한국의 주요 FTA별 원산지 결정기준의 비교와 시사점 (A Study on the Implication and Comparative Analysis of Criteria to Determine Origin under Korea's FTA with USA, EU and ASEAN)

  • 현재 원산지 규정이 국제무역상 쟁점으로 등장하게 된 주된 이유는 원산지규정이 각 국가마다 상이할 뿐만 아니라 그 자체의 불명확성, 복잡성, 차별적 적용 가능성으로 인해 상당한 무역장벽으로 작용하고 있기 때문이다. 또한, 생산의 글로벌화 글로벌 기업 활동이 증가함에 따라 2개국 이상에 걸쳐 생산된 물품이 증가하여 해당품목의 원산지가 어디인지 결정 문제가 발생하는 사례가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 원산지규정에 관한 가장 기초적이고 기본적인 연구로 원산지 결정기준에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 한 미국 FTA, 한 EU FTA, 한 ASEAN FTA 원산지규정을 연구 대상으로 하여 관련 사례를 구체적으로 분석하여, 상호 비교를 통해 시사점을 파악하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 한 미 FTA, 한 EU FTA와 한 ASEAN FTA로 원산지결정은 부가가치기준(value percentage content), HS 세번변경기준(change of tariff heading), 특정공정기준(specific process rule) 등이 이용되며 실질변형기준은 한 미 FTA에서는 역내에서 창출된 부가가치가 일정 수준 이상이면 그 국가를 원산지로 인정하는 방식 (RVC : Regional Value Content)을 인정하고 있으며, 한편, 한 EU FTA에서는 역외산 부품 및 원재료의 금액이나 수량이 일정 기준 이하로 사용되는 경우 원산지자격을 부여하는 방식 (MC : Import Content)을 인정하고 있다.

유한요소해석을 이용한 마이크로 박판 미세 패턴 롤-롤 성형공정 설계 (Design of Roll-to-Roll Forming Process for Micro Pattern on the Thin Sheet Metal by Finite Element Analysis)

  • Roll-to-roll forming process is one of important metal processing technology because the process is simple and economical. These days, with these merits, roll-to-roll forming process is tried to be employed in manufacturing the circuit board, barrier ribs and solar cell plate. However, it is difficult to apply to the forming of micro scale or sub-micro scale pattern. In this study, the roll forming processing for the micro scale is designed and analyzed. The forming of micro pattern for small electric device such as LCD panel by incremental roll forming process is analyzed. Firstly, the optimum analysis conditions are found by several analyses. And then, formability is analyzed for various protrusion shapes at various forming temperatures. The formability is evaluated in terms of filling ratio and damage value. The filling ratio is defined from the tool geometry and critical damage is determined from the analysis of uniaxial tensile test. Finally, optimum forming conditions that guarantee the successful forming are found.

파인블랭킹 공정 시 클리어런스 및 V링 형상의 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Clearance and V-Ring Shape in a Fine Blanking Process)

  • Fine blanking can be considered as a manufacturing process capable of producing sheet metal parts with completely smooth edges that may be hardly obtained by conventional shear-cutting procedures. This fact, together with the considerable economic advantages offered by this process, has been responsible for the rapid acceptance of fine blanking throughout the manufacturing industry all over the world, and the discovery of many new applications. This study was performed to investigate the effect of clearance and V-ring shape on the quality of sheared surface in a fine blanking process. The critical value needed to apply the normalized Cockcroft-Latham fracture criterion to the simulation of fine blanking is obtained by correlating the result of finite element analysis and that of experiment for the uniaxial tensile test. From finite element analysis of an axisymmetric fine blanking process, it has been found that punch load, die-roll depth, burnish zone size and shape of sheared surface are considerably influenced by clearance and V-ring shape.

Preisach 모델을 이용한 수직자기기록장치의 재생특성 해석 (Analysis of Reproducing Characteristics in Perpendicular Magnetic Recording System Using Preisach Model)

  • 히스테리시스 특성을 갖는 자기기록장치의 재생과정을 수치모사할 수 있는 방법을 구현 하였다. 수치해거시 기록과정뿐만 아니라 재생과정에서도 히스테리시스 특성을 고려해 주어야 한다. 수치해석기법으로 유한요소법(finite element metho)을 사용하고 히스테리시스 특성을 묘사하기 위 하여 spin curling 모드를 이용한 Stoner-Wohlfarth 모델보다 정밀한 해석이 가능한 Preisach 모델 을 사용하여 알고리즘을 구성한 후 재생전압을 구하기 위한 수식을 유도하고 이 것을 2층매체와 폴 형헤드를 갖는 수직자기 기록장치에 적용하였다. 정보가 기록된 매체위를 헤드가 지나갈 때 코일을 통과하는 자속밀도와 코일에 유기되는 재생전압의 크기가 포화되는 특성을 구함으로써 이것으로부 터 기록과정에서 헤드에 흘려줄 최적의 전류를 구하였다.

Frequency response of film casting process

  • The sensitivity of the product to the ongoing sinusoidal disturbances of the process has been investigated in the film casting of viscoelastic polymer fluids using frequency response analysis. As demonstrated for fiber spinning process (Jung et al., 2002; Devereux and Denn, 1994), this frequency response analysis is useful for examining the process sensitivity and the stability of extensional deformation processes including film casting. The results of the present study reveal that the amplification ratios or gains of the process/product variables such as the cross-sectional area at the take-up to disturbances exhibit resonant peaks along the frequency regime as expected for the systems having hyperbolic characteristics with spilt boundary conditions (Friedly, 1972). The effects on the sensitivity results of two important parameters of film casting, i.e., the fluid viscoelasticity and the aspect ratio of the casting equipment have been scrutinized. It turns out that depending on the extension thinning or thickening nature of the fluid, increasing viscoelasticity results in enlargement or reduction of the sensitivity, respectively. As regards the aspect ratio, it has been found that an optimum value exists making the system least sensitive. The present study also confirms that the frequency response method produces results that corroborate well those by other methods like linear stability Analysis and transient solutions response. (Iyengar and Co, 1996; Silagy et al., 1996; Lee and Hyun, 2001).

초음파 식품 컷팅용 공구의 설계 (Design of Tool for Food Cutting with Ultrasonic Waves)

  • The ultrasonic cutting method is which cutting by applying high frequency vibrational energy into specific area at constant pressure. Ultrasonic cutting is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster and cutting tool. Precise designing is required since each part's shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper focused to cutting tool design, its length L was set by calculating vibration equation. And the value of the shape parameter a was diversified as the integral multiple and the result of 40,189Hz the analysis of Modal was shown in the length 30mm of the result of performance b in the 11th mode Also by performing harmonic response analysis, the frequency response result was 40,189Hz, which was similar to modal analysis result.

다중해상도 웨이브렛 해석을 기본으로 한 가시화 영상의 극대값 해석 (Maxima Analysis from Visualized Image based on Multi-Resolution Analysis)

  • 이 논문은 이산 웨이브렛 영역에 기반을 둔 fractal 해석에 관한 것이다. 많이 알려진 퓨리어 변환은 임의 신호의 주파수 해석에 폭넓게 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 이 방법은 시간 축에서 발생하는 갑작스러운 신호 변환과 비정상적인 신호를 주파수 변환 영역에서 검출하기 어렵다. 웨이브렛 영역에서 극대 값은 Lipschitz 지수 표현이 가능하고, 또한 극대값만 사용하여 영상 데이터의 윤곽선 및 데이터 특성을 표현하는 유용함을 나타내었다. 이것은 극대 값만 사용하여 본래 영상을 재생하는 것도 가능하다. 극대값 해석을 위해서 기름을 사용한 가시화 영상을 획득했다. 그런 후 ship model의 가시화 영상에 적용했다. 더욱이 sediment 입자의 붕괴과정에 의한 fractal 차원을 조사하였다. 본 논문은 가시화 영상의 극대값으로 fractal 차원을 계산하였고, 실험으로 얻은 가시화 영상으로부터 얻은 해석도 적은 데이터로 기존의 방법과 같은 결과를 나타냄을 보였다.

Research on Value Creativity of Taiwan's Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

  • This research probes into the execution of small and medium-sized enterprises' value creativities by a difference analysis with different classifications, different capital, different turnover, different employees, and different established years. This study develop a questionnaire about value creativity with five dimensions and thirty-five items according to "Valuation" by McKinsey and Company, Inc. and Copeland et al., such as: "Aspiration and target," "Portfolio management," "Organization design," "Process management," and "Business and individual performance management." The results are as follows: (1) Most small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have executed value creativities; (2) There is a difference in the execution of value creativities between the livelihood industry and the chemical industry; the execution of value creativities by livelihood industry is better than the chemical industry; (3) For value creativities of the execution of different capital and turnover for SMEs, bigger entities are better than smaller ones; (4) For the value creativities of the execution of different numbers of staff in SMEs, those with more staff are better than those with fewer staff; (5) For the value creativities of the execution of different established years for SMEs, those established longer are better than those established shorter.

단조품 결함에 대한삼차원 단조 공정 해석 (Forging Defects Analysis by Full 3-Dimensional Simulation based on F.V.M.)

  • Most important for meaningful forging simulation is the determination of correct process parameters. In addition a check and a compensation of the data base after the comparison between experiments and the computation of the developed process is necessary. The existence of a systematic process parameter data bank for special kinds of forming process in combination with forging specific simulation lifts the value of the products. Finite volume method is applied to simulate the hot forging process to investigate the defects for the automobile product. Three typical forging processes have been investigated; Extrusion by hydrolic press, Upsetting by crank press and Inclined upsetting by hammer press. Simulated result has compared with the experiment and provided a direction to improve the process.

원통연삭 실험자료를 이용한 트래버스 연삭공정중의 형상예측 (Prediction of Form Accuracy during Traverse Grinding of Slender Workpiece Using the Cylindrical Prunge Grinding Data)

  • Non-Parallelism the axial direction occurs during grinding process of long slender shafts. The reason for the axial error is due to elastic deformation of the components, accumulation phenomenon of the grinding and wheel wear during the grinding process. The accumulation phenomenon, the size generation mechanism and the wheel wear process during traverse grinding result in complicated process at each step on the wheel surface. The grinding system stiffness obtained from the stiffness of the center on the tailstock and the workpiece varing according to the relative position of the wheel and the workpiece. Further more, the value of wheel wear increases as the grinding process advances. The above mentioned issues make the shape generation process during traverse grinding quite complicated. This research analyzes the shape generation process in the direction of the work spindle. First, the formulation of the grinding system stiffness was conducted and the simulation analysis method of the traverse grinding was established. Also, a measuring system for assessing the dimensinal accuracy of the workpiece has been developed.
