한·중 조선 산업의 제품 아키텍처와 조직역량에 관한 연구 (Analysis on Product Architecture and Organizational Capability of Shipbuilding Industry in South Korea and China)

  • 기업들이 저원가와 높은 품질을 동시에 추구하게 됨에 따라 제품 아키텍처 기반 경쟁은 기업 전략의 중요한 일부가 되었다. 본 연구는 한 중 조선 산업(LNGC)분야 대표기업의 제품 아키텍처와 조직역량을 비교 분석하여 그들이 어떻게 혁신성과를 이루어 냈는지 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 한국기업은 동력계열의 연구개발에 있어 FGSS(Fuel gas supply system), PRS(Partial Re-liquefaction System)와 같이 에너지 효율을 개선하는 장치를 자체 개발하여 기존엔진에 추가하고, 선체 무게를 경량화 하는 등 다양한 미세조정 노력을 통해 우수한 성능을 가지게 하였다. 이는 우수한 연구조직 역량과 현장과의 긴밀한 협업을 통해 실현되었으며, 고부가가치선의 높은 매출로 이어질 수 있었다. 반면 중국 기업은 설계 및 연구개발의 편의성에 집중하여, 기존의 부품에 대한 미세조정 노력을 소홀히 했고 그 결과 동일한 부품을 사용하고도 한국의 선박에 비해 7-10% 낮은 연비 효율을 지닌 것으로 나타났다.

Marketing strategy and the current status of Global SPA Brands

  • This study aims at providing data for establishing a marketing strategy which can enhance the competitiveness of Korea domestic SPA(Specialty Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel) Brands by suggesting countermeasure strategy through the observation and analysis for SPA Brands, under the current circumstance in which the systematic and scholastic discussion for the matter, is lack, despite the diastrophism in fashion industry is prospected according to the rapid growth of Global SPA Brands. For this purpose, the characteristic and current status of Global SPA Brands is examined, and the main cause of growth is analyzed by approaching to their marketing characteristic, in this study. In relation with this situation, this study suggests the provisions as below, which are drawn from the analysis on Global SPA Brands' marketing strategy, so that Korea domestic SPA Brands could achieve successive performance under fierce competition. First, to be a competitive SPA Brands a business should be able to supply products with frequent product turnover by an interval level of one week or so, the existent product planning by seasons, as a business obtains various swift informations on consumers' demand with R&D center foundation. Secondly, SPA Brands should establish a strategy that a business can create high net profit by inventory management which enables lowering inventory ratio remarkably, and a strategy for innovative product supply by small quantity batch production, along with founding a high technological logistics system. Third, SPA Brands should establish a strategy for primary cost reduction by overseas dispersed outsourcing in order to enable diverse product development and rational price setting. Fourth, fashion marketers should establish also a strategy for communication by which brand image can be delivered effectively, by firming the brand identity and by informing product characteristic and customer service totally, with the method of VMD and flagship store. Additionary, fashion marketers also should establish a strategy by developing mobile application which can provide brand image and diverse other fashion related information.

국제 표준 기반하에서 품질경영과 제품안전경영 시스템의 통합 구축 방안 (A Study on the Integration of Quality Management and Product Safety Management System based on International Standards)

  • In the recent business environment, risks related to product safety problems are increasing. These are arising from various factors such as increasing product and production complexity, supply chain diversification, enhanced PL (product liability) law and strengthening regulations of the government. Accordingly, ISO (international organization for standardization) published standards of PSMS (product safety management system) for suppliers such as ISO 10377 and ISO 10393. Meanwhile, the ISO 9001 QMS (quality management system) was revised in 2015, and it has established itself as an effective tool that can consistently meet the various requirements of stakeholders and promote customer satisfaction. This study aims to suggest an integration framework of QMS and PSMS based on the recent ISO international standards. To this end, firstly, the relationship between QMS and PSMS is studied based on the quality and product safety definitions, PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle and risk-based thinking. Secondly, the requirements of ISO 10377 and ISO 9001 are compared and classified as the common and ISO 10377 specific requirements. Finally, integration steps of two systems are suggested and guidelines that can systemize the integrated requirements are presented in the aspect of processes and documentation. This study is expected to be used as a guideline that helps companies those have already acquired QMS certification to build an international-level product safety management system early.

저수지 최적 운영 모형을 이용한 추가 용수 공급 능력 평가 (Assessment of Additional Water Supply Capacity Using a Reservoir Optimal Operation Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 저수지의 용수수요 증가에 따른 용수공급능력 평가를 실시하여 추가 공급 가능량과 이를 위한 저수지 운영방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 전역 최적해를 탐색하는 SCE-UA법과 다중 목적함수를 적용한 최적화 모형과 저수지의 유입량, 수요량, 발전량을 추정하는 저수지 운영 모형을 결합한 저수지 최적운영 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 모형의 적용성은 섬진강댐의 최적운영에 모형을 적용하여 평가하였다. 모형의 적용기간은 유입량을 고려하여 풍수기, 평수기, 갈수기로 구분하였다. 풍수기에는 목표 운영수위별의 발전량이 실측발전량 보다 $-2.29{\~}14.61\%$, 갈수기에는 실측발전량 보다 $-5.94{\~}3.98\%$ 증가된 결과를 나타냈다. 평수기에는 실측발전량 보다 $-0.43{\~}6.35\%$ 증가 된 결과를 나타냈다. 섬진강댐의 하류 용수 증가에 따른 용수공급 가능량을 산정하기 위하여 댐하류 방류량을 0.17, 0.50, 0.70, 1.0, 1.5, $3.0\;m^3/sec$로 구분하여 최적 운영한 결과, 하류 방류량을 $0.70\;m^3/sec$ 이하, 목표 저수위를 194.0m 이하로 할 경우 실적 운영 결과 보다 향상된 결과를 나타냈다.

기업 간 장기적 관계지향성이 그린공급사슬관리와 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Long-Term Relationship Orientation on Green Supply Chain Management and Performance)

  • 최근 환경에 대한 인식이 높아지면서 그린공급사슬관리(GSCM)에 관한 관심이 증가되고 있다. GSCM에 관한 실무적 관심이 증가함에 따라 학계에서도 환경경영에 관한 학술적 연구들이 다양한 관점에서 제시되고 있다. 그런데 대부분의 연구는 주로 대기업인 모기업 중심으로 1차 협력기업과의 관계를 연구대상으로 제시하고 있다. 1차 협력사는 공급사슬채널의 중간에 위치하고 있어 환경경영에 결정적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본 연구는 1차 협력사를 중심으로 기업의 기업 간 장기적 관계 지향성이 그린공급사슬관리와 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 대·중소기업 그린 파트너십과 대·중소기업 탄소파트너십 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 1차 협력기업을 대상으로 수집한 설문 조사결과를 구조방정식을 활용하여 연구모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기업 간 장기적 관계지향성이 GSCM 실행 요소인 환경정보협력, 그린구매 그리고 그린제품설계를 촉진하는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 GSCM의 하위변수 간의 상호 관련성을 추가적으로 분석한 결과 환경정보 협력이 그린구매와 그린제품설계에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, GSCM 실행 요소인 그린구매, 그린제품설계는 환경성과에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치나 환경정보협력은 환경성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

가정간편식의 제품속성에 대한 인식차이: 대학생들과 소비자를 중심으로 (Different Perception on Product Attributes of HMR: Focusing on College Students and Consumers)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in the degree of significance and satisfaction perceived by college students and ordinary consumers on the HMR product attributes. Comparison of the difference on HMR product attributes between ordinary consumers and college students who belong to the current and future consumption groups of HMR will provide information for clear marketing strategies and PR on target consumers from the aspects of companies. Also, overall difference on HMR was investigated through IPA(importance-performance analysis) on significance and satisfaction with each product attribute. This result will provide information to food companies that produce or supply HMR products to be supplemented and improved. Finally, IPA was conducted between groups on product attribute to find which difference exists between groups. This result is also expected to provide crucial information to companies as suggested in the first purpose. Research design, data, and methodology - The procedure of analysis is as follows. First, independent sample t-test was conducted on the significance and satisfaction on HMR product attributes. Second, with using IPA, the significance and satisfaction on HMR product attributes of the respondents were checked to investigate marketing strategy direction on overall HRM products. Third, the difference between generations was verified using IPA on the college student and consumer groups. According to this result, the direction of marketing strategy on HRM products was to be proposed to food companies. Results - It was known that consumers consider HMR product attributes statistically and significantly such as nutrient content(nutrition), country of origin, brand, main raw material, packaging, and awareness of manufacturer. They keep after purchase more importantly than college students who considered only volume and price than consumers. In comparison with the difference in satisfaction on HMR product attributes, the college student group was more satisfied than ordinary consumers only in flavor, condition of food additives, and volume. Also, HMR related food companies must maintain taste, cooking method, manufacturing date, expiration date, and safety on current products continuously. Finally, as a result of analysis from the groups, the attributes such as cooking method, manufacturing date, expiration date, and safety were considered significantly with high achievement by the two groups. It was known that college students considered food texture to be important, but consumers considered storage method to be important after purchasing it. Conclusions - There is necessity to differentiate effectiveness of products when releasing HMR products subject to consumers and college students. The result will give great assistance to the improvement of companies, produce or supply HMR products. It will also provide entry strategies on target groups of companies that are planning for entry. The factors that consumers commonly considered not to be significant were brand, package form(appearance), cooking time, and sale(purchase) location, which were found in the comparison with the groups that awareness about manufacturers and storage method after purchase corresponded to college students and that distribution route corresponded to ordinary consumers.

남자구두제품의 생산성 향상 방안 (A Study on Productivity Improvement of Man′s Shoe Products)

  • 한국인의 발 형태 또는 치수를 측정하거나 비교한 연구는 과거에도 이루어진 바가 있다 그러나 측정 후 제화를 만들면서 제화를 고부가로 만들기 위한 제화에 대한 고객의 요구사항이나 불만, 가격 대, 색깔 등을 조사하는 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기초 기반기술의 핵심이 되는 족형 개발기술의 선결과제로써, 한국인들이 원하는 구두에 대한 요구조사 분석을 통하여 소비자가 느끼는 구두의 문제점 원하는 사항 등을 파악하여, 이를 족형의 설계에 반영함으로 구두 산업의 생산성 향상을 통한, 고부가 가치산업으로의 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

농산 부산물 수확방법에 관한 연구(I) -조제장치- (Development of Harvesting System for Agricultural By-Product(I) -Macerator-)

  • A macerating technique which can apply to the mechanical production system of the agricultural by-product was developed to increase the utilization of agricultural waste and solve the shortage problem in the forage supply for the livestock production. The macerating method is to shred the agricultural by-product by the two rolls which rotate at different speeds each other. The testing macerator was built and the optimum operating conditions are suggested. Results of this research are as follows: 1. The increase of the base roll speed and speed ratio between two rolls shows the better shredding index but decrease the drying rate. The optimum conditions of the base roll speed and the speed ratio between two rolls for the rice straw are 1200 rpm and 1.7-2.0 respectively. 2. The macerated alfalfa was dried to the 15%(w.b.) within 3 hrs in a field at speed ratio of rolls, 2:1 and base roll speed, 1800rpm. 3. The milled surface and straight knurled surface for the macerating roll have same effect on the drying rate of material. Both rolls have self-cleaning functions during operation.

  • As more individuals and organizations participate in the complex design process of manufacturing industry, collaborative product development and management of the global supply chain have become more popular. Although the product quality concerns once focused on the manufacturing process, they are now directed at earlier stages of the design cycle where the engineering product is created as a 3D CAD model. In this paper, we describe the current state of product data quality activities in the manufacturing industry and the yardstick to measure 3D CAD data quality. Moreover we introduce a quality assurance method through the result of statistical analysis of 3D CAD models and suggest a six sigma level of CAD data quality by analyzing 76 samples provided from three Korean automotive companies.

반제품과 선택품의 재고관리 정책에 대한 연구 (A Study on Inventory Control Policy for Semi-Finished Product and Optional Components)

  • In this paper, we develop an efficient approach to solve a continuous review inventory system with a budget constraint when the semi-finished product and optional components are required to be assembled. We are, in particular, interested in a budget constraint that includes a service level. The service cost, such as labor and facility costs, tends to increase as the service level increase, and it makes the problem difficult to solve. Assuming that the reorder point for a semi-finished product is given, we show that the order quantity for the semi-finished product and the order quantity and reorder point for optional components can be determined by minimizing the total cost that includes setup cost, inventory holding cost, and shortage cost. The performance of the proposed approach is tested by numerical examples. By using sensitivity analysis, we conclude that, as the reorder point for semi-finished product increases, the order quantity for semi-finished product increases, whereas the order quantity and reorder point of optional components decreases.
