운동은 건강한 삶의 영위에 필요하지만 코로나19와 같은 전염병 유행 상황에서 비대면 환경에서 진행되는 것이 권장된다. 그러나 기존의 비대면 방식의 운동 콘텐츠에서는 운동 동작의 인식은 가능하지만 이를 해석해서 피드백 정보를 제공해주는 과정이 자동화되지 않았기 때문에 피드백이 트레이너의 눈대중으로 이루어지는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 운동 내용 및 이를 구성하는 동작을 추적하기 위해 공식화된 규칙을 만드는 방법을 제안한다. 이러한 규칙을 만들기 위해서는 전체적인 운동 내용의 진행 규칙을 먼저 만들고, 운동을 구성하는 동작의 추적 규칙을 만든다. 동작의 추적 규칙은 동작을 여러 단계로 나누고 단계를 나누는 키 프레임 자세를 정의하는 것에서 출발하여 키 프레임 자세로 대표되는 상태와 상태 간의 전이 규칙을 만듦으로써 생성될 수 있다. 이렇게 생성한 규칙은 모션 캡쳐 장비를 이용한 자세 및 동작 인식기술의 사용을 전제로 하며 이러한 기술 적용의 자동화를 위한 논리적인 전개에 사용된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 규칙을 사용하면 운동 과정에서 나타나는 동작을 인식하는 것뿐만 아니라 동작의 전 과정에 대한 해석의 자동화가 가능하여 인공지능 트레이닝 시스템 등 보다 진보된 콘텐츠 제작이 가능해진다. 이에 따라 운동 과정에 대한 피드백의 질을 높일 수 있다.

이 연구는 소설이나 영화의 서사적 시간성을 밝히는데 이론적 토대를 제공해 주고 있는 '제랄드 쥬네트(Gerard Genette)'의 이론을 통해 TV광고의 시간적 서사와 그 의미구조를 살펴보기 위한 시도이다. 광고는 그 광고가 지시하는 상품에 최고, 최대의 교환가치를 부여하기 위해 신화적인 초실재적 기호로 스스로를 변환시키고자 노력한다. 이런 과정에서 TV광고의 서사도 새로운 유혹의 메카니즘으로 보여지도록 서사적 시간의 순서를 뒤집고 뒤섞는다. 그렇게 하는 이유는 어떤 미학적 효과를 얻기 위해서이다. 광고는 상품가치를 극대화하기 위해 미학적 효과를 채용한다. 포스트모더니즘의 영향으로 TV광고는 기호내용보다는 기호표 현 중심으로 한 보여줌의 미학으로 전개됨에 따라 이미지의 과잉 현상을 낳는다. 특별한 미학적 효과를 위해 시간적으로 변형된 TV광고는 새롭고 세련된 화면을 제공하지만 모호한 이미지들로 인해 해석의 불확정성을 낳기도 한다. 하지만 이런 양상은 대중들이 광고메시지를 만드는데 능동적으로 참여하게 하는 여지를 제공해 준다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

Background: Statistical analysis is essential in regard to obtaining objective reliability for medical research. However, medical researchers do not have enough statistical knowledge to properly analyze their study data. To help understand and potentially alleviate this problem, we have analyzed the statistical methods and errors of articles published in the Korean Journal of Pain (KJP), with the intention to improve the statistical quality of the journal. Methods: All the articles, except case reports and editorials, published from 2004 to 2008 in the KJP were reviewed. The types of applied statistical methods and errors in the articles were evaluated. Results: One hundred and thirty-nine original articles were reviewed. Inferential statistics and descriptive statistics were used in 119 papers and 20 papers, respectively. Only 20.9% of the papers were free from statistical errors. The most commonly adopted statistical method was the t-test (21.0%) followed by the chi-square test (15.9%). Errors of omission were encountered 101 times in 70 papers. Among the errors of omission, "no statistics used even though statistical methods were required" was the most common (40.6%). The errors of commission were encountered 165 times in 86 papers, among which "parametric inference for nonparametric data" was the most common (33.9%). Conclusions: We found various types of statistical errors in the articles published in the KJP. This suggests that meticulous attention should be given not only in the applying statistical procedures but also in the reviewing process to improve the value of the article.

세계의 경제가 글로컬라이제이션(glocalization)이라는 조건 속에서 변화하면서, 국가의 역할은 축소되고, 도시 및 지역의 공간적 역할이 상대적으로 중요해지고 있으며, 관련하여 장소의 역할에 대해 장소마케팅이나 장소브랜딩 등을 통해 지금까지 많은 논의가 이루어져왔다. 하지만, 결과로서의 마케팅전략보다는 과정과 참여를 중요시하는 광의적 의미의 종합적인 '장소만들기'가 중요하다는 의미에서 본 논문은 문화를 기반으로 하는 지역발전이라는 부분에 집중하여 창조적 장소만들기의 전략이 어떤 의미를 갖는지를 재조명하려고 하였다. 구체적으로는 문화콘텐츠산업을 통한 창조적 장소만들기의 한국과 일본사례의 검증을 통하여, 글로컬라이제이션 시대 장소마케팅과 장소브랜딩, 장소만들기의 융합모델을 제시하고, 가치사슬적 특성을 고려하여 자원의 투입과 과정, 산출 등 각 과정의 특성에 집중할 필요가 있음을 밝혔다. 특히, 문화를 기반으로 장소를 해석하고, 지역공동체에서 삶의 질을 개선시키는 목표를 위해 어떻게 선순환구조를 만들것인가 하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 강조하였다.

Press processing is one of the best machining methods capable of mass production, satisfying dimensional, shape and quality among the methods of processing a metal plate. Among them, Fine blanking is a method of obtaining a precise cross-section such as machining of the shear surface shape. In this research, Using SCP-1 and SHP-1 materials. The deformation behaviors of the material flow affecting the die height of the shear section in accordance with the position of the V-ring in the Fine blanking were compared and analyzed. Result of interpretation, It was confirmed that the force acts on the position where the material flow direction accurately forms the die roll that the material of SCP-1 is at a position of 1.5 mm and the material of SHP-1 is at 2.0 mm. As a result, it was confirmed that the state of fo1111ing the shear surface by the V-ring was excellent. Using analysis results, In the experiment, the height of the die roll was considered by applying The position of the V-ring was 1.5 mm in SCP-1 and 2.0 mm in SHP-1. As a result of comparing the height of the die rolls, the height values of the die rolls were different from each other, It has been considered that the tendency of the die rolls to coincide with each other. It is considered that the difference of the die roll height is caused by the pressure input of the V-ring. In this study, the deformation behavior of the material(In addition to the position of the V-ring, the flow direction of the material depends on the shape of the V-ring and the Indentation amount) is considered to be an important factor in determining die roll height.

Background: As a result of the South Korean government's medical tourism strategies, the number of UAE inbound medical tourists have the highest annual increase rate among the Middle Eastern countries. The need for medical interpreters in such cases is inevitable, especially considering the languages spoken in both countries differs. The work of a medical interpreter affects patient satisfaction, quality of care, and the UAE patients' revisit intention. However, there is a lack of literature that focuses on the role of medical interpreters for the Arabic-speaking medical tourists in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to assess the satisfaction and the experience of UAE medical tourists in South Korea who have used medical interpretation services. Method: A descriptive exploratory design, including semi-structured interviews, was used in this study to examine factors influencing the satisfaction of UAE patients seeking medical attention in South Korea, who considered travelling exclusively for medical purposes. Eleven UAE medical tourists were selected for the interview using convenience sampling. Results: Two types of interpreters were revealed by the analysis: interpreters with Arabic as their mother tongue and interpreters with Korean as their mother tongue. Patients emphasized the origin of the interpreters and differentiated between the two types of interpreters' professionalism, abilities, and personal skills. However, due to the huge gap between the two cultures, languages, and religions, the UAE patients mainly preferred the Arabic medical interpreters. Further, each type had certain traits that impacted the medical care process and patients' satisfaction. Conclusion: This study shows that the South Korean government needs to focus on the training and assessment system for Arabic language interpreters. Additionally, cultural differences training for the interpreters may help to increase UEA patients' satisfaction.

최근에는 기존 소셜커머스 사이트에서 판매하는 일반 상품보다 서비스 관련 상품들이 더 주목 받고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 본 연구에서는 소셜커머스 상품의 서비스 품질이 소비자의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석을 하였다. 소셜커머스 상품을 구매해 본 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 상품 구매 후 서비스 품질이 소비자의 만족도에 얼마나 영향을 주는지 분석하는 연구이다. 소셜커머스의 경우 상품의 다양성, 상품의 편리성 등이 소비자의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 소셜커머스는 현재 900개가 넘은 사이트와 수 십건의 뉴스가 쏟아지고, 포털 사이트의 실시간 인기검색어에 관련 사이트까지 심심하지 않게 등장할 정도로 대중적인 인기를 몰고 오면서 우리 인간들의 일상 속으로 빠르게 파고들었다. 흔히 소셜커머스를 모방한 기업들의 대부분은 소셜 쇼핑의 형태를 벗어나지 못하고 있기 때문에 소비자 만족도와 서비스 품질의 상관관계가 밀접한 결과를 얻었다.

목적 급성호흡기질환인 코로나바이러스감염증-19 (coronavirus disease 2019; 이하 COVID-19) 환자를 대상으로 한 음압격리들것(negative presurre isolation stretcher; 이하 NPIS)을 이용한 흉부 전산화단층촬영(이하 CT) 방식에 대해 전문의들의 경험과 의견을 확인하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 격리입원 중인 COVID-19 환자에게 NPIS를 이용한 흉부 CT 검사를 시행했던 9개 의료기관 소속 27명의 전문의들을 대상으로 1) 조영증강 흉부 CT가 필요한 경우, 2) NPIS를 이용한 흉부 CT의 영상품질, 그리고 3) CT 조영제주사를 위한 NPIS 개방과 CT 검사실의 오염을 주제로 설문조사를 진행하였다 결과 조사대상인 9개의 의료기관들은 기관당 한 해 평균 116건의 COVID-19관련 흉부 CT 검사를 NPIS와 함께 진행했으며. 전체 검사 건수 중 평균 24건(21%)이 조영증강 흉부 CT였다. 설문에 참여한 호흡기내과 전문의 9명 중 5명(56%)은 환자의 혈중 D-dimer 이상이 확인되면 조영증강 CT가 필요하다고 의견을 밝혔다. 한편 영상의학과 전문의 9명 모두는 NPIS로 인한 흉부 CT 영상의 품질은 폐렴 또는 폐혈전 진단이 가능한 수준이라 답하였다. 또한 감염내과 전문의 9명 중 5명(56%)은 NPIS의 개방으로 인한 CT 검사실의 이차감염은 소독을 통해 예방할 수 있는 수준으로 생각하고 있었다. 결론 격리입원 중인 COVID-19 환자에서 NPIS와 함께 흉부 CT를 진행하더라도 CT의 품질은 진단이 가능한 수준이며 NPIS가 CT 검사실 내에서 잠시 개방되더라도 CT 검사실의 감염확산 위험은 높지 않은 것으로 전문의들은 인식하고 있었다.

본 연구는 보육활동을 수행하는 보육교사들이 자신이 교실 내에서 영유아와 수행한 상호작용에 관한 영상을 동료 교사들과 함께 살펴보는 비디오 활용 학습공동체에 참여함으로써 Sherin(2007)이 제시한 교사의 전문적 시각의 두 가지 구성요소와 관련한 보육교사들의 경험을 탐구하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 지역에 위치한 직장어린이집의 보육교사 3명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 교사들은 4회기의 비디오 활용 학습공동체 참여를 통해 자신의 상호작용 장면을 살펴보고 동료들과 함께 분석하고 협력적으로 토론해봄으로써 교사는 영유아의 의도 및 교사의 의도에 주목할 수 있었다. 또한, 비디오 활용 학습공동체 참여를 통하여 교사는 영유아의 사고, 관심을 기반으로 하는 추론, 교사의 사고, 의도를 기반으로 하는 추론을 경험하였다. 이러한 전문적 시각의 변화는 참여 교사 간의 협력적인 성찰을 통하여 가능할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 보육교사의 전문적 시각 발달의 중요성 및 전문적 시각 발달 지원을 위한 비디오 활용 학습공동체 참여의 효과성을 논하였다.

SPECT camera와 PET scanner 그리고 PET/CT 장치는 감마선을 검출하여 얻어진 자료(data)를 정보화 한다. 특히 PET/CT 장치는 PET영상에서 나타나는 해부학적 불선예함을 CT로 보완하여 선예한 해부학적 구조의 영상 묘출능력이 뛰어나 양질의 진단정보를 제공하고 있게 되었다. 신속 정확한 자료의 획득과 정보화를 위하여 우선적으로 검출기(detector)에서의 효율적인 감마선검출은 매우 예민하고 중요한 역할 중의 하나이다. 섬광체(scintillator)의 개발과 함께 data 처리를 위한 software의 발전은 영상재구성처리시간의 단축은 물론 영상의 질적인 향상을 초래하였다. PET scanner에서는 SPECT camera의 $100{\sim}200\;keV$와는 달리 511 keV의 고에너지 감마선을 검출한다. 섬광체 GSO, LSO는 PET scanner의 섬광체로 비교적 많이 이용되고 있다. 고에너지 감마선에너지를 빛으로 전환하여 여러 단계를 거쳐 정보화하는 과정은 결과적으로 고화질의 영상을 비롯한 정확하고 신속한 진단정보획득에 목적을 두고 있다. 화질의 질적향상은 획득한 정보량에 대한 영상의 재구성 방법과 기술에 따라 영향을 받는다. 본 연구는 PET/CT 장치에서 특히 PET부분에서 섬광체(scintillator)의 특성과 감마선의 검출과정에서부터 영상 재구성단계까지 문헌적 고찰을 통하여 요약 설명하였다.
