창의성 개발을 위한 학습도구로서의 정보처리모형의 타당성 연구 (A Feasibility Study on Information Processing Models as Learning Tools for Developing Creativity)

  • 문헌정보학계에서 개발하여 학습도구로 사용하고 있는 정보처리모형이 왜 창의성 함양에 도움이 되는가? 창의성은 정보의 통합에서 생긴다는 전제를 가지고, 사람의 마음과 두뇌가 정보를 처리할 때와 정보처리모형을 사용할 때 정보통합이 일어나는가를 살펴본 결과 양자에서 다 같이 그 시스템 자체가 창의성을 생산해 내는 정보의 통합을 위한 장치임이 드러났다. 그러므로 정보처리모형의 사용은 사고과정의 정보통합을 도울 수 있다. 또 문자나 언어와 같은 심리적 도구의 기능이 사람의 사고과정에서 일어나는 정보의 통합을 돕는 것이라는 연구결과를 미루어 정보처리모형도 하나의 심리적 도구이므로 사고과정에서 일어나는 정보의 통합을 도와준다고 유추할 수 있다. 따라서 정보처리모형은 두 가지 이유에서 인간정보처리가 통합적이 되도록 도와준다. 즉 창의성을 돕는것이다.

  • Enhancement of exterior's insulation performance like wall or window etc. is general way for building's energy efficient and thermal performance. But exterior's opening plan is important for minimizing the energy consumption and heat loss. In this paper, energy saving rate will be analyzed and compared considering the window area's rate and window's SC(Shading Coefficient) in a apartment with Building Energy Efficiency Rating System's evaluation tool. In the process of evaluation, energy saving rate is measured at each stage of the window area's rate from 20% to 60% every 10% term and the shading coefficient value from 1.0 to 0.6. As a result of this research, energy saving evaluation could not be measured exactly with existing evaluation tool. Accord this research, Building Energy Rating System's evaluation range is needed to be broaden for exact evaluation of energy saving rate.

  • In this research, as an educational tool in the Refrigeration instruction, a project learning method was applied which enables active hand on practice and encourages a more active participation of students with an increased level of interest in learning. The purpose of this study is to present project learning method as an educational tool that can arouse interest and motivation of students by an active hands-on learning process. This will aid in the enhancement of understanding of educators and students in the project learning method, and assist in development of project learning method that can increase intuitiveness and originality of students. For the purpose of the study, the following questions were asked. First, what is the level of existing knowledge pertaining to Refrigeration Training Program of students? Second, what effect does Refrigeration Training Program conducted via the project approach have on the level of motivation and interest of students? Third, what effect does Refrigeration Training Program conducted via the project approach have on the study habits of students?

  • ALA is an intermediate in the tetrapyrrole biosynthesis pathway and has extensive applications as a biodegradable herbicide and insecticide as well as medical applications including photodynamic therapy of cancers. For the development of mass production process of ALA it is necessary to on-line monitor some metabolites such as glycine, succinate, LA and ALA. In this study, medium compositions and fermentation conditions were investigated for enhancement of ALA production by recombinant E. coli. A 2-dimensional fluorescence sensor was employed to monitor the bioprocess of ALA production. The monitored data is analyzed using principal component analysis, a powerful tool for multivariate statistical analysis.

  • The RBI technique proposed by API is composed of three steps. The qualitative RBI method can be used for the purpose of screening the components with high risk. And the quantitative RBI method employs complex risk evaluation model for predicting component risk in a quantitative manner. The inspection program can be optimized based on the results obtained by these RBI technique. The forementioned RBI technique has been applied to a common hydrodesulfurizer unit and the technique is critically evaluated for studying its benefits and limitations, which is the main issue of this thesis. It's conducted that the RBI method can provide a method for defining and measuring the component risk, and also provide a powerful tool for managing many of the important elements of a process plant.

  • To comply with the regulation of the reinforcing Clean Air Conservation Act, it is necessary for the semiconductor manufacturers to develop effective low-concentration acid gas abatement system to treat the flue gas. The low-concentration acid gas was found to be harder to deal with than the high-concentration one. In this study, the effect of various potential treatments such as air-assist nozzle spraying, magnetizing the scrubbing water, and adding surfactants to spraying and scrubbing water were investigate through the application of the statistical ANCOVA method, which was proved to be very useful tool when the inlet concentration of acid gas could not be controlled precisely and it affected the removal efficiency of the abatement system.

수학교육에서 시각화와 직관 (Visualization and Intuition in Mathematics Education)

  • Visualization have strong driving force that enables us to recognize abstract mathematics by direct and specific method in school mathematics. Specially, visual thinking helps in effective problem solution via intuition in mathematics education. So, this paper examines the meaning of visualization, the role of visualization in intuitive problem solving process and the methods for enhancement of intuition using visualization in mathematics education. Visualization is an useful tool for illuminating of intuition in mathematics problem solving. It means that visualization makes us understand easily mathematical concepts, principles and rules in students' cognitive structure. And it makes us experience revelation of anticipatory intuition which finds clues and strategy in problem solving. But, we must know that visualization can have side effect in mathematics learning. So, we have to search for the methods of teaching and learning which can increase students' comprehension about mathematics through visualization and minimize side aspect through visualization.

  • 개발방법론 지원도구는 개발 프로세스 정의, 방법론 참조 등의 기본적인 기능을 지원해 주는 도구가 출시되어 있으나, 최신 기술을 바로 적용하거나 프로젝트의 수행 결과 획득된 지식을 전사적 차원에서 공유하거나 조직의 개발 프로세스 향상을 위한 정량적인 관리 활동을 지원하는 기능은 전반적으로 미흡한 형편이다. 이러한 사실에 근거하여 본 연구에서는 시스템 개발자 자신이 개발해야 하는 제품, 자신의 조직, 자신이 해결해야 하는 문제 등과 같은 상황적 요소에 기반하여 다양한 시스템 개발 체계를 쉽게 정의, 조정 및 적용할 수 있도록 지원하는 도구(PRiME)를 개발하고자 한다. 즉, 방법론 관리, 프로젝트 관리 및 자산 관리를 개발방법론 지원도구의 기본 기능으로 하며 이에 기반하여 시스템 개발 지식의 재사용을 위한 체계적인 지식관리 기능을 갖출 수 있도록 지원하고자 한다.

  • To enhance the precision and productivity of ultra precision aspheric surface micro lens, the development of ultra-precision grinding system and process for the aspheric surface micro lens are described. In the work reported in this paper, an ultra-precision grinding system for manufacturing the aspheric surface micro lens was developed by considering the factors affecting the grinding surface roughness and profile accuracy. This paper deals with mirror grinding of an aspheric surface micro lens by resin bonded diamond wheel and spherical lens of BK7. The optimization of grinding conditions on ground surface roughness and profiles accuracy is investigated using the design of experiments.

  • Titanium nitride(TiN) has been synthesized by nitrogen ion irradiation onto the Ti thin film deposited on STD11 and SKH9 tool materials. The effect of irradiation flux and substrate temperature on the formation behavior and mechanical properaties of TiN were investigated through X-ray diffraction analysis, hardness and pin-on-disc wear testings. Nitrogen ion irradiation onto arc evaporated Ti thin film produced TiN of < 200> orientation at elevated temperature and thereby enhancing surface microhardness by 50% at maximum. Wear resistance was also improved by nitrogen irradiation at most process conditions. The enhancement of wear resistance appeared to be more effective for the nitrogen irradiated conditions at room temperature than at elevated temperature.
