Korea Privative security regulation was enacted in 1976 and which was revised 18 times. But most of the revision was made by outer forces but not by for the law itself. Now more than 39 years since the law was enacted and 63 years modern private security method was adopted. In this point of time being requires well equipped private security regulation would be revised to match with much changed society. First, there is a problem with the current ways of education, written examination. Second, security guard supervisor examination subject should be revised, which means overlapped subjects must be eliminated. Third, collective civil petition place has to be arranged.
Recently the demand for civil protection and security guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. However the supply and education system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. However, the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of curriculum on security guard training at the universities related to this department, and to seek an educational model for this area. For that, the following questions will be examined. First, Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? Second, What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards? and what the qualifications of the trainers? Then, what are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities? etc.. In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim. For the scholarly identity to the security and secretary studies is th following on the core curriculum, then the university curriculum is very important for that. It is need to arrange the curriculum that is actually current at College or University for the suggestions on scholarly identity and development of the security and secretary studies.

The objective of this research is to build its study theory and establish its causal relation by illuminating for the social environment of capitalism for a private guard or a development background of the civil security contributing for citizen security, as well as gets the clue of the development possibility of the civil guard and escort field and the development of capitalism. In Korea because their recognition of the study approach and the social safety for social security control function is still staying first step and our daily life is annoying from various threat of the society, many studies and the realistic necessity of experience related with social security is being studied. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develop the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.
In this study, we tried to find ways to minimize the negative effects of workplace bullying by analysing how workplace bullying affects private security guard's job attitude. The results of survey are as follows. First, as the result of analysis how the guard's workplace bullying affects job satisfaction, one of the job attitude, it showed that relational aggression and workplace bullying have a negative effect on their job satisfaction. In other words, job satisfaction decreases as relational aggression and workplace bullying increase. Second, as the result of analysis how the guard's workplace bullying affects their turnover intention, we found that relational aggression and workplace bullying have an effect on turnover intention, especially, relationally workplace bullying has a more effect on their turnover intention than relational aggression, which Is somewhat different from other studies. Study shows that workplace bullying can cause the guard's negative respond and behavior on their job satisfaction, they have to consider transferring another job. Therefore, increasing their job satisfaction and decreasing turnover intention are very important as we are exposed to crimes these days. In this study, we have come with following solutions. First, to increase job satisfaction against workplace bullying, we have to raise the efficiency of their human resources and reduce work ambiguity of actual work burden caused by positive organizational atmosphere and clear responsibility. Second, it is needed to promote personnel exchange between departments and form partnership through regular meetings by targeting common goals to concentrate same interests. At the same time, we have to improve the guard's welfare and working environment by introducing psychological counselling to the victims of bullying.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of using spinal stabilization exercise for the improvement of atrophy of the multifidus and psoas major, of pain and disability with chronic low back pain in private guard and security. For 42 patients diagnosed with CLBP, and divided into spinal stabilization exercise group(SSEG) and general spinal strengthening exercise group(GSSEG). Each exercise was conducted for 10 weeks. Pain and disability were measured before and after exercise using the Visual analogue scale(VAS) and the Oswestry disability index(ODI). Cross section area(CSA) of both the left and right multifidus and the psoas major at the upper end plate of L4 were measured before and after exercise using computed tomography(CT). After 10 weeks of exercise, the both group's pain and lumbar disability were significantly decreased(p<0.01). Also there was significant difference in both group(p<0.05). In addition, the CSA of the left and right multifidus and posas major were significantly increased as compared to the pre-exercise in both group(p<0.01). But SSEG's cross sectional areas of multifidus was more significantly increase than GSSEG(p<0.05). In summary, Spinal stabilization exercise is more effective in improving atrophy in private guard and security patients, in reducing patients' pain and disability. It is an effective treatment to aid rehabilitation in these cases.
Background: This study was to investigate the effects of spinal strengthening exercise and lumbar stabilization exercise(core exercise program) on trunk muscle strength, flexibility and balance, lumbar function. The subjects of this study were the eighteen subjects who was registered in private guard company. The each exercise group of 9 persons were chosen by random controlled trial. Methods: We used instrument BTE, Libra, Ruler Measuring tape to measured trunk muscle strength, flexibility, balance and lumbar function. Results: The result of this study were summarized below; The flexor muscle strength was improve in lumbar stabilization exercise(core exercise) group(p<.05). The extensor muscle strength was improve in lumbar stabilization exercise(core program) group(p<.05). The trunk flexibility was improve in spinal strengthening exercise group and lumbar stabilization exercise group(p<.05). The balance ability was improve in spinal strengthening group and lumbar stabilization exercise group(core program) group(p<.05). Conclusion: With the above results, demonstrated effects of spinal strengthening exercise and lumbar stabilization exercise in each private guard and security in this study.

The Purpose of this study was to examine effects of mentoring function on career development and organizational effectiveness in private security service organization. Example number used on interpretation finally using purposive sampling method after this study establishes 5 places private security service company's security guard by population in Seoul on March, 2010 is total 227 people. Third, private security service organization's career development affects in organization effectiveness. If reform and special capacity development are helped, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. While change of jobs intention decreases as development of information competition is helped. Fourth, Mentoring function exerts influence of causality on career development and organization effectiveness. That is, Mentoring exerts direct influence on organization effectiveness, but it exerts indirect effect through career development.
