Recently, big data is positioning as a keyword in the academic circles. And usefulness of big data is carried into government, a local public body and enterprise as well as academic circles. Also they are endeavoring to obtain useful information in big data. This research mainly deals with analyses of box office success or failure of films using text mining. For data, it used a portal site 'D' and film review data, grade point average and the number of screens gained from the Korean Film Commission. The purpose of this paper is to propose a model to predict whether a film is success or not using these data. As a result of analysis, the correct classification rate by the prediction model method proposed in this paper is obtained 95.74%.

Highly probable cause of the current turmoil critical national infrastructure and private enterprise information systems failures or national event of an accident, it is inevitable huge hit in corporate business as well as a significant impact on the national benefit. This is a trend subject to the stability of the national management information system has a significant impact on people and society, such as banking, telecommunications, transport and energy, which can be extended into a private institution. However, public and private ICT business through the development of Information system Audit or CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) certification check the quality of the target system, but quality check on the reliability of the information system operations after construction is either not promoting met for some safety test results a situation that does not enabled by insufficient. By preventing the disorder or an accident of this study, the diagnostic reliability information systems through inspection and evaluation system development of information systems being established, and to minimize service confusion and study ways to ensure customer - oriented service.

When certificates of qualification relating to computer have shown up like dam water and meeting the age of office automation (OA) utilizing computer throughout the community, and at the point of time when the promotion of efficiency of duty is attempted by utilizing internet, the improvement plans should be groped for to expect to cultivate the national industrial manpower efficiently and by easily approaching the related OA certificates of qualification related to computer so that everyone can acauire the additional points for recognition of credit, entering company and promotion by the dimension of public trust, recognition degree, practial using level in actual affairs, reliability of problems and after manpower management of the certificates of qualification less expensively and saving time. the concrete plans are as follows: First, in the standard of making questions for the examination of 'Computer Utilizing Ability' executed by the chamber of commerce and Industry, there is the independent examination, but by inserting the presentation portion in the higher grade and middle grade, it should be contributed to improve office efficiency both in mane and reality. Second, though the internet retriever's examination is executed by the nongovernment specialized examination, since it is actually widely utilized in the office activities due to universality of using internet, it is now the time to newly establish and accommodate it as the national examination of 'internet Utilizing Ability', not the interest specialized retriever. Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.

This paper discusses entrepreneurship as a mean to overcome problems that arise from economic growth with no job growth and with aging population. In particular, this paper focuses on senior (elderly) entrepreneurship based on technology. It examines and defines restraints of various public and private sponsor programs for senior entrepreneurship. In comparison, Bridge Program of Finland was studied and its success factors are presented. Some of these success factors are enterprise-driven program operation, diverse education program focused on successful senior entrepreneurship, providing networking opportunities among entrepreneurs, and increased awareness in social responsibility of private enterprises. This paper suggests CBI (Corporate Business Incubator) in order to promote senior entrepreneurship. This study is expected to foster economic growth and job creation through utilizing increased elderly population in today's aging demographics. In addition, this study will be able to identify direction for government's role in boosting senior entrepreneurship.

Warfare paradigm has been changed from PCW to NCW and the military requirement/acquisition system has been changed from bottom-up process(Weapon-Centric) to top-down process(Capability-Centric) in orde to improving the effectiveness of NCW. The concept of top down acquisition process focused on acquiring the capability based on CBP through CBA. However, implementing the concepts and embdding them into methodology will be chanllenging. So, we analyze existing examples overseas and to create new methodology which identify the our force capability through the CBA based on enimy capability. The proposed methodology can be implemented military operation area, public safety area and disaster relief area for CBP based on CBA.

The necessity of research for EA service and performance is surfacing while nation-level and individual agency level performances utilizing Government-wide EA information. In this study, performance model for EA service has been developed categorizing characteristic elements of EA as service. And weight differences between quality items that constitute performance model have been calculated using AHP analysis method. To achieve the stated, SERVQUAL applied performance model for EA service has been developed working through logical reasoning and a broad range of theoretical studies concerning EA service. Moreover, relative weight differences between quality items that constitute the model have been calculated. The results of weight analysis find that importance differences between quality items in order of significance are as follows: EA administrator > EA information > EA education > EA policy > EA operating system. This study, as the nation's first research to graft the public-sector EA service onto SERVQUAL Model that is capturing remarkable attention, has considerable practical and theoretical implications.

The application range of IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN has rapidly expanding from campus, enterprise to the public network of Hot Spot area due to the advantages of easiness of construction, mobility of wireless client station, convenience of usage and so on. However the security of WLAN(Wireless LAN) is vulnerable inherently because of using RF as a medium, and so the dangers of infringement of personal information and inside data of enterprises have increased and wardriving attack searching for security vulnerability in wireless LAN has become more serious especially. In this paper, we find out the overview of various procedures and preparatory stages for wardriving attack against wireless LAN, and propose complementary methods to prevent information infringement accidents from wardriving attack in wireless LAN. For this purpose, we make an equipment which is suitable for wardriving in wireless LAN and show security vulnerability of AP(Access Point) operation in WLAN around Yangjae-Dong in Seoul as a result of using the equipment.

IEEE802.11 Wireless LAN(WLAN) is being widely used in public space such as airport, and increases the networking boundary in campus and enterprise, and it has lastly attracted considerable attention for mesh network and converged network with other 3G mobile communication networks. In WLAN, load balancing among Access Points(AP) is an important issue for efficient resource management or supporting the Quality of Service(QoS) of traffic, but most researches focused on the AP selection in network entry or roaming of Stations(STA). In this paper, we propose an AP-Initiated Flow Redirection(FR) for AP load balancing by monitoring AP's availability in the true sense. When the AP's resource becomes almost saturated, that is used more than a specific threshold, the AP queries the roaming possible neighbor APs about their availability and calculates the distribution of traffic load with statistical methods such as entropy or chi-square. Finally, the AP decides flows and new APs for redirection and performs it. Our simulation results show that our FR mechanism increases the performance in the various views.

This study shed light on searching spatial location pattern of movie theaters by operating screens in theater as proxy variable to find spillover effects and spatial determinants. After taking procedure to find spatial spillover effect by GIS 3D analyst, movie theaters in Seoul metropolitan area are formed in four categorized regions, such as Kangbuk, Kangnam, Kangseo, and Kangdong. Regions which have larger number of screens than others show that they affect to relevant regions directly. In addition, this study analyzes that people have tendencies to visit movie theater while they use other similar facilities such as music, publishing, and public performance facilities. Therefore, trend of agglomeration of similar enterprise including motion picture industry has a spillover effect and economy of scale when they are gathered in specific regions which are specialized as certain usage.

Objectives: The question of whether the level of fees paid to working environment measurement agencies is appropriate has long been a matter of concern to the government. In addition, measurement institutions express dissatisfaction with their level of compensation, which has a great influence on the evaluation of a subject's policy. This study is intended to find a way to appropriately calculate working environment measurement fees. Methods: We looked at the principle of fee determination as a basic theory of fee calculation used in fee calculation, the legal and academic aspects of the general method of fee calculation, and government cost calculation standards. Furthermore, we reviewed the research methods applied so far to derive a method of calculating fees appropriate for this environment. Results: The working environment measurement environment is different from other commission calculation environments. The other environment is to appropriately calculate the service price provided by a monopoly public enterprise, while the situation is to appropriately calculate the fees provided by competitive private enterprises. Therefore, the service delivery environment and the delivery entity are different. In this case, the appropriate method of calculating service fees would be competitive pricing. There have also been many problems under the method of calculation by service cost. Conclusions: First, the working environment measurement fee requires an accounting correction of endogenous variables. Second, the theory of calculating fees appropriate for this situation is appropriate for competitive pricing that applies to private competitors. Third, the government should make efforts to make the service supply market a fully competitive market while ensuring that the service fee level is determined at the marginal cost level. Fourth, economically, research on marginal cost levels is needed.
