Records management professionals and scholars have emphasized the necessity of managing data set in administrative information systems as records, but it has not been practiced in the actual field. Applying paper-based records management standards and guidelines to data set management proved to be a difficult task because of technology-dependent characteristics, vast scale, and various operating environments. Therefore, the data set requires a management system that can accommodate the inherent characteristics of records and can be practically applied. This study developed and presented data set management methods and procedures based on the analysis of data set in public administrative information systems operating in public institutions.

As the low fertility intensifies in Korea, this study investigated fundamental differences between the government's low fertility policy and public perception of it. To this end, we selected four times 'Aging Society and Population Policy' documents and news comments for two weeks immediately after announcement of the third and fourth Policy as analysis targets. Then we conducted word frequency analysis, co-occurrence analysis and CONCOR analysis. As a result of analyses, first, direct childcare support during the first and second periods, and a social structural approach during third and fourth periods were noticeable. Second, it was revealed that both policies and comments aim for the work-family compatibility in 'parenting'. Lastly it was showed public interest in environment of raising children and the critical mind to effectiveness of the policy. This study is meaningful in that it confirmed the public perception using big data analysis, and it will help improve the direction for the future low fertility policy.

The purpose of this study, the trend of renewable energy, domestic and foreign renewable energy policies, and the flow of the legal system related to renewable energy location were identified, and a location analysis using public data was studied when solar energy was located. First, renewable energy is leading to energy conversion by reducing the proportion of existing fossil fuel-centered energy sources in the global trend and increasing the proportion of renewable energy, an eco-friendly energy source, and changing the institutional and market structure. Second, large-scale solar energy power plants are installed and operated in rural areas where there is no change in insolation and land prices are cheaper than in urban areas where there are many changes in insolation due to surrounding high-rise buildings and street trees. Third, if a preliminary location review is conducted using public data at this time, it will be easy to identify the optimal location for area and size calculation. Fourth, the solar energy location functional area was studied in area A, and the total area of the target area was 624.5km², with 392.7km² and 62.9% of the avoidance area where solar power cannot be located.

The books and circulation-related data in the Online Public Access Catalog System of the H-Public library were collected and analyzed in this paper. The methods which may be applied to the Customer Relationship Management in a public library based on the results were also suggested here. Collected data were 57,927 bibliographic data of books, 11,871 patron data and 27,145 circulation records. The type of collections. circulation frequencies, total number of circulated books, publication year, and use factor as relation factor from the analyzed data of circulation records were extracted. They were also analyzed, and verified by various statistical methods such as correlation coefficient, non-parametric method, etc.

The purpose in this datamining modeling is to maximize the number of L insurance' new customer selected from the S corp.'s customers through the telemarketing. We demonstrated the superiority of this method by comparing the existing marketing method and campaign result. The used software in this analysis is SAS 9.1 and so on.

The headline of advertisements holds the important position in advertisement recognition and receptivity. The mobile advertisements show an immediate reaction of customers because it is possible to do 'one-to-one communication'. And this makes the mobile advertisement as important as any kind of traditional marketing channel, like TV, Radio, Print. In this paper, we classified the headlines as several types and measured the effect of headline types.

This paper examines the relationship between IT investment and the improvement of efficiency from the perspective of organizational contingency by the type of organizations and their maturity in IT use in terms of their history of e-commerce use. Organizations are divided into private and public in nature, and into experienced and inexperienced in e-commerce. An analysis was performed on data from 286 organizations in tourism industry. Comparison among the four groups showed differences in competitive and operational efficiency.

In this paper, we applied long short term memory(LSTM) for classifying political polarity in cyber public sphere. The data collected from the cyber public sphere is transformed into word corpus data through word embedding. Based on this word corpus data, we train recurrent neural network (RNN) which is connected by LSTM's. Softmax function is applied at the output of the RNN. We conducted our proposed system to obtain experimental results, and we will enhance our proposed system by refining LSTM in our system.

Group delay distortion (phase distortion) is a characteristic which is of no account from a standpoint of voice transmission. But this distortion becomes the major source of distortion in wave form transmission such as data, FAX and others over the public switching telephone network (voice band transmission) so that it must be drastically studied. This paper makes analysis of group deray distortion of the telephone network, describs experimental and measuring results and refers also to the improvement of distortion for the purpose of opening the public switching telephone network to data transmission.

The purpose of this study was to clarify precautions during the design and operation phases for energy reduction in a public office building. To check the operation status of the building, we measured the indoor temperature and humidity in the office space of the building installed central heating and cooling systems. And we analyzed these data and annual BEMS data. As a result, we found six problems related to decreasing system efficiency. Based on these, we presented the information to improve the efficiency of the system from the design and operation phase. Also, we present the need for a system to support the decision-making of operational managers in real-time for the energy efficiency of the building.
