The Purpose of this paper is to describe a decision model which can be used to establish an implementation system of renovation for university building. Any implementation model relies on the work scopes of renovation which varies design, project cost, construction duration. The renovation system is subject to evaluation of work steps which is different from each project. Accordingly, the decision model of renovation is necessary to use the application of the analytical hierarchy process. Many of the performance steps used in general renovation condition may be known with uncertainty. This research has shown how probabilities can be explicitly incorporated in the decision model of renovation to assess this uncertainty.

The economic renovation in Vietnam has shown promising achievements. The process of reforming and equitizing state-owned enterprises, and reducing subsidies from the government have made significant progress since 1986. However, this policy has not received the adequate valuation from leaders. Big companies have not been equitized, and are still managed and subsidized by the government, resulted in budget losses. Corporations have been dominated by political interests. This has led to arguments for better and more feasible measures which could save national budget. Corruption in Vietnam mostly originates from state-owned enterprises, for the monopoly was given by government to those enterprises as foreign partners continue to compete under market-oriented mechanism and transparent supervision. Therefore, renovation of the business mechanism, as well as speeding up equitization and minimizing people's properties, have become crucial in the regional integration trend. This is entirely a vital factor in the renovation process. This study explores plans, as well as the merits of the renovation process in Vietnam, ultimately envisioning to overcome current consequences and motivate Vietnam's economy.

Background: The advanced spent fuel conditioning process facility (ACPF) of the irradiated materials examination facility (IMEF) at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) has been renovated to implement a lab scale electrolytic reduction process for pyroprocessing. The interior and exterior structures of the ACPF hot cell have been modified under the current renovation project for the experimentation of the electrolytic reduction process using spent nuclear fuel. The most important aspect of this renovation was the installation of the argon compartment within the hot cell. Method: For the design and system implementation of the argon compartment system, a full-scale mock-up test and a three-dimensional (3D) simulation test were conducted in advance. The remodeling and repairing of the process cell (M8a), the maintenance cell (M8b), the isolation room, and their utilities were also planned through this simulation to accommodate the designed argon compartment system. Results and conclusion: Based on the considered refurbishment workflow, previous equipment in the M8 cell, including vessels and pipes, were removed and disposed of successfully after a zoning smear survey and decontamination, and new equipment with advanced functions and specifications were installed in the hot cell. Finally, the operating area and isolation room were also refurbished to meet the requirements of the improved hot cell facility.

An objective of the 100PPM Quality Renovation, which is settled as the Korea quality renovation activity as well as the form of customer-oriented management renovation climate, is strengthening an enterprise competitiveness by worldwide quality insurance. In long-term, the 21 century's quality problem would not be effective without synthetic approach from the view point of management strategy. Another method to obtain the quality ascendancy could be an strategic application of, manufacturing function. In this research, the progressive direction for an effective approach to the 100PPM Quality Renovation is examined through the interpretation of process capability index. Finally, the deployment direction of quality renovation activity is searched.

최근의 많은 기업들이 정보화 추진에 있어서 정보기술전략과 비즈니스 프로세스 개선을 동시에 추진할 때 기업성과가 높게 나타난다고 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 정보화 추진에 있어서 정보기술전략과 비즈니스 프로세스 개선을 병행하여 추진할 때 기업과가 높이 나타나는지를 실증적으로 규명하기 위해 연구에 대한 구성개념을 기술지향성 과 업무지향성 나누고, 이들에 대한 종속변수로서 기업성과를 설정하였다. 가설검정 결과를 보면 기술지향성은 기업성과에 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 업무지향성과 기술지향성은 상호작용에 의해 기업성과에 보다 더 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 보면 기업이 정보화를 추진하고 투자함에 있어서 정보기술적인 측면의 기술지향성만을 추구하는 것보다는 비즈니스 프로세스 개선 관점의 업무지향성과 동시에 추진하는 것이 기업성과가 높이 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

The present study analyzed empirically the structural relationship among characters, market orientation and performance of CEO's in small and medium-sized companies. The analysis showed that market orientation is affected by CEO's characters in the industry. It was also revealed from the analysis that the business performance and technical renovation of small and medium-sized companies rely fairly on their market orientation. These findings are believed to have great significance in the process of creating market orientation by the industry. That is, CEO's will may play a very important role in pursuit of market orientation and, at the same time, may act as a vital factor for small and medium-sized companies to achieve business performance and to realize technical renovation.

국내 문화예술공간에 대한 통계조사에서 나타나듯이, 국내의 많은 공연시설들은 노후화에 따른 크고 작은 규모의 개보수가 필요한 상태이다. 그러나 이와 같은 기존공간의 음향개보수과정에서 참고가 될만한 사례연구가 많지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구는 문화재로써 많은 제약조건을 갖는 SH고등학교 강당을 대상으로 초기 음향검토에서부터 사용자의 요구조건 및 문제점들을 고려한 대안의 수립 그리고 대안들의 적용에 따른 음향성능평가과정 및 그 결과를 분석함으로써 음향리노베이션 설계의 참고자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 개선방안들의 적용결과, 실의 잔향특성이 개선되었으며 언어명료도 및 음악명료도가 개선되었음을 확인하였다. 그러나 라우드니스는 목표한 수준에 미치지 못하였으며 이는 천장에 적용된 슬랫형 구조가 강한 반사음을 제공하지 못하기 때문인 것으로 분석되었다.

Renovation of existing sports facilities or construction of temporary ones for international complex games requires a wide variety of hundreds of sub construction projects to be awarded at the same time but there are few precedents required regarding the study of tendering process required in such cases. As award of construction contracts to build sports facilities for various international complex games is a critical determinant of fate of international complex games in the initial phase, it is very critical that adequate construction tendering process bedetermined. This research is aimed to study tendering cases for renovation or construction of critical international sports facilities to enhance efficiency of facility construction and define most reasonable tendering approach to satisfy schedule constraints often associated with international complex games and contribute to improvement of international competitiveness of their host cities and propose a direction for further development. This study also provides inputs to subsequent sports events of comparable scale to minimize trial and error.

This study aims to find out the cause of delay by analyzing the process of 12 Core-based Improvement pilot projects, especially focused on lands, buildings, population status. For this purpose, it performed a literature research on maintenance plan reports, various statistics of building and population status analysis, a field research and an individual interview with public officials in charge at local governments of 12 project districts. The findings are as follows; 1) it was difficult to cope flexibly to environmental changes because the core sector was so large that the plan was led to areal improvement. 2) the project was selected without reflecting the characteristics of the core sector and the area of residents-led renovation properly in terms of building status such as building density and old buildings ratio, 3) the coordinator group for socially disadvantaged class in the district was not operated and thus foundation for residents-led renovation was not set up. In conclusion, it should be presented the proper size of the core sector when the core-based residential environment improvement project is initiated in the future. In addition, building status is taken into consideration when designating the core sector and the area of residents-led renovation. The coordinator group needs to be operated from the early stage of the project as well.

There are many Korea companies who are introducing many kinds of management renovation methods in order to attain more management achievement. So many personnels under CEO are trying to change themselves to fit those kinds of management renovation methods. Now, all kinds of books for supervisors have published, but it is not easy for those supervisors to understand those books as those books do not fit for their own companies situation. The best management methods in the best companies in U.S.A. actually can not be well introduced in Korea. So, the management methods should be changed with the environment's changing. Therefore, the company management is the process to suit the continue changing environment.
