The purpose of this study is to suggest economic analysis for piezoelectric power. Economic analysis method uses california standard test. Perspectives of california standard test is participant test, ratepayer impact measure test, program administrator cost test and total resource cost test. This study identifies the cost and benefit components. This study identifies benefit-cost calculation procedures from four test : participant test, ratepayer impact measure test, program administrator cost test and total resource cost test. In the economic analysis, the order of benefit cost ratio in piezoelectric power shows total resource cost test, program administrator cost test, ratepayer impact measure test and participant test.

The purpose of this study was to support for quality improvement of educational curriculum on hospital administrator through the comparison of competence of new employee and need of field experts based on NCS. The participants of this study were implemented the self-report survey about competency and need on job skills of hospital administrator. According to the comparison, it is defined the point that is needed curriculum improvement and the competency gap between hospital and university hospital. This is support to be establish the base for the qualified education and training program for hospital administrators. NCS is useful as standardized tool for identify the gap between need and competency and as suggestion for education improvement of hospital administrator.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop the competencies of the administrator and the behavioral indicators, and with those as the foundation it is to measure the importance and the performance. Method: On the basis of literature review, the researcher made a preliminary competency and the behavioral indicator for the administrator. Developed competency and behavioral indicator went through the content validity using CVI. Finally, 20 different competencies and 87 behavioral indicators of the administrators in long-term care facility helped measuring the importance of the present administrator's competency and the performance. Results: The competencies are Achievement Orientation, Initiative, Information Seeking, Interpersonal Understanding, Customer Service Orientation, Marketing, Influence, Organizational Awareness, Relationship Building, Staff Development, Assertiveness, Teamwork and Cooperation, Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, Managerial Expertise, Self Control, Self Confidence, Flexibility and Organizational Commitment. For the contents, 87 behavioral indicators are included. The importance and the performance were confirmed by Importance Performance Analysis. The importance of each behavioral indicator in each field and the performance were confirmed with the mean and the standard deviation. Conclusion: The competencies and behavioral indicators of an administrator which were developed by this study are considered that they can be used as the effective guides in the practical field and can also be used as basic materials for developing educational program.

The program registration is conducted through off-line and on-line methods, and especially on-line registration provides program registrants convenience along with the safety of property from external copyright invaders. However, it is a shortcoming that the integrity and confidentiality of the enrolled program cannot be guaranteed in case of internal factors such as system errors, administrator's illegal access and revision. This paper proposes the reliable system, ensuring programs and offering convenience of Digital signature management from the system errors and intruding factors by internal administrator, using the security of confidentiality, integrity and Multi-Signature Scheme for program.

An exhibition administrator, one who works in the exhibition space of museums and exhibition halls, has carried on various tasks in order to improve the exhibition standard and viewer's satisfaction. Although exhibition administrators have a variety of direct perceptions regarding an exhibition in the actual on-site space, a study on their consciousness was absent. Thus, this study was to comprehend the awareness of how the consciousness of exhibition administrators, who directly understand the various matters regarding the exhibition on-site, was structured and to investigate the difference between the consciousness of exhibition viewers and designers. For the study, Q-Methodology, which can scientifically manage the consciousness such as awareness and the acquired attitudes through individual experiences from a specific group, was applied. The classification of 33 Q-methodology research questions was carried out with 18 exhibition administrators, who are working at either national or public museums and exhibition halls in Korea, and the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) using the QUANL PC program was performed. The results of the analysis provided the following 4 types: 'viewer attraction and exhibition method oriented', 'exhibition standard oriented', 'public relations oriented' and 'the public and government's interest oriented'. Each type showed significant characteristics. Additionally, n showed that 'exhibition standard oriented' was the common type after comparing the type of consciousness among the 3 groups of people, such as an exhibition administrator, an exhibition designer, and a viewer. It indicated that the types of 'public relations oriented' and 'the public and government's interest oriented' from the consciousness category for the exhibition administrator were the most independent type, not being found in any of the other groups. And the Significant correlation between the exhibition viewers and designers was identified after examining the Pearson's correlation among the 3 groups.

Purpose: To develop new on-line statistical program for the Korean Society for Radiation Oncology (KOSRO) to collect and extract medical data in radiation oncology more efficiently. Materials and Methods: The statistical program is a web-based program. The directory was placed in a sub-folder of the homepage of KOSRO and its web address is http://www.kosro.or.kr/asda. The operating systems server is Linux and the webserver is the Apache HTTP server. For database (DB) server, MySQL is adopted and dedicated scripting language is the PHP. Each ID and password are controlled independently and all screen pages for data input or analysis are made to be friendly to users. Scroll-down menu is actively used for the convenience of user and the consistence of data analysis. Results: Year of data is one of top categories and main topics include human resource, equipment, clinical statistics, specialized treatment and research achievement. Each topic or category has several subcategorized topics. Real-time on-line report of analysis is produced immediately after entering each data and the administrator is able to monitor status of data input of each hospital. Backup of data as spread sheets can be accessed by the administrator and be used for academic works by any members of the KOSRO. Conclusion: The new on-line statistical program was developed to collect data from nationwide departments of radiation oncology. Intuitive screen and consistent input structure are expected to promote entering data of member hospitals and annual statistics should be a cornerstone of advance in radiation oncology.

This system constructs system devoted to what supplement that I follow at an installation interval of attribute quotient repeater of a thing devoted wireless communication device gaining position information, and range of information is limited. A parking lot management system constructed a database of parking information, and the database information was planned so that there was the number of to easily offer client and an Administrator. There is a sensor in several to perceive a vehicle about adhesion in a radio communication device installed in a parking lot and covers, and hits data after parking to a server and transmits base information. The Administrator program that I verified an information treatment of the server parking management database that I did wireless hand phone emulator J2MEWTK with client and verified working together of a server, and was understood by a transfer of, parking information, and was devoted to a, server and an Administrator offered the menu screen which was easy for a user convenience and management.

In this paper, using the Android App to remote database monitoring system is proposed. Existing remote database monitoring scheme CS(Client / Server) based. Conventional CS based systems are space constraints and a plurality of administrator to access the database at that degrade performance disadvantages. The advantage of the proposed system first, because the web -based interface allows the application program, and also the ease of maintenance, through a web browser, if you have Internet access anytime, anywhere environment without restrictions of time and space monitoring. Second, the proposed system because the App -based technology due to an increase in connection session and query execution does not affect the performance of your database. Third, if there is a problem with the remote database through which social networks immediately notify the administrator of the smartphone in real time so that the administrator can identify the problem.

The aim of this study is to provide primary data to propel business intended for the entire nation through the analytic assessment of the propulsion process of the newly attempted 'Dagagu' Housing Purchase and Public Rental Program (DPPRP) for the cities low income bracket. The study method was to conduct analysis of data, interview survey, onsite tenant interviews and examination of the locale in order to analyze the execution of the program and experiences of the administrator in charge of executing the model program. In the case of the enforcement of the 'Dagagu' Housing Purchase and Public Rental Program(DPPRP), combined teams of the specialty fields of purchase, rental, and management are needed; operation propulsion system of the purchase process of the housing, rental process for selecting the tenant, and the entire process of management afterwards needs to be maintained; and a collaboration system with related organizations need to be constructed.

This exploratory study reports how teacher-librarians perceive their roles as practitioners in school library media programs. Conducted within the framework of qualitative research, the study employed a focus group interview (Morgan 1997) with five teacher-librarians at elementary school level in Seoul. The findings suggest: (1) the roles of teacher-librarians are influenced a great deal by many factors in educational systems; (2) there is no consensus on how to define and perform their role as teachers; (3) there seems to be increasing emphasis on their program administrator's role; (4) there is no consensus on prioritizing the five roles suggested by the AASL (2009), but all the participants agreed that the leader's role is most crucial for the success of pursuing the rest of the roles, and (5) there seems to be no clear boundaries as teacher-librarians perform their roles. Putting all the results together, the researcher was able to conclude that teacher-librarians are frequently asked to be flexible and negotiable and have great burden in the affective, cognitive, and physical realm for the roles imposed and expected of them.
