본 연구는 학교 내 커뮤니티 형성과정과 그 특성을 밝혀 미래 학교공간이 지향해야할 친사회적 지속가능 환경 구축 및 공간 구성에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하기 위한 것으로 학생들의 휴게 시간을 보다 실증적으로 조사하여 휴게 시간에 대한 새로운 인식과 더불어 학교 내 학생들의 커뮤니티 형성 공간에 대한 이해를 돕고자 수행되었다. 이에 학교 내 휴게시간 커뮤니티 형성과정과 그 특성을 밝히기 위하여 연구자가 근무하는 지역의 가장 최근 개교한 미래형 고등학교를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 학교 내 커뮤니티 공간 조성에 대한 분석 결과 학교 내 사회적 소통 및 상호작용 촉진을 위한 커뮤니티 공간에 대해서 성별, 학년별 차이 없이 모두 필요하다는 의견이 많았고, 커뮤니티 공간으로 가장 적합하다고 생각되는 공간으로는 홀 알코브 공간, 복도 알코브 공간, 교실인접 소규모 공간, 다목적 계단 등으로 나타났다. 또한 학생들이 가장 원하는 커뮤니티 공간으로는 홀, 복도 알코브 공간으로 각각 만남, 소통, 휴식, 사회적 교류 등 소통 활동을 가장 하고 싶어 하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of nursing practice environment, compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction on burnout among clinical nurses in Korea. Methods: A descriptive crosssectional study was conducted. The sample consisted of 210 clinical nurses from three tertiary hospitals located in Seoul. Measurement instruments included the Korean version of the Practice Environment Scale of Nursing Work Index (K-PES-NWI) and Stamm's professional quality of life (ProQOL). Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. Results: Nursing practice environment had moderate negative influence on burnout (r=-.38, p<.001). Compassion fatigue had strong positive influence on burnout (r=.50, p<.001), while compassion satisfaction had strong negative influence on burnout (r=-.61, p<.001). The regression model explained 63% of variance of burnout and the compassion satisfaction was the most influencing factor for nurses' burnout. Conclusion: This study identified nursing practice environment, compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction as influencing factors for nurses' burnout. Strategies to decrease compassion fatigue, enhance compassion satisfaction and create better nursing practice environment are recommended to decrease nurses' burnout.

Driving simulators provide engineers with a power tool in the development and modification stages of vehicle models. One of the most important factors to realistic simulations is the fidelity obtained by a motion bed and a real-time visual image generation algorithm. Virtual reality technology has been widely used to enhance the fidelity of vehicle simulators. This paper develops the virtual environment for such visual system as head-mounted display for a vehicle driving simulator. Virtual vehicle and environment models are constructed using the object-oriented analysis and design approach. Based on the object model, a three-dimensional graphic model is completed with CAD tools such as Rhino and Pro/ENGINEER. For real-time image generation, the optimized IRIS Performer 3D graphics library is embedded with the multi-thread methodology. The developed software for a virtual driving simulator offers an effective interface to virtual reality devices.

In this paper, we introduce and analyze a feedback control model of TCP/AQM dynamics. Then, we propose the Pro-active Queue Management (PAQM) mechanism, which can provide proactive congestion avoidance and control using an adaptive congestion indicator and a control function for wide range of traffic environments. The PAQM stabilizes the queue length around a desired level while giving smooth and low packet loss rates independent of the traffic load level under a wide range of traffic environment. The PAQM outperforms other AQM algorithms such as Random Early Detection (RED) [1] and PI-controller [2]

본 연구는 기업의 친환경 활동에 책임이 강화되고 있는 현재 기업의 그린마케팅이 경영성과 창출에 어떤 영향을 주는지 확인해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기업의 그린마케팅이 소비자 구전의도에 미치는 영향, 브랜드 신뢰도의 매개효과와 소비자의 환경친화적 행동의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 그린마케팅은 소비자들의 구전의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 브랜드신뢰도는 기업의 그린마케팅과 소비자의 구전의도 관계에서 정(+)의 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 소비자의 환경친화적 행동은 브랜드신뢰도와 그들의 구전의도 사이에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업의 친환경 전략과 실천은 브랜드신뢰를 강화하고, 소비자들의 구전의도를 높이는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 기업의 친환경 전략과 이의 실천이 실제 브랜드신뢰 구축과 소비자 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 그린마케팅과 소비자의 자발적 구전 가능성 간의 인과관계를 분석했으며 기업의 지속성장을 위해 친환경 마케팅 전략을 구축하는 것이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

Purpose: NBS (Natural-based Solutions) characteristics as eco-friendly hotels were divided into eco-friendly indoor and outdoor to structurally verify the relationship between customers' perceived eco-friendly value, psychological well-being, customer satisfaction, and pro-environmental behavioral intention. Research design, data and methodology: This survey conducted responses to customers who had experience using eco-friendly hotels for the past two years. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical programs were used for the collected questionnaire data. First, frequency analysis and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were verified, and structural correlation between variables was verified by covariance matrix structural equation (CB-SEM). Result: First, NBS was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on perceived eco-friendly value and psychological well-being. Second, psychological well-being was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction and eco-friendly behavioral intention. Finally, Hypothesis 3 was accepted as perceived eco-value showed a significant positive (+) effect on eco-friendly behavioral intention, but Hypothesis 2 was rejected because it did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: theoretical and practical implications for the impact of NBS as an eco-friendly hotel on customers' eco-friendly behavior can be provided, as well as basic evidence for establishing efficient management strategies for hotel companies.

Environment problem has proposed in the world at large, the desire for environment conservation and one's value change which lay emphasis on lasting human sensibility are increasing. Constant human mind and ecology centered in space is presenting as future space design substitute plan which is based on fundamental material quality in the space such as environment and human ,naturalist or Green Design, pro-environment construction, sense design and etc. So, we intend to anthropocentric value and get out of satisfaction of function as the past physical environment equipment which is applied the elements of ecology based on the organized body and interaction with human. A form of sensitive space is divided into sentient space, expressing method and material, change of space according to the flow of time, and is expressed in a more segmented form of sensuality by being replaced into a new sensitive space through transaction with human, who occupy within the space. The space embodiment which is satisfied human sense regards as alternative plan intention for the future, through two subjects relativity between the elements of ecology and sense, we will find the influence of sense as each space trait of the elements of ecology, examine sense form in the space with the synthetic summary. It is significant presentation for the lasting space based on anthropocentric delightfulness as the design which moves human mind while designing the space for this pattern of sense space.

The domestic industry of construction is requiring an application building concept which could be one of the solution to the environment problem sand to the sustainability of development. It means that the consideration of the housing from a environmental friendly point of view is importantly necessary all things and the housing should be planned or responding to the concept of a environmental friendly planing. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to derive the design elements for the environmental friendly housing and to choose the priority element and to bring the planning guideline for the environmental friendly housing. The purpose of this study is to identify pro-environmental attitude of environment-friendly apartment residents, to examine importance of environment-friendly planning features, and to examine environment-friendly planning features according to residents' environmental perception. and now i suggest that important improvement direction by housing estates be accessed and analyzed through environmental approach, because environmentally friendly paradigm is one of the most effective and fundamental methods for developing housing estates.

This article investigated the effects of students' knowledge, beliefs, and attitudes about environment on environmental issue-based environmental problem solving in secondary school students. This article also investigated whether these factors are related to the environmental problem solving. Therefore, we first developed the test instruments to measure secondary school students' environmental knowledge, environmental beliefs, and environmental attitudes. Then, we developed the environmental issue-based teaching materials for secondary school students. The subjects participated in a environmental issue-based approach that consist of 3 lesson over an three weeks period. The results of this study presents that environmental knowledge and environmental beliefs are effective for the environmental problem solving in middle school environment class. First, secondary school students knew well ecological knowledge about environmental problem, and was entertaining most ecological beliefs. Second, secondary school students were having attitude which is most pro-environmental behaviors. Third, secondary school students are referring necessity of development partially about environment point at issue of country level. But, they were retaining situation of preservation about environment point at issue of area level. It's not easy to generalize these results because of many different variables, but the results suggests that teachers should make an effort to improve student's environmental problem solving ability applying environmental issue-based learning. And it's necessary to develop many kinds of environmental issues and teacher's instruction method to enrich problem solving ability in the process of environmental issue-based learning.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the social and cultural background of hand-knitting things with handcraft feeling which is appeared conspicuously after 2000. And to analyze the types and characteristics of hand-knit design. The resorts of this study is as follows: First, it is found that the pattern of stitch in their forms and ornament technique of handcraft feeling are the remarkable factors to decide the specific designs in the most of hand-knit designs. The major forms are plain stitch, rib stitch, cable stitch, lace stitch, relief stitch and pile stitch and the ornament techniques such as patch work, fringe, embroidery and collage are being widely used. Second, after 2000, due to peoples' preference for handcraft feeling manufactures, pursuit trend of artless luxury by retouch appeared, it made feeling for recurrence of the past and the warm humanity. In addition, the pro-eco trend using pro-environment materials and capturing the nature as images are on its way to advance. Through the mix & match of materials, details and items, it becomes possible to express many kinds of images. Thanks to those characteristics, the hand-knit designs are now acknowledged as luxurious with the couture sense attached and are shaking off their previous image of recycling.
