오늘날 DRM(Digital Right Management)은 악의적인 사용자에 의한 디지털 콘텐츠의 재배포, 불법 복제를 금지시키기 위해서 사용되고 있다. 그러나 여전히 현재 DRM 시스템은 상호 호환성 부족으로 인해 사용자의 불편을 초래하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 상이한 DRM 시스템의 상호 호환을 위한 연동 방안이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상이한 DRM 시스템 호환을 위해서 공통평가기준에 따른 보호프로파일을 개발한다. 특히 이러한 개발을 위해 기존에 개발된 보호프로파일을 이용해서 개발에 적용시킴으로써 시간 효율과 비용 측면에서의 효율적임을 분석을 통하여 보인다. 개발된 보호프로파일은 콘텐츠 제공자 및 사용자 권한을 관리하는 관리자가 안전한 저작권을 유지할 수 있는 요구사항을 도출할 때 참고 자료로 활용 될 수 있다.

One of the major factors determining the printing quality of a color printer is the color matching that is performed inside the printer driver In this paper, the mini driver for the color printer is built using the Microsoft 98DDK. Also, the ICC profile proposed as the standard for the color management system is generated. The color matching capability of the mini driver with the ICC profile is examined and compared with that of the commercial printer driver.

Management of internal Internet servers is increasingly becoming an important task. According to meet this requirement, they use service log analysis tools and network monitoring tools. But these are not enough to produce advanced management information considering contents of Internet services. Therefor we propose a system and let it detect Internet server systems existing in internal network and individuate those systems with providing profile. Internet server profile includes system's basic information, network traffic information, and Internet service usage information.

본 논문에서는 사용자에게 적응화된 콘텐츠를 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 프로파일들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 기법들을 제안한다. 프로파일들은 사용자에게 적응화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용자 관련 정보들로 구성되며 사용자 디바이스, 프로파일 저장소, 콘텐츠 적응화 서버, 콘텐츠 저장 서버간에 주기적 비주기적 또는 이벤트에 따라 교환이 가능해야 한다. 또한 프로파일들은 적응화된 콘텐츠 서비스를 위해 프로파일을 필요로 하는 콘텐츠 제공 업체들에게 제공되어야 한다. 이와 같은 기능들을 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 필요한 프로파일 관리 기술을 제안하고, 이를 지원하는 프로파일 관리 프레임워크를 설계한다. 제안된 프로파일 관리 프레임워크에서는 사용자의 다양한 정보를 이용하여 프로파일을 구성하였으며 다양한 디바이스와 플랫폼에 관계없이 프로파일 교환 및 제공을 위해 웹 서비스를 사용하였다. 또한 프로파일의 효율적인 운영을 위해 메타데이타 구성 방법, 동적 구성 방법, 가중치를 이용한 제공 방법 등을 프레임워크에 적용하였다. 성능평가 결과 프로파일 관리 기술에 제안된 기법들이 프로파일 처리에 효율적임을 나타내었다.

In this paper, we explore two ways to improve the bandwidth assurance performance of Assured Service(AS). It is well known that AS fails to meet the bandwidth assurance target for large-profile TCP flows competing with many small-profile flows. This flows after the back-offs induced by packet drops. Thus currently proposed solution to this problem naturally focus on modifying TCP's behavior to counter the unfairness in the TCP dynamics. Unfortunately, these proposals lack practicability in terms of the required changes in the incumbent Internet infrastructure. Admitting this difficulty, we instead look to not yet deployed Diff-Serv mechanisms for practical solutions. In particular, we investigate the role of RIO, RED with IN(in-profile) and OUT(out-profile), queue management scheme in the assurance failure for As. Specifically, we identify the inadequacy of RIO that aggravates the bandwidth assurance failure. Then we alleviates the bandwidth assurance failure problem by separately controlling the out-of-profile packet queue length. Through extensive simulations we demonstrate that RI+O extends the regime where AS consistently provides the bandwidth assurance.

3세대 통신망인 IMT-2000 서비스의 가장 큰 특징은 단말 이동성, 개인 이동성 및 서비스 이동성으로 구분되는 강력한 이동성의 제공이다. 이 중 서비스 이동성은 IMT-2000 서비스의 가장 큰 특징으로 가상 홈 환경(VHE ; Virtual Home Environment) 개념을 이용하고 있다. VHE는 개인 단말사이, 망 경계를 뛰어넘는 개인 서비스 환경 이동성의 개념으로 글로벌 로밍의 환경에서 서비스 가입자에게 Visited 망에서도 Home 망의 서비스를 그대로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 개념이다. 이 VHE에서 핵심이 되는 것이 프로파일을 어떻게 관리하여 사용자에게 원활한 서비스를 제공할 것인가 하는 것인데, 본 논문에서는 VHE 서비스를 위한 사용자 프로파일(User Profile), 서비스 프로파일(Service Profile), 단말 프로파일(Terminal Profile), 네트워크 프로파일(Network Profile)에 대한 관리 방법을 사용자 프로파일이 Home 망과 Visited 망에 위치하는 방법에 따라 시나리오에 적용하여 각 프로파일 정보를 교환하는 방법을 기술하였다.

Risk Based Oversight is a way of performing oversight, where planning is driven by the combination of risk profile and safety performance. Risk Based Oversight enables prioritization and allocation of State's safety management resources commensurate with the safety risk profile of each service provider. This paper presents the concept of Risk Based Oversight and applies it to the current Korean aviation safety oversight process. In particular, this study presents a method for generating operating profiles, one of the key concepts of Risk Based Oversight. Operations Specifications of Part 121 Airlines can generate operating profiles. In this study, a practical study was conducted to generate the operating profile and scoped DCTs using Part 121 Airlines's Operations Specifications.

에너지 환경의 변화로 인해 가정 내 태양광 도입이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 더불어 에너지 저장 시스템도 함께 활용되어 보다 유연한 에너지 관리가 이루어지고 있다. 태양광으로 생산된 전력을 보다 효과적으로 사용하여 피크 저감 및 가격을 고려한 전력소비를 이룰 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 에너지 저장 시스템을 홈 네트워크로 연동하여 홈 에너지관리 시스템의 구성요소로 이루기 위해 SEP(Smart Energy Profile)을 개발하였다. 에너지 저장 시스템에서 갖추고 있는 기능을 정의하고 표준 기반 프로토콜을 개발하여 제품간 호환을 이룰 수 있도록 하였다. 향후 주택에 에너지관리시스템 도입을 위해 상호운용성 확보는 매우 중요한 과제이며 이를 앞당길 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.

The automated demand response (DR) program encourages consumers to participate in grid operation by reducing power consumption or deferring electricity usage at peak time automatically. However, successful deployment of the automated DR program sphere needs careful assessment of appliances load profile (ALP). To this end, the recent method estimates frequency, consistency, and peak time consumption parameters of the daily ALP to compute their potential score to be involved in the DR event. Nonetheless, as the daily ALP is subject to varying with respect to the DR time ALP, the existing method could lead to an inappropriate estimation; in such a case, inappropriate appliances would be selected at the automated DR operation that effected a consumer comfort level. To address this challenge, we propose a more proper method, in which all the three parameters are calculated using ALP that overlaps with DR time, not the total daily profile. Furthermore, evaluation of our method using two public residential electricity consumption data sets, i.e., REDD and REFIT, shows that our energy management systems (EMS) could properly match a DR target. A more optimal selection of appliances for the DR event achieves a power consumption decreasing target with minimum comfort level reduction. We believe that our approach could prevent the loss of both utility and consumers. It helps the successful automated DR deployment by maintaining the consumers' willingness to participate in the program.

With the rapidly increasing of Korean enterprises, the importance of foreign exchange(FX) risk management for the future operation generated from FDI contract is becoming the critical problem of international business. This type of FX risk, called as "economic exposure risk", requires us of the unique risk management principles and techniques. In this paper, we identify the properties of economic exchange rate exposure, analyze the identification and measurement processes of risk sources and strength, and perform the estimation of the main determinants and its profile effects of the invoicing currency for the efficient management of economic FX exposure.
