The development of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has changed the manner in which English teachers are taught as instructors, as well as English language learners. Online-related technology, a product of development of ICT technology, is used for various purposes such as training teachers and enhancing professionalism of current teachers to practice more efficient training. The purpose of this study is to extract common domains and sub-domains related to development of cyber-type in-service training (INSET) through domestic and international case analyses and to develop content areas of INSET using cyberspace or efficient online INSET programs. To accomplish the purpose of this study, domestic and foreign cases were analyzed in relation to direction of development of online English teacher training programs.

The sequence of 3,221 nucleotides immediately adjacent to rpsA gene encoding 30S ribosomal protein S1 of Brevibacterium ammoniagenes was determined. A putative open reading frame (ORF) of 2,670 nucleotides for a polypeptide of 889 amino acid residues and a TAG stop codon was found, which is located at a distance of 723 nucleotides upstream from rpsA gene with same translational direction. The deduced amino acid sequence of the ORF was found to be highly homologous to the DNA polymerase I of Streptomyces griseus (75.48％), Rhodococcus sp. ATCC 15963 (56.69％), Mycobacterium tuberculosis (55.46％) and Mycobacterium leprae (53.99％). It was suggested that the predicted product of the ORF is a DNA polymerase I with three functional domains. Two domains of 5 → 3 exonuclease and DNA polymerase are highly conserved with other DNA polymerase I, but 3 → 5 exonuclease domain is less conserved.

Today, many companies will be isolated in competition if they do not have competitive power to overcome quick change and big crisis of market. Nowadays, globally high-grade companies have done their best for increasing their competitive power through a many kinds of methods in keen competition for making of pacesetting position. This study focuses on distribution with the domains like capacity, layout, amount of location, assignment of product, operation procedure and operation rule in order to improve these domains, we make a further application of eight analysis ways based on DMAIC method for improving operation of processes of distribution center as the third profit source. The purpose of this study is to seek an approach that can easily adopt of Lean Six Sigma in operational management of distribution center by a kind of data, analysis method and template.

The aim of this article is to estimate the coefficient bounds of certain subclasses of analytic functions. We claim that this is a novel and unique effort in combining the coefficient functional along with the new domains and the probability distributions which have not been found or are available in the literature of coefficients bounds. Here the authors analyze these bounds in the special domains associated with exponential function and sine function. Further we obtain Fekete-Szegö inequalities for the defined subclasses of analytic functions defined through Poisson distribution series and Pascal distribution series.

상품검색은 고객들이 전자상거래의 접촉을 시작하는 인터페이스로서 매우 중요한 프로세스이다. 또한 전자상거래는 고객들에게 검색 시 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 프로세스를 제공하여야 한다. 특히 World Wide Web에서 상품정보는 광범위한 고객들이 신속하게 팽창하는 정보를 추적하기 위해서 통합과 표준화가 이뤄져야 한다. 상품 카탈로그(catalogue)에 대한 국제 표준화가 다양한 분야와 업종에서 구축되어져 왔는데, 요즈음은 UNSPSC((Universal Standard Products and Services Classification) 코드로의 수렴에 대한 논의가 활발해지고 있다. 이 표준을 채택하여 이 논문은 다국어상품검색 에이전트의 아키텍쳐(architecture)를 설계한다. 이 아키텍쳐는 중앙등록기 모델의 상품 카탈로그 관리를 기반으로 하여 분산처리의 update프로세스를 채택한다. 또한 이 아키텍쳐는 구매자 관점과 공급자 관점을 모두 고려한다. 상품정보의 일관성과 버전 관리는 UNSPSC코드 시스템에 의하여 제어된다. 고객이 사용하기 편리하도록 표준화에 포함되어져 있지 않은 상품명과 다국어 상품명은 Semantic Network, 시소러스(thesaurus)와 Semantic Web의 상품명 온톨로지 등을 활용하여 해결한다. 이를 위한 알고리즘들을 설계하고 또한 구현한다.

제품수명주기관리(Product Lifecycle Management)는 8개의 지식영역으로 구성된 잘 정의된 관리방법이다. 4차 산업혁명이 스마트 팩토리와 밀접한 관련이 있기 때문에 궁극적으로 제품의 아이디어 생성에서 폐기까지의 전 과정을 효과적으로 관리하는 제품수명주기관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 제품수명주기관리 분야의 전문가를 대상으로 제품수명주기관리의 지식영역의 현재와 향후 적용정도를 4차 산업혁명의 관점에서 분석하였다. 제품수명주기관리의 지식영역이 현장에서 어느 정도 적용되고 있는지를 현재의 관점과 가까운 미래의 관점에서 전문가 인식을 분석하였다. 제품수명주기관리의 지식영역의 현재 및 미래의 적용정도를 분석하고, 적용정도의 관점에서 지식영역 간의 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 중심으로 그 의미와 향후 흐름을 제시하였다.

오피니언 마이닝은 문서로부터 의견을 추출하는 텍스트 마이닝의 응용분야로 현재 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 대부분의 관련 연구는 특정 제품군에 대해서 주어진 특징별로 긍정과 부정 평가를 나누는 감성분류에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 하지만 제품별로 강조되는 특성들을 구별해내는 연구는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 특성별로 오피니언 문서들을 분류하고, 이를 이용하여 특정 제품군에 대해서 제품별로 강조되는 특성들을 선별하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법에서는 텍스트 클러스터링을 활용하였으며, 새로운 유사도 계산 방식을 사용하였다. 또한 실험을 통하여 제안된 방법의 유용성을 증명하였다.

We compute explicitly the matrix represented by the Toeplitz operator on the Hardy space over a smoothly finitely connected bounded domain in the plane with respect to special orthonormal bases consisting of the classical kernel functions for the space of square integrable functions and for the Hardy space. The Fourier coefficients of the symbol of the Toeplitz operator are obtained from zeroth row vectors and zeroth column vectors of the matrix. And we also find some condition for the product of two Toeplitz operators to be a Toeplitz operator in terms of matrices.

Cells are eliminated in a variety of physiological settings by apoptosis, a genetically encoded process of cellular suicide. Bak, a member of the Bcl-2 protein family, accelerates apoptosis by an unknown mechanism. We have found a novel cDNA encoding a 101 amino acid protein possessing a Bak-like in our full-length cDNA bank. Bak-like shares the conserved domains BHI and 2 with other proapoptotic proteins but lacks the BH3 domain. Bak-like is expressed in a wide variety of tissues. Like Bak, Bak-like gene product primarily enhances apoptotic cell death following an appropriate stimulus.

A mapping f : $M{\rightarrow}N$ between Hilbert $C^*$-modules approximately preserves the inner product if $$\parallel<f(x),\;f(y)>-<x,y>\parallel\leq\varphi(x,y)$$ for an appropriate control function $\varphi(x,y)$ and all x, y $\in$ M. In this paper, we extend some results concerning the stability of the orthogonality equation to the framework of Hilbert $C^*$-modules on more general restricted domains. In particular, we investigate some asymptotic behavior and the Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of the orthogonality equation.
