의료종사자의 역할갈등, 모호성, 직무만족이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Role Conflict, Ambiguity, and Job Satisfaction of the Health Professionals to Their Customer Orientation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 의료종사자의 역할갈등과 역할모호성, 직무만족이 고객지향성에 영향이 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 부산광역시 D병원에 재직 중인 의료종사자 대상으로 설문을 받은 후 불성실한 설문지 4부를 제외하고 최종적으로 250부의 설문지를 통계처리하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 연구가설의 검증을 위하여 고객지향성에 대한 전반적인 평균값을 종속변수로 하고, 역할갈등, 역할모호성, 직무만족의 요인값을 독립변수로 해서 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 회귀식의 설명력은 18%로 나타났으며, 회귀식은 통계적으로 0.001수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 의료종사자의 고객지향성을 보다 면밀하게 분석하기 위하여 직무만족의 요인값을 독립변수로 해서 추가적으로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과는 전체 회귀식의 설명력이 8%이며, 회귀식은 통계적으로 0.001수준에서 유의미하며(F: 6.908, BETA: 0.281, t: 3.880), 둘째 차원인 공감성과의 다중회귀분석 결과는 전체 회귀식의 설명력이 12%이며, 회귀식은 통계적으로 0.001수준에서 유의미하며(F: 10.741, BETA: 0.272, t: 3.835), 셋째 차원인 유형성과의 다중회귀분석 결과는 전체 회귀식의 설명력이 12%이며, 회귀식은 통계적으로 0.001수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타났으며(F: 11.100, BETA: 0.228, t: 3.226,), 넷째 차원인 신뢰성과의 다중회귀분석 결과는 전체 회귀식의 설명력은 20%이며, 회귀식은 통계적으로 0.001수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타나(F: 20.554, BETA: 0.401, t: 5.949) 전반적으로 의료종사자의 역할 모호성이 고객지향적 응대성, 공감성, 유형성, 신뢰성에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

어린이집의 교사전문성 지원환경이 초임교사의 전문성 인식에 미치는 영향: 직무수행동기의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of a Professional Learning Environment at a Day Care Center on the Professionalism of Beginning Teachers: Focusing on the Mediating Role of Their Work Task Motivation)

  • Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of a teacher professional learning environment at workplace day care centers on the professionalism of beginning teachers and also to verify the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on that relationship. Methods: The participants were 129 new teachers currently employed at workplace day care centers. The Current Status for Professional Competence was used to measure the teachers' professionalism. The Professional Learning Environment Inventory assesses the professional learning environment of day care centers. To measure the work task motivation, the Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teachers was used. Results: Firstly, positive relationships were identified between a professional learning environment and their intrinsic motivation and identified motivation. However, there were also negative relationships between the professional learning environment and their introjected motivation and amotivation. Secondly, this study partially verified the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on the relationship between the professional learning environment and teachers' professionalism. Conclusion/Implications: The relationship between the professional learning environment and the professionalism of beginning teachers was mediated by the teachers'own intrinsic motivations, identified motivations, and amotivation.

Model of Future Teacher's Professional Labor Training (Art & Craft Teacher)

  • Economic transformations have led to an increase in the role of creative assets and their central role in public life. Changes in creative activity have led to a change in the organization of the work of institutes engaged in the training of specialists, in particular teachers of labor education. Methods and approaches to training determine the development of creative industries, being the basis for models of professional training of future teachers of labor training. The purpose of an article was to develop a modern model of professional training of future teachers of labor training based on the concept of creative economy. The methodology is based on the concepts of holistic craft and creative economy. Based on the integration of pedagogical learning models "Craft as design and problem-solving", "Craft as skill and knowledge building", "Craft as product-making" and "Craft as self-expression" developed and experimentally confirmed the conceptual model of professional training of future teachers of labor training. The proposed model forms a practitioner with professional, technical, digital and creative skills who is able to transfer the experience to students. The training course "Creativity and creative thinking" has been developed. The model provided for the development of a course based on the strategy of developing professional creativity, flexibility, improvisation, openness, student activity, joint practice, student-oriented approach. The practical value implies the adaptation of the developed model of professional training of future teachers of labor education during the training of teachers in higher education, which is confirmed in the experiment.

  • This study aims to present the necessity of 'mathematics for teacher' and advices for enhancing professionalism of mathematics teacher. Many mathematics teachers don't know formula giving roots of cubic and quartic equation which is presented as a example of mathematics for teacher, but they feel the necessity of professional knowledge like mathematics for teacher. As the role of mathematics teachers changes, professionalism in various fields is required. That is, they must be equipped with the belief and attitude as a professional and understand the content of mathematics for teacher and mathematics education theory. After all, loaming mathematics depends on the quality of mathematics teacher.

  • To cope with recent high gas prices and global warming phenomenon, the latest gasoline engine technologies are focusing on direction injection, downsizing by turbo charging, variable compression ratio, controlled auto Ignition to enhance fuel efficiency and satisfy emission regulations. The variable valve train technology will be a basement for these innovative technologies in internal combustion engines and is supposed to play a key role to improve low thermal efficiency and pumping loss in gasoline engine caused by low compression ratio and throttled operation respectively.

중학교 가정과 교사의 가정과교육에 대한 견해와 역할수행에 관한 연구 (Attitudes to Home Economics Education and Role Performance of Home Economics Teacher in Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate attitudes to home economics education and role performance of home economics teacher in middle school. The target population of the study was middle school home economics teachers. A booklet of questionnaire was sent to home economics teachers in 499 middle school by mail throughout the whole country. 224 data(respondent rate was 45%) was analyzed into frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS program. The results were as follows: 1. Most home economics teachers more agreed to the progressive view of home economics education than to the r=traditional one. The majority of home economics teachers had best performed role as task performer and the second as counselor. The role as instructor was worst performed. 2. Regarding to views of home economics education according to personal and professional characteristics, only the traditional views of home economics education was statistically meaningful on teaching experience and types of school. 3. Regarding to degrees of role performance according to personal and professional characteristics of home economics teachers, teaching experience, types of school, plan to study in graduate school were statistically meaningful. 4. The group for traditional views had performed the role as home economics teacher better than the group against the view.

응급실 간호사의 전문직 자아개념, 간호수행능력과 재직의도 (The Relationships between Professional Self- Concept, Nursing Performance and Retention Intention of Emergency Department Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between professional self-concept, nursing performance and retention intention of emergency department (ER) nurse. Methods: Data were collected from a convenience sample of 200 ER nurses who worked in one of 9 hospitals in 2cities. The instrument for this study was a structured questionnaire on professional self-concept, nursing performance and retention intention. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: The mean score for professional self-concept was 2.52 (0.27), for nursing performance was 2.70(0.31), and for retention intention, 4.87 (1.48). There were significant differences on three variables length of ER career, average income, and satisfaction with nursing. There was a significant positive correlation between professional self-concept and nursing performance, and retention intention. Professional self-concept was the most significant predictor variable. Conclusion: The results suggest that the improvement of ER nurses' professional self-concept will improve their nursing performance and retention intention. Therefore, it is necessary to develop strategies which strengthens professional self-concept in order to improve ER nurses' performance and retention intention.

상처장루실금간호사의 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing Factors on Task Performance of Wound Ostomy Continence Nurses in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify variables influencing task performance of wound ostomy continence nurses (WOCN). Methods: Data were collected from 80 WOCN in Korea from September to October 2011 using a self-reported questionnaire. Variables consisted of task performance, empowerment, professional autonomy, job satisfaction and job-related variables. Data were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Professional autonomy was a major predictor of task performance of WOCN (F=37.37, p=<.001). Empowerment(F=33.10, p=.001) and completion of the professional education course for wound ostomy continence nursing WOCN(F=7.46, p=.008) were the other significant predictors of task performance. The regression model explained 45.3% of task performance. Conclusion: Professional autonomy, empowerment and completion of the professional education course contribute to task performance of WOCN. These findings have important implications for organizations hoping to achieve the maximum potential of WOCN's professional role. Therefore, strategies for reinforcement of professional autonomy, empowerment, and completion of professional education course are necessary for WOCN working in South Korea.

임상 신규간호사의 상급 초보자에서 적임자로 되어가는 경험 (A Study on Experience of Transition from New Clinical Nurse to Competent Step)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to describe nurses' experience in transition from new graduate nurses to professional clinical nursees in a hospital. Methods: Ten new clinical nurses working in a hospital participated in this study. Data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed using phenomenology. Results: The analysis yielded five core category themes from new nurses for becoming a professional nurse: (a) beginning of hardship journey (b) feeling of inability in workplace (c) struggling hard to develop skills (d) enduring hardships by soothing oneself and peer support (e) beginning of an exciting journey. Conclusion: Over time, new nurses face many difficulties in transition to a professional status. To enhance the role development of new clinical nurses in hospital settings, nursing schools and clinical fields must teach and prepare them. Nursing schools should teach a strong theoretical base as well as nursing skills. In addition, in the clinical nursing department, education, teaching the integrated systems, staff development, support, evaluation, and feedback are needed for new nurses's development.

광고모델의 이직의도 -신뢰성과 매력성, 그리고 윤리적 환경의 조절효과를 중심으로- (Commercial Models' Turnover Intention: With a Focus on the Moderating Effects of Self-belief, Attractiveness, and Ethical Environment)

  • 외형적으로 화려하고 인기직종으로 보이는 광고모델이지만 이면에는 많은 광고모델들이 직업에 적응하지 못하고 비교적 단기간에 이직하고 있다. 이는 광고모델 에이젠시의 업무에 상당한 차질을 초래하고 그 신뢰성에 부정적 영향을 주며 매출감소로 이어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 광고모델의 전문직업적 정체성, 감정노동, 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 또한 전문직업적 정체성, 감정노동, 역할갈등과 이직의도의 관계에서 신뢰성과 매력성 그리고 윤리적환경의 조절효과를 분석하여 광고모델의 이직의도에 대한 개선책을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 역할갈등, 감정노동, 전문직업적 정체성의 순서로 광고모델의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 이들 독립변수들과 이직의도간의 관계에 신뢰성, 매력성, 윤리적환경을 투입하여 조절효과를 검증한 결과 신뢰성은 감정노동이 이직의도에 미치는 부정적 영향을 조절하며, 윤리적환경은 전문직업적 정체성이 낮을 경우 이직의도에 미치는 부정적 영향을 조절하는 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 감정노동자인 광고모델에게 자기신뢰가 갖는 중요성을 부각시키고 광고모델이 태어나는 것이 아니라 전문적이고 체계적이며 바람직한 직업 환경에 의해 만들어짐을 의미한다 하겠다.
