The computationally simple quantum mechanical method (VSCF-DWB-IOS) has been applied to studying the Ar-$CO_2$ vibrational predissociation phenomenon. The new methodology utilizes the vibrational self-consistent field method to determine the vibrational structure of the van der Waals complex, the distorted-wave Born approximation for dissociating process, and the infinite-order sudden approximation for the continuum dissociating product of $CO_2$. The dissociation due to the coupling of the symmetric stretching vibrational motion of $CO_2$ with the motion of the Ar van der Waals mode has been extensively investigated. The lifetimes of transient excited vibrational states, linewidths of absorption peak, and the rotational state distributions of the product, $CO_2$ have been computed. It has been found that the lifetime of the Ar-$CO_2$ in excited vibrational state is very long compared with that of triatomic van der Waals complexes and the product $CO_2$ carries a major portion of dissociation energy as a rotational energy.

In a time when product development cycles are getting shorter and shorter, many companies are making efforts to develop products with high reliability in a short period of time, accelerated life test is widely used as a method to quickly evaluate reliability. Accelerated life test reduces the test life or the life of the product from the observed data by shortening the lifetime of the product or abruptly lowering the performance under the worse condition than the actual condition in order to shorten the test cost or the test time. In this paper, BL3640A-06P+RB35, DC12V model, which is used in the support device of an automatic rotation type digital signage, which display various information such as textures and images on a display screen in a public place or a commercial space, BLDC motors were subjected to a constant stress test and at the rotational speed of 1rpm, $180^{\circ}$ rotation and reverse rotation under actual use conditions, the stress was imposed on the rotating speed of 2rpm and the weight of the actual installed product from 22.2kgf to 10kgf were installed. The lifetime of the actual use environment condition is 23,545 hours and the rotation speed is accelerated. The life time of the acceleration condition with the additional weight is 1,380 hours. The acceleration factor is calculated as 17.06, the one year guarantee test day is 235 days to 14 days, of the period from 470 days to 28 days, and the third year from 704 days to 42 days. The test date of the BLDC motor was tested on the shortened test date, and the rotational speed and the current value were measured. It is found that there is no defect even if it operates as the test date corresponding to the specified one year warranty period and the 3 year accelerated life test which is experimented. Using the statistical technique of the regression analysis the expected time for the motor to defect to #4 samples was 20 years.

As the result(also after it's been carried out the damping force test with 800ea lateral dampers of 50ea trainset from entering heavy maintenance workshop to implement heavy maintenance inspection cycle, there were 86.25%(650ea) which were out of $350kg{\pm}15%$ of the standard value of damping force compared to the reference value. After the implementation of heavy maintenance inspection cycle, it's been examined damping force test with total samples 32ea(samples 8ea per a trainset) from actual running EMU 4ea trainset. As the result, percent defective was 84.4%(27ea), which was a very high level. System. The lateral damper's the failure cause of damping force defective was oil leakage caused by tearing crack of oil seal and foreign material in oil iron 473 ~ 1932 times higher than that of new oil, copper 36 ~ 98 times higher than that of new oil reduced oil amount cycling damping valve. It resulted from the change cause of damping force. In the static analysis on the shape of lateral damper oil seal's the existing and improved product, the stress of the improved product was smaller than that of the existing product. In the fatigue analysis, the existing product showed a low life in the upper area. However, in case of the improved product, it could be confirmed that the destruction did not occur up to the specified 1.0e + 006 cycles and the lifetime was further improved in most areas.

사회적 네트워크는 하나의 문화적 현상으로 자리매김하였다. 단절된 고객들을 위해 새로운 매체가 필요한 시대에 많은 사람들이 이러한 사회적 네트워크들이 전통적인 광고와 마케팅 툴의 강력한 대안이 될 수 있다고 믿고 있다. 본 연구는 사회적 네트워크 안에서 구성원들의 무형의 가치를 계량화함으로써 고객가치 평가에 대한 새로운 시각을 제공하고자 하였다. 고객들의 유형의 가치만을 평가하는 것은 고객들 간의 상호 연결성을 고려하지 않는 것이므로 어떤 고객들이 중요한 고객인가에 대해 부분적인 설명만이 가능하다. 따라서 고객들의 가치를 제대로 파악하기 위해서는 고객생애가치(CLV: Customer Lifetime Value)와 같은 금전적인 유형 가치뿐만 아니라 사회적 네트워크 안에서 고객들이 다른 구성원들에게 미치는 영향과 같은 무형의 가치까지를 포함하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 고객생애가치라는 금전적인 가치와 네트워크 내에서 한 고객이 얼마나 중요한가를 나타내는 무형의 가치에 근거하여 고객을 평가할 수 있는 프레임웍을 제시하였다. 고객무형가치 즉 고객들의 네트워크 가치를 측정하기 위해 사회학의 기존 연구에 기초한 중심성(Centrality)지표를 활용하였다. 중심성(Centrality) 지표들을 통해 고객무형가치에 대한 금전적 가치까지 계산하기는 어렵지만 낮은 고객생애가치를 가지면서 높은 무형가치를 가지고 있는 고객 혹은 반대 경우의 고객들을 파악할 수 있다. 낮은 고객생애가치를 가진 고객들에게 기업이 많은 자원을 할당해서는 안 된다고 제안하고 있는 전통적인 고객생애가치 모델과는 달리, 이러한 양 방향적 가치접근은 고객생애가치는 낮을지라도 높은 네트워크 가치를 가지고 있다면 기업에게 중요할 수 있는 고객임을 제안하고 있다.

Today's environment of enterprise is changing. They have to face customer' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And also cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the profit as much as they can. This means the change of putting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In the Supply chain, The ATP function doesn't only give customers to conformation of delivery. It can be used by the core function with ATP rule that can reconcile supplies and demands on the supply chain. Therefore We can be acquire the conformation about on the due date of supplier by using the ATP function of management about real and concurrent access on the supply chain, also decide the affect about product availability due to forecasting or customer's orders through the ATP. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a CTP and analyzes data which is concerned of ATP. Under the these environments, defines the ATP rule that can improve the customer value and data flow related the LTV(Life Time Value) and builds on a algorithm.

고장원인이 여럿인 수리불가능한 제품에 대하여 사용환경에서 얻어진 고장데이터와 추적조사에 의해 얻어진 설명변수에 관한 데이터를 이용하여 제품의 고장원인별 수명분포를 추정한 배도선 등(1995)의 연구를 수리가능한 제품의 경우로 확장하였다. 수명분포의 모수와 설명변수가 대수선형 관계일 때 비동질성 포아송과정을 이용하여 의사우도함수를 유도하고, 고장원인별 수명이 와이블 분포를 따를 때의 의사 최우추정량과 점근분산을 구하였다. 추적조사 방법으로는 보증기간동안 고장이 발생하지 않은 제품의 일정비율을 추적조사하는 경우와 총 시험제품의 일정비율을 랜덤하게 선택하고 이들 중에서 보증기간동안 한번도 고장이 발생하지 않은 제품에 대해서만 추적조사하는 경우를 고려하였다.

This paper intends to suggest a design to reduce the thermal load of a hand-carried ultrasound (HCU) system, with the aim of increasing the product life. To design ways to reduce the heat load, the surface temperatures of key parts of an HCU system were measured as the 4 system cooling fans, which have a direct relation to the system life, were operated normally. When the derating rate of 80% was applied while the fans of the HCU system were operated abnormally, it was observed that the key image processing parts exceeded the surface temperature (TC) with consideration to derating. Since the part surface temperature did not exceed the derated level when the regulated voltage was derated from 12V to 9V, it is expected to lower the operating voltage of the fans to 9V to increase the fan and HCU system lifetime by 1.8 times.

In this paper, a optimal designing methodology is proposed to determine the parameters for skip-lot sampling plan of type SkSP-2 plan with double sampling plan as reference plan, when the lifetime of the product follows generalized exponential distribution. The two points on the operating characteristic curve approach are used to find the optimal parameters for the proposed plan. The plan parameters are determined so as to minimize the average sample number subject to satisfying simultaneously both producer and consumer risks at the acceptable and limiting quality levels respectively.

Smart street light controller is a product with advance micro controller base for energy saving in conventional street lighting systems. Intelligent Street light controller are specially developed for automation and energy saving in conventional street light systems and lighting systems. It is so designed that it operates on sunrise & sun set timings according to longitude of particular location with facilitate to set month wise civil twilight timings to cope up with all seasons. Dimming (Power down) mode selection switch on/off at fixed times with relay or contactor. Night dimming, staggering and intelligent control reduces burn hours and increases the lifetime of lamps with about 30% and low annual operating cost type base are among the most inexpensive wireless technologies available. Low initial costs As PLC wireless, there is no need to establish cable connection.
