임상치과위생사의 셀프리더십과 심리적 임파워먼트 및 직무만족도와의 관련성 (Relationship between Self-leadership, Psychological Empowerment and Job Satisfaction of Clinical Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치과의료서비스에 직접적인 영향을 주는 주요 인력인 치과위생사의 셀프리더십, 심리적 임파워먼트와 직무만족도간의 관련성을 규명하여 조직 내 양질의 인적 향상 방안을 마련하고자 시행되었다. 자료수집은 2017년 5월 1일부터 6월 10일까지 대전·전라지역에 치과 병·의원에서 근무하는 임상치과위생사를 편의 표본추출 하였으며, 자기기입식 방법으로 작성하였다. 셀프리더십은 심리적 임파워먼트, 직무만족도와 정의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 심리적 임파워먼트와 직무만족도도 정의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 심리적 임파워먼트, 치과시스템과 본인 적합성, 셀프리더십이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이에 임상치과위생사의 셀프리더십, 심리적 임파워먼트 및 직무만족도와 관련성이 있음이 파악되었고, 치과위생사들의 직무만족도를 향상시키기 위해 긍정적인 심리적 임파워먼트 활용과 적극적인 셀프리더십 융합 프로그램을 정립하여 올바른 치과 조직의 방향성 확보와 운영에 관심을 가질 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

인과지도 분석을 통한 사회갈등 해소 및 통합 방안 연구 (A Study of Ways of Ameliorating Social Conflict and Leading Social Integration using Causal Loop Analyses)

  • The main purpose of this study is to seek better approach which explains reciprocal causality associated with factors causing social conflict and improving social integration respectively. Throughout this study, there are several important implications how social conflict can be solved in South Korea. In particular, government and policy makers in political sector should create an environment of social integration through political reforms by switching from vertical structure to horizontal structure and by encouraging ordinary people to actively participate in the policy-making processes and political activities. In economic sector, government and stakeholder associated with a certain economic issue should induce a change in the economic environment for social integration, focusing on distribution of wealth and employment stability. In social and cultural sectors, it is necessary to solve social and cultural problems (e.g., generation gap and conflict between the young and the old, multi-ethnic families, and lack of communication) by exploring better ways to establish an altruism and to interact with each other. In psychological sectors, PsyCap(Positive Psychological Capital) will help ordinary people to crate positive thinking and lead to social integration. For instance, political leaders having PsyCap are able to communicate with the people and can help the people to build positive main influencing on social integration. Finally, the improvement of the system is required because the improvement of insufficient system is the basis for reasonable and equitable social integration.

건강관리 프로그램이 노인의 건강관리에 미치는 영향 (Effect of a Health Management Program on Health Promotion in the Elderly)

  • The purposes of this research were to understand the realities of health management and to analyze the subjective, functional, psychological, and social health effects of the application of an exercise and education program to manage health on an elderly population residing in an agricultural community. The specific purposes of this research were: 1. to determine the subjective, functional, psychological health conditions, and performance level of instrumental activities of daily living of both the experimental and control groups before introducing a health management program, and then 2. to compare these with both the experimental and control groups' subjective, functional, psychological health condition and performance level of instrumental activities of daily living after applying the health management program. The health management program was introduced to the experimental group (50 people) but not to the control group (50 people). The health management program was composed of a health exercise program and a health education program. A comparative study of subjective health conditions was done to examine the effect of the health management program and the characteristics of health related variables before and after the program application. ESTABLISHMENT OF SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR ELDERLY CONSTRUCTION WORKERS

  • With the average life expectancy increasing thanks to better standards of living and medical technology, the number of elderly construction workers in construction sites rises every year to surpass the 450 thousand people in the construction industry (24.7% of all employees in the construction industry). Similarly, the percentage of fatal accidents involving elderly workers has stood at 41~46 percent for the past five years; note that this is significantly higher than the other age groups, making safety measures for dealing with this issue a matter of urgency. This study sought to propose appropriate safety guidelines for elderly construction workers aged 50 years and over by examining the changes in their physical and psychological functions and through the subsequent analysis of the current status and causes of fatal accidents involving them. The guidelines targeted ferroconcrete construction where accidents occur quite often; construction was classified into mold construction, reinforcing rod construction, and concrete construction. Mold construction was further classified into preparation, carry-in, processing, assembly, and disassembly, and reinforcing rod construction, into preparation/transport and processing/assembly. Safety guidelines for each process were presented by dividing them into three aspects considering the changes in the physical and psychological functions according to their ages and type of accident causes: work environment improvement, machinery and equipment improvement, and work method improvement.

갈등해결 프로그램이 초등학생의 심리적 안녕감, 공감 및 공격성에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Conflict Resolution Program on Children's Psychological Well-being, Empathy, and Aggression)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 갈등해결 프로그램을 구안하고 심리적 안녕감, 공감 및 공격성에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 Teolis(2002)의 초등학생용 갈등해결 활동들 중에서 일부를 발췌하여 우리나라 실정에 맞게 부분 수정 보완하여 총 15회기로 구성한 갈등해결 프로그램을 구안하였다. 초등학교 4학년 두 학급을 선정하여 사전-사후검사 통제집단 설계를 적용하여 10주에 걸쳐 주 1~2회(1회 40~50분) 갈등해결 프로그램을 실시하였다. 측정도구로는 타당성과 신뢰성이 있는 기존의 심리적 안녕감 척도, 공감 척도, 공격성 척도를 사용하였으며, 자료분석은 반복측정식 다분산분석 방식을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 갈등해결 프로그램은 심리적 안녕감과 공감 수준을 향상시키고 공격성 수준을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다.

식생활 교육활동이 교육만족도와 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Dietary Education Activity on Education Satisfaction and Self-Respect)

  • 본 연구는 식생활 교육활동과 교육만족도를 학력증진, 심리-정서발달로, 자아존중감으로 구성하였으며, 식생활 교육 지식 정도, 교육만족도와 자아존중감의 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 연구의 목적은 식생활 교육 프로그램의 한 부문인 식생활 교육의 중요성을 인식시키고, 식생활 교육에 대한연구자들의 관심을 유도하고, 기초자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 식생활 교육활동이 교육만족도 중 '학력증진', '심리-정서발달'에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생들의 교육만족도와 자아존중감의 영향관계를 분석한 결과, 교육만족도 중 '학력증진'과 '심리-정서발달'은 자아존중감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 식생활 교육활동이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 식생활 교육활동은 자아존중감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 가정뿐 아니라, 학교 교육과정, 범국가적인 차원에서 지속적이고 반복적인 식생활 교육을 실시하여, 단순한 지식의 전달이 아닌 청소년들의 식에 대한 올바른 지식이 자리잡을 수 있도록 지도해야 하며, 이를 통한 자아존중감이 형성될 수 있는 교육이 필요하다고 사료된다.

외상 후 스트레스 장애 증상을 보이는 대학생의 모래놀이치료 사례연구 (A Case Study of Sandplay Therapy in a College Student with Symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)

  • A college student who exhibited several post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms was used as a case study in order to investigate the therapeutic effects of sandplay therapy for PTSD sufferers. In total, 27 sessions of the sandplay treatment program were used to conduct psychological tests before and after the sessions. Any changes in the manner of expressions on the sand box during the treatment, and the results of pre and post psychological tests on aspects of depression, anxiety and interrelationships were analyzed. Overall results showed that the subject exhibited progressive behavioral improvement and signs of recovery. Psychological tests revealed reduced levels of depression and anxiety, and improved interrelationship scores. In conclusion, sandplay therapy does exhibit positive benefits as an effective treatment modality for PTSD in adolescents and young adults.

뇌졸중환자와 골절환자 보호자의 스트레스 및 심리상태 (Stress and Psychological Status between a Stroke and a Fracture Patient's Caregivers)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to compare stress and psychological status between a stroke and a fracture patient's caregivers. Methods : Data was collected from September to December 2018 and participants of this study were 60 stroke and 61 fracture patient's caregivers. Stress was evaluated with the Global Assessment of Recent Stress scale-Korean Version and psychological status was measured with the Symptom check List-90-Revision. Results : The stroke patient's caregivers scored significantly higher than the fracture patient's caregivers in stress relevant to interpersonal, change in relationship, sickness or injury, financial, change/no change in routine (p<.05). The stroke patient's caregivers scored significantly higher in somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, paranoid ideation, and psychoticism than the fracture patient's caregivers (p<.05). Conclusion : It was found that the severity of mental health in the stroke patient's caregivers is necessary to develop a customized mental health improvement program for stroke patient's caregivers.

비염 레이저 치료환자의 만족도 (Determinants of Patient Satisfaction -Allergic Rhinitis Patients Treated with Laser Therapy-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the allergic rhinitis patients' satisfaction with laser surgery. The data were collected by telephone interviews with 211 patients who visited I university hospital. The statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis, reliability test, and hierarchical multiple regression. We find that satisfaction level is a function of not only the surgery outcome but also the socio-psychological experience during treatment. With the improvement in nasal allergic condition, patients were more likely to be satisfied with medical services. And patients who had positive experience with physicians and facilities reported higher satisfaction level. While the surgery outcome explained 68% of the variation of satisfaction level, socio-psychological experience explained 23% of it. This result clearly shows that physicians need to pay attention to the socio-psychological aspect as well as the technical aspect of medical services.

간호대학생의 성격유형, 셀프리더십, 긍정심리자본이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Personality Characteristics, Self-leadership and Positive Psychological Capital on Learning Flow of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the influence of personality type, self-leadership, and positive psychological capital on the flow of learning of nursing students. Methods: The sample consisted of 179 nursing students. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, and Hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Upon analysis, the relative influence of the variables that can improve learning flow, the influencing variables, were identified as self-leadership and self-efficacy. Conclusion: To increase the learning flow, supportive measures and strategies that increase positive psychological capital should be developed, successful cases of self-leadership be shared, and be incorporated into a culture that promotes learning flow. And to promote the learning flow, it needs political and environmental improvement, and institutional support of at the college level.
