농촌의 소규모 가공사업장 생산성 향상을 위한 시뮬레이션 기법의 적용 사례 연구 (A Case Study in Applying the Simulation Method to Improve Productivity of Small Agricultural Manufacturer)

  • Due to the increase of the number of farmers who have entrepreneurial intentions and the expansion of governmental support to invigorate the regional economy, the interest in manufacture of high-quality agricultural processed food is increasing, and the study of the method to realize it efficiently is continuing. Especially, the method to visualize a manufacturing process by simulation and analyze it to extract an improved scheme has advantages of saving time and cost in comparison with trial and error method. In this study, the current manufacturing environment was analyzed by applying simulation on Korean traditional sweets, which is typical agricultural processed food. By extending this kind of method into small businesses processing other agricultural products, as well as Korean traditional sweets, it can draw strengthening of comparativeness through the improvement of productivity and product quality.

  • Laser printer, faximile and copy machine are a few examples of OA(office automation) system. In such a system, the reflecting mirror has been employed for transmitting a target image to optical device. Therefore, to develope a good quality of optical system, the quality control of optical mirror was required. In recent years, considerable efforts have been directed toward the development of automated optical glass inspection system because the inspection is eye-fatigue and monotonous job for humans to perform. In this paper, we propose a inspection system applying algorithm of image processing for detecting defects of optical glass such as pinhole, scratch. From the experiments, the proposed inspection system shows reliable results.

연마제 워터젯을 이용한 복합재 미세가공의 백화현상에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Frosting Phenomena of Abrasive Waterjet Microcutting for Multi-Layered Materials)

  • It is well known that abrasive waterjet(AWJ) was developed as a kind of high-density energy processing technologies. AWJ is used to obtain the better cutting quality of various materials such as metals, ceramics, glass and composite materials within a short manufacturing time because of the characteristics of heatless and noncontact processing. However, AWJ device still has some problems to obtain the high quality of thin workpiece. In this paper, we investigated the optimal microcutting conditions of AWJ, such as maximum pressure, cutting speed and standoff distance of thin multi-layered materials. The experimental results show that AWJ has possibilities and potential to apply to the microcutting of thin multi-layered materials for IT industrial applications.

  • Fabrics for Digital Textile Printing (DTP) are different from it of general textile printing. It is necessary to pre-treatment of chemical agents for desired quality. But this process does not correspond with simplification of DTP processing. In this research, we pre-treated of cotto is necessary to pre-treatment of chemical agents for desired quality. But this process does not correspond with simplification of DTP processing. In this research, we pre-treated of cotton fabric for DTP by atmosphere plasma treatment and we understood that pre-treatment of fabric by atmosphere plasma treatment was more simple DTP process.

Flat TV Front Cover의 Gas 사출 금형에 대한 연구 (A Study on Gas-Assisted Plastic Injection Mould of Flat TV Front Cover)

  • The major problems of a plastic injection mould can be devided into two kinds, one is in mould another in injected parts. Most of defects of the former comes from mould design, such as, structure and working. The latter are weld line, warpage, sink mark, burning, flow mark, scratching, shading, black hole and so on. Most of problems in injection molding are difficult to find the reason because of complexity. The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of plastic injection mould and parts with inquiring the counter plan and analizing troubles of the part of Flat TV Front Cover by flow control method and gas-assisted injection moulding. For minimizing defects of the injection moulded parts, computer aided simulation method for injection mould filling was used. Based on these numerical results, the guidelines of mould design and injection processing condition were established. As a result, the improvement of quality, such as minimizing surface defects of injection moulding parts and troubles in mould was achieved.

연속음성에서 천이구간의 탐색, 추출, 근사합성에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Searching, Extraction and Approximation-Synthesis of Transition Segment in Continuous Speech)

  • In a speed coding system using excitation source of voiced and unvoiced, it would be involved a distortion of speech quality in case coexist with a voiced and an unvoiced consonants in a frame. So, I propose TSIUVC(Transition Segment Including UnVoiced Consonant) searching, extraction ad approximation-synthesis method in order to uncoexistent with a voiced and unvoiced consonants in a frame. This method based on a zerocrossing rate and pitch detector using FIR-STREAK Digital Filter. As a result, the extraction rates of TSIUVC are 84.8% (plosive), 94.9%(fricative), 92.3%(affricative) in female voice, and 88%(plosive), 94.9%(fricative), 92.3%(affricative) in male voice respectively, Also, I obain a high quality approximation-synthesis waveforms within TSIUVC by using frequency information of 0.547kHz below and 2.813kHz above. This method has the capability of being applied to speech coding of low bit rate, speech analysis and speech synthesis.

테스트 단계 감리시스템 설계 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of Test Phase Audit System)

  • Auditing plays a very important role in the process of developing and managing good quality software. The software developing proces should be audited precisely especially in the test phase. Up to the present, because auditing has depended on the auditor's experience of developing and auditing software, it has been impossible to audit objectively. It is limited to audit systematically and objectively because auditing process isn't systematized. In this paper, the auditing model to solve several problems in present auditing is suggested, a test phase audit system is developed, and the system is applied to the actual auditing process. Consequently, software administrators can establish effective software management, software developers can be supported by a highly reliable and quality software development tool, and auditors can be offered an objective audit standard.

P2P 시스템과 서비스 가용성 품질

  • 최근 들어 서비스 가용도(Availability) 만족에 대한 중요성이 인터넷 기반 서비스 및 응용들의 성패에 가장 결정적인 요소 중의 하나로서 인식되고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 기고에서는 서비스 품질(Quality of Service: QoS)을 기존의 성능 향상 관점에서보다는 가용도 증대의 관점에서 다뤄 보고자 한다. 먼저 가용성 품질(Quality of Availability: QoA)이라는 새로운 개념을 소개하고, 가용도를 QoS의 새로운 평가 척도로써 제어 및 관측 가능한 QoS 파라메터로 정의하는 한편, 인터넷 기반 광역 분산 시스템의 특성에 맞는 가용성 정의를 정립해 본다. 특히 Peer-to-Peer (P2P) 시스템 등과 같이 시스템과 사용자 접속의 동적 변화가 잦은 시스템을 대상으로, 복제(Replication) 기술을 이용한 서비스 가용성 품질 향상 문제를 집중적으로 다뤄본다. 이를 위하여 P2P시스템과 복제기반 분산 서비스를 Stochastic그래프로 모델링해보고, 시뮬레이션 공부를 통하여 여러 가지 복제정책(알고리즘)을 대상으로 서비스 가용성 품질 향상정도를 품질 만족과 보장이라는 차원에서 각각 조사해 본다.

  • 차량 내 전기전자제어시스템의 안전성 확보를 위해 2011년 ISO 26262 기능안전 표준이 제정되었다. 조직 내에서는 이 표준을 적용하여 프로세스 구축 및 평가체계를 수립하고 있다. 하지만 ISO 26262 분야에서는 측정지표 기반의 정량적 평가체계 수립 연구 및 사례가 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 PSM 기반의 ISO 26262 기능안전 측정지표 수립방안과 컨셉-시스템-소프트웨어 개발 단계에 적용한 사례를 제시한다. 본 연구를 적용하는 조직에서는 기능안전 활동에 대한 객관적인 평가기준 수립 가이드를 제공받을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Has Retrieval Technology in Vertical Site Search Systems Improved over the Years? A Holistic Evaluation for Real Web Systems

  • Evaluation of retrieval systems is mostly limited to laboratory settings and rarely considers changes of performance over time. This article presents an evaluation of retrieval systems for internal Web site search systems between the years 2006 and 2011. A holistic evaluation methodology for real Web sites was developed which includes tests for functionality, search quality, and user interaction. Among other sites, one set of 20 Web site search systems was evaluated three times in different years and no substantial improvement could be shown. It is surprising that the communication between site and user still leads to very poor results in many cases. Overall, the quality of these search systems could be improved, and several areas for improvement are apparent from our evaluation. For a comparison, Google’s site search function was also tested with the same tasks.
