Supply of a smart device has been made with the development of communication networks and growing desire of people to improve the quality of life, the service industry about it have been made with smart devices. Among them, there are various services that can help people change their behavior to healthy life. But it does not have a large impact on the behavior change of performer because its been developed as a general process. Therefore in this study examine development situation about current behavior change applications through application markets. Development current situation can be separated by process to two patterns. As a result we propose behavioral change model that includes integrated change model that one of the behavior theory model, accomplish the goal process of goal setting theory and habit formation phase for automate the changes. Also, we provide appropriate service according to the model that leads motivation, sustainability of the action and positive behavior change to performer. We can expect in many aspects such as ability and motivation than existing service.

The effect of sintering condition on tribological behavior in the Cu-base sintered friction materials was studied through pin-on-disk type wear tester. Especially, the experiment was focused on making a comparative study between presstwed sintering and pressureless sintering. Pressureless sintering process showes more stable friction coefficient and lower wear rate than pressure sintering process. This result is related to pore size and density of pore in the sintered materials.
Lack of understanding of the process chemistry and thermodynamics are the major reasons that can is lead to thermal runaway reaction in the chemical reaction process. The evaluation of reaction factors and thermal behavior in neutralization process of pigment plant are described in this paper. The experiments were performed in the C 80 calorimeter, and Thermal Screening Unit($TS^{u}$). The aim of the study was to evaluate the results of thermal stability in terms of safety reliability to be practical applications. It suggested that we be proposed safe operating conditions and securities for accident prevention through this study.
In all major industries ranging from powder industries and advanced ceramics, to the food and pharmaceutical manufacture powder industries, the main production process is the spray dryers. In this paper, a systematic approach is used and six rules are obtained for the basis of the fuzzy model. A fuzzy model is based on the past behavior of the target system and expected to be able to reproduce the behavior of the target system. The output of the developed fuzzy model shows, graphically and statistically, a high level of face validity. Therefore, it is concluded that the developed fuzzy model mimics the actual process and can be considered, with confidence, as a reliable model to study, analyze, and improve the existing process.
A femtosecond laser pre-annealing process based on indium zinc oxide (IZO) thin-film transistors (TFTs) is fabricated. We demonstrate a stable pre-annealing process to analyze surface structure change of thin films, and we maintain electrical stability and improve electrical performance. Furthermore, dynamic electrical characteristics of the IZO TFTs were investigated. Femtosecond laser pre-annealing process-based IZO TFTs exhibit a field-effect mobility of $3.75cm^2/Vs$, an $I_{on}/I_{off}$ ratio of $1.77{\times}10^5$, a threshold voltage of 1.13 V, and a subthreshold swing of 1.21 V/dec. And the IZO-based inverter shows a fast switching behavior response. From this study, IZO TFTs from using the femtosecond laser annealing technique were found to strongly affect the electrical performance and charge transport dynamics in electronic devices.

Many processes in the industrial realm exhibit sstochastic and nonlinear behavior. Consequently, an intelligent system must be able to nonlinear production processes as well as probabilistic phenomena. In order for a knowledge based system to control a manufacturing processes as well as probabilistic phenomena. In order for a knowledge based system to control manufacturing process, an important capability is that of prediction : forecasting the future trajectory of a process as well as the consequences of the control action. This paper examines the robustness of data mining tools under varying levels of noise while predicting nonlinear processes, includinb chaotic behavior. The evaluated models include the perceptron neural network using backpropagation (BPN), the recurrent neural network (RNN) and case based reasoning (CBR). The concepts are crystallized through a case study in predicting a chaotic process in the presence of various patterns of noise.
Abstract Formal definitions of syntax and semantics for the static and dynamic models in Object Oriented methods are already defined. But the behavior of interacting objects is not formalized. In this paper, we defined the common behavior of interacting objects in terms of process algebra using sequence diagram in UML and regularized properties of interacting objects. Based on the results, we can develop a formal specification by. using of the object interaction instead of the existence dependency suggested by M. Snoeck and G. Dedene[9].

Semi-solid forming process has some advantages such as successful manufacturing of high quality components with less inner defects suitable for less machining high productivity and energy-saving effect. the thixotropic behavior(solid-like in the unperturbed state and liquid-like during shearing) has been the basis for the semi-solid forming process. The main focus of this article is the investigation of the effect of T6 heat treatment and alloying elements on the mechanical properties in the semi-solid formed products using thixotropic hypoeutectic (A357 and ALTHIX 86S) and hypereutectic(A390) materials. The new methods to produce semi-solid formed components with high quality are also proposed and discussed in terms of a die design and the development of a lubricant.

In this paper, process conditions are investigated for elimination of the grain coarsening and improved material flow during forging process by both of experiments and FEM analysis. Particular interest has been given to understand role of preform shape on the grain coarsening behavior and magnitude of the hammer forging load. As the results of FEM simulation by using DEFORM-3D, the simulated forging loads were 2,200ton in the case of a machined bar which is machined from 65mm to 60mm diameter, and below 1,900ton in the case of machined preform, respectively. The use of preform has been beneficial for reduction of the forging load and elimination of the grain coarsening. However, in the case of as received bar and the round bar, which was machined to 2.5mm thickness in surface layer, some degree of local grain coarsening behavior has been observed. The optimized preform shape could be properly designed by applying the FEM simulation.

Recrystallization behavior during ingot-breakdown process of Alloy 718 was investigated with finite element analysis and experimental approaches. In order to analyze microstructural changes during the cogging process of an Alloy 718 ingot, the side-pressing and heat treatment tests were performed at different temperatures and ram speed. From the side-pressing and heat treatment test results, it was found that microstructural changes during hot forging of Alloy 718 ingot greatly influenced on a close interaction between dynamic and static-recrystallization behaviors. A recrystallization model of Alloy 718 was used to predict the complex microstructural variation during continuous heating and forging processes of the cogging, and the predicted grain size and its distribution were compared with the actual cogged Alloy 718 billet.
