The study was conducted via interviews of three participants who completed Circus Professional Training Program to comprehend their experiences of participating the programs in Korea and France. Result of this study revealed that the participants were able to set their goals to jump up, and expand their movements through the program that was held in Korea. Experiencing the great cirus world in France, they showed eagerness to go back and get more training. Despite of these positive effects, they have faced a difficulty how to continue their leaning and goals for the circus in the absence of circus facilities and places to practice. The system that they can take the next step is not ready yet, either. There should be some solutions to these problems. In order to develop the circus education, they hoped that Seoul Foundation Arts and Culture continues circus education with consistency. In addition to that, many national and circus educational organizations should be activated to establish the circus professional educational system.

Method: Participants in this study were 354 nurses from three hospitals and one university. The scales of organizational culture, informatics competency for nurses were used. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, canonical correlation were used for data analysis. Results: The dominant organizational culture was hierarch-oriented culture. Nursing informatics competency of the participants was relatively low with a mean score 3.04. Organizational culture was related to informatics competency with 2 significant canonical variables. The first variate showed the higher four subcategories of organizational culture showed the better nursing informatics. The second variate indicated that nurses felt higher innovation-related and lower hierarch-related culture showed higher medical informatics-related software usage and computer related information management, lower perception of informatics and information search using internet. • The purpose of this study was evaluated physiological activity effect of organic germanium in culture broth of germanium-fortified Tricholoma matsutake mycelium and germanium-fortified yeast. Proliferation Tricholoma matsutake mycelium and yeast was inhibited by addition of germanium. Contents of organic germanium in Tricholoma matsutake mycelium and yeast was increased in dose-dependent manner. And low concentration(1,000 ppm) of germanium in mycelium was almost changed organic germanium. In the result of antioxidant activity as SOD-like activity, contents of total polyphenol compound and electron donating ability, activity of germanium-fortified Tricholoma matsutake mycelium was higher than that of germanium-fortified yeast. To evaluate of antitumor effects in vitro, we examined nitric oxide production of Raw 264,7 cell and cytotoxicity of HT1080 cell by MTT assay. Nitric oxide production of germanium-fortified Tricholoma matsutake mycelium was shown low level in low concentration(1,000 ppm) than other groups. The anticancer effect of germanium-fortified Tricholoma matsutake mycelium on HT 1080 cell was indicated a strong inhibitory effect in low concentration(1,000 ppm). These results suggest that organic germanium in culture broth of germanium-fortified Tricholoma matsutake mycelium has valuable physiological activities as antioxidant and anticancer effect, and it was higher than that of germanium-fortified yeast.

From April 10, 2023 to April 28, 2023, data were collected from 145 nurses caring for COVID-19 patients in three designated COVID-19 hospitals in G-do using a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correction coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis were used using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of analyzing the factors affecting the quality of professional life of nurses caring for COVID-19 patients, resilience (β=.49, p<.001) and job stress (β=-.36, p<.001) were found, and the explanatory power of the model was 53.7% (F=32.20, p<.001). As a result of this study, in order to improve the quality of professional life of nurses caring for COVID-19 patients, concrete measures to reduce job stress and improve resilience should be sought.

We observed the procedures of mentoring, and contents of mentoring in PD program. For this purpose, we implemented PD program with participant unit composed of 3 or 4 teachers in the same school and total 25 teachers from 4 elementary schools and 4 high schools. Also there were 1 mentor and 1 sub-mentor to support each school. Observed mentoring processes were all recorded and the participants not only were interviewed several times but also wrote reflection notes after meetings. While mentoring PD program was implemented, mentor and mentee had joint responsibility about lessons implemented by mentee. Furthermore It showed possibility of change of teacher learning culture, learning culture of community. It means that teacher would improve their professionalism more effectively within teacher community instead of individual. 4 reflection contents was founded in collaborative mentring; 1)purpose of mathematics education, 2)motivation and connection between previous lecture and present lecture 3)lack of mathematical contents in lesson 4)discourse between teacher and students.

  • Through diversification of 4th industries and transportation and globalization, tourism was developed for medical purposes, not limited to touring tourist attractions. The trend of medical tourism in Korea is shifting from large and medium-sized hospitals to professional medical services in one area of small hospitals rather than professional medical services. However, small hospitals lack medical coordinators and interpretation services, and tourists who visit Korea for treatment lack information on small hospitals. Therefore, a platform is needed to match small hospitals with medical tourists. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations. Tourists also want to propose a customized platform to select the right area for them to check information about small-scale hospitals and choose the treatment and tourist attractions they wants. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations.
