In this study, the school crisis response system and intervention are examined in the U.S. by reviewing Crisis Response Team(CRT) to give a direction for establishing and improving the school crisis response system in Korea. To do this, a literature review has been conducted focusing on domestic and foreign literature on the school - based crisis response system about the U.S. and Korea. The characteristics of the school-based CRT in the U.S. are as follows. First, in the U.S., the organizational structure and financial support for school - based crisis response has been stated by law so that the roles and responsibilities of region, district, school have been clearly defined. Second, in the event of a school crisis, the school have been shared the role of professional crisis response according to the Incident Command System and coordinates communication smoothly between each area of society through cooperation with CRT. Third, CRT prevents burnout by showing flexibility in team composition so that CRT members are not tired or overwhelmed by a crisis event, and focuses on strengthening the crisis capability of the school itself through cooperation between the school and CRT. Fourth, the school-based CRT in the U.S. conducts a step by step crisis intervention from prevention to prolonged post management. Based on these results, implications for the establishment and improvement of school-based crisis response system in Korea are discussed.
The purpose of this study is to examine the qualification system of competency assessor based NCS(National Skill Standards) in Australia and Scotland. To meet the purpose of the study, the characteristics of competency based assessment and the role of assessor was reviewed, and competency assessor qualification system of both countries were analysed. Australia and Scotland have developed the certification system of competency assessor based on national qualification framework. Education and Training Institutes in both countries should meet the requirement of RTOs(Registered Training Organizations) and CRBs(Credit Rating Body), which can develop and operate assessor qualification course based NQF. Also they must ensure all assessors are qualified with competency, currency and professional development and show how they have maintained, upgraded or developed new skills relevant to the current industry needs. In recent years, Korea has been introduced competency based curriculum linked with NCS in education and training sector. Also the introduction of competency assessor qualification system are currently under consideration by government. In this circumstances, the results of comparative analysis about Australia and Scotland can help the Korean government review the policies and strategies qualifying competency assessor. They also provide some implications for exploring and examining assessor qualification system based NCS and KQF(Korean Qualification Framework) in Korea.

Despite the rapid growth and importance of social enterprises in recent years, most social enterprises have many limitations such as small business size, financial dependence on government, lack of professional management personnel and knowledge, and low consumer awareness. Therefore, empirical research in the field of marketing is needed for economic independence of social enterprises. This study is based on the following: First, the identity of the social enterprise and the self-image of the consumer, second, the functional correspondence between the consumer's expectation and actual performance of the social enterprise's product, and third, the social value of the social enterprise product, the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumer value consistency on customer satisfaction and loyalty to social enterprises. Finally, this study aimed to suggest the moderating role of social enterprise clubs in this process to give implications for the long-term marketing of social enterprises. The results of this study are as follows. First, self-image consistency, functional correspondence, and value correspondence all have positive effects on the satisfaction of social enterprise and its products and form a loyalty. Secondly, whether or not the social enterprise club belonged to them is a moderating variable that raises sensitivity in the effects of self image consistency and functional consistency on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty. To continue the growth of use of 5-star hotels by Koreans, who have recently shown the consumption trends pursuing the empirical value of a consumption process, and have turned into core customers of 5-star hotels in Seoul, it is necessary to study factors of experience value pursued by Koreans. As a result, fantasy is identified as a major leading factor in usage satisfaction among experiencial values. So it is important to reflect special concepts and atmospheres for emotional values, such as other world experience, new experience, and high-quality experience. And consumer return on investment was identified as a leading factor in positively affecting usage satisfaction. So it is important to develope a proper products that can enough benefits with reasonable prices. In the relationship between usage satisfaction and continuous usage intention, gender characteristics and occupational characteristics were found to play a moderating role. Male customers, and those with professional and self-employed occupations, were found to have higher continuous usage intention than females and other occupational customers. This is a result of the fact that customers with an economical power are likely to be continuous repeat customers of 5-star hotels, so the necessity of strengthening marketing activities such as research on the development of more differentiated and specialized products, service creation and atmosphere production for excellent consumers group.

This study investigates the science teacher identity of pre-service science teachers (PSTs) in the context of a teaching practice course. Twenty-two PSTs who took the 'Biological Science Lab. for Inquiry Learning' course at the College of Education participated in this study. Artifacts created during the course were collected, and the teaching practices and reflections were recorded and transcribed. In addition, semi-structured interviews were conducted with nine PSTs, recorded, and transcribed. We found the science teacher identity was not well revealed at the beginning of the course. Authoritative discourse appeared in the early oral reflections of PSTs, indicating that the PSTs perceived oral reflection activities as 'evaluation activities for teaching practice'. This perception shows that pre-service teachers participate in teaching practice courses as students attending a university, performing tasks and receiving evaluations from instructors. After the middle of the course, discourses showing the science teacher identity of the PSTs were observed. In the oral reflection after the middle part, dialogic discourses often arose, showing that the PSTs perceive the oral reflection activities as a 'learning activity for professional development'. In addition, in the second half, discourse appeared to connect and interpret one's experience with the teacher's activity, indicating that the PSTs perceive themselves as teachers at this stage. In addition, the perception of experimental classes was expanded through the course. During the course, the practice of equalizing the authority of the participants, providing a role model for reflection, and experiencing various positions from multiple viewpoints in the class had a positive effect on the formation and continuation of the teacher identity. This study provides implications on the teacher education process for teacher identity formation in PSTs.
The objective of this paper is to suggest plans to properly establish and promote the use of hospice music therapy by examining its necessity and how it is being used in Korea. Hospice music therapy is a clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions administered by a professional to alleviate total pains suffered by hospice patients and their families. While the effects of hospice music therapy have been reported by many studies, its meaning and value are still poorly understood in Korea, which explains the lack of related institutions in the nation. Recently policy-wise and legislative efforts have been made to promote hospice and palliative care, which in turn will likely fuel demand for hospice music therapy. Therefore, the meaning and role of hospice music therapy should be defined by major hospice and palliative care institutions and societies, followed by institutional and academic efforts as follows. First, a set of qualification criteria for hospice music therapists should be established to provide proven music therapy interventions to patients and their families. Second, a systematic program offering both theoretical and practical trainings needs to be developed to foster hospice music therapists. Last but not least, clinical studies should be promoted with development of a research road map for hospice music therapy and a standard protocol.
As the shoes industry has been strengthened due to the contemporary fashion industry becoming segmented more and more, it is necessary to provide the basic data for the shoes industry through more in-depth research on the relevant fields. Accordingly, this study investigated the research trends related to shoes in Korea on the aspect of the publication methods, research contents and research methodologies for identifying the existing research status. In accordance with the analysis, the researches had been published since 2015 and presented by one author or two co-authors. The authors of researches were mostly affiliated to the colleges. Thus, it was identified that the professional research should be implemented in cooperation with the industry. For the research contents, the researches related to the shoes industry focused on the 21st century in the period field and marketing and design in the theme field. Then, it is required to investigate the converged interdisciplinary themes in wider areas in more diverse periods. Next, the case study accounted for the highest ratio in the methodology. Moreover, the methodology applied per theme showed the significant difference. Accordingly, the researches need to be conducted through more diverse viewpoints and methodologies. In case of the difference per research type, the significant difference was found only in the research approaches. Furthermore, the specific methodology was preferred per theme regardless of the research types. Then, it was found that the methodology played the significant role in the researches on the shoes industry.
The foremost priority for establishing record management of public institutions is strengthening the function and role of the records centers in the institutions and creating the foundation of the organization and personnel for demonstrating professionalism of archivists. However, concept of current records center is not clear and there is no substance of the organization. It also says that once a records manager is deployed, a records center is founded since appointment criteria for archivists is prone to be interpreted subjectively by the institutions. Therefore, it's time for more concrete improvements to resolve these issues. This research analyses some problems found in the system of records centers in the main office and district offices of education focusing on the environment of them. The problems are centers without substance in district offices of education because of the organization structure that all authority has been assembled in the main office, and the reality of records managers who have fallen into records discarders, etc. To solve these problems, this paper proposes changing the appointment criteria for archivists, operating an integrated records center reflecting the intensive working system, and legislating special act on record management of educational institutions.
In special education, the operation of curriculum for students subject to special education is a role given to special teachers and integrated class teachers, and there are prior studies that many teachers experience difficulties in operating the curriculum. In this study, it was intended to find out the direction of special education courses and appropriate support measures for the operation of special education courses by exploring the experiences of special teachers and integrated class teachers, difficulties and suggestions in operating the curriculum. Participants in this study were special and integrated teachers with more than 15 years of experience, and all interviews were conducted in one-on-one in-depth interviews. After all the interviews have been prepared in full-length versions, the analysis has resulted in six major subjects and twelve subtopics; each teacher has different curriculum operations, difficulties in applying the curriculum, insufficient support systems, professional qualifications, and daily concerns of teachers in integrated classes. In the discussion, the direction of operation of special education courses for students and appropriate support measures for the operation of curriculum were discussed, and the limitations of research were presented and proposed.
Civil and commercial disputes can be resolved through alternative dispute settlement systems other than court proceedings. The Korean Arbitration Association Studies was founded in December 1990 to recognize the importance of arbitration procedures and conduct specialized research on them, with professional research on 'arbitration procedures' continuing until today. Thus, the Korean Arbitration Association Studies is positioned as the only specialized research organization in the field of arbitration. In the case of the Korean Arbitration Association Studies, which is the only society in Korea related to arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, the members are mainly scholars majoring in trade and commerce and ones majoring in law. This situation reflects the distinctive character of the arbitration system because it is a matter of dispute procedures related to trade and commerce and many scholars who research trade and commerce need to prepare for possible disputes. In addition, the arbitration procedure is a dispute settlement procedure that substitutes for litigation because it has research value as a legal system. In particular, the 'Journal of Arbitration Studies' published by the Korean Arbitration Association plays a role in mediation, as well as mediation and presentation of research papers in the ADR field. This study analyzes the trends of mediation and ADR-related papers published in 'Journal of Arbitration Studies', an academic journal of the Korean Arbitration Association Studies, in four dimensions, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Korean Arbitration Association Studies. First, this study examined which sub-themes are mainly studied among the various viewpoints of mediation through thematic analysis. Second, it looked at what methodology was used to study intervention at the methodological level. Third, it assessed what countries and regions had been mainly studied at the regional level. Fourth, in terms of content, what kind of research had been mainly conducted and what kind of research was relatively insufficient was investigated, analyzing the research results of the last 30 years and presenting a milestone for the research direction of 'Journal of Arbitration Studies' in the future.
