스마트 농업 확산을 위한 IoT기반 개방형 플랫폼의 필요성 및 구축 방안 연구 (A Study on the Necessity and Construction Plan of the Internet of Things Platform for Smart Agriculture)

  • Korea has high quality level of ICT Technologies, however it still have a long way to go before invigoration of ICT in agriculture industry. The government of Korea supply to agriculture ICT systems, however these are the enclosed type and insufficient the level of connectivity, compatibility, and integrity between ICT systems. Farmers can not share crop information and one system can not use with others in combination. Recently, IoT(Internet of Things) become popular to emphasize the vision of a global internet and ICT industry. The IoT is a critical technology that leads future internet generation. We believe that IoT will change status of agriculture industry and appearance of various agriculture business model. Using IoT technology is provided a platform of opportunities to optimize work processes and efficient use of energy, time and labour in farm. It can automatically control temperature, humidity, sunshine system and so on for optimal growth conditions at greenhouse and plant factory. Growth setting can even be controlled and monitored crop condition and disease by a smartphone app or PC. It is possible to improve quality of farming and farm product. We suggest that construction of IoT platform through open API in agriculture industry.

  • The invention of VHDL(Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language), Technical language of Hardware, is a kind of turning point in digital circuit designing, which is being more and more complicated and integrated. Because of its excellency in expression ability of hardware, VHDL is not only used in designing Hardware but also in simulation for verification, and in exchange and conservation, composition of the data of designs, and in many other ways. Especially, It is very important that VHDL is a Technical language of Hardware standardized by IEEE, intenational body with an authority. The biggest problem in modern circuit designing can be pointed out in two way. One is a problem how to process the rapidly being complicated circuit complexity. The other is minimizing the period of designing and manufacturing to survive in a cutthroat competition. To promote the use of VHDL, more than a simple use of simulation by VHDL, it is requested to use VHDL in composing logical circuit with chip manufacturing. And, by developing the quality of designing technique, it can contribute for development in domestic industry related to ASIC designing. In this paper in designing SMPS(Switching mode power supply), programming PWM by VHDL, it can print static voltage by the variable load, connect computer to chip with byteblaster, and download in Max(EPM7064SLCS4 - 5)chip of ALTER. To achieve this, it is supposed to use VHDL in modeling, simulating, compositing logic and product of the FPGA chip. Despite its limit in size and operating speed caused by the specific property of FPGA chip, it can be said that this method should be introduced more aggressively because of its prompt realization after designing.

Investigation of ${\alpha}$-Glucosidase Inhibitory Activity of Ethanolic Extracts from 19 Species of Marine Macroalgae in Korea

  • In the present work, we have collected 19 species of macroalgae (9 Phaeophta and 10 Rhodophyta) f rom all around of Korea: Dictyopteris divaricata, D. prolifera, Myelophycus cavus, Papenfussiella kuromo, Petalonia zosterifolia, Petrospongium rugosum, Rugulopteryx okamurae, Sargassum fulvellum, S. muticum, Callophyllis japonica, Gloiopeltis tenax, Gracilaria longissima, Gracilaria vermiculophylla, Grateloupia asiatica, Grateloupia lanceolata, Grateloupia sparsa, Grateloupia turuturu, Grateloupia sp, and Polyopes affinis. The macroalgal species were extracted by 70% ethanol (EtOH) for 24 h and evaluated its inhibitory effects on ${\alpha}$-glucosidase. Among ethanol extracts, Myelophycus cavus showed the most effectively inhibitory activity ($IC_{50}$, 2.17 ${\mu}g/ml$) against ${\alpha}$-glucosidase, followed by Sargassum fulvellum (<$IC_{50}$, 8.13 ${\mu}g/ml$), Dictyopteris prolifera ($IC_{50}$, 16.66 ${\mu}g/ml$), Rugulopteryx okamurae ($IC_{50}$, 50.63 ${\mu}g/ml$), and Petrospongium rugosum ($IC_{50}$, 101.62 ${\mu}g/ml$). Furthermore, MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay showed no cytotoxicity on mouse pre-adipocytes cell line (3T3-L1). These results suggest that some edible macroalgae merit further evaluation for clinical usefulness as anti-diabetic functional foods.

왕겨보드 제조를 위한 적정 전처리 조건에 관한 연구 (Study on the Optimum Pre-treatment Condition for Manufacture of Rice Hull Board)

  • 본 연구는 해마다 100만 톤 이상이 생산되는 국내산 왕겨를 이용하여 왕겨보드를 제조함에 있어, 무처리 왕겨로 제조한 왕겨보드의 기계적 성질의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 왕겨를 전처리함으로써 그 물리 기계적 성질을 개선하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 무처리, 증자처리 및 가성소다로 알칼리처리한 왕겨보드보다 폭쇄처리한 왕겨보드가 휨강도 및 박리강도가 더 높았으며, 이때 적정 폭쇄처리 조건은 압력 20kgf/$cm^2$, 시간 1분과 압력 25kgf/$cm^2$, 1분이었다. 무처리 왕겨보드의 경우 휨강도, 박리강도 모두 KS를 만족시키지 못한 반면, 폭쇄처리 왕겨 보드의 경우 KS PB 18.0형의 기준을 모두 만족시켰으며, PB 대조구와 비교할 때 동등한 강도를 보였다. 기타 왕겨 전처리의 경우에 있어서도 가성소다처리보다는 증자처리가 왕겨보드의 강도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

SPA 브랜드의 마케팅 성공요인 탐색 -근거이론을 중심으로- (Exploratory Study on the Success Factors of SPA Brands from Marketing Perspectives -Based on Grounded Theory-)

  • The fashion industry has been rearranged by Global SPA brands (like ZARA and H&M), which are powerful retailers that integrate the value chain ranging from manufacturing to sales. SPA brands can offer good quality of clothing at a reasonable price by cutting the margin between the supply chain. They are also called fast fashions since they make expedited efforts to respond to market trends and consumers. Despite the slow growth of the fashion industry in Korea, as global SPA brands rapidly expand market share, traditional fashion companies have launched several SPA brands such as MIXXO and SPAO (E-LAND), 8SECONDS (CHEIL INDUSTRIES). The few academic studies on this subject are focused on the analysis of secondary data such as news and books. The current research is qualitative and empirical attempts to explore the success factor of SPA brands with analysis of 1:1 in-depth interviews with experts who have worked for global SPAs such as Uniqlo, H&M, and ZARA, based on the grounded theory. The main phenomenon was shown to be that global SPA brands were popular since they offer a variety of products with a large assortment at reasonable and cheap prices in a large scale and multifunctional retail store. Most of them displayed main phenomena that can be realized due to the purchasing cycle of clothing that is shorter with consumers' regarding clothing as consumables. Global SPA brands had three types of marketing strategy: sellable product, sales strategy according to consumer response, and multifunctional stores. Each global SPA brand developed marketing strategies based on core competency and national conditions. The three success factors shorten the consumer decision making process of clothing. This study concludes with implications for practitioners of SPA brands born in Korea.

중수로 정지냉각계통의 냉각능력 분석 (Analysis of Cooldown Capability for the HWR Shutdown Cooling System)

  • 원자로 정지냉각계통은 원자로 정지 시 핵연료 잔열 제거를 위하여 냉각수가 충분히 공급하고 원자로기기들을 보호할 수 있는 냉각율을 유지할 수 있도록 설계되어야 한다. 경수로 정지냉각계통을 분석하기 위한 KDESCENT코드를 중수로 정지냉각계통에 적용하여 보았으며 기존의 중수로형 해석코드인 SOPHT, SDCS 코드 결과와 비교분석하였다. 정지냉각펌프 모드와 열수송펌프 모드에서 정상냉각 운전상태는 계통의 설계 요건을 만족시켰으며 정지냉각 열교환기를 열제거원으로 사용하였을 때 냉각률은 설계요건에서 규정하고 있는 제한치인 $2.8^{\circ}C/min$ 이하의 값을 얻었다. 전반적인 냉각능력 분석 결과 월성 2, 3, 4호기 정지냉각계통은 핵연료로부터 핵분열 생성물의 방출을 충분히 제한하고 핵연료채널의 건전성을 유지시키기 위한 충분한 냉각을 핵연료에 제공하였다.

  • 본 연구는 중소기업의 정보화를 추진함에 있어, 정보화 중에서도 중단기적인 도입 성과를 낼 수 있는 생산설비정보화 구축을 위하여, 성형제조업 분야의 생산실적 수집에 대한 표준 모델을 연구 개발한다. 성형제조업 생산설비정보화 표준화를 위한 개발방법론은 기 연구 개발된 생산설비정보화 개발 방법론(PSDM)을 적용하며, 표준화 모델은 생산관리 프로세스 중 메인 프로세스인 원자재수급 관리와 생산량 집계 2개의 프로세스를 표준화 시키고 표준 모듈을 개발한다. 본 연구로 생산설비정보화를 구축하고자 하는 성형제조업 중소기업 및 관련 전문 IT업체 들이 표준화된 모듈을 적용하여 시스템을 보다 효과적으로 구축 할 수 있으며, 시스템에 대한 구축 용이성과 신뢰성을 제공한다. 본 연구 결과를 적용함으로써 생산공정의 불합리한 요소제거, 생산제품 품질 향상, 생산비용절감이 가능하다.

  • As the instability of oil prices rose because of the situation in Libya, oil prices worldwide recorded the highest level due to the interference in supply. And so, in the 21st century, increasing efforts are being made to use clean new renewable energy centered on solar energy in accommodation of the cycle of nature instead of being reliant on the oil exporting nations. In order to reduce city energy internationally, the implementation of a low carbon city under the combined cooperation of industrial. construction, new renewable energy and transportation sectors with continuous development centered on low carbon green urban planning is now becoming established as the paradigm of the times. Recently, the government has begun carrying out the One Million Green Home Project, which is a project where the government with the goal of providing one million renewable energy homes by 2020 gives renewable energy subsidization for a partial amount of the standard unit price of installation when solar ray, solar heat, geothermal heat, small wind power or fuel cell energy is used. Thus, through this thesis which studies the state of and surveys the green village at Shingok-ri Songhak-myun Jaecheon-shi, it is the desire that the One Million Green Homes Project will be more efficiently developed and plans for improvement formed so that a high level of satisfaction in the product will be provided.

디젤기관에서의 경유-메탄올 혼합유의 연소 안전성과 연소특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Combustion Stability and Characteristics for D.O - Methanol Blending Oil in Diesel Engine)

  • It has recently been reported that methanol fuel has been used in the product carrier with established duel fuel engine, which has been greatly reducing emissions of $CO_2$, NOx and SOx from the engine. However, to use methanol alone as fuel oil in a general diesel engine, design modification of cylinder head is needed because the ignition aid device or the duel fuel injection system is needed. On the other hand, only if the mixer is installed on the fuel oil supply line, diesel oil - methanol blending oil can be used as fuel oil for the diesel engine, but there is a problem of the phase separation when two fuels are mixed. In this study, diesel oil and methanol were blended compulsorily in preventing the phase separation with installing agitators and a fuel oil boost pump on fuel line of a test engine. Also, cylinder pressure and fuel consumption quantity were measured according to engine load and methanol blending ratio, and indicated mean effective pressure, heat release rate and combustion temperature obtained from the single zone combustion model were analyzed to investigate the effects of latent heat of vaporization of methanol on combustion stability and characteristics. As a result, the combustion stability and characteristics of 10% methanol blending oil are closest to the those of diesel oil, and it could be used as fuel oil in existing diesel engines without deterioration of engine performance and combustion characteristics.

서비스 혁신 전략 및 개발 관점에서의 서비스 비즈니스에 대한 학술적 연구 대상 영역의 탐색 (An Exploration on the Academic Research Areas for Service Business in the Perspective of Service Innovation Strategy and Development)

  • 서비스 비즈니스는 그 분야가 프로세스나 상품 유형 등에 있어서 매우 다양하다. 따라서 상호 의사소통이나 경험 학습의 공유가 중요한데도 불구하고, 이 분야에서는 그동안 전통적으로 학술적인 그리고 체계적인 연구가 활성화되지 못했다. 그러나 최근에 각종 서비스 비즈니스에 대한 수요와 공급이 급격히 증가하고, 이 분야에 특히 서비스사이언스라는 매크로 이슈가 제시되는 등 서비스에 대한 과학적이고 체계적인 접근의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 특히 서비스 혁신 관점에서 서비스 분야에 대한 연구 영역과 관련된 연구 내용들에 대해서 논의하고, 향후 시도되어야 할 서비스 분야의 연구 주제들을 주로 Ostrom 등의 최근 연구에 기반하여 제안하였다. 서비스 혁신 관련 이슈는 서비스 기획, 개발, 그리고 실행의 3개 영역으로 구분될 수 있으며, 본 연구에서는 기획영역에서 서비스화 및 기존 서비스의 성장, 전환 서비스를 통한 웰빙 기여, 서비스 문화의 창조와 유지, 개발 영역에서 서비스 혁신의 유도, 서비스 혁신의 향상, 서비스 네트워크와 가치체인의 최적화 등 총 6개 주제별로 정리하였으며, 각 분야별로 중요한 연구 실적, 향후 연구 동향, 연구 사례를 소개하였으며, 앞으로 연구가 활성화되어야 이슈 등을 제시하였다.
