SE generally defines approaching ways of conducting identification, verification and integration of an optimized product and process solution to meet customer's needs by leveraging organizational competency in engineering and management. To successfully develop a new product under mass production contract, it is important to efficiently carry out the program by ensuring that three major competencies are secured; core technology, system integration, and program management. For successful implementation of tasks in the three areas, systematic execution is called for, which requires identifying risk factors in advance. In particular, comprehensive risk management role and responsibility is required for program management. Success of a development program is determined by complex elements of human resources, organization culture, and overall competency of an organization in technology and program management, including capability of the program manager. In this paper, a risk management solution is suggested to lead a program to success with a more efficient way through actual risk management by the concept of SE around the above three areas.

Operation of LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) plants requires an effective maintenance strategy. To this end, the long-term and short-term trend of faults, such as mechanical and electrical troubles, should be identified so as to take proactive approach for ensuring the smooth and productive operation. However, it is not an easy task to predict the fault trend in LNG plants. Many variables and unexpected conditions make it quite difficult for the facility manager to be well prepared for future faulty conditions. This paper presents a model to predict the fault trend in a LNG plant. ARIMA (Auto-Regressive Integrated Moving Average) model is combined with Wavelet Transform to enhance the prediction capability of the proposed model. Test results show the potential of the proposed model for the preventive maintenance strategy.

국내 건설경기의 하락과 함께 건설산업의 해외시장 진출은 건설업계 및 정부의 핵심적인 과제로 인식되고 있으며, 최근 대형 기업들의 해외진출뿐만 아니라 중소업체들의 해외시장 진출이 주요한 건설정책 및 건설업계의 이슈가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설엔지니어링분야의 해외건설 지원정책을 도출하여 평가한 결과, 시장개척자금 지원사업 정책, 전문인력 육성 및 교육정책, 수주정보 제공 지원정책 순으로 높게 평가되었다. 해외근무 경력의 인센티브 정책 만족도는 39.6점에 그쳐 상대적으로 낮았다. 이러한 정책평가 결과를 통하여 정부측면과 업체 측면에서 개선방안을 제안하였다. 정부측면에서 건설엔지니어링분야의 해외건설지원정책 개선방향으로는 PM, CM, 설계업체의 엔지니어에 맞는 정보제공 방안과 건설엔지니어링분야의 해외전문인력 양성 및 교육지원정책의 확대로 실무인력 배출방안을 제안하였다. 건설엔지니어링업계 측면에서는 건설엔지니어링의 기술역량 확보를 위한 해외 글로벌 전문인력의 확보방안을 제안하였다. 또한 신규사업 발굴과 해외건설 시장개척지원 사업의 성과를 공유할 수 있는 체계 구축방안과 중소 건설엔지니어링업체가 해외사업을 위한 건설사업관리 역량강화 및 계약 및 리스크 관리의 강화방안을 제안하였다.

건설업은 국내 산업 중 안전사고가 가장 많이 발생한다. 건설업의 재해는 막대한 재산손실과 인명피해로 인한 사회적 문제로 이어지기 때문에 더 각별한 주의를 기울여야 한다. 최근 이로 인해 건설업에서 발생하는 재해에 대한 경각심이 높아지고 있으며 정부 각 부처에서는 안전관리에 관한 규정을 강화하고 있다. 특히 산업안전보건공단에서는 이번 산업안전보건법 전부개정안에서 보호대상의 확대와 책임소재의 명확화에 중점을 두고 있다. 이에 따라 발주자 책임에 의한 안전관리를 중심으로 분석한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설사업관리자의 사업수행능력평가를 산업안전보건법의 전부개정안을 고려하여 안전항목을 고려하여 건설사업관리자를 선정하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 컨설팅서비스 참여주체인 CEO, 프로젝트매니저, 전문컨설턴트, 부서별 부서장들의 역할과 컨설팅성과간의 관계에 있어 사후관리(Post Management)의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 컨설팅서비스 각 주체와 컨설팅 성과와의 관계에 있어 목표달성을 위한 지속적인 점검 및 관리활동은 궁극적인 컨설팅성과에 유의미한 영향을 미쳐, 사후관리의 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 비즈니스 참여주체별 지속적인 사후관리의 조절효과로 실증 분석함으로서 단기과업으로 인식되었던 컨설팅서비스를 지속가능경영의 실천을 위해 수반되어야 할 지식경영서비스의 중요한 일부분으로서의 역할을 확인하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.
