The purpose of this study is to understand the structure of mothers of mentally handicapped daughters' lived experience, to apprehend the connectedness of the structure of the experience with concept of Parse's human becoming theory, and to provide a foundation for nursing research and education. Data collection was conducted from October 1995 to April 1996. Research participants were eight mothers of mentally handicapped daughters whose ages ranged from 12 to 18 attending special schools located in either Inchon or Seoul. The researcher had interviews with them over their lived experience conducted tape recorded, and made an analysis according to Parse's “human becoming research methodoloy.” The data were collected using the dialogical engagement process “I and You,” the participant researcher and the participant subject. The data were analyzed using the extraction-synthesis and heuristic interpretation. The structural integration is illustrated in the following : 1) Realizing the mother's role of mentally handicapped daughters and admitting situation. 2) Concealing a part of their relationship with others is interpreted as revealing-concealing. 3) Living a life kept moving between separating and connecting. 4) Their flight back voluntarily to improve the situation is interpreted as powering. The conceptual integration which emerged was the lived experience of mothers is powering through the revealing-concealing and connecting-separating of valuing.

Smartphone devices are widely used because of recent improvements in hardware device, network infrastructure, and emergences in open mobile platforms. These changes provide various advantages and cause security problems. One of the solutions to prevent these problems is that applying of the virtualization technology to mobile environment ha., attracted attention. In this paper, we proposed the virtualization technology which is based on security-enhanced mobile platform scheme, for secure mobile environment based on the secure execution and process concealing technology.

This paper shows the hiding process of unlimited secret text size in an image using three methods: the first method is the traditional method in steganography that based on the concealing the binary value of the text using the least significant bits method, the second method is a new method to hide the data in an image based on Exclusive OR process and the third one is a new method for hiding the binary data of the text into an image (that may be grayscale or RGB images) using Exclusive and Huffman Coding. The new methods shows the hiding process of unlimited text size (data) in an image. Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) is applied in the research to simulate the results.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the interior characteristics of Philips Exeter Academy library by Louis I. Kahn. Kahn's main thoughts of 'what it wants to be ' and 'how it was done' play a important role in this research because these statements act as a clue to understand this library. 'What it wants to be' means the essence and existence of architecture and 'how it was done' shows the tectonic of architecture and construction process to enhance its presence. Most of his works inform that Kahn had consistently applied his thoughts into design process. The thoughts of the essence of library leads Kahn to configurate 3 layers of interior space. The emphasis of tectonic expression is also the characteristics of interior in that structure is the logical part of whole building system rather than concealing object for the exterior of buildings. In Exeter library, interior characteristics are summarized as 3 layers of interior configuration, the order in dynamics, the visualization of construction process, and the relationship between structure and space.

Human health is an integral part of experience in the process of Human Becoming. Through continual interaction with the environment human beings freely choose experience and develop as responsible beings. The process of the health experience of patient with terminal cancer is a unique. he objective of this study is to understand the lived experience of patients with terminal cancer in order to provide basic information for nursing care in the clinical setting and to develop a theoretical background for clinical practice. This study is to de-scribe and define the lived experience of patients with terminal cancer in order to provide a foundation for nursing research and education. Data collection has been done between December 1993 and November 1994. The subjects included five persons -four females and one male : one who was in her sixties, one in his fifties, two in their forties, and one who was in her thirties. The researcher has met with these patients 35 times, but at eight times the patient was in a stuporous condition and not able to participate, so these were not included in the data analysis. Parse's "Human Becoming Methodology", an existential phenomenological research methodology is used for this study. Data has been collected using he dialogical engagement process of "I and You", the participant researcher and the participant subject. Dialogical engagement was discontinued when the data was theoretically saturated. Data was analyzed using the extraction - synthesis and heuristic interpretation. The criteria of Guba and Lincoln(1985). and Sandelo wski(1986) : credibility, auditability, fitness and objectivity were used to test the validity and reliability of the data. The following is a description of the structure of the lived experience of patients with terminal cancer as defined by this study : 1. Structure : 1) Suffering through the reminiscence of past experience 2) The appearance of complex emotions related to life and connectedness 3) The increasing importance of significant people and of the Absolute Being 4) The increasing realization of the importance of health and belief 5) Desire for a return to health and a peaceful life or for acceptance of dying and a comfortable death In summary the structure of the lived experience of these patients can be said to be : suffering comes through reminiscence of past experience, and there are complex emotions related to life and connectedness. Significant people and the Absolute Being become increasingly important along with a realization of the importance of health and faith. And finally there is a desire for either a return to health and a peaceful life or for the acceptance of dying and a comfortable death. 2. Heuristic Interpretation : Using Parse's Human Becoming Methodology, the structure of the lived experience of patients with terminal cancer identified in this research is interpreted as. The lived experience of patients with terminal cancer involves the solving of past conflicts, and the experience of the healing and valuing of sorrow and pain. Through the relation of life and health, and the complex emotions that arise, the lived experience of revealing - concealing is of paradoxical emotions. The increasing importance of significant others and of the Absolute Being shows Connecting and Separating an on- going process of nearness and farness. Revision of thoughts about health and faith is interpreted as transforming and desire for restoration to health and a peaceful life or acceptance of dying and a cowfortable death, as powering. In summary, it is possible to see, in the lived experience of patients with terminal cancer, the relationship of the five concepts of Parse's theory : valuing, revealing -concealing, connecting-separating, transforming, and powering. From Parse's theory, the results of this study show that meaning is related to valuing, rhythmicity to revealing-concealing and connect-ing-separating, and cotranscendence to transforming and powering.

'Fantasy' in this study is Not something fantastic in the used to be-way we can Imagine easily. This study is to figure out 'fantasy' and 'the fantastic' as a significant measure to interpret the contemporary space-time. In particular, it analyzed that fantasy have influenced on some kind of specific trend what is expressed a tendency to contemporary interior designs of informal, indeterminacy and unpredictability. Fantasy is represented as 'the fantastic space' through spatial revealing, concealing, distorting, and connoting. Representation becomes a major issue in almost many kinds of knowledge-system that start from the mind to go out to the world in a realistic or idealistic way. Therefore, the fantastic space reconstructs the reality while making itself through to representational creation-process. It is Important for fantasy and the fantastic space to help detect behind beneath the reality more than what we know.

Technology innovation of digital convergence in recent years of the media sector has produced a series of significant changes in journalist labor. This study analyzes how recent introduction of convergent newsroom changed the nature of journalist labor and what strategy the management used to control journalists within the technologically innovated working condition with case of CBS. As the labor process theory tells us, the analysis found that technological innovation in the newsroom has encouraged a couple of aspects regarding labor process. First, losing control over their own labor journalists have undergone the process of significant deskilling. Second, the management have made a constant effort to introduce ideological and political apparatuses with twofold purposes, effective control over workers on one hand and concealing oppressive labor conditions on the other. The effort generated journalists' acceptance of new news-making routine and their consent on labor-management culture founded upon naive familism, which at last resulted in reinforcement of corporate power and isolation of labor society by separating internal labor market.

Patients' privacy protection is a heated issue in medical business, as medical information in digital format transmit everywhere through networks without any limitation. A current protection method for brain images is to deface from the brain image for patient's privacy. However, the defacing process often removes important brain voxels so that the defaced brain image is damaged for medical analysis. An ad-hoc method is proposed to conceal patient's identification by adding cylindrical mask, while the brain keep all important brain voxels. The proposed lossless deformation of brain image is verified not to loose any important voxels. Futhermore, the masked brain image is proved not to be recognized by others.

The endowed privilege to an established profession acts as an important motivation related to professionalization of occupations. The established profession enjoys cognitive, legal, and economic privilege. This study analyzes the professionalization process of interior design. Specifically, the study evaluates the suitability of the body of knowledge and professional ethos(i.e., protection of citizen's health, safety, and welfare), while analyzing the professionalization of interior design in the United States. The research aims at proposing a reference point for the professionalization of Korean interior design. Utilized data include research paper, court sentencing, and reports published by related professional organizations. The study concludes that 3E's are a means of professionalization of interior design, while separating interior design from interior decorating. In addition, there is no evidence to the protection of citizen's HSW. Rather, it increases service costs and restricts the job opportunities. When the public is not persuaded, the argument related to the necessity of license for the protecting citizen's HSW can be consumed as a mere rhetoric, concealing intentions for formulating a cartel. Thus, this study proposes that the professionalization of interior design may focus on the establishment of identity and body of knowledge, which are specific to interior design.

Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study was to identify the nature of precocious puberty and to explore what it means in primary schools. Methods: The participants of this phenomenological study were nine primary school girls who were diagnosed with precocious puberty and experienced hormone therapeutics, applying a convenience sampling method. Data were collected from July 2017 to January 2018 through individual in-depth interviews of the participants, including gestures, facial expressions and nonverbal means. The data analysis followed the method of Giorgi. Results: The study identified 37 concepts, 12 clusters, and five themes from experiences of precocious puberty. The essential five themes were as follows: 'ashamed and concealing experience', 'there is no therapeutics option', 'difficulties in the process of therapeutics', 'difficulties in daily life', and 'ambivalence toward therapeutics'. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate physical, psychological and social difficulties faced by girls with precocious puberty. Based on this results of the study, it is necessary to develop nursing intervention programs focusing on healthy growth and development for children with precocious puberty.
