboratory tests reported lower satisfaction than any other groups. 3. At the open questions, the respondents expressed that they were satisfied with the low service cost, kindness of employee and clean environment. But they criticized the old facilities and worn medical equipment, in addition to the less than kind attitudes. These strengths and weaknesses of health center's service could be applied for planning of customer­centered health care service.

우리나라 경찰은 지난 반세기동안 국내 외적인 시련을 극복하면서 질서유지자로서의 임무를 훌륭히 수행해 왔으나 최근 경찰을 둘러싼 환경은 국제화와 개방화, 민주화와 지방화, 산업화와 정보화가 급속히 전개되면서 치안수요의 폭발적 증가를 가져오고 있다. 또한 범죄유형이 날로 흉폭화 조직화 광역화 되는 추세여서 경찰 대응의 한계점과 더불어 장구 무기사용의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 장구와 무기 허용은 국민의 귀중한 생명을 위협할 수 있다는 선행과제로 인해 엄격하게 적용되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존에 경찰관들에게 지급된 장구 무기의 사용이 우리의 현실에 있어 실효성과 효과성이 있는지를 살펴보고, 일선 경찰관들의 법 집행력이 어느 범위여야 적정하고, 국민의 인권을 보호하는 경찰로서 신뢰를 받을 수 있는지를 조사하고 경찰 집행력 행사와 국민의 인권보호에 대해 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The productivity of port labor in Pusan port is very low and the ratio of port accident is high in comparision with other advanced foreign ports. The aim of this paper is to find why the productivity in Pusan port is much lower than that of other countries in terms of port labor education systems. To obtain the objective of this study, the writers used 163 questionnaire for port labor in BCTOC, PECT and UTC for the survey of training method of cargo equipment handling. The result of this study shows as follows; (1) From the fact that ratio of labor who were trained by KPTI was 2.5%, we could say the public training system of port labor is not operated properly (2) As most of laborers are trained by the experienced associate, they do not recognize how the level of cargo handling equipment is set to increase the productivity. (3) In order that the port public training system plays a good role in port industry, a new license system should be introduced and an expert education system should be developed.

The purpose of this study is to identify if dental patients discriminate between dental clinic and dental hospital and the related factors for choice of dental facilities. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted from March 21 to April 11, 2011. Among 430 dental patients who visited dental clinic or dental hospital twice or more in Daegu, 410 dental patients were included in analysis. A total of 73.6% of the dental clinic visitors recognized correctly that the visiting facility was dental clinic and 82.3% of dental hospital visitors did correctly. Therefore, it can be said that dental hospital visitors recognize better the type of dental care facilities they visit. When it comes to choosing the dental facility, there were not much differences between the clinic and hospital patients in this study. Human resources, facilities and equipment, service are factors for choosing dental clinic and dental hospital in order. However, modern dental facility and equipment were more important factor for patients to choose dental hospital than clinic. It will be necessary for dental clinic or dental hospital to develop its own specific service to fulfill dental patients' needs through further studies on factors for choosing dental facilities.
