  • China is the largest rice producer in the world, with about 28 million hectares rice-planting area. Most of the rice is consumed domestically as daily staple food, with a small proportion consumed as feed and deep-processed products. The low elastic elasticity and low profit of rice production which hampers the development of the industry, is due to the low quality of rice grain, low processing level and undeveloped rice processing technique. Promotion of high-quality species, effective quality control, adoption of modem Processing techniques, My use of low-quality indica rice, and utilization of specialty rice are considered as priorities in rice industry.

  • This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. Under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, Recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. These study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the correspondence level to product Liability in the enterprises. The results of this study are to offer basic information for a planned manufacturing system for safety products. Especially important things are build up the foundation of system and abide by it for safety products. The producer and supplier(distributors) of the products should satisfy the increasing consumer safety needs. This survey show us that manufacturing the safety products is important factors for korean enterprise management. But, in the reverse, neglect to take appropriate measures promptly.

The Effect of the Food Service Industry up on the National Economy of Korea (산업연관분석을 적용한 국내 외식산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석)

  • The food-service industry in Korea has experienced remarkable growth during the past few decades. The objectives of this study were to analyze the influence of the food-service industry upon the national economy by using an input-output analysis and to find the industrial position of the food service industry. This paper analysed the economic effect of the food-service industry using 168 items arranged in a transaction table based on producer's prices in the 1995 input-output tables. The results of this study showed that the food-service industry had a major influence on the national economy of Korea. Based on the calculation of the following five coefficients; Korea's production inducement coefficient ranked as 50, its import inducement coefficient ranked as 28, its value added inducement coefficient ranked as 32, its worker inducement coefficient ranked as 2 and its employee inducement coefficient per final demand ranked as 5 in a total of 168 industries.

  • 자원의절약과재활용촉진에관한법률이 2002년 2월 4일부로 전면 개정됨에 따라 동 법률과 관련하여 지난 2002년 12월 10일 시행령이 국무회의를 통과, 1월1일부터 시행될 예정인 생산자책임재활용제도(EPR, Extended Producer Responsibility)가 시행될 예정입니다. 동 EPR제도의 시행과 함께, 2003년 1월 1일부터는 재활용가능자원 $\ulcorner$분리배출표시제도$\lrcorner$가 시행되며, 7월 1일부터는 $\ulcorner$1회용합성수지 용기 규제확대$\lrcorner$가 시행되는 등 재활용 의무대상 포장재(골판지포장재는 대상이 아님)에 대한 다각적인 규제조치가 예상되는바, 생산자가 재활용의무를 직접 수행해야 하는 사회적 제도가 강화되어 포장재에 대한 재활용율을 높이는 한편 궁극적으로 분리배출표시제의 의무적용대상이 아닌 골판지 및 지류 포장재에 대한 관심과 수요가 증가될 전망입니다.

  • Modem stag setting construction method is tend to deversity and difficult to take a regular form. Each production is consituted by interpretion of the producer.   • Today anthropometric data used in the basic designing of own vehicles are foreign data rather than domestic data. The disagreement of the interface caused by this situation is causing of consumer's discomfort or less satisfaction. This study aims at constructing a database to determine the most efficient database for a Korean driver and optimize efficiency for both consumer and producer. The object of this database is for making a system that gathers manages processes and treats vast informations regarding the vehicles occupant package and the human body. The main contribution of this work is collecting basic informations and designing of the procedure.

  • In this paper, the design of ALT(Accelerated Life Test) requires a sampling plan based on failure-censored(Type II censored) ALT with lognormal life distribution. Specially the environmental effect of products has been emphasized, so we considered the upper life limit as well as lower life limit in the ALT sampling plan. The optimal plan with a high stress and a low stress is used as test plan, and the total sample size for test and lot acceptability constant which minimize an asymptotic variance of maximum likelihood estimator of assumed model parameters and satisfy the given producer's risk and customer's risk are drawn out. These values can be acquired by means of the computer program that we coded for resolving the difficulty and complexity of calculation.

  • The purpose of the research is to discuss the product safety procedures for the food area. The producer and supplies of the products should be able to satisfy the needs of the increasing consumer safety. The products, for the purpose of developing and making safe products, must perform Hazard Finding and Risk Analysis to detect potential danger to mike sure the final safety measures are in place. The purpose of Product liability rests finally with the consumer safety and the manufacturer's capability compete in the marketplace. Especially this is important for the food industry. But, our domestic middle and small food industries, it is relatively weak in this are. Thus this research would like to present a easily usable product safety procedures.

  • The purpose of the research is to discuss the product safety procedures for the food industry The producer and supplier of the products should satisfy the increasing consumer safety needs. To develop and produce safe products, the food industry must rigorously perform potential hazard findings and very thorough risk analysis to detect even the very minute potential danger. The ultimate product liability rests with the consumer safety and the manufacturer's capability which competes in the market places. This is especially important in the food industry. However, small to medium sized food producing companies are facing challenges in this area due to their overall capabilities. Therefore this research presents safety procedures which are relatively simple to implement.
