Pd 나노 촉매가 도입된 나피온 막의 기계적 강도 및 고분자 전해질막 연료전지 (PEMFC) 성능 (Mechanical Property of Nafion Membrane Incorporated with Pd Nanocatalyst and the Performance of PEMFC)

  • A simple solid state incorporation method was employed in order to incorporate Pd nanocatalyst into a Nafion film for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) via the reduction of palladium (II) bis (acetylacetonate), $Pd(acac)_2$. It was sublimed, penetrated into Nafion film and then reduced to Pd nanoparticles simultaneously in a glass reactor of N2 atmosphere at $180^{\circ}C$ for 1, 3 and 5 min. This reaction was took place without any reducing agent and any solvent. The morphology of the Pd nanoparticles was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Pd distribution was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). And 23% modification of tensile strength of Pd/Nafion composite film was measured by universal testing machine and I-V curve was estimated by using a unit cell with $5{\times}5cm^2$ active area.

해외 유사 제도 비교분석을 통한 설계안전성검토 개선 방안 (Improvements of Design For Safety in Korea based on the Comparative Analysis with Other Countries)

  • While the overall industrial accident rate has been decreased, but those of the construction industry has not been. For safety management during the planning/design phase, which accounts for 45% of the cause of accident at the construction site, Design For Safety (DFS) was established to minimize a hazard and risk in 2016. Currently, DFS system has difficulty settling down in Korea due to the several reasons. So, this paper aims to propose to the Key Success Factor (KSF) and related action plan to improve DFS system. This study was conducted by following 2 steps: i) identification of problems on current DFS, and ii) proposal of KSF and following action plan for DFS. The DFS in Korea was compared with UK, Singapore, Australia, and US on 7 criteria (application target, execution period, change of design, collaboration among participants, expert participants, alternative review and decision support system). DFS was compared with other countries's system based on the identical criteria and the corresponding improvement measures were also proposed. The results of this study can be utilized to improve DFS system in various aspects.

  • There has been increasing interest in the applications of synthesized molecules of nanometer scale in recent years due to their potential utilization in various fields such as biology, optoelectronics and molecular electronics. In this study, the terpyridine-platinum (II) complex on the periphery of the dendritic carbosilane has been prepared from the reaction of Pt(COD)Cl2 and the 4'-functionalized-(2,2':6',2"-terpyridine) on dendrimers. The self-assembly process was carried out to obtain indivially dispersed dendrimer on Au (111) substrate. It was found that STM was unsuitable to obtain a obvious image of dendrimers. Tapping-mode atomic force microscopy(AFM) has been used to investigate the shape and size of dendrimers individually dispersed on Au (111)substrate. As a result, the imaged single dendrimer show that dendrimer is dome shaped and its size can be measured by tapping-mode AFM.

자폐스펙트럼 장애 영유아 어머니의 양육 스트레스 수준에 따른 심리적 증상의 차이 (The Differences of Psychological Symptoms According to the Level of Parenting Stress for Mothers of Infants With Autism Spectrum Disorder)

  • 목적 : 본 연구에서는 자폐스펙트럼 장애(ASD) 영유아의 어머니를 대상으로 양육 스트레스 총점, 부모영역 및 아동영역 수준에 따라 MMPI-2를 통해 어머니가 경험할 수 있는 양육 스트레스 수준에 따른 다양한 심리적 증상의 차이를 검증하였다. 연구방법 : 서울 소재의 종합병원 소아정신과, 재활의학센터, 발달 장애 클리닉 등에서 2010년에서 2015년까지 ASD로 진단을 받은 만 1세에서 5세까지의 영유아 어머니 72명을 대상으로 실시되어 축적된 한국판 부모 양육 스트레스 척도(K-PSI)와 다면적 인성검사 II(MMPI-2) 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 결과 : 양육 스트레스 총점과 부모영역은 MMPI-2의 여러 임상 척도들과 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈지만, 아동영역은 유의한 상관관계를 나타내지 않았다. 또한, 양육 스트레스 총점 수준에 따른 심리적 증상의 차이를 검증한 결과, 위험 수준 집단이 정상 범위 집단보다 MMPI-2의 임상 척도 중 건강염려증(Hs), 우울(D), 편집증(Pa), 강박증(Pt), 조현병(Sc)이 유의하게 높았다. 양육 스트레스 부모영역에서는 위험 수준 집단이 정상 범위 집단보다 MMPI-2의 임상 척도 중 건강염려증(Hs), 우울(D), 히스테리(Hy), 반사회성(Pd), 편집증(Pa), 강박증(Pt), 조현병(Sc), 경조증(Ma), 내향성(Si)이 유의하게 높았다. 반면에 양육 스트레스 아동영역에서 위험 수준 집단과 정상 범위 집단 간의 차이는 유의하지 않았다. 결론 : 양육 스트레스 총점과 부모영역에서 위험 수준 집단의 심리적 증상이 유의하게 높았다는 것을 확인하였다.

II급 부정교합자에서 액티베이터 사용에 따른 atlas의 위치 변화에 관한 연구 (Changes in atlas position with Class ll activator treatment in Class II malocclusion patients)

  • 본 연구는 II급 부정교합자에서 액티베이터 사용 후, 하악골의 변화에 따른 atlas의 위치 및 형태 변화를 조사하고, 그에 따른 치료 효과를 예측해 보고자 시행하였다. 실험군으로 II급 부정교합자로써 액티베이터 치료를 시행한 경우 1군(총30명, 남자 15, 여자 15명), 대조군들로 II급 부정교합자로 액티베이터 치료를 받지 않고, 교정치료를 받은 2군(총 22명, 남자 12, 여자 10)과 I급 부정교합자로 치료를 받은 환자 3군(총 22명, 남자 12, 여자 10)으로 총 세 개의 군으로 나누었다. 치료 전(T1), 액티베이터 사용 중지 및 치료 중간시기(T2), 치료 종료(T3)시의 측모두부방사선사진을 통해서 골격 형태 계측 및 atlas 형태 계측을 시행하였다. II급 액티베이터 사용 결과 액티베이터를 사용하지 않은 II급 부정교합자 군에 비해 치료 종료 시 다음과 같은 계측치 들에서 골격적인 효과가 나타났다: ramal height, body length와 effective body length는 증가하였고, ANB는 감소하였다. Overjet은 두 군 사이에서 액티베이터 사용 후 유의한 감소가 일어났으나, 치료 종료 시에는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 세 군 모두에서 FH에 대한 atlas의 시계방향 회전이 나타났으나, 실험군 1군에서 대조군 2, 3군에 비해 유의하게 atlas가 FH에 대해 시계방향 회전되는 결과가 나타났다. 1군이 3군에 비해서 atlas의 유의한 후방이동을 보인 것을 제외하고는 세 군 사이의 atlas의 전, 후방적 위치나, 형태의 크기 변화에 있어 유의한 차이점은 없었다. 위의 결과들을 고려해 볼 때 atlas의 장축의 시계방향 회전은 액티베이터의 사용 효과로 생각되며, 이는 차후 II급 부정교합자에서 액티베이터 치료 효과를 판단하는 또 하나의 지표가 될 수 있다고 생각한다.인해 한반도를 포함한 동아시아 대륙이 태평양판 쪽으로 밀려감으로써 섭입하던 태평양판의 각도가 급해져 동아시아 연변에 강력한 흡입력이 발생하였으며, 이 때문에 태평양판의 운동 방향이 북북서에서 서북서방향으로 회전되었을 가능성이 있다. 따라서 약 51 Ma부터 한반도 동남부에는 지판 경계의 강력한 흡입력으로 동서 내지 서북서-동남동의 인장력이 작동되어 B그룹 암맥군이 관입한 것으로 해석된다.Ledge는 세 군 모두에서 나타나지 않았다. 4. 파일 binding 횟수는 MC군이 가장 적고 PT군이 가장 많았다 (p < 0.05). 이상의 결과를 볼 때, Mtwo 전동 파일을 crown-down technique으로 사용하는 것이 single length technique과 유사한 성형 효율을 보이면서도 더 안전할 것으로 추정된다.고 1명(3%)에서 원격전이를 보였다. 치료 중 급성 합병증으로 11명(37%)에서 RTOG grade 1-2의 장염을 보였으며 1명은 대장의 천공이 발생하여 수술로 치유되었다. 12명(40%)에서 RTOG grade 1-2의 급성 방광염을 보였다. 3명(10%)에서 RTOG grade 1-2의 백혈구 감소증이 보였으며 1명에서 심한 백혈구 감소증(RTOG grade 4)이 나타났으나 회복되어 치료를 완료하였다. 만성 합병증으로 5명(15%)에서 RTOG grade 1-2의 만성 장염을 보였으며 별다른 치료 없이 지내고 있으며 1명(3%)에서 RTOG grade 2의 만성 방광염을 보였다. 그러나 치료에 의해 사망한 환자는 없었다. 결 론: 자궁경부암 환자에 항암화학요법과 동시에 외부 방사선조사와 고선량률의 강내조사를 시행한 결과 독성이 심하지 않고 국소제어율과 단기 생존율이 양호하여 안전하고 효율적인 치료방법으로 생각된다. 그러나 장기 생존율과 만성 합병증을 파악하기 위해서는 더 많은 환자를 대상으로

RGB color ratiomatric planar optode로 측정한 표층 퇴적물의 2차원 산소 분포 (Two-dimensional Oxygen Distribution in a Surface Sediment Layer Measured Using an RGB Color Ratiometric Oxygen Planar Optode)

  • We measured two-dimensional (2-D) oxygen distribution in the surface sediment layer of intertidal sediment using a simple and inexpensive planar oxygen optode, which is based on a color ratiometric image approach. The recorded emission intensity of red color luminophore light significantly changed with oxygen concentration by $O_2$ quenching of platinum(II)octaethylporphyrin (PtOEP). The ratios between the intensity of red and green emissions with oxygen concentration variation demonstrated the Stern-Volmer relationship. The 2-D oxygen distribution image showed microtopographic structure, diffusivity boundary layer and burrow in surface sediment layer. The oxygen penetration depth (OPD) was about 2 mm and the one-dimensional vertical diffusive oxygen uptake (DOU) was 12.6 mmol $m^{-2}d^{-1}$ in the undisturbed surface sediment layer. However, those were enhanced near burrow by benthic fauna, and the OPD was two times deeper and DOU was increased by 34%. The simple and inexpensive oxygen planar optode has great application potential in the study of oxygen dynamics with high spatiotemporal resolution, in benthic boundary layers.

청열해독화어탕(淸熱解毒化瘀湯)의 항혈전(抗血栓) 및 항염(抗炎)효과에 관한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究) (The Experimental Study on Anti-thrombotic and Anti-inflammatory Effect of ChungyeolHaedogHwaeoTang(CHHT))

  • This study was performed to evaluate anti-thrombotic activities and anti-inflammatory effects of ChungyeolHaedogHwaeoTang water extract(CHHT). The results were summarized as follows. In experiment of anti-thrombotic effect; 1. CHHT inhibited human platelet aggregation induced by ADP and epinephrine as compared with the control group, and inhibited pulmonary embolism induced by collagen and epinephrine (inhibitory rate is 37.5%). 2. CHHT increased platelet number significantly, and also CHHT shortened PT and APTT significantly as compared with the control group in thrombus model induced by dextran. In experiment of anti-inflammatory effect; 3. CHHT inhibited $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6, TNF-${\alpha}$, COX-2 and NOS-II mRNA expression as compared with the control group in a concentration-dependent degree, and inhibited NO production significantly at 50, 100 ${\mu}g/ml$, and also inhibited ROS production in a concentration-dependent degree as compared with the control of group in RAW 264.7 cell line. 4. CHHT inhibited $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ production significantly in serum of acute inflammation-induced mice, and decreased $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ production in spleen tissue, and also decreased $IL-1{\beta}$, and IL-6 production in liver tissue, but increased TNF-${\alpha}$ production in liver tissue of acute inflammation-induced Balb/c mice. 5. CHHT increased survival rate from the 3rd day in ICR mice with lethal endotoxemia induced by LPS. These results suggest that CHHT can be useful in treating diverse female diseases caused by thrombosis and inflammation such as menstrual pain, menstrual disorder, leukorrhea, vaginitis, cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and so on.

선천성 대동맥판막 협착증 치험 1례 (Congenital Aortic Valvular Stenosis: report of a case)

  • The incidence of congenital aortic valvular stenosis has been known rare, and approximately 3-6% of congenital heart diseases. Recently, we experienced 1 case of congenital aortic valvular stenosis, and which was corrected surgically under extracorporeal circulation successfully. A 11 years old male pt. was admitted to N.M.C. because of dyspnea, dizziness, chest pain and episode of syncope. An auscultation, harsh systolic murmur [Gr. IV/VI] was noted at aortic area and also palpable strong thrill. ECG showed LVH c strain pattern and suspicious LVH finding in simple chest P-A film. In Lt. cardiac catheterization, abrupt pressure change [110mmHg] between LV & Aorta was noted across the aortic valve. And aortic insufficiency was absent, well visualized both coronary arteries and suspicious bicuspid aortic valve in aortography. Valve form was bicuspid, large one was noncoronary cusp and another cusp was Rt. & Lt. coronary cusp which was interpositioned rudimentary commissure. Central aortic orifice was about 5ram in diameter. Valvulotomy was done along the fusioned commissure between noncoronary cusp and Rt. & Lt.coronary cusp, and then short incision was added between Rt. coronary cusp & Lt. coronary cusp. Immediate postoperative course smooth but unknown cardiac arrest was noted in POD second day. Complete recovery was done without sequelae by resuscitation. After operation, clinical symptoms were subsided but systolic murmur [Gr. II/VI] was audible at aortic area, diastolic murmur was absent. ECG showed still remained LVH but much decreased R wave voltage in Lt. precordial leads. Simple chest P-A showed no interval changes compared to preop film. Control Lt. heart catheterization revealed still remained pressure gradient [40ramrig] between LV & Aorta. But much decreased pressure gradient compared to preop pressure gradient [110mmHg].

저온에서 Hydropolymer를 이용한 ZnO 나노입자 염료 감응형 태양전지 (ZnO Nanoparticle Based Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells Devices Fabricated Utilizing Hydropolymer at Low Temperature)

  • To fabricate $TiO_2$ nanoparticle-based dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) at a low-temperature, DSSCs were fabricated using hydropolymer and ZnO nanoparticles composites for the electron transport layer around a low-temperature ($200^{\circ}C$). ZnO nanoparticle with 20 nm and 60 nm diameter were used and Pt was deposited as a counter electrode on ITO/glass using an RF magnetron sputtering. We investigate the effect of ZnO nanoparticle concentration in hydropolymer and ZnO nanoparticle solution on the photoconversion performance of the low temperature fabricated ($200^{\circ}C$) DSSCs. Using cis-bis(isothiocyanato)bis(2,20 bipyridy1-4,40 dicarboxylato) ruthenium (II) bis-tetrabutylammonium (N719) dye as a sensitizer, the corresponding device performance and photo-physical characteristics are investigated through conventional physical characterization techniques. The effect of thickness of the ZnO photoelectrode and the morphology of the ZnO nanoparticles with the variations of hydropolymer to ZnO ratio on the photoconversion performance are also investigated. The morphology of the ZnO layer after sintering was examined using a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). 60 nm ZnO nanoparticle DSSCs showed an incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency (IPCE) value of about 7% higher than that of 20 nm ZnO nanoparticle DSSCs. The maximum parameters of the short circuit current density ($J_{sc}$), the open circuit potential ($V_{oc}$), fill factor (ff), and efficiency ($\eta$) in the 60 nm ZnO nanoparticle-based DSSC devices were 4.93 mA/$cm^2$, 0.56V, 0.40, and 1.12%, respectively.

복방홍등패장산(復方紅藤敗醬散)의 항혈전(抗血栓) 및 항염작용(抗炎作用)에 대한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究) (The Experimental Study on Anti-thrombotic and Anti-inflammatory Effect of BokbangHongdeungPaejangSan (BHPS))

  • Purpose : This study was performed to evaluate anti-thrombotic and anti-inflammatory effects of BokbangHongdeungPaejangSan water extract (BHPS). Methods : BHPS was investigated using cultured cells and a murine models. As for the parameters of inflammation, levels of several inflammatory cytokines and chemical mediators which are known to be related to inflammation were determined in mouse lung fibroblast cells (mLFC) and RAW 264.7 cells. Results : In experiment of anti-thrombotic effect, BHPS inhibited the platelet aggregation induced by ADP and epinephrine, and inhibited pulmonary embolism induced by collagen and epinephrine. BHPS increased Platelet number and fibrinogen amount, and shortened PT and APTT in thrombus model induced by dextran. In experiment of anti-inflammatory effect, BHPS inhibited IL-1${\beta}$, IL-6, TNF-${\alpha}$, COX-2 and NOS-II mRNA expression in a concentration-dependent manner in RAW 264.7 cell line, and inhibited significantly NO production at 50, 100 ${\mu}g/ml$, and also inhibited ROS production in a concentration-dependent manner. BHPS inhibited IL-1${\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ production significantly in serum of acute inflammation-induced Balb/c mice, and decreased IL-1${\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ production in spleen tissue, but increased IL-1${\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ production in liver tissue. BHPS increased survival rate at the 3th day in ICR mice with lethal endotoxemia induced by LPS. Conclusion : These results suggest that BHPS can be used for treating diverse female diseases caused by thrombosis and inflammation such as endometriosis, pelvic pain, cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic tuberculosis and so forth.
