In this paper, there is the case study which assesses the systems engineering capability maturity of the safety organization that performs the Railway Safety project using systems engineering method. To In ore effective and efficient a research and development to railway safety domain, a new research and development method can be progressively needed such as systems engineering. To assess quantitatively research of systems engineering efforts in the railway safety project, SECM(EIA/IS 731) Standard is utilized in the paper. It is by questionnaire that the capability maturity assessment is executed wit h the safety organization and staffs who performs the systems engineering activities; requirement analysis and management, interface control management. product verification and validation, and so on. As a result, the systems engineering capability level of the safety organization rises from 0 level at the initial project to 2 level after two years and all staffs give an affirmative answer about the importance and effectiveness of the systems engineering approach.

Critical to project success is effective stakeholder management. This paper presents a challenge for the project manager who uses traditional approaches to manage mid-level stakeholders in an organization. Dual roles of a mid-level stakeholder (as a stakeholder of a project and as an agent of the corporate) may cause problems that would result in difficulties for project managers in identifying the stakeholder's attributes and overcoming hierarchical authority expectation. However, the dual roles of the stakeholder result in its weakness in the project-stakeholder relationship. Can a project leverage its strategic role for effective upward influence by linking project objectives to corporate strategic objectives? To address this research question, case study method was used to gain a deeper understanding of mid-level stakeholder's salience. This research proposes an upward influence strategy to embed a project-stakeholder relationship in a hierarchical stakeholder network.

After the IMF shock, some major construction companies in Korea have been motivated to avoid and mitigate various risk factors which could be critical and catastrophic events to corporate revenue and organization internally or externally. It means that they are trying to introduce and set up a risk management plan and system suitable to their organization and culture. L construction co. ltd. is one of major construction companies that have been searching methodologies or technologies to manage various risk factors surrounding corporate marketing and project operation. This paper presents an unique approach to develop a model of risk management plan and system suitable to L construction itself focused on the construction phase.

본 연구는 게임개발 성과를 효율적으로 향상시키기 위해 게임개발 조직의 특성이 게임성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 게임개발 조직의 특성으로는 게임 프로젝트 관리 특성, PM 특성, 게임개발팀 특성, 조직문화로 구성하여 독립변수로 설정하였으며, 게임성과를 게임프로젝트 성과와 게임개발 최종성과로 나누어 종속변수로 설정하였다. 분석결과 4가지 게임개발 조직의 특성이 게임 프로젝트 성과 및 게임개발 최종 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 게임개발팀 내 구성원들의 역량을 제고하기 위해 게임개발에 집중할 수 있는 환경과 관리자들을 위한 적합한 매니지먼트 교육이 필요함을 시사하였다.

최근 건설프로젝트는 점차 대형화, 복잡화 되어가고 있으며 그에 따라 관리하여야 할 항목 또한 늘어났으며 발주자 조직 역시 축소되었다. 이에 따라 국내 건설산업에도 다양한 사업관리방식이 도입되었다. 그러나 이와 같은 건설사업관리의 도입은 시행착오로 인한 혼라, 제도의 불합리성으로 인한 관리주체의 역할중복으로 인하여 비용증가 등의 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 그리고 건설프로젝트는 그 특성상 매 프로젝트마다 각자 다른 특성을 가지고 있으며 프로젝트의 발주자 조직 역시 다양한 특성을 지니고 있다. 하지만 건설사업관리에 있어서 이러한 특성을 반영하지 못하고 있으며 획일적인 사업관리 방식만이 적용되어지고 있다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위하여 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 특성과 발주자의 특성의 분석을 통하여 해당 프로젝트에 특화될 수 있는 CM업무 위탁모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 프로젝트, 발주자 능력, 발주자 요구사항을 파악, 분석하여 중점관리대상의 선정, CM의 서비스항목, 발주자의 역할정의를 하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 현재의 책임분산형 직능별 조직구조하의 공공 공동주택사업의 비효율적 사업관리시스템을 개선하기 위하여, 선행연구에서 제안한 매트릭스 조직기반하의 책임과 권한 통합형 PMr형 사업관리 조직모델을 실제 사업에 적용하기 위하여 세부업무단위별 수행주체 및 프로세스를 정의하고, 실증적 시범사례분석을 통하여 개발모델의 유효성을 검증하였다. 유효성 검증결과 원가절감, 목표손익, 분양률, 매출액 총이익률 등에서는 PMr형 사업관리가 기존 방식보다 우수한 것으로 검증되었으며, 또한 원가절감 및 사업성 개선사례에서도 다양한 활동들이 수행되었다. 그러나 조직운영 및 업무구분, 사업관리 및 집행권한 등 일부 문제점도 도출되었으며, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제안하였다.

아산배방 복합단지개발 PF사업의 건설사업관리는 건설에 대한 전문적인 조직 구성 및 운영에 대한 여러 가지 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 발주자의 대리인으로 프로젝트 진행 과정을 관리하는 초고층, 초대형 복합단지개발 프로젝트이다. 본 사업은 민관합동 PF사업에서 의욕적으로 CM을 도입한 사례로 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 즉, 발주처는 건설본부 조직을 구성하여 많은 직원을 고용하지 않고도 초대형 복합단지개발 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있다는 가능성을 보여준 민관합동 PF사업의 CM 적용사례이다. 이에 본 사례연구에서는 CM사가 참여하면서 시공단계 및 준공이후단계에 적용하는 건설사업관리 업무를 기준으로 작성하였으며, 이를 통하여 민관합동 PF사업에 있어서 CM도입의 필요성을 검토하고, CM 적용효과를 분석함으로써 향후 민관합동 PF사업에서 CM도입의 확대 적용에 기여하고자 한다.

Client organization inadequate project planning before awarding the contract and insufficient monitoring and control system among the parties involved create severe problems. Ultimately, large-scale projects go beyond the expected cost and time control limits. This paper discusses the major issues involved with a large-scale Hydropower Project in Pakistan Public Sector environment. The latest approved Baseline Plan of project was reviewed and analyzed using Variance Analysis and Trend Analysis techniques in Primavera project management software to assess the efforts made of the parties involved. It was found that Project is 202% Cost overrun and 25% time delays from original contract award. After analysis of baseline plan and quantification of various variance issues in impacted activities, the questionnaire survey was conducted to identify the impact of causative factors. There were almost 17 most significant causative factors identified among 60 identified factors and responsibilities are assigned accordingly. At the end recommendations are made for strategic decisions as lessons learned during project evaluation.

The starting point of knowledge generation and management is the enhancement of learning capability and capacity of organizational members. Organizational change for learning environment should be aligned with the change of organizational strategy, structure and processes. The study employed action learning methodology to constitute learning organization processes. The treatment effect to institute learning organization has been successful thanks to the members' zeal and consensus to change the processes. However, not every learning team has been so successful. Some cases complained time consuming where others expect to be helpful for their incentives. The researchers concluded that the most important point for success of the learning organization project should be the support of top management.

In this article the author provided a brief introduction to the function and activation of 4-H fanning organization. The strategies developed to improve the environmental-friendly Agriculture are as following : the efficiency cooperatives of 4-H fanning organization, invitation of the upbringing plan of organization leader for promotion of the pilot region project of environmental-friendly Agriculture connected with green tourism, the establishment of reasonable management plan and strategies. In conclusion, there must be strategic measures to increase the income of environmental-friendly farmers. All of this information could be useful for the further development of the strategy for environmental-friendly Agriculture in organization and management.
