여대생의 메이크업행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Behavior of women Student in the University about Make-up)

  • This study is to examine the modern women's awareness make-up in psychological standpoint based upon the survey of $20\~30$ years old women's consciousness of the motivation, the attention, the psychological utility, the attitude for make-up, the action behavior and the coordination with clothes. Modern women show a keen interest in make-up in company with the diversity of a fashion. This means the tendency which the intention for change and the expression of oneself are emphasizing on. The motivations of make-up are women's attention to other people and notice of evaluation of others and social meaning of make-up in relation with one's interest in appearances. Also, total coordination is concerned as another motivation. Make-up became the practical use and usual doings for women with the diversity of the information of make-up & the increase of cosmetics. Since there were so many women responded that they start to make up in their teens, we recognized that the women's sense of values has changed with the change of modern society.

  • From a social psychological perspective, Make-up is an tool for run a lot smoother and perform communication efficiently. Many people give a turn to hair color through dyeing form due to yearning to change individual image through the image which the color is having. This paper study how make-up behavior, hair color and self-consciousness will affect the Level of Expected social-psychological effect of College Girl Students. In the sense of make-up behavior, according to result, a group of make-up behavior of self-satisfaction-oriented the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of make-up behavior of tradition-oriented. Hair colors doesn't seem to be having much effect on the level of expected social- psychological effect, but have been shown to influence make-up behavior and self-consciousness. On the self-consciousness, a group of high self-consciousness the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of low or fair self-consciousness. They doesn't have much effect passive expected effect as 'complement of self insufficiency' or 'a person consciousness' But they are affect active expected effect as 'the pleasure of change' and 'positive ascent'.

무대분장이 공연자의 심리상태 교 공연수행에 미치는 영향 (The in Fluence of Stage Make-Up to Psychological Condition of Performers and Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify function of make-up as an Important variable in terms of its influence to psychology of performers and outcome of their performance. From June to November 2004 performers in 4 types of fields, i.e., opera, musical, drama and dancing being performed in Seoul and Cheongju were chosen as subjects and totally 450 questionnaires were prepared and distributed and among them 416 were used as data for final analysis. For data analysis frequency analysis, factor analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, path analysis, chi-square test were conducted by means of SPS 12.0 and MOS 4.0 statistical programs and as ex post facto checking Duncan's multiful range test was conducted. Make-up is an important element in acting and it has great influence on level of psychological satisfaction of an individual. It was disclosed that psychological factor of concentration and lethargy have direct bearing on acting performance. In order to maximize actor or actresses performance skill perfect make-up is essential and role of make-up specialist can become a critical factor for inducing success in performance. Role and duty of make-up artists in terms of scope of their responsibility should be extended so that they may give their full support to the performers to be most successful in their performance.

  • Starting as a poet, I learned about the sounds of words with David Abercrombie. Then, remembering my background in physics, I moved to studying acoustic phonetics and speech synthesis. From there I learned about psychology and how. to test perceptual theories. A meeting with a physiologist led to work on the use of the respiratory muscles in speech. Later I landed in Africa teaching English phonetics and learning about African languages. When I went to UCLA to set up a lab I was able to find bright students who helped make computer models of the vocal tract and taught me linguistic theory. And I was able to continue wandering around the world, describing the sounds of a wide range of languages.

The Significant Role of Industrial Organizational Psychologists to Increase Employee Job Satisfaction

  • Purpose: This study's primary goal is to investigate and evaluate the critical contributions made by industrial-organizational psychologists to raising worker job satisfaction. The study aims to offer insights that can enhance workplace environments, improve organizational processes, and increase employees' general well-being by looking at the particular contributions made by this field. Research design, data and methodology: The study design, data collection strategies using the literature content analysis allow for a thorough analysis and synthesis of the body of knowledge about industrial-organizational psychologists' contributions to improving worker job satisfaction. This method entails a sequential procedure that includes formulating research questions and locating pertinent studies. Results: Numerous previous works have indicated that industrial-organizational psychologists are essential in determining how an organization is run and how satisfied its workforce is with their jobs. The four major roles (Job Design, Leadership, Workplace Culture, and Employee Development) that were found after a thorough analysis of the body of current literature are presented in this section. Conclusions: In sum, the roles found in this study provide organizations with a framework for creating work environments that prioritize the well-being and overall growth of the people who make up the organization while also helping them negotiate the complexity of the modern workplace.

계량서지학 방법론을 활용한 출처기억 연구분석: 인간 일화기억 연구를 중심으로 (Bibliometric analysis of source memory in human episodic memory research)

  • 출처기억은 사물에 대한 일화기억 경험의 맥락을 표상하는 중요 인지기제이다. 출처기억에 대한 그 동안의 연구는 일상의 일화기억과 밀접한 뇌신경, 행동학적 중요 연구들의 기초가 되어 왔고, 특히 집행기능이나 연합기제와 같은 인지기제를 강조하여 왔다. 본 연구에서는 계량서지학적 방법론을 통해 1989년에서 2020년 사이 출간된 출처기억 연구논문들을 분석하였고 핵심어 공동출현 연결네트워크와 저자 인용 연결망을 기반으로 출처기억 연구의 발전 흐름에 대한 깊이 있는 개관을 제시한다. 계량서지학적 분석을 통해 출처기억 연구의 추세를 확인한 결과, 2010년을 기준으로 이전 연구들에서는 출처기억의 인지적 기제와 관련한 개별 특성을 살핀 반면, 최근의 연구들은 뇌신경영역 간 연결성 특징 분석을 통한 임상적 특징연구를 비롯해 사회신경과학적 주제에 이르는 영향을 탐색하였다. 핵심어 연결성 분석을 통해 노화, 집행기능이 주요 핵심 주제어로서 연구되었음을 확인하였고, 최근 아동발달심리학과 메타기억 등의 관점에서 연구되는 추세로 나아가고 있음을 보았다. 관련된 출처기억의 이론과 연구모델을 기반으로 심리과학분야 내외에서 인지적 향상의 발달과 관련된 연구가 지속될 가능성을 제안하였다.

  • As Dutch structuralism discovered a possibility that can improve the problem of modem architecture through study on non-western area. Dutch structuralism had tremendous impact on Philosophy, psychology, art history and the style of a dress and many other cultural trend. In architecture, Aldo van Eyck embodied that theory and succeeded to Herman Hertzberger and Piet Blom. As result Structuralism related with architecture has dealt with the participation and domain of residents, namely public domain and private domain, the approach property of public space, middle domain which shows the harmony between public domain and private one, and the structuralism discovered that each element of public space and private space has been developed as an architectural type that makes a group by repetitive arrangement and it found out a possibility that can make up problems overlooked in modem architecture through development and change.

고령화사회의 주거환경 계획방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Planning Direction of Living Environment for the Aged)

  • Personalities. human relations. living patterns. and so on of the aged have been moulded respectively for a long period of time and their present situation of health. family make-up. economic condition etc. are different individually. Various characteristics - physiological. psychological and social peculiarities - of the aged are analyzed and studied in preceding paper to grope planning factors of architectural spaces by referring to sundry records from many branch gerontology, medical science. psycology. sociology. etc. - of knowledge in a position of architectural planning. So. in this paper. the directions of planning residential environment for the aged are studied on the base of those planning factors of architectural spaces. there are room(X$_1$). unit home(X$_2$), public housing(X$_3$), residential district(X$_4$) as dwelling spaces for the aged in X axis and safety(Y$_1$). hygiene(Y$_2$). convenience (Y$_3$), comfortableness (Y$_4$). psychology ($Y^5$), aesthetics ($Y^6$). society ($Y^7$). economy ($Y^8$) as the terms desired to spaces in Y axis. And the directions of planning residential environment for the elderly are studied by discussing mutual matters relevant to the subject on the cells of matrix formed by X. Y axis. In planning residential environment for the elderly. their physiological. psychological. social characteristics should be considered thoroughly and many types of dwelling spaces should be built. Then they can take up their abode to suit their conditions easily.

여대생들의 메이크업 인식 유형에 따른 관심도 (Female college students' interests in make-up according to recognition types of them)

  • 본 연구는 여대생들 간의 메이크업에 대한 관심과 인지도 파악하고자 메이크업에 대한 의식 조사를 통하여, 인식유형별로 메이크업에 따른 심리와 선호하는 메이크업 패턴을 조사였다. 메이크업이 개인에게 정서적으로 자신감과 긍정적 사고를 하는데 도움을 주며, 타인에 대한 사회적 예의의 한 범주라고 생각하였다. 메이크업 인식 차이에 따른 대상의 그룹핑은 이미지 관조군 수용군 관망군 대응군으로 분류 할 수 있었다. 인식 차이에 따른 4가지 유형의 메이크업 관심도는 세부적으로 약간의 차이는 있었으나 메이크업 행위가 대인관계 형성 시 높은 필요도를 차지하고 있었으며, 메이크업 패턴은 피부 톤을 중요시하는 자연스러운 스타일을 선호하였다. 이처럼 현재 뷰티 트렌드의 시장의 주 고객층을 형성하고 있는 20대 여대생의 메이크업에 관한 설문조사를 한 결과 트렌드 메이크업 행위에 대한 관심도와 인지도를 파악할 수 있었으며, 본 연구의 결과를 뷰티 트렌드 개발과 마케팅에 적극 활용하면 다양하고 효과적인 미용문화를 창조할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

아동 인지 발달에 따른 색채 교육 내용 실태 - 색채 교육용 소프트웨어를 중심으로 - (The Contents of Color Education According to Children's Cognitive Development - Focused on The Softwares of Color Education -)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the manifestation of children's color education in the software in order to evaluate conditions of color education as well as improvement of its direction. The procedure and method of the research is begun from evaluating the characteristic of children's developmental stage, content analysis of the nation's organization of color education and analysis and evaluation of education program through the investigation on 8 different softwares in reward for the tournament. The results are as followings; First, the research shows that the elementary school stage of color education is inadequate in comparison to children's cognitive developmental stage. Second, most of the color theory was composed of characteristic of a color, stimulation of emotion and effects of psychology. Considering of children's cognitive development, it is necessary to make up for the basic of color theory and the system of color. Third, Softwares of color education program for 1 st. and 2nd grade in elementary school was so rare that it should be properly developed and made for systematic contents. Fourth, color education for the 5th and 6th grade children remained in understanding basic characteristics of the color which is below the par and brings the necessity for more professional and structural contents.
