서울시(市) 대기중(大氣中) 유해(有害) 부유분진(浮遊粉塵) 성분(成分)에 관(關)한 조사연구(調査硏究) -부유분진중(浮遊粉塵中)의 Benzo(a)pyrene에 관(關)하여- (Studies on Benzo(a)pyrene of the Suspended Particulate in Atmosphere of Seoul City)

  • This study was carried out to investigate air pollution by total suspended particulate(T.S.P.), benzene soluble matter and benzo(a) pyrene in Seoul city. The sampling areas were divided into commercial(Kwang Hwa Moon), indus-trial(Ku Ro Dong) and residensial area(Shin Chon). Sampling was undertaken by High Voulme Air Sampler for four seasons from January 1917 to November 1977. The T.S.P. was extracted with Soxhlet apparatus by benzene and benzo(a) pyrene was separated by column chromatography and thin layer chromatography. The concentrations of benzo(a) pyrene were measured by means of fluorophotometer, and following results were obtained. 1. Arithmetic average concentration for 1-day averaging time of total suspended particulate were $275.6ug/m^3$ in Kwang Hwa Moon, $325.9ug/m^3$ in Ku Ro Dong and $193.0ug/m^3$ in Shin Chon. 2. The seasonal variance of total suspended parti-culate at Ku Ro Dong and Shin Chon were $102.7ug/m^3\;99.6ug/m^3$ respectively and at Kwang Hwa Moon $39.9ug/m^3$. And the concentration of autumn is higher than of that spring at Ku Ro Dong and at Shin Chon, but at Kwang Hwa Moon, the seasonal variance is very little. 3. The concentrations of 50% frequency from geometric mean for 1-day averaging time were $264ug/m^3,\;300ug/m^3\;and\;178ug/m^3$ at Kwang Hwa Moon, Ku Ro Dong and Shin Chon. And geometric standard deviation were 1.27, 1.38 and 1.41 respectively. 4. The concentrations of benzene soluble mater were $26.9ug/m^3$ at Kwang Hwa Moon, $22.7ug/m^3$ at Ku Ro Dong and $15.5ug/m^3$ at Shin Chon, and the ratios to the T.S.P. were 9.8%(range 5.6-14.8%), 7.0%(range 2.4-14.4%) and 8.0%(range 5.5-22.1%) respectively. 5. The concentrations of benzo(a) pyrene were $8.5ug/m^3$ (range $0.8-29.9ug/m^3$) at Kwang Hwa Moon $10.9ug/m^3$(range $1.1-52.0ug/m^3$) at Ku Ro Dong and $5.8ug/m^3$(range $1.5-11.4ug/m^3$) at Shin Chon. 6. The results of this investigation were relatively high in compared with the recommended standards of suspended particulate in air of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and observed levels of benzo(a)-pyrene in U.S. city.

Study on the Korean Traditional Dyeing:1) Unique features and understanding

  • We know that humans are able to live comfortably when there is a balance between the living environment that surrounds us and us. Clothing, one of the necessities of life, serves a dual purpose of functioning as protection for the body as well as providing visual satisfaction, and so is the most effective bonding mechanism. A different type of comfort that has been provided through industrialization and advancements in technology has resulted in pollution problems in the environment, and it has reached a point of seriously thinking about its effects. The biggest problems in environmental pollution are air pollution and waste disposal, and something that cannot be ignored is that environmental hormones and harmful heavy metals have been discovered in the synthetic dyes used in the clothing product, and not only are they harmful to the body, but they also have adverse effects on skin allergies such as atopic dermatitis. Its effects on clothing, especially underwear and baby products, can become a serious issue. The use of natural vegetable dye can be considered the basis for the traditional Korean dyeing process, however not all natural dyeing process can be thought of as traditional Korean dyeing. This is because natural dyeing used to be the most common method of dyeing before synthetic dyes came along and became the dye of choice for most clothing. Natural dyes are beneficial to the body, and the nature colors, achieved from the natural materials, relieve eye strains as well as have a healing effect for people who are suffering from psychological instability such as stress. However, the use of mordant in order to increase the fastness and get better color effects can lead to even more damage to the environment, and it cannot be a dyeing method that is good for the body. Traditional natural dyeing is different from regular natural dyeing because it uses colors that the Korean people can identify with and applies specific methods in order to achieve those colors. Even though experimental study with dyestuff and practical use of the dyeing methods for traditional Korean dyeing has been started(Soh, H., 1983) and has been ongoing, it is still not easy for regular people to use the method on their own. At the present time, natural dye materials are getting made and sold more than ever, but there is a lot of confusion among consumers regarding the difference between traditional Korean dyeing and natural dyeing, as companies are using the two terms interchangeably to market their natural dye products. So getting a better understanding of the characteristics of traditional Korean dyeing and traditional colors should be considered first priority at this time. The purpose of this thesis is to study the traditional Korean view of color, which developed the culture of traditional dyeing in Korea, and the characteristics of traditional Korean dyeing, a method that pursued achieving Korea's color through natural dyeing.

알킬렌디아미노알킬-비스-포스폰산 유도체에 의해 처리된 중밀도섬유판의 연소성 (Combustive Properties of Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) Specimens Treated with Alkylenediaminoalkyl-Bis-Phosphonic Acid Derivatives)

  • 이 연구에서는 피페라지노메틸-비스-포스폰산(PIPEABP), 메틸피페라지노메틸-비스-포스폰산(MPIPEABP), N,N-디메틸 렌디아미노메틸-비스-포스폰산(MDEDAP), 비스-디알킬아미노알킬 포스폰산(DMDAP)으로 처리된 중밀도섬유판(MDF)의 연소성을 시험하였다. 15 wt%의 알킬렌디아미노알킬-비스-포스폰산 수용액으로 MDF에 3회 붓칠하여 실온에서 건조시킨 후, 콘칼로리미터(ISO 5660-1)를 이용하여 그의 연소성을 시험하였다. 그 결과, 알킬렌디아미노알킬-비스-포스폰산 및 비스-디메틸아미노메틸 포스피닉산(DMDAP)로 처리한 시험편은 연소속도 감소에 의하여 무처리한 시험편에 비해 최대질량감소율 도달시간($TMLR_{peak}$) = (340475) s을 지연시켰다. 게다가 $CO_{mean}$은 (0.0883~0.0963) kg/kg으로서 무처리한 시험편(0.0612 kg/kg)보다 높게 측정되었다. 특별히 화학 첨가제 수용액으로 처리한 시험편의 비소화면적($SEA_{mean}=5m^2/kg{\sim}21.5m^2/kg$)은 무처리한 시험편의 비소화면적($-426.8m^2/kg$) 보다 높았다. 따라서 알킬렌디아미노알킬-비스-포스폰산 및 비스-디알킬아미노알킬 포스폰산으로 처리된 MDF의 시험편은 무처리한 MDF 시험편의 난연성을 향상시킨 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 연기발생량 감소에는 부정적인 영향을 주었다.

알킬렌디아미노알킬-비스-포스폰산으로 처리된 목재의 연소특성 (Combustive Characteristics of Wood Specimens Treated with Alkylenediaminoalkyl-Bis-Phosphonic Acids)

  • 이 연구에서는 피페라지노메틸-비스-포스폰산(PIPEABP), 메틸피페라지노메틸-비스-포스폰산(MPIPEABP), N,N-디메틸렌디아미노메틸-비스-포스폰산(MDEDAP)으로 처리된 리기다 소나무의 연소성을 시험하였다. 15 wt%의 알킬렌디아미노알킬-비스-포스폰산 수용액으로 리기다 소나무에 3회 붓칠하여 실온에서 건조시킨 후, 콘칼로리미터(ISO 5660-1)를 이용하여 그의 연소성을 시험하였다. 그 결과, 알킬렌디아미노알킬-비스-포스폰산으로 처리한 시험편은 비스-디메틸아미노메틸 포스피닉산(DMDAP) (280 s)을 제외하고, 연소속도 감소에 의하여 무처리한 시험편에 비해 최대질량감소율 도달시간 ($TMLR_{peak}$) = (315~420) s을 지연시켰다. 그리고 그의 화학 합성물로 처리한 시험편은 무처리한 시험편보다 높은 연기발생률(TSRR) = (407.3~902.0) $m^2/m^2$과 높은 $CO_{mean}$ (0.0765~0.0832) kg/kg 값을 보였다. 특별히 피페라지노메틸-비스-포스폰산으로 처리한 시험편에 대하여 1차 연기발생속도(1st-SPR) = 0.0124 g/s 피이크는 무처리한 시험편에 비하여 낮았다. 이에 반하여 2차 연기발생속도(2nd-SPR) = 0.183 g/s 피이크는 높았다. 따라서 알킬렌디아미노알킬-비스-포스폰산으로 처리한 시험편은 처리하지 않은 시험편에 비하여 그의 연소 억제성을 부분적으로 향상시켰다.

익명 게시판 환경에서 가상 아이디를 이용한 개인정보보호에 관한 연구 (A Study on the protection of personal information using a Virtual IDs in an anonymous bulletin board)

  • 최근 인터넷 게시판의 실명 및 익명 사용에 대한 논쟁은 주요 이슈가 되고 있다. 실명을 사용할 경우 자유로운 토론 및 프라이버시 침해할 우려가 있는 반면에, 익명을 사용하는 경우에 있어서는 악성 댓글 폭력이라든지, 존재하지 않는 허위 사실 유포 등의 인터넷의 역기능이 나타날 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SSO의 기술 중 하나인 XML 토큰 방식을 사용하여 개인정보의 분산을 막고 단일 로그인이 가능하게 하였고 토큰 발급 시 가상 아이디와 경로구성을 통해 익명성 및 조건부 추적이 가능한 익명 게시판을 제안 하였다. 성능분석 결과 접속자 수에 따른 인증시간에서 그룹 서명 방식을 사용한 익명 게시판은 평균 응답 속도가 0.72초, 제안하는 방식은 0.18초를 나타내었다. 즉 인증시간에서 4~5배 정도 빠른 응답 속도를 보였다. 또한 제안하는 시스템은 단일 인증을 제공하고 사용자가 서명을 하지 않아도 되기 때문에 사용자 편의성에서 월등히 뛰어나며, 익명 게시판 환경에서의 사용자 편의성은 제안하는 시스템이 더 적합함을 알 수가 있었다.

경찰 무도의 교육훈련 실태조사 - 태권도 교육 중심으로 - (Police knighthood introduction and training the realities -Taekwondo's introduction-)

  • 경찰대학, 종합경찰학교, 중앙경찰학고, 일선 경찰서의 태권도 교육훈련 실태 및 경찰의 태권도 유단자 실태를 알아 본 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 경찰대학 태권도 교육훈련은 경찰대학 1학년 교육시간이 1주일에 4시간, 2학년, 3학년, 4학년은 1주일에 2시간 교육을 하고 있다. 2. 종합경찰학교 태권도 교육훈련은 경위기본${\cdot}$경사기본, 교육과정에는 태권도훈련시간이 배정되어 있지 않고 자율생활체육으로만 배정되어 있다. 무도사범 과정은 71%가 경찰 기초 및 현장 체포술과 태권도, 유도등 경찰무도 교육훈련이 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 간부후보생은 경찰무도 중 하나를 선택하여 52주 간 태권도 교육훈련을 150시간 받고 초단을 획득해야 졸업과 함께 경위 임용을 받는다. 3. 중앙경찰학교의 신임 경찰 태권도 교육훈련, 범인검거${\cdot}$체포 및 자신을 보호하는 호신술을 104시간, 101경비단은 84시간, 미 이수자는 60시간을 교육훈련하고 있다. 4. 경찰관서에서의 태권도 교육훈련은 경찰관 사범에게 월 2회(4시간) 이상 교육을 받거나 경찰무도 동호회 활동에 참여 해야만 상위점수를 받아 승진 점수에 반영된다. 5. 경찰 태권도 유단자는 유도보다 2.6배, 검도보다 4.6배, 합기도보다 5.9배 많고 5단 이상자는 유도보다 5.5배, 검도보다 17배, 합기도보다 5.7배 많다.

식용 번데기의 저장 중 Biogenic Amine 함량 변화와 품질지표 개발 (Changes of Biogenic Amine Level during Storage and Development of New Quality Index on Silkworm Pupa)

  • 본 연구는 식용 번데기를 냉동$(-18^{\circ}C)$, 상온$(25^{\circ}C)$ 및 실온$(35^{\circ}C)$에 저장하면서, 식용 번데기의 기준규격인 산가와 과산화물가의 경시변화를 살펴보고, biogenic amine의 함량과의 상관관계를 살펴봄으로써 식용 번데기의 새로운 품질지표로 biogenic amine을 검토하였다. 번데기 원료에서는 7개의 biogenic amine이 검출되었으며, 그 중 putrescine이 $243.0{\pm}5.4mg/kg$으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 저장기간에 따른 산가 및 과산화물가의 변화에 있어서는 냉동$(-18^{\circ}C)$에서는 저장 7일 동안 변화를 보이지 않았고, 상온$(25^{\circ}C)$에서는 2일, 실온$(35^{\circ}C)$에서는 2일 이전에 번데기 산가의 기준규격치인 5.0을 초과하였다. 또한, 상온$(25^{\circ}C)$에서 저장하는 동안 biogenic amine는 histamine과 tyramine이 유의적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 이를 바탕으로 산가와 histamine, tyramine의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 저장기간과 산가는 simple linear식으로, 산가와 histamine, tyramine의 변화는 2차 simple linear관계식으로 제시되었다. 결과적으로 식용 번데기에 있어 산가 이외에 biogenic amine인 histamine과 tyramine이 유의적인 상관관계를 가짐으로써 새로운 품질지표로 사용이 가능하였다.

산후조리원을 이용한 산모의 간호요구 및 만족도 (A Study on the Nursing Needs and Service Satisfactory of Users in the Post-Partum Care Center)

  • These days, as the society has been in the trends of highly industrialized and the family has been downsized, there is remarkably increasing number of women who follow occupation. These changes have made it more difficult for the family to help post-partum mother, which had been performed in side of house. By the help of social believe that during at least 1 month after childbirth professional nursing program is indispensable for both maternity protection and physical-mental recuperation, now many post-partum care centers for post-partum mother have been in operation. Although these post-partum care center have in use for a long time, no study was performed before this study on the same subject. Data were analyzed using by SAS. The results of study are as follow : 1. The general features of the user of the post-partum care center. The predominant band of user's age is extended from 26 to 30. The users are mainly housewives and they are in higher level of incomes and educations. As for the feature of delivery methods, they performed the normal spontaneous vaginal delivery method by 58.0% and the Caesarean operation method by 42.0%. As for the sexuality for babies, 59.3% of infants are male, and 40.7% are female. The highest delivery order of users is first and admission after 1-3days delivery is highest. 2. The results for the investigation into the actual condition of the post-partum care center are as follow : About the main reason for entrance of the post-partum care center was found to be the needs for the better nursing programs for recuperation after childbirth. This demands are also supported by their husbands. The average length of stay in the post-partum care center is 17.6 days and the besides promised expense ; powdered milk, milk-suckers, disposable dippers, skin cares, body shape cares, entrophics, injections. The post-partum have private rooms for mother and infants. Over the half of average expense is 229 million won. They are paying accessory fees the post-partum care center have similar step organization : the nurses, the skin carers, the cleaners. Mostly both ways of feeding powdered milk and breast feeding are in use, and mother's milk is preserved in the night time to be given to infant by nurse in charge. 3. The results of the investigation on users' nursing demand to the post-partum care center and satisfaction are as follow : The ranking order of nursing demand of mothers who used the is that ; infant care demands, environmental demands, emotional and mental care demands, education and training demands. As much as 70% of the respondents have dissatisfaction in nursing program, The ranking order of service satisfaction of mothers who used appears to be higher following order ; satisfaction in infant care demand, satisfaction in physical nursing demand, satisfaction in emotional and mental nursing demand, satisfaction in education and training demand, satisfaction in environment nursing demand. The results of pearson correlation. between nursing demand and service satisfaction of mothers who used are found to be relative noticeable in the level of 0.05. only infant care. The 61.7% of the women who used the post-partum care center. are responding that they will reuse the same post-partum care center again.

응집인자 최적화 및 다단응집 시스템을 이용한 탈수 케이크 감량 (Reduction of Dehydrated Cake by the Optimization of Flocculation Factors and the Single Flocculant/Dual Flocculation System)

  • 탈수된 케이크의 함수율을 저감하기 위하여 폴리아크릴아마이드계 고분자 응집제의 응집특성을 평가하였다. 하수 슬러지의 탈수효율은 응집제의 종류, 교반 속도 및 시간, 용해수의 농도 등에 관계된 두드러진 영향이 있음을 알게 되었다. 최적 교반 속도 및 시간은 실험조건에서 각각 700 rpm 및 3초이었다. 탈수효율은 700 rpm까지는 비례적으로 증가하였다. 응집제의 용해수로 재이용수를 사용하였을 때, 모든 종류의 용해점도는 감소되었다. 그러나 그 점도 변화는 각 응집제의 탈수효율과 비례하지는 않았다. 1차 및 2차 응집반응의 조합으로 한가지 응집제를 사용한 응집 시스템을 평가하였다. 2단 응집공정의 1차 및 2차 투입량 비율의 탈수효율에 대한 영향 또한 평가하였다. 2단 응집 시스템의 최적 조건은 저 및 고점도 응집제에 각각에 대하여 총투입량 대비 1차 투입량이 75%와 50%이었다. 그 결과를 기초로, 2단 응집의 전체 메커니즘을 제안하였으며, 이러한 방법으로 응집 공정들을 최적화함으로써 비용 절감이 가능함을 예상할 수 있었다.

UNCITRAL 제2 실무작업반의 제34차 회의 동향 (Some Developments at the Thirty-Fourth Session of the UNCITRAL Working Group II(Arbitration and Conciliation))

  • The thirty-fourth session of UNCITRAL Working Group on Arbitration was held in New York. Among the topics discussed at the session, many delegations agreed to reform the article 7 of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration in light of the development of electronic commerce. As for the article 2(2) of the New York Convention, it was agreed to reflect the changes of the article 7 not in the form of a treaty amendment but in the form of an interpretative statement. The topic as to provisional measures has been found so difficult to reach an agreement that most of its texts submitted by the secretariat were left untouched for the lack of time. However, most provisions of the legislative texts on conciliation were dealt with by delegations. The next session is to be held in Vienna. While the Korean Arbitration Act of 1966 was fully amended in 1999, it seems interesting to look at the development in which the arbitration community of the world has already begun discussing the new dimension of the law and practice of international commercial arbitration. It may be considered early to start a new project of reforming the Korean Arbitration Act at this time when only three years passed after it was fully amended. It is, however, worthwhile to remember that some progressive efforts were aborted in amending the Arbitration Act of 1966. One of them is about the same issue on the insertion of some provisions on the enforcement of interim measures of protection to which the priority is given by the Working Group. It seems fair to say that it would not be dangerous to follow the developments and to adapt ourselves to such trends shown in the session. In Korea, the words “arbitration” and “conciliation” are misleadingly interchanged although these two words should be differentiated from each other in the sense of third-party binding decision. It is self-evident from the Korean Arbitration Act and judicial decisions that arbitral awards bind the disputing parties and are to be treated as final judgements by the competent courts. It is, however, not uncommon to find that the word “arbitration” is misinterpreted as having the same meaning of the word “conciliation”. One of the reasons for the confusion is that many legislations in Korea provide for conciliation as having the meaning of arbitration and vice versa. It may be probable that the proposed legislative texts on conciliation could be a kind of useful method to prevent such confusion from being uncontrollable. It is, therefore, necessary that the legislative texts should be introduced into Korea as a legislation on conciliation.
