기업 운영에서 자금의 원활한 조달은 필수요소이다. 하지만 국내 창업기업과 소상공인의 경우 자금조달에 어려움을 겪고 있는 경우가 많다. 최근 등장한 크라우드펀딩은 개인이나 조직의 특정 활동을 위한 자금을 다수의 개인으로부터 모집하는 행위로 소셜미디어의 확산과 함께 성장하고 있다. 국내 크라우드펀딩은 아직 도입 초기단계로 문화, 예술 분야에 치중되어 있으며 창업분야에서는 공익적 성격을 가진 프로젝트의 비율이 높다. 선진국에 비하여 시장 규모 면에서는 작은 수준이지만 프로젝트의 성공률은 매우 높기 때문에 창업자금 조달의 방안으로 잠재력을 가진다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 창업분야의 크라우드펀딩 사례를 분석하여 성공전략을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼과 미국의 Kickstarter의 프로젝트 현황을 조사하였고, 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트 운영 관련 지표를 이용하여 국내 창업분야 전체 사례들을 분석하였다. 마지막으로는 크라우드펀딩 성공사례와 실패사례를 8개의 프로젝트 속성별로 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 프로젝트 제안자의 신뢰도와 적극성, 보상의 설계, 쌍방향 소통 노력 정도의 차이가 프로젝트의 성공에 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 반면 공익성과 후원자의 참여기회는 창업분야 프로젝트의 성공에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이를 통하여 다음과 같은 크라우드펀딩 성공전략을 도출하였다. 첫째, 프로젝트의 제안자는 크라우드펀딩 진행 사전에 적극적인 활동을 통하여 지지기반을 확보해야 한다. 둘째, 프로젝트 게시글에서는 사업진행 실적과 진행 과정을 쉽게 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 셋째, 후원 금액에 대한 보상 설계시 금액에 상응하는 제품 또는 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 넷째, 프로젝트가 시작된 이후에는 주기적인 업데이트와 댓글 관리, SNS를 통한 소통 노력이 뒷받침되어야 한다.

본 연구는 크라우드펀딩 성공률에 영향을 미치는 독립요인을 도출하고, 독립요인이 크라우드 펀딩 성공에 미치는 영향을 업종별(인터넷서비스, 문화/예술, 제조/유통), 유형별(주식형, 채권형)로 각각 어떻게 다른지 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 크라우드펀딩 활성화 및 전략적 활용을 위한 성공요인을 규명하기 위해 다수의 크라우드펀딩 프로젝트에 투자경험이 있는 전문가 및 플랫폼 운영자의 인터뷰를 진행하였으며 여러 변수들 중 크라우드펀딩 성공률에 영향을 주는 독립요인으로 프로젝트 특성, 참여자의 활동 특성, 기업의 특성, 세 가지 범주가 결정되었다. 독립요인에 해당하는 진행기간, 목표금액, 시각적콘텐츠정보, 최소구좌금액, 댓글수, 온라인구전, 관심도, 재무상태표공개, 투자유치경험, 벤처기업, 지식재산권공개, 사업기간이 조절변수인 업종(인터넷서비스, 문화/예술, 제조/유통)과 유형(주식형, 채권형)에 따라 크라우드 펀딩 성공률에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 그 결과를 도출하였다. 또한, 본 연구의 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 논의하고 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

The IMD(International Institute for Management Development) report said that national competitiveness of Korea is declined in this year. The main reason for Korea's decline is a largely related to the weakness of corporate competitiveness. The new product development is a necessary ingredient for improving the national competitiveness. The analysis of changing of technologies and customer's needs is needed for successful new product development. In this paper, We found out successful factors of the project by use of DFSS(Design for Six Sigma) and proved them by case study of K-company. Result from this paper is applied to the new product development planning step for K-company and it made a great success rate. It is expected that the result is applied to the same kind industries.

현행 민간 시행사에 의한 주택 개발사업의 토지비 차입 구조는 사업자체의 타당성에 의한 진정한 의미의 프로젝트 파이낸싱(project financing)이라기보다는 담보능력이 약한 민간 시행사에 대하여 건설사의 지급보증을 필요로 하는(corporated financing)구도이다. 따라서 정확하지 못한 타당성 분석에 의한 사업진행은 사업 주체에 큰 타격을 줄 수 있으며, 더욱이 건설사의 경우 도급업체로서의 건설대금에 대한 리스크 외에 지급보증에 의한 리스크를 이중으로 부담하게 되어 치명적인 타격을 줄 수 있다 또한, 최근의 $8{\cdot}31$부동산 정책이후 분양시장의 환경 변화로 인해 정밀한 타당성 분석이 요구되어 지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는, 이러한 상황인식 하에서 타당성 분석의 정밀도와 수지분석 항목과 관련된 사항에 대한 의사결정의 우선순위를 위하여, 지가에 따른 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션을 이용한 주택 개발사업의 사례분석을 통하여, 사업이익에 대한 수지분석 항목의 민감도 분석을 목적으로 한다.

본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통하여 제4차 산업혁명의 성공요인을 도출하고, 제4차 산업혁명을 선도하는 산업계 경영진에게 설문을 통하여 이들 성공요인을 실증적으로 검증하는데 있다. 문헌 연구 결과, 리더쉽', '변화관리', '최고경영층 지원', '전략적 조화', '교육훈련', '의사결정 위양', '팀워크', '조직문화', '소통', '프로젝트 관리'의 10개의 성공요인이 도출되었다. 제4차 산업혁명에 관련된 산업계에 해당되는 기업의 CIO와 CEO를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문 조사로서는 상당히 높은 64.4%의 응답률을 보였다. 설문 분석 결과 응답자는 '전략적 조화', 가장 중요한 성공요인으로 이어서 '최고경영층 지원', '리더쉽', '변화관리', '프로젝트 관리', '팀워크', 소통', '교육훈련', '조직 문화', 의사결정 위양' 순으로 평가하였었다. 제4차 산업혁명의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 (1) 추진 전략의 구체화와 정교화, (2) 정부, 공공기관, 연구기관, 대학, 산업계의 효과적인 네트워크 구축, (3) 전략적이고 장기적인 계획, (4) 추진 전략의 차별화와 글로벌 협력체계 구축이 요청된다.

최근 들어 공공분야 정보화 프로젝트 분야의 규모와 형태가 대형화, 복잡화, 다양화되고 있으며 이런 정보화 프로젝트 성과 관리 모델에 관해 지속적으로 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 관한 연구조사 및 파악에 의하면 예전에 비해 정보체계 프로젝트의 규모와 수가 증가되었지만 요구사항 관리 미흡, 일정지연, 예산초과, 기대목표 미달성 등 사용자 요구사항 미충족에 따라 사전에 중대한 위험요소를 관리하는 체계적인 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 위험요소에 사전대응 및 조치하여 성공률을 높이기 위하여 공공분야 정보화 프로젝트의 다양한 경험을 지닌 전문가 및 관리자들이 인식하고 있는 위험요소를 파악, 프로젝트 영역별 각 위험요소들에 대해 공공부문 프로젝트 지원팀인 2개업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 이들 위험요소가 공공분야 정보화 프로젝트에 미치는 영향을 통계적기법으로 확인하고 프로젝트 해당 영역의 위험요소가 다른 프로젝트의 영역에 미치는 상관관계 지수를 파악하고자 한다.

For four decades now KEPCO has experienced an incredible growth rate of over 10% per year in each year. This growth led to the fast development of new facilities, especially in the transmission systems field, and we also managed to gain an enormous amount of experience and technology in the construction and design. With this experience and technology we curbed the electricity demand. Experts now predict that we will enter a new phase in which our growth rate will stagnate and eventually level off. This isn't what KEPCO or any company wants. We are looking for continued growth. In the last decade KEPCO began selling its technology in the generation sector of the electricity business to overseas markets. Sales in the generation sector have been a great success. This decade marks another milestone for KEPCO as overseas sales in the transmission sector began. Our first project, "Myanmar Power System Development Study" and its subsequent successful completion gave us the ammunition necessary to expand in this line of business. This success has also given birth to this paper. KEPCO is still the People's company, but with a new vision. It now hopes to not only sustain a high growth level but to also increase the growth of domestic companies by sharing with them a piece of the proverbial pie, as it ventures forth to be a Global player on the international stage.

The quality of requirements is one of the key factors in the success of a project. One of the studies on successful projects is the reuse of requirements. However, the rate of failed projects is about 70%, and these projects often fail because of improper requirements. The current techniques for software reuse may not perform requirement engineering appropriately or develop requirements having good characteristics. In order to improve this situation, we propose a model for reusing requirements. We expect that our model will contribute toward increasing project productivity using requirement reuse in existing projects, and reusing requirements that have good quality.

A subcontract work order is the basis of the construction process and consists of the root and trunk of the construction industry. The construction process through a subcontract work order is an important element of project success, and it is the basic unit of creating profit in the construction industry. Therefore, correct analysis and forecasting of subcontract work orders allow correct estimation of construction cost and profit which is the foundation of corporate decision making. This study has started to provide predictions of subcontractor's bidding-ratio for decision-making. Since the actual project data has been used in this study, the contribution level of the model is highly expected in actual field. The statistical confidential level of adjusted decision coefficient is concluded low because of limited sample numbers. However, its accuracy and confidence level can be increased through increasing sample numbers, considering more variables, and studying of reducing error.

Korean won overseas construction projects worth 71.6 billion US Dollars in 2010, which exceeded that of 2009 by 45.6%. An overseas construction project is a transaction of large scale, long term project, many parties participating, deferred payment, and of high-technology. It contributes to foreign currency earning, and also leads the nation's export restructuring work towards high value-added one. There are various kinds of risks towards the relevant parties respectively, which are key elements in successfully performing the overseas construction project. There are completion risk, financing risk, operating risk, revenue risk etc, in an employer's place. A contractor may be confronted with payment risk, issuance risk of performance bond, financing risk, performance risk of sub-contractors, and exchange rate risk. In lenders place there are repayment risk, completion risk, and political risk in the host country. In order to mitigate risks, the parties shall take relevant measures or require relevant securities. A contractor needs to evaluate the credibility of an employer in respect of payment risk, and can also request export insurance cover by the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation(the former 'Korea Export Insurance Corporation"). An employer can require a contractor to provide performance bond in respect of completion risk, and employ a well-known first class bank as a mandated arranger to arrange financing with regard to completion risk. Lenders needs to evaluate the credibility of an employer and accomplish feasibility study of the project. Lenders can request insurance cover from export credit agency. Once the parties assess the respective risks and obtain relevant securities, the project will be successfully completed. The success of the project will be sure to bring the parties involved enormous profits and another opportunity to participate in overseas construction project afterwards.
