This study evaluate examines the efficiency and the improvement measurement of Oilseed crops (Sesame and Perilla). For this purpose, In the first stage, this study analyzes the current conditions of oilseed industry. In the second stage, this study evaluates the efficiency and super-efficiency of environmentally-friendly agricultural product producers. The result of this study show that: (1) Changes in annual wholesale price of Sesame and Perilla; (2) An efficiency and ranking of environmentally-friendly product producers; (3) The solutions and improvement measurements for inefficient producers.

There are several productive maintenance problems that are closely concerned with product quality. In these problems, we have process capability, out-worn equipment problems, plant layout planning, maintenance cost, investment decisions and so on. These problems are analyzed, and some conceptial and applicable systems are developed in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to define that in productive maintenance problems awaiting solution is a necessary condition for improvement on product quality, quality assurance and product liability prevention at this time, and to find an applicable total system.

This paper estimates the effect of networks on innovative performance at the firm level , using Korean Innovation Survey (KIS) dataset Product innovation, product improvement , and process innovation are used as proxies for innovative activity. The explanatory variables such as firm size, market concentration ratio, lagged profitability, foreign ownership, export ratio, firm's age, formal R&D activity, and industrial R&D intensity are yet other considerations. With two year-long (2000 and 2001) data from 1,124 Korean manufacturing firms, we estimated the logistic regression model. The research finding indicates that the external networks have a strong positive effect on innovative output regardless of type of innovation. However, the network effects by partner (other firms or research institutions) vary across the type of innovation. Especially, we found that the user-supplier linkage plays an important role in product ion innovation, product improvement, and process innovation.

Customer satisfaction is an ever-growing concern of management throughout the world. To find the way to increase customer satisfaction, we must understand customer requirements. Kano distinguishes between three types of product requirements(must-be, one-dimensional, attractive requirement) which influence customer satisfaction in different ways when met. Timko has developed customer satisfaction(CS) coefficient based on Kano model. The CS coefficient is indicative of how strongly a product feature may influence satisfaction. In this paper, potential customer satisfaction improvement(PCSI) index was developed using Kano model and CS coefficient. The PCSI index represents how much a product feature can increase the degree of customer satisfaction when the product feature is fully fulfilled. In order to explain the meaning of PCSI index, a case study for cellular phones is done. It is also discussed how to use the index strategically.

본 논문의 목적은 세척기를 구조 변경하여 새로운 세척기를 개발하는데 있다. 세척 성능을 향상시킨 세척기 개발을 위하여 기존의 세척기 구조를 변경하여 설계하였다. 설계 시 프로그램은 CATIA를 사용하였으며 구조해석에 필요한 모델링도 CATIA를 사용하였다. 또한 모델링된 세척기에 대하여 3차원 유한요소해석 프로그램인 ANSYS를 사용하여 구조해석을 실시하였으며 해석결과로서 총변형량, 응력, 변형률을 구하였다. 이러한 구조해석의 결과는 새로운 세척기의 제품개발에 활용되었다.

This paper addresses the product shape modification for spring-back reduction in the sheet metal forming process of the cabin sunroof which is applied to the construction equipment. Initially, the anisotropic material properties are measured in order to calculate the degree of spring-back by the numerical simulation of the sheet metal forming process. To reduce the spring-back of the stamped part, several design modifications are suggested according to the geometrical bead arrangement on the planar region. The degrees of spring-back are confirmed for various product designs with different use of the geometrical bead. Finally, the spring-back improvement was validated by manufacturing the tryout product with the modified die set for the optimized product shape.

본 연구는 밀배아 추출물을 이용하여 여드름성 피부 개선용 원료를 개발하고자 포뮬라 (EJ-F101)를 제작하여 이를 이용하여 임상시험용 크림을 제조하였으며 임상실험 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 제품 사용 전·후 비교 시제품 사용 4주 후 시점에서 시험군과 대조군 모두 안면 부위의 병변 개방면포, 폐쇄면포 구진 피지 및 유분량 항목에 대해 유의한 개선 효과를 보였고, 대조군에 비해 시험군에서 좀 더 유의한 개선 효과를 보였다. 제품의 효능에 대한 설문 결과, 대부분 항목에서 제품 사용 4주 후 시점에서 대조 제품에 비해 시험제품에서 긍정적인 답변이 높게 나타났으며, '개방 면포' 항목을 제외하고 시험제품은 약 43~81%의 연구대상자가 긍정적으로 답변하였다. 또한, 제품의 사용성에 관한 모든 항목에 대해 제품 사용 4주 후 시점에서 시험군은 약 14~86%, 대조군은 약 38~90%의 연구 대상자가 긍정적으로 답변하였다. 피부 안전성 평가 결과, 본 모든 연구대상자에게서 피부 이상반응은 관찰되지 않았다. 위와 같은 결과를 근거로 밀배아 추출물을 이용한 크림은 여드름성 피부에 사용하기 적합(non comedogenicity) 한 것으로 사료된다.

The goal of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and make improvement plans that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at plastic product companies and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire are adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and ergonomic assessment methods such as RULA, OWAS are performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders risk factors and making improvement plans to the plastic product companies and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

본 연구는 철강제조 분야에서 제품 생산 중 발생하는 모든 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하여 데이터베이스화하고, 웹 기반 시스템을 구축함으로써 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 필요 데이터를 조회, 분석할 수 있는 시스템 개발에 대한 연구이다. 본 시스템의 구축 결과, 실시간으로 데이터의 조회 및 분석이 가능하게 됨으로써 생산 제품에 대한 보다 효율적인 품질개선 활동이 가능하게 되었고, 제품의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있게 되었다. 또한 장기간 누적된 데이터를 데이터베이스화하고 그것을 통계적으로 분석 가능하게 함으로써 새로운 제어모델의 개발과 조업기술의 개발이 보다 용이하게 되었고, 신제품 개발의 기초자료로도 활용할 수 있게 되었다.
