계산에 기초한 하드웨어 도입 규모산정 방식 연구 (The Study on Hardware Sizing Method Based on the Calculating)

  • According to the policy for "e-Korea construction" of Korean government, Investment of information system during the past decade are dramatically increasing. More than a half of this investment is cost of hardware infrastructure. So, accurate hardware sizing are essential for higher efficiency of investment. Accurate hardware sizing benefits are generally viewed in terms of the avoidance of excess equipment and lost opportunity costs by not being able to support business needs. Unfortunately, however, little research effort to make the hardware sizing methodology are doing. We propose a sizing method for information system in public sector. This method is determinate empirical study that are gathering and analyzing cases, making method and reviewing expert. Finally we are proposed calculating method for hardware components that is CPU, memory, internal and external disk according to the application system type which is OLTP, Web, WAS. Our study certainly will act as a catalyst for higher investment-efficiency of the future information programs in public sector.

화학공장 설비의 안전한 격리 표준 필요성에 대한 연구 (A Study on Need for Safe Baseline Isolation Standard for Chemical Plant Equipment)

  • 화학설비의 노후화·고도화·복합화 등으로 인해 설비의 점검, 보수 또는 정비 작업 등의 비일상 작업이 증가하고 있으며, PSM 대상 화학제품제조업 사업장에서의 지난 10년간 발생한 1,483건의 사고 중 비일상 작업 중에 발생한 사고가 전체의 56%(932건)를 차지하여 일상 작업보다는 비일상 작업 중에 더 많은 사고가 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 특히 공장 운전의 경제성 및 효율성을 위하여 공장 전체를 정지시키지 않고 일부 설비를 정지시킨 후 운전 중인 설비와는 격리한 상태로 점검, 보수 또는 정비 작업을 수행하는 경우가 있다. 따라서 첫째, 화학공장의 취급물질, 운전조건, 설비의 위험도 등을 기준으로 격리 표준(Baseline Isolation Standard)을 수립하여 안전한 격리 방안을 선정하여야 한다. 둘째, 현재 국내 법규 및 기준 상에는 구체적인 격리 표준의 필요성을 제시하지 않고 있으므로 격리 표준의 마련을 제도화하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 기술적·제도적 개선을 통하여 화학공장 설비에서의 화학물질의 누출에 의한 화재·폭발·중독 사고를 예 방하여야 한다.

  • The objective of this study is to predict the reliability of the electronic control module at ROD control system in nuclear power plant. Maintaining of the reliability is important issue in the complext system like nuclear plower plant, military equipment, satelite system, etc., because the failure of reliability brings etravagant economic loss and deteriorates public acceptance. In addition to the prediction of reliability, the fators affect the reliability including operating condition, environment, temperature and quality factors were analyzed and simulated. The result shows that the quality factors are more critical for the higher reliability than other two factors.

  • The purpose of this paper is to exhibit existing replacement models and to develop new replacement models for managing equipments in large organizations, private or public. Some of the models in this paper are well known and in use, and some are not. All these models are classified, depending on main factors which play key roles on the models. One group is the models in which the economic factor plays a key role, and the other is those in which both the economic factor and the effectiveness factor play key roles.

  • Human productivity of Boring Machine for stack is provided but not its hourly workable quantity(Q-value) in the Equipment ownership cost and expenses section of the Poom-Same that is used for construction cost estimation of public sectors in Korea, which leads to less realistic and subjective estimation for the works. The optimized Q-value of the machine is proposed as a result of thorough investigation into many of its operations.

서울시내 석면함유 건축물 철거 현장 등에서의 효과적인 공기 중 석면농도 측정을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Measurement of Airborne Asbestos Concentrations at Demolition Sites of Asbestos Containing Buildings, etc. in Seoul)

  • Objectives: This study is intended to seek credible and efficient measurements on airborne asbestos concentrations that allow immediate action by establishing complementary data through comparative analysis with existing PCM and KF-100 method real-time monitoring equipment in working areas in Seoul where asbestos-containing buildings are being demolished, including living environment surroundings. Materials: We measured airborne asbestos concentrations using PCM and KF-100 at research institutes, monitoring networks, subway stations and demolition sites of asbestos-containing buildings. Through this measurement data and KF-100 performance testing, we drew a conversion factor and applied it via KF-100. Finally we verified the relationship between PCM and KF-100 with statistical methods. Results: The airborne asbestos concentrations by PCM for the objects of study were less than the detection limit(7 fiber/$mm^2$) in three (20%) out of 15 samples. The highest concentration was 0.009 f/cc. The airborne asbestos concentrations by PCM in laboratories, monitoring networks, subway stations and demolition sites of asbestos-containing buildings were respectively $0.002{\pm}0.000$ f/cc, $0.004{\pm}0.001$ f/cc, $0.009{\pm}0.001$ f/cc, and $0.002{\pm}0.000$ f/cc. As a result of KF-100 performance testson rooftops, the conversion factor was 0.1958. Applying the conversion factor to KF-100 for laboratories, the airborne asbestos concentrations ratio of the two ways was nearly 1:1.5($R^2$=0.8852). Also,the airborne asbestos concentration ratio of the two ways was nearly 1:1($R^2$=0.9071) for monitoring networks, subway stations, and demolition sites of asbestos-containing buildings. As a result of independent sample t-tests, there was no distinction between airborne asbestos concentrations monitored in the two ways. Conclusions: In working areas where asbestos-containing buildings are being demolished, including living environment surroundings, quickly and accurately monitoring airborne asbestos scattered in the air around the working area is highly important. For this, we believea mutual interface of existing PCM and a real-time monitoring equipment method is possible.

전국 보건소 물리치료실 운영 실태와 활성화 방안 (Improving Physical Therapy Services of Health Centers in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study are ( i ) to examine operating situation of physical therapy department and job satisfaction of physical therapists in health centers, (ii) to analyze utilization patterns and patient satisfaction of physical therapy services among health center visitors, and finally, (iii) to suggest policy implications in facilitating improvement on physical therapy services of health centers. The materials are collected from 105 physical therapists among nationwide health centers and 203 patients of 5 health centers in Pusan, Korea. The survey is conducted from February 13 to March 30, 1996 with a structured self - administered questionnaire. Major results of the study are as follows. First, the result of regression analysis between job satisfaction and affecting factors identify following variables as the significant determinants; self-development(+), job itself(+), and co-worker support (+). Second, the current operating situation of physical therapy department shows such problem as; i )shortage and unstable job security of physical therapists, ii )absence of rehabilitation specialist, iii )lack of understanding on physical therapy of co-workers, iv)shortage of physical therapy equipment and facility, v)burdensome task of physical therapists, and vi) inappropriate purchase process of equipment. Third, patient satisfaction for physical therapy services are revealed relatively high. And the result of regression analysis between patient satisfaction and affecting factors identify following variables as the significant determinants; credibility of physical therapist(+), satisfaction for waiting time(+), cleanliness(+). Fourth, the patients appeal about physical therapy services such problem as; i) shortage of physical therapists, physical therapy equipment, and facility, ii) inconvenient administrative procedure for utilization physical therapy services. Fifth and last, recommendations for the improvement of physical therapy services of health centers are as follows; i )recruiting more physical therapists, ii )regular employment of physical therapists instead of daily use employment, iii )re-arrangement of facility for patient's convenience, iv )establishing reasonable purchasing system of equipment for physical therapy, v) reforming administrative procedure for patient focused care.

  • 표준품셈은 공공기관 및 민간기관의 공사비를 책정하는 기본적인 자료로 이용되고 있다. 본 논문은 하천공사에서 선정된 대표공종을 대상으로 새로운 형식의 표준품셈 및 장비의 작업량 산출방식을 제안하고자 한다. 품셈에서 작업조 구성의 정보 및 1일 생산성 정보의 제공이 가능하도록 함으로써 공정계획 단계에서 품셈의 적용성을 향상시키고 장비의 작업량 산출과정을 간소화하여 사용자의 편의성을 증대할 수 있기를 기대한다. 하천공사의 경우 작업조건이라는 변수가 매우 크게 작용하기 때문에 생산성 정보 및 기계의 작업량을 일반화 하는 것은 많은 어려움이 존재하지만 지속적인 생산성 정보와 기계의 작업량 정보를 개선하여 정확도를 향상할 수 있다면 품셈을 통한 공정계획 수립 및 적산과정의 간소화가 가능할 것이다.

방송통신기자재 전자파 시험 시장의 현황 분석 및 정부 개입 방안 (An Analysis on Situation of Broadcasting and Telecommunication Equipment EMC Test Market and Way of Government Intervention)

  • 본 논문에서는 방송통신기자재 전자파 시험 시장이 포화 상태에 달하면 포획 현상, 지대 추구 현상 및 시험가 격 경쟁현상 등이 나타날 것이고, 이는 궁극적으로 우리 사회에 부정적으로 영향을 미칠 것으로 추정되었다. 따라서 전자파 시험 시장의 포화 정도를 파악한 결과, 전자파 시험 시장의 장비 가동률이 78 %로서 포화 상태에 접근하고 있는 중으로 나타났다. 아울러, 무선, 유선 및 SAR 분야도 장비 가동률이 각각 65 %, 3 %, 10 %에 불과하여 이미 포화 상태에 도달하였다. 따라서 시험의 엄격성을 유지하기 위해서 신규 시험기관의 지정은 억제될 필요가 있으나, 행정청의 법률 운영 상황에 비취어 보면 지정 신청을 기각하기는 곤란할 것으로 사료되어 사전적 준비가 필요하다.
