Opened platform is called that anybody can be a producer and consumer in some platform. And many opened platforms are using in various area such as general goods, smart phone application and contents. In this paper, we will propose the opened platform system for the problems for evaluation the level of learners. Any user can register problems as public or private-type in this system and use them. So our proposed system has the advantage in selecting the high quality problems by continuous reviews about that even after they have been registered. Proposed system has three different modules such as submit, evaluate and produce problems modules. A user can submit various kind of problems in the submit module. The evaluation module is a module that allows the user who is not the problem registrant to evaluate the registered problem. The production module can use the registered problems for online and offline evaluation.
This study evaluates a novel scheme to trade sulfur dioxide emission permits subject to non-uniform rates. These rates are based on generators' marginal costs of compliance with environmental policy in a hypothesized least social-cost solution. This scheme is compared against the existing trading program used by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, featuring permits tradable one for one. Both policies are modeled to yield identical aggregate emissions. A numerical partial-equilibrium model of the U.S. energy industry is used to infer sulfur dioxide concentrations and health damages, as well as producer and consumer surplus, under the two policies. Regional pollution levels are found to vary across the two policies significantly. The system of exchange rates is estimated to outperform the uniform-trading scheme by $2.2 billion in industry profits and $2.1 billion in health damages, but to reduce consumer surplus by $6.7 billion. Paradoxically, exchange rates are thus estimated to lower total welfare by $2.5 billion. This is due to conceptual mechanism-design problems, as well as empirical issues.

In order to estimate the height of long period wave from character of deep water wave, field observation is carried out three wave gauge are arranged by a straight line from the seashore to offshore direction and the result is analyzed. In addition, the existing theory of the mechanism for long period wave producer is verified by field observation, and the relation between deep water wave and long period wave of shallow area is examined. Observed long period wave is coincided with the existing theory for the most part. In order to add the change of time and space of long period wave, the height of long period wave is calculated by the composition of long period wave in each position. As a result, the relation of long period wave and deep water wave is presented more clear. Estimate formula is drew through them.
Hydrogen evolution from biomass-derived carbohydrates by some Clostridia and optimal culture conditions for hydrogen evolution were investigated. Among the organisms tested, Clostridium butyricum was efficient hydrogen producer with starch, xylan, pectin, cellobiose and xylose. In batch fermentation of Cl. butyricum, optimal conditions for hydrogen evolution were achieved at pH 7.0-8.5, 10-50 mM phosphate, and 2% (w/v) glucose. Total amount of molecular hydrogen evolved by the organism slightly increased at the presence of acetate (<150 mM) or butyrate (<20 mM) in the initial fermentation medium. Especially, in case of more than the above concentration of butyrate, growth and hydrogen evolution were dramatically inhibited. In the conditions were described here, 70 mmole of molecular hydrogen per mg of DCW was produced with 1%(w/v) glucose by the organism.
Bacillus coagulans has been considered to be a prominent candidate for probiotics as well as a thermotolerant biomaterial producer. However, the species has not attracted the attention of Korean researchers, nor has it been commercialized in Korea. Therefore, isolates for functional studies are not readily available. To secure B. coagulans resources for future applications, we developed a rapid isolation method for the species from rice straw. Introduction of the enrichment culture at $50^{\circ}C$, the selection of acid producers with $CaCO_3$ supplemented medium, and the elimination of enterococci by selective medium, rendered the successful and rapid isolation of B. coagulans strains.
A bacterial strain was isolated from homemade Cheongkookjang as a producer of the ${\beta}$-galactosidase, capable of hydrolyzing lactose to liberate galactose and glucose residues. The isolate YB-1105 has been identified as Bacillus licheniformis on the basis of its 16S rDNA sequence, morphology and biochemical properties. ${\beta}$-Galactosidase activity was detected in both the culture supernatant and the cell extract of B. licheniformis YB-1105. The enzymes of both fractions demonstrated maximum activity for hydrolysis of para-nitrophenyl-${\beta}$-D-galactopyranoside (pNP-${\beta}Gal$) under identical reaction conditions of pH 6.5 and $50^{\circ}C$. However, ${\beta}$-galactosidase activity from the culture filtrate was affected more than that from the cell free extract at acidic pHs and high temperatures. The hydrolyzing activity of both ${\beta}$-galactosidases for pNP-${\beta}Gal$ was dramatically decreased by the addition of low concentrations of galactose, but was only marginally decreased by high concentrations of glucose or mannose.
A Bacillus strain capable of hydrolyzing locust bean gum was isolated as a producer of extracellular mannanase by way of an enrichment culture in an acidic medium from homemade soybean pastes. The isolate YB-1401 showed a biochemical identity of 61.1% with Brevibacillus laterosporus, while the nucleotide sequence of its 16S rDNA had the highest similarity with that of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The mannanase productivity of the Bacillus sp. YB-1401 was drastically increased by mannans. Particularly, maximum mannanase productivity was reached at approximately 265 U/ml in LB medium supplemented with konjac glucomannan (4.0%). The mannanase was the most active at $55^{\circ}C$ and pH 5.5. Mannanase activity was completely maintained after pre-incubation at pH 3.5 to 11.0 for 1 h. The predominant products resulting from the mannanase hydrolysis were mannobiose and mannotriose for LBG, guar gum or mannooligosaccharides. A small amount of mannose was also detected in the hydrolyzates.

Bacterial cellulose (BC) has outstanding physical and chemical properties, including high crystallinity, moisture retention, and tensile strength. Currently, the major producer of BC is Komagataeibacter xylinus. However, due to limited tools of expression, this host is difficult to engineer metabolically to improve BC productivity. In this study, a regulated expression system for K. xylinus with synthetic ribosome binding site (RBS) was developed and used to engineer a BC biosynthesis pathway. A synthetic RBS library was constructed using green fluorescent protein (GFP) as a reporter, and three synthetic RBSs (R4, R15, and R6) with different strengths were successfully isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). Using synthetic RBS, we optimized the expression of three homologous genes responsible for BC production, pgm, galU, and ndp, and thereby greatly increased it under both static and shaking culture conditions. The final titer of BC under static and shaking conditions was 5.28 and 3.67 g/l, respectively. Our findings demonstrate that reinforced metabolic flux towards BC through quantitative gene expression represents a practical strategy for the improvement of BC productivity.
Insecticidal activity of 33 registered insecticides was tested against last nymphal instars and adults of ussur brown katydid (Paratlanticus ussuriensis). All experiments were tested at the recommended concentration of each insecticides by producer. Acephate, chlorpyrifos, diazinon, EPN and fenitrothion which were organophates, and a mixture combined with chlorpyrifos+${\alpha}$-cypemethrin showed 100% mortality of P. ussuriensis. But fipronil showed only 100% mortality in leaf-dipping method. Carbamates insecticidal groups, benfuracarb and furathiocarb were showed over 80% and phenthoate was $60{\sim}80%$ in mortality of P. ussuriensis. Among the mixture, etofenprox+diazinon and esfenvalerate+fenitrothion were showed 60-80% against last nymphal instars of P. ussuriensis. Otherwise, acephate, chlorpyrifos, diazinon, EPN and fenitrothion were showed 100% mortality of P. ussuriensis within only 24 hours after treatment, but there was no effective after then in residual tests with leaves.

Cephalosporin C(CPC) inhibited the growth of Cephalosporium acremonium M-113, a potent CPC producer derived from C acremonium ATCC 20339. Similar inhibitory effects of CPC were also observed in growth of C. acremonium ATCC 20339 and ATCC 14553. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of CPC on the growth of conidia and hyphae of C. acremonium M-113 were 200-500 and 3000-4000$\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ respectively in synthetic medium. MIC values were increased in complex media. The inhibitory effect of CPC was due to CPC-exerted inhibition of amino acids uptake by the cells. 3'-Group of CPC might be important in its inhibitory action. In audition, CPC itself could be utilized by the cells as a nitrogen source under nitrogen limited condition.
